Verdant Hope Scratch

In the former whispers outpost under the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance

Founded by a priory skritt who lived in the hidden collections and refused to part with an artifact she found on a shelf. Pact needed it in Orr so they simply her and the artifact.

Most of it's initial inhabitants are from Skrittsburgh. To emulate the frequent assassinations of the king of Skrittsburgh, citizens of Verdant Hope appoint a new mayor every morning. This creates absolutely no chaos whatsoever, no sir.

Nowadays it's a popular retirement destination for pact veterans, including to their most famous citizen, Big'attak the skritt stuck* inside an exalted armor. He has to stay ouside because he is too big to fit through the cave entrance.

Priory people love them because they are great at finding artifacts. Priory also hate them because they are great "finding" artifacts that have already been found by the priory.

Typical passtimes are staring in awe at the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance (Cathedral Place of Floating Shinies), swimming out to the quaggan village to steal their lamps, chopping up risen to sell their bodyparts and getting wasted on omnomberries.

They built a statue of "The Hern" out of scrap. The mayor sits on it's head.

EDIT: Almost forgot, they got a skrizzard that can do telepathy, but only in the skritt hive intelligence talk so it's basically useless except to confuse people
