A Galarica Wreath produces pretty much the same effect a King’s Rock does for normal Slowpoke, enticing Shellder to bite down onto Galarian Slowpoke’s head instead of its tail. (Plus, unlike the King’s Rock, you don’t have to trade Slowpoke in-game to use it!) But the presence of Galarica particles in the Slowpoke’s body still causes a change... this time Shellder’s intelligence spikes instead of Slowpoke’s, giving it control over Slowking’s body!

Unlike Galarian Slowbro, Galarian Slowking doesn’t use its poison by itself to fight, and instead creates "potions” by eating certain foods before secreting any toxins. In addition to this, it's also commonly seen muttering strange incantations to itself, and occasionally uses these same incantations to cast spells in battle! (Unfortunately, no one knows what it’s saying...)
