I got the head and body cleaned up and sprayed with MSC matt.
Then I outlined where I wanted the white patches using white watercolor pencils.
And now I'm filling in the white patches with Pan Pastels.
I used watercolor pencils on the hooves.
For the sections that were on the human portions, I custom blended pastels to try to match the skin tone of the head. It may take a few layers to gain full opacity, but I'm happy so far.

Sex-linked calico with recessive piebald gene; females appear calico with piebald patches, while males display the wild type coloration with piebald markings.
My issue with Piebald/Paint is they SHOULD have been a tertiary but not in the way the poll had it be but white with the colour somehow. My preference has always been to have it with like, faded colour on the extremities like how real piebald animals have the pink skin showing through on the nose.
