#concepts #i was thinking about those ridiculous protestant / puritan names and also guard dog archetypes and—yeah. yeahhh #six hundred kilometers is a true one actually. years ago my grand-aunt had this one dog—Dima. he'd gotten old and then during routine #the vet tech found a cancerous tumour in his bowels. she couldn't bear to watch him die so #in his endless wisdom my eldest uncle decided they should drive the dog very far away from home; make him comfortable; leave him there. #so they did. so they drove out a little over six hundred kilometers #because within a 300~350km RANGE around us they were sure he'd be able to find his way back #since he'd been going around w her everywhere his whole life #well. what do you know? Dima came back. #looking dirty and exhausted but the good boy made his way back #he lived longer than they thought he would too—for about one more year. died quietly with his head in her lap. #i'm very fine about this story obviously : )

#boris was attacked by my neighbor's dog and i've been crying so much. i'm so scared #it's 9pm so my sister is driving him to a vet 1 hour away cause the vets near close at 7pm #idk why bad things keep happening to him i'm so heartbroken idk what i'll do if he dies #my neighbor is a cruel bitch cause this happened around 1 pm and she didn't tell us. she hid him in a room #she was gonna let him die like that #my sister was supposed to take me somewhere tomorrow so she came home one day earlier #i'd been crying all afternoon and i told her to please ask around and then they (w mom and brother) went to my neighbor's house #they brought him back and he looked very weak and with blood all over #my sister called a friend of hers who's a vet and she came to see him and adviced to take him to a vet clinic #cause he was bloated and there was air(?) and her face was worried when she said that cause.. where does air come from #plus he was breathing weird #i had the worst panic attack the whole time since they brought him from the neighbor's house until they left with him #i couldn't even speak cause i couldn't stop crying #now i'm calm but i'm so worried #if my sister hadn't come home today boris would be still hurt and locked in my bitch neighbor's house #cause my mom thought i was being paranoid :( she wasn't going to ask around #cause she thought boris would come back since he's been missing before #also my sister's the only one who can drive #:( #i'm so angry cause that bitch next door heard me calling boris name all afternoon and didn't say shit #i hate her. not only bc of this but she's suck a snake in general. she's always gossiping shit about everyone #she didn't do anything and locked him in a room for like 7 hours. maybe those hours were crucial #idk. if boris dies i'm gonna do some crazy shit to this bitch so she'll have a reason to call me crazy

#man i am really going through it today #yesterday almost everyone i know got tickets to a festival with so many of the bands i grew up #and they'll be playing their entire albums from that era #i wanted to go so badly but couldn't justify ~$400 for one day #and flying to vegas next october esp i'm not sure where i'll be living at that time #then my book club of 3 years announced it is ending after next month bc the leader doesn't have time for meetings #also the author of a cozy mystery series i enjoy said her publisher wants her to branch out so there won't be any more books #moreover my amazon package got lost so now i might not get what i need by thansgiving #right now i'm stuck in bumper to bumper traffic trying to get home for thanksgiving #my drive is already 50% longer than it should have been #currently eating chips at a highway rest stop to cope with the horrors before i force myself back into the car #wwwy #personal

Y'all I so want to participate in InuKag Week but I don't think I even have the energy to pick up a pen let alone draw stuff 😩😭

#i just got back from a week and a half learning how to drive by my brother and let me tell you he took the job VERY SERIOUSLY #which is good but he'd drag me outta bed by 8 or sometimes 6 so we could practice #plus we did a lot of stuff together or had friends of his and family come over to interact with or entertain #I actually had a mothers day drawing I got started on but couldn't finish bc we were so busy. #i still might post it tho so don't worry #and then we drove down to FL where we met up with my mom and aunt and stayed a few days #then we had to rush home because I had work scheduled this weekend #so then we got home and i had barely 45 minutes to get dressed for work & I finished work only for us to go to dinner bc it was my b-day #and then I worked again today and tomorrow will be the first day in forever where I dont need to be anywhere and meet people #oh and I also have summer classes starting on May 30th #I had a lot of fun of course and I enjoy seeing people and like my job but I'm so freaking tired guys and my feet hurt😩 #so of I end up not posting any art for InuKag Week ya'll will at least know I'm not dead #i know I usually only post 1 or 2 drawings for the Week anyway but still #inuyasha #kagome higurashi #inukag #the hanyou and his miko #inukag week #inukag week 2023 #story of my life

Okay so I had a thought about the Stormshipping/Mario crossover now that I started trying to write this thing for real

Back to the bit I mentioned before a while back about Chazz and Peach gaslighting Bowser into believing the Toads' misunderstanding that Chazz is an actual prince. I originally thought Chazz would be the one doing it, now I think it would be best if it was Peach initiating that interaction.

Imagine it: Chazz and Peach are brought up from the dungeon and are brought before Bowser so y'know, he can gloat about his big plans for defeating Mario and taking over the Mushroom Kingdom and antagonize them as is on brand for the guy. During this, Chazz, being his typical self, is being a fucking smart ass and only succeeding in pissing Bowser off.

Bowser is mad af and fed up with this kid, so Bowser swipes and scoops him up in his claws, alarming Peach in the background. Bowser growls and squeezes his claws around Chazz while he squirms to try and get loose at the very least, if not free. Bowser threatens Chazz, and now Peach has had enough. She has to help somehow, she has to protect him, she's already made that promise to herself so no way will she allow him to come to harm on her watch if she can help it!

And thus, Peach panics for a second thinking of what she can do, when it comes to her. She interjects and tells Bowser that he mustn't hurt this boy, its would be a terrible mistake on his part! Bowser ignores her and is just kinda like yeah yeah, whatever you say. To which Peach interjects again, "But don't you understand? He's not just any boy from another world, he's a prince!" Or she says something like that at least

At which time everything stops. Bowser then turns his attention fully to her, very interested by what she just said, and Chazz looks on in shock and confusion at her as well, wondering just what in the fresh hell she thinks she's doing.

And as the scene goes, Chazz catches on to what she's doing and they tag team this plan to convince Bowser that Chazz is indeed a genuine prince and that Atticus and Alexis are powerful warriors and now that they're coming to rescue him, Bowser's in big trouble. Bowser falls for it, sending Kammy and Kamek to go spy on Atticus and Alexis and the Mario bros and deal with the sibling quad, sending Chazz and Peach back to the dungeon where they can bond more over this moment 😌

I loved the idea of Chazz doing it and Peach following his lead, but for me now it makes more sense to do it the other way around. Peach has taken responsibility for Chazz and his wellbeing because she's an adult and he's a teenager, essentially still a child, and also because he was caught up in this and kidnapped because of her. She pulls this stunt, which ultimately backfires on them when Bowser finds out they were bullshitting him, because she was trying to protect him from Bowser in exchange for Chazz getting kidnapped trying to protect her.

#a bit of a gloomy post so feel free to skip #but i noticed myself bottling up grief again and i feel like punching myself in the face #i noticed a pattern of me just repressing and pushing it to the back of my mind more than i did in the past months #i think i had a period of time where i let myself express and feel how much i miss jonghyun more than i do now #i feel like i was a bit more vocal (not necessarily to others in whatever form) and honest about how it felt #but now it's just such a mess in my mind #today was so weird because i took my friend to her workplace and when driving back home i played my jonghyun playlist #and all of a sudden i got very gloomy and started crying my eyes out and couldn't stop #it felt like such a punch to the stomach #i had to stop the car for a little and collect myself because it was just bad #and i felt really scared because i get the feeling i'm going back to the dark place i was in a while ago #i can't tell if it's because december is approaching or if i just have these recurring periods of time where i just cannot bear it #everytime i try to talk about it to my therapist i just freeze #the words get stuck somewhere in the middle and i don't know how many times i've attempted to talk about it and couldn't #i'm just really sad and i don't think pushing the thoughts away will do much #other than just make it pile up within me and then make me blow up like this

Suddenly very thankful that my phone has not gotten run over in the 2+ years I’ve had it.

#storytime in the tags :] #coming back from an event we stop at a carpool parking lot and I get in my car for the rest of the journey home #felt like I dropped something during the transfer but I couldn't see anything on the ground so I thought I imagined it #pull out of the parking space and realize I don't have my phone so I stop and check my seats and the space I just pulled out of #where I don't see anything #so I assume I must have left it in the other car #fine then I can check and see when we get back #search both cars and call my phone. nothing. #drive BACK to the parking lot and sure enough laying face down on the pavement is my phone #screen protector is thoroughly slammed and jammed but it otherwise looks fine #I cannot turn this thing on. it just flashes at me. #call it with the other person's phone and it rings #through the car's bluetooth even #so that's working #peel the screen protector off when we get home and suddenly I can see my lockscreen again! #there's a small spot in the top right corner where it's black #it has a 1 pixel wide green line down the middle #and it's flashing at me like it's a strobe light #but functionally it's fine #the weird thing is it looks like it went through more than me dropping it on the ground #it was smack in the middle of a parking space so that was odd :/ #and unless it fell face down the screen protector would probably not be as busted as it is #ANYWAY I'm glad it's still functional and neither of us (or another car) ran it over in the 20 minutes it took to get there and back #need to see about getting the screen fixed though #if you read all the tags you are very cool and here's a little candy for you 🍬
