I struggled so hard to come up with a list of pitches. But I did it and sent it in. Between family stuff, fatigue from *gestures at the universe*, and my allergies kicking my butt (thanks a lot botanical sexism and one stupid book from the 40′s) I need a head pat and a treat.

#mumblings #I'm one week away from probably getting my second dose of the vaccine and friends are coming this summer #and I'm like I don't know how to socialize any more #my basic level is cuddle but Korea broke me out of that tradition #I tried to return to it after I came home and all my friends gave me the long hugs I used to give them #but it didn't go over particularlly well #and despite living in a bubble with family I haven't really interacted with anyone except 5/6 fries who I've seen like once each #one ran out of her car to give me a hug because she's fully vaccinated and I froze up #for an introvert i'm becoming touch starved and it's pretty freaking awful #I think if I actually got a nice head pat or a good hug I might just break down crying and then because I hate crying in front of people #it'd be miserable #but i want #oh and this wasn't like me pitching out of the blue this was someone requested it #and I'm like oh man you picked something I'm not 100% confident in but I'll come up with a list of somethings #so I've spent like 3 days rolling around digging through my journals and notes and blog to try and come up with like 5 or 6 pitches #T^T but everyone who I've applied to like full time work at has pretty much ghosted me #so this is the only door that's been opened a crack in like months #so I'm hopeful
