Here are my original sketches for this project:
After my small group discussion with John Mark I started leaning towards the canvas manipulation idea. John Mark brought up a lot of good idea of printing on fabrics and the wide range of mediums in one piece.
Here are so inspo pics that I have found for my project thus far, plus some of my own photos that I will be using inspiration from:
I want to manipulate the female body through embroidery, sewing materials, fabric, etc. to create this idea of the "perfect woman" or a "desirable woman." However, the point of the point is to show that no matter the amount of manipulation put into a piece, the perfect can never truly exist.

Counting blessings, day 28 of 365. 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽 Thank you Kendra for covering for me today at work so that I could attend and host a table at Inspire’s Connect Group Summit!! 💯🤙🏽 So blessed to be called to lead and serve at this capacity! I was able to get there early to help with breakfast set up and was so blessed to see that my sister @deidre808 and I both brought sweet treats for our table guests!
