Can you do 💗 GROWING HEART for the whole cast?

It's funny how these two questions came in an hour between each other 😂 since you said the whole cast, I'll be including Sofie, Vi, and the managers! Just because.

💗 GROWING HEART - if they have a crush, is it noticable? what changes when they're in love?

Sofie would keep it hidden, so usually nobody can tell. However, if one looks closely, she does start to hang out with them more. Vi is the opposite of subtle—if she likes someone, she straight up tells them to get over her feelings if they are not reciprocated. She gets quieter, though, when she is around them. Nari would not recognize that she likes someone until a) they are with someone else already or b) they tell her OR c) she connects the dots, somehow. But she will seem giddier than usual, smiling and laughing more around her crush.

Manager Gok Hyun-woo is typically tripping on his words when he likes someone. When he was in college, he was like the nerdy student that never went on dates. As for Manager Kim Diana, she's cautiously optimistic. She usually does not "like" someone unless they show their feelings first. Son Seong-jin would dare to do a lot, though. He's not a risktaker, normally, but he definitely becomes more bolder around his crush. And Manager Hyeon Gyeong-Hui would write about her crush in her notes and journals, even more when she is near them. She likes writing down her thoughts; if she can't say them out loud, then writing about it can act as an outlet.

Chang-ho is pretty awkward around them. He can pick up the first signs of a crush when he has one, but suppresses them really well as he knows he does not have the time nor place for a relationship. He might slip every now and then, showing a fond smile occasionally. Andy would know when they have a crush and wouldn't bother hiding it. Though they would test the waters to see if their feelings are reciprocated, so they act...careful, almost. They daydream about their crush though. A lot.

Seungho does not have "crushes"; either he falls in love hard or it's shallow—only based on physical feelings. Depending on the person and what his feelings are based around, he becomes either upfront or extremely uncomfortable even just saying their name. Gracie, usually taken aback by her crushes, has no idea how to process them. If she were standing side by side with them, she'd be as stiff as a rock until they left. She hates feeling any sort of love towards someone other than her family, so it's very awkward.

I should note that although I answered the question, the ROs might act differently around MC, so this can't really count as a spoiler. Some of their behaviors might be similar, but considering that MC is a literal k-pop idol, there is that added respect for her which can cause their actions/attitudes to change.

Sorry this took so long, I uh. Ended up doing a whole thing instead of just a sketch SGDJSJAJSS OOPS.

For Sofie���s sleepwear I imagine she would wear a nightgown! Something short and silky, and a little bit flirty. However she still likes to be cozy, and opts for knit sweaters over flowing dressing gowns or robes when walking around out of bed. Her sister Beatrice has similar tastes, but opts for longer, more time period appropriate nightgowns.

por lo que veo en las fotos las galletitas que hiciste creo que son galletitas mantecosas (?): masa fina, donde la manteca es lo importante y cuando las comes se “derriten” en la boca. no son complicadas de hacer pero sí son delicadas y con instrucciones muy fijas. principalmente el tema de enfriar la masa y sus ingredientes.

yo en tu posición buscaría una nueva receta de galletitas mantecosas, usaría manteca en vez de aceite (si queres, sino buscas alternativas veganas/vegetarianas), las dejaría dos/tres horas de frío y se que parece mucho pero cuando las dejas más tiempo, mejor te van a salir y las vas a poder manejar con más tranquilidad. además de fijarme que harinas sirven para la masa o no, que sean buena marca, que ya las usaste y quedaron bien, etc etc etc. a veces sin darte cuenta los ingredientes son muy cruciales, más para una receta así.

y por el tema de la amargura, seguramente fue tema de la leche que estaba vencida o no se habrá cocinado del todo dejando ese sabor raro.

Con respecto a enfriarlas!!!! En la receta después de cortarlas las mandaba derechito al horno, además la primera vez que las hice eran como las dos de la mañana y tenía hambre jsjsjs así que cero paciencia, pero la verdad que lo más óptimo sería enfriarlas un ratito.

El tema del amargor aparentemente fue que la harina estaba fea 🫠 no cocinen con la harina Florencia boe

My little brain cooked this up during my hiatus in order to get rid of my writers block and I was like wouldn’t it be fun to write and practice smut??

Hence this was born;

He peels his eyes open to find not a single ray of light outside his window, only navy blue skies with stars like dusted sugar. The moon is still in tow, perched up in the sky, shining, glowing its way into the room. He could make out a few birds chirping outside through the closed window. Singing their morning songs before the sun woke up. A soft breeze pouring into the room, rustling the white curtains.

“Sweetheart, it's not even morning yet, what are you doing here?” He slept naked in his bed, only a pair of boxers covering him. His chest was covered in a thin sheen of sweat from the heat.

His hands move to your hips in an attempt to keep you from crushing his pelvic where you sat snug, straddling him. Bare legs on either side, the cotton of your underwear sneaking into his eyesight from under the shirt you were wearing. Your hands immediately intercept their way into his palms, threading your fingers through them until they are joined like a prayer, pinning them on either side of his head.

He is more than surprised by your sudden actions. Eyes wide, mouth parted: he yelps at your behavior, taking in a few deep breaths as he feels hot crimson start to creep up his chest.

“Let’s go watch the sunrise,” you begin before a yawn has weaved its way through your throat, letting go of one of his hand; you cover your mouth with the back of it, “on the rooftop?”

“The rooftop, huh?” he smiled, eyes lazily scanning over your shirt clad figure, his shirt…

Sofie and Vi would both be worried; of the two, Sofie is the one who patches MC up and getting the necessary first aid equipment. Vi would either be too shocked to react in the first thirty seconds or laugh until she realizes nobody else is laughing with her (this is only during practice).

Nari would feel it right as it happens. Her heart skips beats seeing MC get injured and she would immediately go to ask MC if it hurts anywhere. MC should expect to be coddled for the next few weeks if a cast gets involved.

Chang-ho is already over, taking MC backstage or outside of the room. He is incredibly serious during the entire affair, even if MC is trying to crack jokes. Might beat himself up a bit even though it is not usually his fault.

Andy would be concerned, but unless it looked serious or if they felt it was bad, Andy would not worry too much about it. They know MC is capable and it might not be anything too worrisome. Still, they would ask if MC’s okay.

Seungho would be worried about MC, whether or not they are dating. If it happens right in front of him, of course he would go over to make sure MC is okay. He’d make jokes to try and distract MC from the pain.

Gracie would have a similar reaction to Sofie, but that’s only if MC and her are friends. If they are just acquaintances or she still dislikes MC then Gracie would not care. It would suck, but that’s as far as her sympathy will go. Otherwise, she would be worried sick.

(He muttered a low apology for the pain he knew he was causing, but his hands were as implacable as their 10-year-old musculature could make them.)

(This was more difficult given he was also dodging teeth.)

(This was probably only possible at all because the creature's struggles were weak.)

He didn't have a phone. Even if he did, he wouldn't use it when there was clearly some magic bullshit going on. (Seals did not, generally speaking, have the very beginnings of almost-human limbs.) But there also wasn't anything he could do here except apply pressure and hope the bleeding stopped.

He frowned down at the huge wet eyes, willing them to focus. "This will be, just, so much easier if you can understand me," he told them, fervent.

Garrot sat on his bed, hands loose, impassive as he'd been since the moment Sofi had come storming into the room. His eyes lingered on the window. He watched a leaf float by.

That was the last straw. Grabbing him by the shirt collar, she threw him to the ground and pounced upon him with a snarl. She raised her fist--and stopped. He wasn't moving. His expression had hardly changed. He still wouldn't look at her.

Sofi's eyes burned and blurred, and she was ten years old again, washed up on that filthy shore. Garrot offered her a slice of moldy bread--the only food he had--while she growled at him from a corner. His eyes through those coke-bottle glasses had sparkled like the sea.

Her fist collided with his nose with a resounding crack. He didn't move. He didn't look up. Not even as hot tears dripped onto his face.

There was no point. There was no getting through to him, and certainly not like this. The heat trickled down into bright hot shame her cheeks, and she stood up as fast as she was able, slamming the door as she left.

She made it two steps before she found herself leaned up against the wall and curled up into a little ball in the hall. She didn't hear the creak of the wheels. She did hear him speak.

She looked up, eyes puffy and red, and rubbed them quick, as if he hadn't been able to see everything. "I," she paused. What was there to say? Instead, she stood. "I'm alright." Loosely, her hands wrapped around her middle. "I miss him. That's all."

Crimson Stains and Paper Towels is a fic that I remember dreaming about and when I woke up, I just knew I had to write it. Unfortunately the dream didn't get me very far and without the proper motivation, it's been sitting in my drafts forever. But here's a lil sneak peek;

He feels sick to his stomach. The room was spinning and he could feel someone guiding him to sit down. 

“Hangman? Can you hear me? Jake!” Javy is close by, judging by the hand on his neck, squeezing, trying to ground him. 

He isn’t used to hearing his name, the name his momma gave him, on base. He’s Hangman. He’s never Jake. 

But he’s Jake to her. He’s always been Jake to her. Not Hangman, not Seresin. Only Jake. 

“Jake? Come on man. You need to breathe. Hey!” Javy snaps his fingers in front of his face. He squeezes Jake’s neck tighter, once again trying to bring his focus back on him. 

“Jake. You’re going to pass out. Breathe!” 

The voices overlapped each other, multiple hands on his body, the roaring sounds of jet engines taking off outside the window. It’s all too much. 

Jake’s never been this aware of his body as he is right now. It feels like his heart is trying to claw its way out of his chest, breaking rib by rib. The blood is rushing to his head, the room spinning faster and faster. He tries closing his eyes. It doesn’t help. 

He tries to breathe but his chest tightens and all he can do is choke on the air in his lungs. 

Jake pushes at the hands trying to soothe him, trying desperately to stand, to leave the room. But his knees buckle the moment he stands and he manages to catch himself on his hands before he face-plants onto the floor. 

He claws at his chest, trying to stop the onslaught of tears. He’s vaguely aware that someone is screaming. It’s ringing in his ears, it’s everywhere.

It isn’t until Javy once again grabs onto his neck, pressing his forehead against Jake’s shoulder, that he realises that the one screaming is him. 

Jake screams and screams until his throat is raw, until it feels like there’s nothing left. Javy is clinging to him now, whispering, soothing, trying to make sure the last pieces of Jake are kept together. He screams until his vision goes blacks and the room finally stops spinning.

I saw you post that you’re not bumping up the rating for who needs a comfortable love, and was really struck by how thoughtful that is of you. I’ve seen plenty of writers who bump up the rating mid-story, and thought of it as them just being accurate, but I didn’t think of how for some people that would mean the story being cut off for them. I don’t know why that little expression of care that you’re making hit me so hard, but it did.

thanks anon 😊. i like to try and stick with the rating i start with so ppl know what they're in for from the outset (which is pure hubris given that i can't outline for shit), but i know sometimes a story goes in directions you don't expect and you gotta either change the rating (cos accurate ratings are important) or create a fun optional side adventure and upload it as a separate story. i may or may not be doing the second thing 👀
