Laxatives
You all know that laxatives are bad for you body, since they only flush the water out of it and not really the weight. They give you a really bloated belly and in general they stress you body.
Now presenting to you, healthy, natural laxatives.
Number 1: Water
There is nothing that flushes more water out of you body than water. At first your body might be bloated from drinking more water because it is not used to so much water and tries to store it in your body in case you stop drinking water again. BUT!!! And I cannot stress this enough. If you keep drinking a large amount of water your body will begin to realise that this is now a constant state and it will flush all the water out of you. The downside, you will constantly have to pee. The upside, you don't damage your body as much as you would with chemicals.
Number 2: Psyllium
Psyllium is a great alternative for laxatives and for fighting with binges. You can eat them with a bowl of oatmeal and they will work wonders. Psyllium can fill itself with loads and loads of water which is great because it will therefore bloat your large intestine and work as a laxative.
Please try more healthy alternatives and don't destroy your body with chemicals that only drain it of water.

Since I got asked what I did to go from 116 lbs to 112 lbs in 4 days I will make a post about it.
Disclaimer: I will leave out some exact details if they are encouraging ed behaviour.
So what I did on a daily basis was:
• Walking 12000 steps
It might not seem to have much of an impact but I noticed that I moved a lot and always reached my step goal of at least 12000 steps by going on walks, walking to a bus station that was a bit further away if I had the time and even when I was at work (I mostly stand behind a counter and serve coffee or ice cream but I had to work as a waiter that week).
• Drinking enough water
I have no specific amount of water that I have to drink for a day but I tried to drink more which means always having water with me and when I get bored I drink water instead of snacking. I also only drank water or protein shakes as liquid. No alcohol, soda, diet soda or coffee. Not only because of the calories or because I can't stand anything about coffee but also because things like diet soda make you crave sweet stuff more which could lead to weight gain.
• Doing workouts
I do a lot of cardio workouts but also some workouts that focus on building and sculpting muscles with exercise that you only need your body weight for and honestly I found a favourite workout that I do almost daily. I just search for workouts on YouTube, play them on my Tv or Laptop and follow along. Also I love to dance so I do a lot of Kpop random dances or Just Dance.
Should I start posting what workouts I do on a daily basis?
• Started a diet
I will not say what diet I did but it was a kpop inspired diet. If I couldn't eat what the diet allowed me to eat because my mum made something I ate what she made but in a smaller portion than I would have before.
• Drinking protein shakes
Since I pretty much get cravings for sweet stuff at night I started to drink protein shakes as dinner and they taste like chocolate milk so it keeps me full and satisfies my cravings. I make them with almond milk.

I ate like shit yesterday and still dropped weight!!!
I had my smoothie (1 carrot, 1 apple, 1 pear, water), some quinoa with vegetables (sweet potato, pears, paprika) and 3 potato which I cut into thin slices and then microwaved until they tasted like chips and later at night I had chocolate Ice cream.
Gosh I still can't believe this.

Best thing I can recommend for getting through the day is a smoothie.
I started drinking a smoothie almost every day a few weeks ago and it made me feel so full and made me less light headed.
Still I lost weight.
It's not much of an effort to put a few fruits or vegetables in a blender, add water for a more liquid consistency and there you have it. Doesn't matter if it's fresh fruits or frozen ones. I even add some apple cider vinegar sometimes and it's so tasty.

I tried making some cookies with a recipe that I found online and the they are not as bad as they look or sound. Mine don't look as fancy because I just made little piles of dough with a spoon and maybe because I put a spoon of melted peanutbutter in it but I got about 40 of these little things. The only thing that I think tastes funny, not bad, is that the consistency is like a sponge or foam. Still yummy.

My mum: I was trying to cut refined sugar for a month completely and she kept pushing me to eat sugary stuff and when I did she mocked me for it and for my lack of self control
My sister: showing herself off in front of me when she got extremely skinny die to stress with her relationship and kept mentioning how much she *hates* it
My neighbour (boy, one year older than me): kept calling me wobble nugget because of my belly fat since I was 6
A guy I knew from school: compared me to a girl my height and laughed about me because I was not as skinny as her

B: But why working on a body for an existing bikini and not buy a bikini for an existing body?
A: Jumping and running up to B, holding them by wrapping their arm around their throat and pulling them close to them
