I was admiring that drawing you did of all your personas in different stories, and I wanted to know what “isaka” was. Did you mean isesaki or is it something else? The design is nice and I figured it’s undertale related, so I’m curious.
Yes I meant isekai, where the protag gets trapped in another dimension, I just can't spell and it would be a harem slavetale type thing.
MC has read so many fanfics of Undertale and different Au's and is obsessed with the skeletons, like a full on fangirl. In classic isekai fashion she gets transported to one of this stories but as the villian of a slavetale story. She's not to concerned about that but wants her favourite (skeletons) to have a better life then they did in the original story before they are freed at the end. Being the villian and rich she sort of starts collecting skeletons but theres a catch. She has to make the monsters hate her and make sure their life isn't too good otherwise she'd get accused of harboring monsters for like a sanctuary and they'd get taken away to much worse situtations. She struggles with fangirling over her favourites, knowing how they would react to things, keeping the story on track and making the skeletons hate her so they can have their happy ending while knowing they will never like her. MC is also just really nice so most of the skeletons can see what shes doing for some added comedic value. That's why that persona is in such different clothes too, shes trying to play the mean girl villian but is very cliche about it.
It's just one of the stories that's been in my head but that I will probably not write for a long long time.

A heart in a cage - Chapter 1
Hello, hello!
That story was absolutely not planned but, uh, here it is lol. I discovered the Slavetale AU, whose original idea belongs to V_Mum, and got incredibly frustrated to find only Sans x Reader fics, and none featuring Papyrus as the main character. And you know what we say in this case, uh? If you can't find what you want to read, write it. And here it is.
My fic is partially inspired by V_Mum universe, I kinda rebuilt it like I wanted to do. This story will talk about sensitive issues like (fictional) slavery and abuse, violence, politics, abuse of power. If you're not comfortable with these topics, then turn around, this will be your only warning. Most of the scenes will be soft, but I can't guarantee some will be not.
I publish irregularly, but I never give up my stories so don't worry. I'm also French, so sorry if there are some mistakes or if things sound a little weird. You can point it out, I won't get offended and it helps me to improve.
I hope you'll enjoy this story! Mind the tags please!

Three years ago, a new species surfaced from a mountain, the Monsterkind. Scared by this unexpected arrival, humans gradually broke their hope of living a normal life, before reducing them to slavery, first for the rich, and soon for everyone.
Librarian in an elementary school, you become overnight responsible for a skeleton named Papyrus, which the headteacher acquired to take care of domestic tasks… And be your assistant. Deeply against this modern slavery, you try to make his daily life better to some extent.
But after only two months, the headmaster changes his mind, considering Papyrus costs too much to maintain, and so must be sold again. Now attached to the skeleton, you decide to fight to find a way to buy him. If Papyrus must end his life as a slave, you are going to make sure it's in a place where he feels the freest possible.
No matter the law.

The Royals:
King Asgore:
Before the war, goat monsters like him were pretty common and they were mostly associated with nobility. He is the last surviving member of the original royal family and tried to postpone as much as he could his duties as new King.
He eventually accepted his position, when he understood that winning the war wasn't the end of their trouble. (And by pressure of the council)
Fell in love with Toriel, but didn't really confess until the war was over. Luckily for him, she accepted his feelings.
Is mostly kept in the dark about the groups of monsters who have been abusing their humans, as the information loses itself on the process of registry.
Was the one who decided to adopt Chara and also the one who decided to hide evidence after 'the situation'.
Plants are his jam and you'll definitely see him at his garden in his spare time, which is not much tbh
Personally, he is not in charge of any slaves, despite the technicalities saying The Crown owns all of them. To solve this, he has 'The Seven Chosen'. These slaves are linked to Toriel's magic, but only serve him. They can be swapped from times to times.
Toriel:
Daughter of a Count. Was supposed to marry one of Asgore's older brothers, but he died during the war. She didn't mind that much, to be fair, it was just an arranged marriage.
Served as a Asgore's light during his darkest times, which kept them going strong as a couple when the war ended.
Humans have a high sense of respect towards her because of her kind ways and gentle guidance.
She is in charge of several slaves(number is not exact). She wears a big bracelet with several linkstones attached to it.
Was the one who found out about 'the situation'.
Has verbally opposed the council loud and clear when they decided to apply the punishment to her children.
With the punishment being applied anyway, she became emotionally distant and most of her smiles are faked. She mastered the ability to do it so, though.
Asriel:
As a perfect blend of his parents, Asriel inherited the kindness, the nurturing nature and the sense of duty. He brought light to the palace when he was born, as he was curious and pleasant to stay around of. He had plenty of acquaintances.
Acquaintances. No friends. There was this stupid barrier between him and most monsters his age. Their parents would tell them, naturally, that they were supposed to treat him with utmost respect and that often meant that kids would allow him to win the games. Barely touch him in fears of 'tainting him'. Never, ever tease him in fears of being sent to the mage tower. Those were... Shallow friendships. And he hated it.
One day, when he was on his father's garden, he met a human. Said human had no magic rune on his body to affirm he was part of the slave program. He also seemed to be way too thin and dirty. Not to mention- Hurt! Asriel helped the human and they became friends.
Not just acquaintances. Friends. This human treated him normally. Without worrying about his position or title. Maybe even, he wasn't even aware of it. This nameless human, was just the right amount of annoying and touching and fun he needed.
Asriel soon found a place for this human to stay inside the palace, a room of his own and for some time, it was a fantasy. Their own world.
But they were found eventually.
Asgore and Toriel were surprised in many levels. A human with no identification and no name. A person who their son actually managed to connect. More than that... That human had magic on them. In fact, he were so powerfully magical, one could have mistaken his for a boss monster, if magic was the only thing taken in consideration. He was also charming and easy to talk to.
The human was named Chara and instead of sticking him into the slave program, they had a better plan. They would make Chara their own son. Asriel's brother. He was obviously the most ecstatic about that.
Chara
Before coming to the castle, Chara lived with his mother inside the forest. She hated monsters. Her monster owner at the time used to hurt her. But he would do that in such subtle ways that there was no way to detect it in the monthly checkup. The monster doctor in charge of her area, also didn't seem very keen on humans' wellbeing.
She fell in love with another slave and they kept a forbidden relationship that ultimately resulted on her pregnancy. They decided to run away from the monsters, hiding on the forest. Her lover was killed during the chase and she managed to stay alive, but had to live on her own. Including her labor.
She made it sure for Chara that monsters were bad and he was supposed to fear them. Hate them.
Hating monsters he did. Despite having never seen one before. When his mother died - mostly out of starvation - he understood he could no longer stay on the forest only.
He advanced towards the city. Especially at the palace's garden. No one really guarded there because there was no threats.
There, he met Asriel. Asriel was too nice. He couldn't be out like this. What if the monsters got him? He barely could believe when he told him that he was a monster himself. No way. Monsters were bad.
That was their only disagreement.
Eventually, he was adopted by the royals. They were so nice. So kind. He came to love them, despite the voice of his dead mother chastising him for befriending the enemy.
He could feel the dirty looks, though. From monsters and humans alike. Who he thought he was? How come a lowly human like him, (uneducated at that!), become part of the very royal family?
Was he bad?
No. Asgore said he wasn't. Toriel reassured he wasn't. Asriel believed he wasn't.
But he definitely knew. There were bad monsters out there and he wanted to catch them.

I am really, really enjoying re-reading @saltedpeppermintmocha's SlaveTale fic Early Bird Special atm. It's the perfect blend of angst and soft domestic fluff.
In fact, I'm enjoying it so much that I wanted to sketch a little fanart for the fic - specifically Chapter 3 where Reader splint's BP's arm with some...less than convential materials.
(two versions, because the colour balance on my laptop is much more muted than on my phone...)
I know BP is a bit fuzzier here than his canon sprites, but I thought it helped to make him look a bit more dishevelled. He is meant to be living rough, after all. I also did my best to give him a general level of grime/dirt, but I'm not sure how effective I was ^^;
Anyway, hope you like it, and please check out Early Bird Special! It's well worth a read!

🌸Favorite AU is one of the hardest ones for me to pick honestly! I adore so many. I almost always swing back the horrortale, to any particularly angsty worlds. Dreamtale is another I visit often though I blame my friend for that hah (though canon is far from my mind, I enjoy all the different interpretations more). There are some lesser known ones I enjoy too.
🥒Oh I have an idea brewing in my head for a slavetale type au. I'd like to try out more feel good wholesome content too, domestic cuteness, but I'm not sure I could do it well.

....ANGST!
Fell Órdago is not there cuz it's fell... And he did not make it 👀
That is.... Part of a theory in a potential slavetale!AU I've sort of developed -rather lightly- with @mochamashi, yes
He's so dangerous from the very beginning he needs to be put down so humans can go their merry way destroying monsterkind.
I can see a Fell-Fell Órdago going through the same thing, to be fair, him being so fucked up and wired the crown has no choice but to get rid of him at a young age, so he doesn't become a bigger threat as an adult.
As we say in my country, "muerto el perro, se acabó la rabia".

yknow what it's late and my laryngitis refuses to let me sleep so let's go over my least favorite ut aus tw for in//cest, pedo//phillia, and sexual assault mentions
slavetale!! for obvious fuckin reasons!!! for those who don't know this one it's better if you don't, but generally speaking the entire au revolves around the concept "what if monsters were enslaved by humans" which!! is kinda fuckin gross!!!
flowerfell. the popular fan interpretation of this was the shitty frans version that was big, so it goes on the list (however i did find out Initally it wasn't meant to be That type of au and the creator got pushed into it and eventually ditched the project so)
lusttale. ACTIVELY hate this one, literally fetishized sexual assault in the orginal conception and frisk was both aged up and asexual (and sex repulsed if i remember correctly, it's been a while). i ran in this circle when i was a kid but now that i'm older i'm just "HEY!!! WHAT THE FUCK ACTUALLY!!!"
horrortale for no other reason then it treats mental illness as "ooOoO SCARYYYYY" and i'm so mAD it could've been GREAT IF THE CREATOR WASN'T ABELIST
not really an au but hate the owo-ification of characters like error and nightmare. i dunno i prefer when they're lil fucked up dudes with mass trauma this is what i'm here for
glitchtale!! fuck camila and her r slur using ass!! and fuck you for gendering frisk and chara literally eat my entire left foot you cLOWN

Where we go from here
read it on AO3 at https://archiveofourown.org/works/49322107 by Leftblind They fought so hard at first... But now... Now he doesn’t even know what they were fighting or hoping for in the first place when they arrived. For freedom? As soon as they grasped how this world worked, how monsters that remained on the surface all this time were truly treated, they all regretted crossing that mountain barrier. How was this human saying going again? Ah.. it was quite a fitting one. ‘Out of the frying pan and into the fire.’ Edge never thought of humans as dumb or useless, rather as.. cruel. Do you commonly get hate for your AU SlaveTale, due to its name and theme? What do you have to deal with, and what do you usually say to defend yourself to the people who find it problematic?
forgive me in advance if this is full of spelling errors but I am Very Sick (maybe covid?) and it is also 2am so i cannot be asses to spell check
Do I currently get any hate or criticism, specifically, for the topic slavery being a focal point of the AU? No, I don't, not for that. Not currently, at least. I wouldn't say i've ever gotten 'hate' on the topic- present time, certainly not. In the present time, I am not the only person that has looked at the concept of Undertale and Slavery or Sub-Personhood status; Taking humans and political atmospheres and the history of out species into account, mistreatment of a new species (alients, monsters, mutants, etc) is not only a reasonable consideration but also a popular one in sci-fi, and that said: is not somewhat common and has been visited before by others.
So, if anything: No, I dont get any 'hate' and, these days, not much of any criticism either. It's a topic lots of people have explored.
NOW, six years ago? The closest to 'hate' I had on the topic back when I started ST ( to my knowledge, the concept hadn't been done before? but i'd hesitate to say "of yeah i'm the first person to write this idea") existed more in the form of 'well I DONT THINK this could ever happen' and 'humans are so far past slavery, we're beyond that' and... you know, slavery is still an active issue in the world. Most of the world's fishing industry in the east functions on slavery, major american corporations, for example the chocolate or coffee industry, still use slavery- and there is definitely a lucrative black market in the Body industry for kidnapped peoples and children. I myself live in florida, the number one state for human trafficing, where Tampa is- the number one city for trafficing. There are numerous factories world-wide that function almost exclusively on Slave work internationally.
It is not an issue Humans have defeated, and when someone says that, they're usually implying that Racially-based slavery (in the united states) is over and done with. That in and of itself isn't even all that true- again, I live in florida. My hometown had high hispanic-persons kidnapping rates. There's a strong argument for prison based labor requirements just being reformatted slavery- and we all know the statistics in the US on minorities being sentenced and kept in prisons, even for the most moderate of charges or even outright framing.
If corporations could get away with it, they would immedeatly inslave their employee populous- Amazon even Tried, by replacing actual monetary payment with shit like Amazon-based currency (basically fun points) and placing career demands so strenous they can kill, while refusing basic rights like restrooms- which is a quick way to create a modernized capitalistic installment of feudalistic workers. Which: Slavery by force of "you either do what I say or you starve to death."
THIS topic is getting away from me and is already long winded. So lets say: I find that kind of 'hate' that I used to get entirely unfounded. And while I dont get that kind of 'hate' anymore, gesturing to the incorrectness of those statments is usually my response, and then stop answering if people continued to argue it.
BUT, I feel like what you're asking me is more specific than you phrased it, so I'll go back to a previously mentioned topic: racially motivated slavery, and if I've been contacted about it in relation to ST. The answer is yes. I wouldn't call it 'hate', I would call what I've been asked or prompted as 'critique'. There used to me someone who followed along with my story when it was roughly only 20 chapters or so; They didnt like that my MC was white coded while dealing with the concept of slaves. My MC isn't intentionally white-coded, more so privledge-coded; but obviously theres going to be some coding of white-ness in 'race-unspecified-privleged-person' and more so because I, too, am white. Which leads into other factors that I haven't been able to approach well in my story.
There was a time roughly 40 chapters into the story (after the critique that the MC is white-coded had marinated with me for a while) where I wanted the MC character to interact with with a character I'd put together for the purpose; During the phase where the MC is explaining their resume to the brothers or hunting for a new job while relapsing to old unhealthy work, I wanted to include a scene where the reader goes to an interview for a prospective job, taking Sans and Papyrus. They'd meet their boss and it would be a man names Nasha- and it's been a while, and I never used him, so I don't remember all the details I put together, but the background information on this character included that his family would be of Nigerian decent, he would have a characteristic Purple sweatervest, he would dislike lemon flavored tea but would have it in his office for visitors, and he would be loosely connected to the MC's future employers, the Rainbow, and would be the one to forward her name to them. This character never made it to the story, because I didn't know how to write his scene- I rewrote it three times. First, very left-leaning on the topic, like the Reader, but unsympathetic, also like the reader. The MC doesnt get the job primarily because he's disgusted by personhood ownership (and secondarily because the MC shows up late and is poorly prepared for the interview) and would be absolutely indifferent to and hinting that it's and effort to Protect them (just as the reader is shown to be indifferent to Apollo explaining his monster for the same reason).
And then I reread it, and thought... too aggressive, right? too idealistic, too, for a man in charge of a branch of a company? surely he's not so moral. that he'd be too professional to really respond to the fact that reader brought two slaves into the interview and would be vaguely acclimated to the Slave environment that exists in the world of the story. So i re-wrote him more neutrally; that he'd be subtleley displeased, but not hinging his hiring opinions on it, and wouldnt really acknowledge the Brothers as slaves, so much as he has just adapted to the slavery society-wide.
And I... rewrote it again, because I still didnt like it or feel confident with it. The MC isn't supposed to get the job no matter what, but the interview is supposed to be a contributor to good things down the line. In the previous two versions of the writing, Nasha is a friend and benefactor to the Rainbow group, and forwards the MC's application and Resume to them, in hopes of getting her two monsters taken/rescued from her possession. In re-writing three, Nasha is a sympathetic man that would take some small mercy on the MC's clearly ruffled and exhausted appearance and her Monsters that are aparently to be well-cared for and, more or less, doesnt care about the implications that they're technically slaves and takes her word for everything. He tries to hire her, and things don work out, but he forwards her information along. And I never even finished writing this one because it just felt........ not right, writing this black man to be so forgiving and chill with situational slavery, because yeah while Slavery doesn't have to be and isn't always a ratially motivated thing, there is definitely racial context in the situation.
I decided I didnt know how to write the opinion of a black man on this situation. I asked a writing friend, Bein- who is Korean and not black- if he had any thoughts, because I always asked his opinion back then. And we both sort of concluded that we just dont have the context to write that opinion, and I took out Nasha's scene and moved the Rainbow grroup's introduction down the line and made it a more abrupt change rather than a gradual one.
In hindsight, I don't like how I handled that uncertainty; I still don't think removing the black character completely was a just answer, But i still dont think it was my right to write the opinion of a poc on a social-level opinion of a modern slavery situation. I think it would have been nice to have someone to ask who was black to muse with me on the subject, but other than Bein (who actually went offline not long after that and we havent really talked since) and my current Partner, I dont really TALK about characters or story stuff to anyone, so I dont really have anyone to ask.
This isn't something i've ever gotten 'hate' about, and I've never actually gotten a critique before regarding an absence of black opinion on the MC having slaves- and the fact that i've never gotten so much as a critique about it is... surprising. A little disconcerting, even? It makes me wonder if the audience of of ST is all-white-leaning and thus doesnt notice- and if it is, and my thing i wrote caters only to one group, that would concern me because it means i've probably turned away other groups and im really doing this shit wrong if I am, so...
(I wanted to write it so badly back when I was writing Nasha that I even considered asking my aunts or cousins but could not conceivably come up with a way to ask my very baptist-christian-bliblical-evangelical family who have never once heard of the word 'fanfiction' about the specifics without letting them read my undertale fanfic and that is probably the most mortifying thin a then-17-year-old could possibly fucking conceive.)
Bottom Line: no, I dont really get critique or 'hate' based on the slavery subject matter anymore. Maybe I should be getting some. I'm trying to write it properly, and i can certainly recognize there should be a little more representation of poc and black opinion than there currently is, but I feel rather under-qualified for writing it.

Chapter 90 of Slavetale is POSTED and as per tradition, I am overcome with desire to re-write the entire story.
Just glad I could get it done in a not-terrible-6-month-timeframe, especially given all the computer issues may render me unable to write in the future.

What's this? an Update to a fic that isn't HND? Falling has updated with some pretty neat character growth if I do say so myself. It's a shorter chapter but I really like it.
Anyway Enjoy~

Another situation
Wingdin has been working on a machine to break into what he calls 'reality coding'. He discovered that the smallest fragments of the atoms of his universe are actually lines of code. He has successfully accomplished some experiments with that, but the manipulation is very unstable.
This secret experiment is often observed by Shani, who assists Wingdin in whatever he may need, from taking precise notes based off observation to healing him when something goes wrong and he gets hurt in the process. Nothing major happened so far.
His main plan with the idea is to fix the code of Sans' HP so he can be healthy again. Not only for Sans himself, but for her.
Verdana, his former wife, the love of his life, mother of his sons, she was the one responsible for the healing of Sans after the magical surgery. That went wrong. So very wrong. It left her mentally unstable. So unstable she locked her up on her room, refusing to see anyone except for Wingdin himself and her own slave, Onett. One day, Onett couldn't bring her food, as she was ill. It was Wingdin's who took the food. Verdana was angry at him, territorial. She called him names and yelled. The slave failed to explain themselves. She mercilessly trapped the slave in a cage of bones, piercing his whole body.
She was sentenced to the Maze Tower. One of the first monsters to go there. It haunted Wingdin. His precious Verdana was trapped on the place he designed.
The Maze Tower had a way out. Verdana was smart. She was going to find her way back to him and when she did, their son would be healthy again to meet her. Everything would be fine again. He would make sure of it.

Chapters: 33/? Fandom: Undertale (Video Game) Rating: Explicit Warnings: Rape/Non-Con Relationships: Sans (Undertale)/Reader, Sans (Undertale)/Original Female Character(s) Characters: Sans (Undertale), Papyrus (Undertale), Reader, Mettaton (Undertale) Additional Tags: Slavery, Sexual Slavery, Underlust Sans (Undertale), Alternate Universe - Underlust (Undertale) Summary:
Most slave stories have a dark tilt to them, while I have read plenty with Underfell, Classic, and all of them have some messed up things, this story slithered into my mind, and I felt that I should write it. The question came of what would it be like if the Underlust monsters found themselves on the surface, and faced with the power of the humans were pushed into slavery. While a few tropes we expect from a slave story will be present, collars, submission, non con or dub con elements, there will be a few things that you might not expect. While I have this tagged as a reader insert fic, the reader portion is due to some of the POV being done in second person. The MC is both the reader and an original character with her own personality and background, she has flaws, she has character, and she is a person on her own with a name. Be warned. Sandera Huges is the heiress of a wealthy family, she uses her unique position to attempt to campaign for monster freedom as they come up from the mountain, sadly things don’t go according to plan and she has to change her tactics to find a way to give the monsters what they deserve after what humans have done to them.

You ever have like a million different ideas you want to work on all at once? Like damn girl sit down you're already writing three different fics every week. But I wanna do all of these ideas!
So many ideas I want to chase. I swear I get inspired constantly.
I wonder what people think of decent anti-harems? There's parts of me that want to utterly ruin many of the skeletons and make them regret their every life choice hahaha, they shan't be forgiven so easily.
I want to write one of the reader becomes a monster fics~ (possibly tied in with the anti-harem heh) Or involve that in some of my other fics I love that stuff so much
I want to write a slavetale robot space fic (If you've ever seen robo-spider sans from akaindulgence? Yeah either that or where reader is the robot.)
I wanna write cryptid moth mans skeletons ala llamagoddessofficial style. (I'm too scared to at people they don't need to see this anyway god help me)
It's over done but I almost want to write a reader falls into the underground one. But which underground is the real question there.
There's so much swimming around in this stupid skull of mine lol and this doesn't even include the plethora of stupid original story ideas I have, some started and some merely waiting for their turn.
