✿ The Home Sweet Home Legacy Challenge ✿

If there are any rules that you don’t vibe with, just skip over them!
Some of the rules are centered around gameplay and some are more story-based!
You don’t have to complete aspirations or max out careers if you don’t want to, unless it’s otherwise specified in the generation’s rules!
Play with any lifespan you prefer.
Read one generation ahead to get all of the information you need!
Mods are allowed and encouraged; especially ones that make the game more realistic. I’ve linked a couple mods in some generations that can add to the gameplay!
If you have the more traits in cas mod, pick whatever extra traits you think would fit your sim!
Rules for the generations under the cut ✿
GENERATION ONE ✿
You were raised in the city by strict parents who pushed you to be the best student in school. Despite your ambitious nature you hated the fact that you had no autonomy or free time. When you became a young adult you packed up your belongings, your pet and your limited funds and you moved to the countryside. Your cottage is rundown and outdated…it’s going to take a lot of work (and money) to make it a home. You quickly realize you might not actually be cut out for this life, but you are too stubborn and proud to give up and move back in with your parents.
Traits: Squeamish, Ambitious, High Maintenance
Aspiration: Country Caretaker OR Freelance Botanist
Career: Start with a part time job and/or odd jobs until your sim ages up into an adult, then settle into a full time job of your choice. To make additional money, you can also sell harvestables from your garden or your farm animals (if you want to go down that route!)
Starting Out: Start in Henford-on-Bagley with your pet in a small, rundown cottage with 2-3 bedrooms. You can use money cheats at this point, but remember: small rundown cottage…don’t use those extra funds for nice appliances!! When your house is done, set your funds to 450.
Rules:
Your lot must have the ‘simple living’ lot trait
Reach level 5 in: Handiness, Cooking and Gardening
Befriend a few locals
Meet and fall in love with an outdoorsy sim with a large tight knit family
Spend every holiday with your partner’s family, and have a solid relationship with most (if not all) of them
Have 2 kids
Take a vacation for every sim’s birthday (if you can’t afford it, throw a birthday party on a public lot instead)
Renovate the cottage over time (get new appliances, wallpaper/flooring, etc.)
Optional Rules:
Play with the ‘off the grid’ lot trait
Max out Handiness, Cooking and/or Gardening
Make the sim’s parents and make them have a negative relationship
GENERATION TWO ✿
You grew up in a small, quiet town. After hearing about your parent’s childhood in the city, you were inspired to give it a try. You say goodbye to your loving family and set out for San Myshuno. You find an apartment and a part time job, then you get a few roommates to help with the bills. When you are faced with an accidental pregnancy, your roommates rally in support.
Traits: Loyal, Creative, Slob
Aspiration: City Native OR Painter Extraordinaire
Career: Max out the Retail part time job before quitting and selling paintings full time
Starting Out: Move into an apartment in San Myshuno with 2-3 roommates (you can use the roommate feature but I recommend actually having them in the household!)
Rules:
Max the painting skill
Have Game Night, or something similar, once a week with your roomies
Have an accidental pregnancy after a one night stand (if your sim can’t become pregnant and the other sim can, move the baby into your household when they’re born!)
Raise your kid as a single parent (with the help of your roomies)
Once your child becomes a teen, move out into your own place (it could be in San Myshuno or another world)
Marry as an elder
Optional Rules:
As an elder, marry the sim you had a one night stand with (that ultimately resulted in the birth of your child)
Become famous (because of your paintings)
GENERATION THREE ✿
Just as the expression goes, it took a village to raise you. You were a wild, rebellious child with a love for athletics. Even though you were surrounded by love as a kid (not just from your biological family, but from your parent’s roommates) you always wanted to have siblings. You end up marrying one of your childhood best friends and you settle down in a quiet neighborhood.
Traits: Family Oriented, Hot Headed, Athletic
Aspiration: Big Happy Family
Career: Athletic
Starting Out: Move into a house in a world of your choice with your partner.
Rules:
Max the parenting skill and the athletic skill
Have 4 children
Reach the summit of Mt. Komorebi at some point in your life
Be a hands-on parent: play with your kids, build them a treehouse, throw birthday parties, be as involved as possible in their lives
Go through rough patches with your spouse due to your anger issues
Eventually decide to get a divorce after trying to make it work (or if you have RPO, you can opt for separation instead)
You and your ex-spouse must live on the same lot and continue to raise your kids together
Sleep in your workout shed in the backyard
Optional Rules:
Remarry your ex-spouse
Reach level 5 of the handiness skill
GENERATION FOUR ✿
Although you and your siblings were loved by your parents, the living situation after their divorce was not ideal. Because of that, you vowed to never get married. You head off to university immediately after graduation and start on your path toward success.
Traits: Ambitious, Noncommittal, Genius
Aspiration: Fabulously Wealthy OR Academic
Career: Business OR Politics
Starting Out: Enroll in University and move into a dorm
Rules:
Max the research and debate skill, and the logic skill
Reach the top of your career
Get the best possible grades throughout your life
Have at least two romantic relationships at all times…you are never faithful to one sim
Have two kids with two different partners
(Hesitantly) become official with one of your flings and move in together
When your partner proposes, reject them and have them move out
Go on a post-breakup trip with your kids to Sulani
Rarely discipline your children. In fact, rarely interact with them
Optional Rules:
Never retire
Move at least three times
GENERATION FIVE ✿
Growing up, your parent was pretty distant and you never had a great relationship with them. They were always working, talking about work, or spending time with their significant others. One of your favorite memories of your childhood was your trip to Sulani. You and your sibling decide to move out together and live there permanently. It’s rough living in a new place with limited funds, but the two of you have some creative solutions.
Traits: Loyal, Bro, Kleptomaniac
Aspiration: Party Animal
Career: Criminal
Starting Out: Move into a small house in Sulani with your sibling.
Rules:
Max the charisma skill
Reach the top of your career
Earn money from the criminal career, stealing and pickpocketing
Always maintain a close relationship with your sibling (who can also follow in your criminal footsteps, or work part time / odd jobs instead)
Throw parties regularly and pickpocket the whole time
Have a rivalry with another criminal that turns into love at some point
Your sibling eventually moves out…and your partner moves in!
Have one child
Have a super tacky over the top wedding
Optional Rules:
Max the mischief skill
(If you have this mod, you can pickpocket when your sim is younger! If you have Basemental you can also become a dealer to make money. If you have this mod, I recommend using the enemies to lovers interactions!)

All the stuff in The Sims 3, The Sims Medieval, and The Sims 4 was originally concepts and ideas for The Sims 2. And that's what's important - the developers of The Sims 2 had elaborations on these ideas that were removed or implemented in later games of The Sims or in spin-offs
In April 2006, a survey was held on the official website asking players what they would want to see in later expansion packs.
A large chunk of those ideas would not make it into the final, but in later Sims-related content.
The page mentions of Sims as castaways on another island, where they need to build a new home in the rainforest to farm, fish and build stuff to survive. The idea would be released as a spin-off called The Sims Castaway for consoles and handhelds, and The Sims Castaway Stories for Windows. Oddly, farming isn't a feature in the latter, despite having dozens of leftovers for it.
There was going to be an expansion pack focused solely on functionable hospitals, separated into four different careers referred to as "medicine, physical therapy, surgeon, or psychiatry" in order to cure illnesses from Sims. The would be revisited in The Sims 4: Get To Work expansion.
This paragraph details the gameplay. And they complement what Mike Seller, one of The Sims 2's game designers, described in response to a question about the goals set during its development:
Add more meaningful jobs and locations -- this eventually came out, sort of, in later releases, but a ton of work we did for this was dropped. For example we had gameplay for creating your own doctor's office with waiting room and treatment room. The more chairs, magazines, fish tanks, etc., the longer patients would wait. The worse your diagnoses or procedures, the faster they would leave (if you made the patient scream because you chose the wrong procedure, the Sims in the waiting room would get upset and run out the door :) ). Unfortunately, we were also beset with frustrating technical issues involving the underlying scripting language (Edith), so making all this was incredibly difficult.
An expansion pack that would be released as Pets is mentioned in the survey, but it also refers to training pets, suggesting that it was going to play a slightly bigger role rather than teaching them tricks. Coincidentally, The Sims Pet Stories does feature a pet training system in the form of an obstacle course.
What would be the Seasons expansion is mentioned in the survey, mentions the feature of a "sand volleyball" activity. An unused volleyball graphic can be found in the base game, suggesting the feature was going to come to fruition.
A time travel-themed expansion pack is explained where Sims are travelled back in time to a fantasy neighborhood "where they can live like royalty or enjoy the simple things in life", and have access to building castles, having enourmous feasts and working on small farms. The whole idea would most likely be the basis of The Sims Medieval, but the castle-building aspect would be released in the form of a The Sims 2 Store set, coming with medieval-themed furniture.
A mystery-solving expansion pack, involving socializing with specific Sims all over the neighborhood to figure out the mystery would be most likely revisited in The Sims 3 Ambitions in the Detective Career.
But when reading the description, this trailer comes to mind, which supposedly refers to The Sims Castaway Stories, but there's nothing Castaway about it. It really makes you wonder what happened in the town and why people disappeared:

A similar Seasons-themed expansion pack is mentioned where Sims could put on parties specific to certain seasons (Despite the idea being released as the New Year's Party in Happy Holiday Stuff), with the mention of a party planner. Seasonal-themed parties would likely be revisited in The Sims 3 Seasons.
The last option mentions enjoying the best years' of the Sims' youth, with features involving birthdays, playground antics, slumber parties, building tree-houses and forts, sports practice, and prom nights. The idea sounds a lot like what would eventually be in The Sims 3: Generations, but the mention of a sports practice could also loosely tie into the FreeTime expansion with the soccer goalposts. There's also an unused model of a Slumber Party Memory in the base game, suggesting that the feature was going to return in an expansion pack before getting scrapped again.
After the expansion-related ideas came the addition of specific objects that players would like to see in future expansions;
Furniture workbench (create your own furnishings)
Pool toys
Camping - would be introduced in the Bon Voyage expansion pack.
Water parks, zoos, amusement parks
Apartments - - would be introduced in the Apartment Life expansion pack.
Slot Machines, Roulette, Craps tables - Would be introduced in The Sims 3 Lucky Palms.
Casinos
Pets - would be introduced in the Pets expansion pack.
Weather and Seasons - would be introduced in the Seasons expansion pack.
Concert lighting and stages - would be introduced in The Sims 3 Showtime.
Snowball fight - would be introduced in the Seasons expansion pack.
Gardening, growing food - would be introduced in the Seasons expansion pack.
Sports and other active events - would be loosely introduced in the FreeTime expansion pack.
Skating, snowboarding, skiing - would be introduced in the Seasons expansion pack.
Cooking materials, food items - would be loosely introduced in the Seasons expansion pack, but would come to full use in The Sims 3 base game.
Prom parties - would appear in The Sims 3 Generations.
Health and sickness - doctors and nurses making house calls
Fishing - would be introduced in the Seasons expansion pack.
Frisbee
Going shopping - Not to be confused with Open For Business, which came out a month prior.
Yearly calendar - mark, plan special events
Natural Disasters - would be loosely introduced as the meteor death in The Sims 3 Ambitions.
Celebrities
Create your own holiday
Movie Theater
Croquet
Hotels - would be introduced in the Bon Voyage expansion pack.

It is a busy save file with many lots filled to stop random spawning of townies but the empty lots will soon quickly fill up with townie families if you don’t use them.
The townies are clearly marked in the unplayed tab with the #townies so you know who is meant to have a lot and who isn’t.
As of saving, everyone had the jobs in their household description. However once you start playing in the save, the game chooses to just do its thing and replace jobs etc. Neighbourhood Stories are disactivated for this reason too, so you will need to activate it yourself if desired.

♥ Wedding Stories Gameplay ♥
The last played household is Molly McEvoy and Myles Murphy, an engaged couple who are deeply connected and in love. They have no jobs, no skills and no money so you will have to play a while to give them the lavish ceremony they desire.
Alternatively, there is the Rogers family who are on vacation in Tartosa before Rosalie and Rick’s big day at the Peacock Rose Pavilion, Tartosa’s premier venue for weddings. There is some family drama of course that you can dip into if you choose.
Or... you can head to the Panja family who are on vacation in Sulani before having a Hindi beach wedding on Sand Simoleon Beach which has been decorated for the event. Their day is unlikely to be drama free too however. :)
I actually created a club for each wedding party so you can see who all should be involved. Now... how these weddings pan out is completely up to you!

Here’s a tutorial on how you can switch between the packs without having to uninstall them on Windows. With this method, you can choose with what packs you play. It’s been my go-to method since years, and it always works! Makes building so much easier for me if I want to use only specific packs, or even only the basegame.
I also prepared a list where you can see which pack is a certain pack, cause in the Origin folder they’re only numbered. You can see this list under the cut, or read the description of the video. When new packs will be released, I will also update my list with the new and correct numbers.

Advent SIMSlendar day 2: Red & Green 🎄
oops I'm late but here's Crimson Evergreen for day 2 of the Advent SIMSlendar challenge! I'll be making berry sims for all of the color-related prompts of this challenge. 🌈
Crimson has an appreciation for the finer things -- a well-cooked gourmet meal, a spotless house -- but he's a bit high-strung... and lonely. Perhaps he'll find his Mr. Right this holiday season. Maybe a guy that'll teach him to let loose? Or a gentleman that shares his refined standards?

TS4 Lepacy Challenge (or how TS4 finally got me) pt.2
Gen 9: Vampires + Vintage Glamour stuff
This generation was really, really boring! I'm not into the supernatural theme, so...
Forgotten Hollow is tiny, but it's kinda cool for certain sims (great for photos and storytelling).
The sim was a real sweetheart, and just because of that, I didn't skip this generation. He was an apprentice to Count Vladislaus Straud, met a girl in Windenburg, found the cure for vampirism, and had a daughter with her. He had a butler and lived in a luxurious house.
Gen 10: Parenthood + Movie Hangout, Kids Room & Toddler stuffs
Babies, babies, and more babies. This girl had a HUGE family! And I tried to follow everything that was asked for in this generation.
She married young and had only one love her entire life. She had as many children as she desired, adopted a child, and kept a super well-tended and beautiful garden.
This expansion pack is really cute and adds a lot of depth to the relationship between parents and children. It was fun taking care of so many kids, but exhausting! She lived in Newcrest since there wasn't a city requirement.
Gen 11: Cats & Dogs + Laundry Day & My First Pet stuff
In this generation, I ended up getting more attached to the couple's youngest daughter. She was "different," you know how it is.
She was all about animals, ran her own vet clinic and worked hard every day. She had a house full of cute kitties and adopted a little girl.
Brindleton Bay is simply amazing! I spent a lot of time exploring the town. The pets expansion is also adorable, and I think it's my favorite of all the game's generations (I hardly ever played with pets in TS2 and TS3 because I found it too much work).
(Looks like someone finally got Reshade!)
In this generation, I started feeling like taking pictures again, maybe to post them here someday. It's hard to get back :(
Gen 12: Jungle Adventure
I took so many screenshots in this generation, but they just disappeared. I don't know what I did wrong =(
She was a journalist and explorer. Explored a lot of Selvadorada and wrote books about her travels.
Selvadorada is beautiful, but BORING! It was a short generation because I couldn't handle it anymore.
I really loved her, but I lost her to an exploration curse.
Gen 13: Seasons + Spooky & Backyard stuff
My long-awaited Seasons expansion! It was such a cute generation!
He reached the top of the gardening career, tended to his garden, and followed all the holiday traditions. He had a little daughter who was a scout. They lived a quiet life in Brindleton Bay.
He tried to make up for everything his mom missed out on because she was always traveling. But they had a good relationship until the end.
Gen 14: Get Famous (Part 1)
OMG, I never thought I'd have such a blast with this expansion! It turned out to be one of the longest ones 'cause I turned off aging in the game.
Del Sol Valley is beautiful but small. Again! I think that's one of the few downsides of TS4 cities. There's very little space for lots. I had so many ideas for this city...
The expansion is really fun, the acting career is well-developed, and it was quite challenging to become a celebrity! I loved all the games, parties, and schemes she had to pull off to truly be considered a star. But most of all, the hard work. I maxed out all the necessary skills.
She was perfect! She was the boss! Rich, famous, choosing who she wanted to be with and how. After a while, her job was just being beautiful, hitting the gym, and dodging the paparazzi.
The only one not vibing with all this was her daughter, who went nuts.

The sims 4: Lepacy Challenge
Rules:
* To move on from a generation your sim must complete their lifetime goal or get to level 10 of career (unless specified otherwise)
* Only play in houses you’ve never played in before (can be cc)
* Can use money cheats but you must pay all money back (either using a mod that allows sims to take out loans or by using money cheat to remove the amount of money owed from family funds)
* Any debts you owe must be payed before ending the generation
* Mods are allowed
Generation 1: Base Game (Willow Creek)
- Start your new challenge by making a sim and moving them into Willow Creek!
- Join a base-game career
- Date around! Get to know the townies more
- Become at least level 4-5 in your career before settling down
- Have a scandalous love-affair with Bob Pancakes
- Have Bob Pancakes divorce Eliza and get with your sim in order to live the life he’s always dreamed of having
- Complete your lifetime goal OR level 10 of your career
- Have at least one kid
Generation 2: Get to Work (Oasis Springs)
- Join your sim on their daily work adventures! (Doctor, Detective, or Scientist)
- Have an affair with a coworker (or a couple ;))
- Accidentally get pregnant and have your baby daddy be not supportive
- go through messy breakup
- Level up your photography and baking skill
- Meet the love of your life and settle down
- Get to level 10 of your career
- Have at least one kid
Generation 3: Get Together (Windenburg)
- Play with things for Outdoor retreat and spa day which also came out this time
- New traits like insider and dance machine and Leader of the Pack aspiration
- Join or create a club!
- Meet with your club at least twice a week
- Take on other Sims in foosball, darts, and Don't Wake The Llama
- Have a bonfire
- Level up the DJ and Dancing skill
- Have fun partying with your sim until they’re ready to have a child (either on purpose or accidentally)

- Dine out! The dine out expansion also came the year of this pack
- Move into an apartment and work your way up to a penthouse
- Become a politician or a critic (food or art)
- Go to all of the festivals
- Level up the new singing skill and become a city native
- Make friends and go on a lot of dates!
- Have at least one kid
Generation 5: Cats & Dogs (Brindleton Bay)
- Move to Brindleton Bay and Adopt a pet
- Become a vet and eventually run your own clinic!
- Train your pets as best as possible
- Take in a stray animal
- Complete Friend of the Animals aspiration or level 10 of vet career (if you have the mod)
- Reach level 10 of vet skill
- Mate your pets at least once!
- Settle down and have at least one kid
Generation 6: Seasons (Any World)
- Go on a Jungle Adventure! This feature was added the same year as seasons
- Experience all the seasons!
- Get an umbrella
- Go swimming, tan in the sun, rake leaves, build snowpals, etc
- Celebrate the holidays and decorate your house!
- Have one of the new aspiration reward traits
- Join the gardening career and become an expert gardener and bee keeper
- Learn Flower Arranging and/or Woodworking skill
- Have a cow plant
- Have Vertical Planters
- Please a gnome each time they appear on your lot
- Have at least one kid and have them join an after school activity (scouts!)
- Have your partner tragically die (preferably by cow plant) and become a single parent-never remarry
Generation 7: Get Famous (Del Sol Valley)
- Become an actor/actress and start rising to fame
- Have the self absorbed trait
- Level up in the acting and media production skill
- Become a five star celebrity
- Practice mixology
- Hook up with a director
- Never settle down (or go through a messy divorce if you try ;))
- Meet Baby Ariel
- Hook up with other celebrities
- Have lifetime aspiration of World-Famous Celebrity or Master Actor
- Have multiple baby daddies
- Move into a mansion
Generation 8: Island Living (Sulani)
- Become a conservationist, clean up the beaches and watch your sim’s impact bloom all over the island
- Learn the fishing and snorkeling skills
- Attend a pit barbecue event and befriend the island natives
- Fall in love with an island native
- Become a mermaid
- Have at least one lot trait/challenge that came with the expansion
- Throw a Kava party
- Have child of the islands trait and beach life aspiration
- Find buried treasures
- Reach level 10 of your career
- Have at least one kid
Optional Mini-Series: StrangerVille
- Spend the Season trying to get to the bottom of the StrangerVille Mystery
- Have the paranoid trait
- Have your sims join the military career to get more inside information
- Have an “accidental” child with either a possessed sim or a military personnel
- Solve the mystery to end season
Generation 9: Discover University (Britechester)
- Dive deeper into the Realm of Magic! Spell casters also became available to simmers this year
- Have a spell caster roommate in order to do this
- Pick the college that best suits your sim
- Live on campus
- Cheer on the student body at a school spirit event
- Wear school colors to show your sim’s pride
- Meet other students, party, hookup, etc
- Have one sim be a really good student and another student be an average one who’s not afraid to stay up late, skip class, not do homework, etc
- Have your good student have the Academic aspiration
- Have one of your sims have the research and debate skill and the other one have the robotics skill
- Join a student organization or start a club centered around school
- Wohoo in the shower!
- Earn your degree
- Move off campus (but still in the world) and never stop trying to live that college lifestyle
- Have at least one kid
Generation 10: Eco Lifestyle (Evergreen Harbor)
- Dress up and visit the Batuu! The Star Wars pack became available to simmers this year
- Have the freegan, green fiend, maker, and/or recycle disciple trait(s)
- Have the Eco Innovator or Master Maker aspiration
- Help your towns eco footprint
- Upcycle someone else’s junk and get an insect farm
- Offset your bills with wind turbines, solar panels, and dew collectors
- Level up the fabrication and juice fizzing skill
- Join the civil designer career
- WooHoo in a dumpster!
- Have at least one kid
Generation 11: Snowy Escape (Mt. Komorebi)
- Go to each of the new festivals
- Have the adventurous and/or the proper trait(s)
- Have the rock climbing, snowboarding, and skiing skill
- Have the Extreme Sports Enthusiast or the Mt. Komorebi Sightseer aspiration
- Go to the hot springs and on nature walks
- Fall in love with a Mt. Komorebi native
- Have hot pot dinners
- Spend a few nights in a vacation lot
- WoHoo in the hot springs and the ice cave
- Climb Mt. Komorebi

Generation 12: Cottage Living (Henford-on-Bagley)

- Become a teenage-single-parent (optional-possible w/mods) and move to Copperdale

- join your teenage sim at the highschool
- Have your teenage sim sneak out of the house using the window
- Have the single-parent be join any career and have them write in their spare time
- Be popular on social bunny
- Go to the thrift/bubble tea shop
- Join an after school team
- Go to prom with a date
- Complete a teen aspiration
- Have the entrepreneur skill
- Have a wedding for the single parent! My wedding stories came out this year
- Have at least one kid or continue the generation with the newly aged teen if possible
Optional Mini-Series: Werewolves (MoonWood Mill)
- Move to MoodWood Mills and get cursed bite
- Turn for the first time with your sim having no idea what is happening
- Have your sim start to discover more about MoonWood mill and werewolves
- Have sim spend their life trying to find a cure
- Join a pack for support and end up becoming an active member; eventually becoming an alpha
- Explore the new werewolf abilities
- Have the fishing and gardening skill
- Complete the Werewolf Initiate aspiration
- Fall in love with a werewolf and have a child together
- Have that child hate being a werewolf
- Have sim make the cure only to give it to child, as your original sim has accepted that they’re a werewolf and are happy with it now
- End Generation by curing child
Generation 14: Growing Together (San Sequoia)
- Settle down and start your family early in life
- Have a family aspiration and play with Parenthood
- Have one parent join the education career and another be stay-at-home
- Play family board games
- Teach your children to ride bikes
- Complete the infant milestone
- Get rocking chairs, keepsake boxes, and build a treehouse
- Complete a child aspiration
- Make sure your children have high childhood confidence
- Have Baby Showers, Family Reunions, and Slumber Parties
- Have good relationships with your neighbors and throw many community parties
- Have a spare room for people to come and stay over
- Have at least three kids
- Grow old with your spouse

Hey guys! I have no idea how many followers I even have on this blog that are still active but- I have finally decided to put out my entire mod folder I’ve been building/sorting since launch. It is a little over 9 GB and is a 50/50 mix of maxis match & alpha (rar file is just about 9 gb). Folders are sorted by script mods, then Build&Buy, then CAS. Please refer to the “read me first” folder and txt file in the mods folder before downloading anything.

I have had so little packs for so long, that I tend to download new meshes and CC that doesn’t require any extra content. There will of course be a lot of cc in my mods that require packs, but also a l o t that don’t. I have no idea how to sort between the two but keep it in mind.

The LEPacy Challenge: Sims 4 Edition
This challenge is the sims 4 version of the sims 3 lepacy challenge. Modified into the liking of the sims 4 and its packs. This is also a legacy challenge, sort of. I will not say I made this challenge because it’s inspired from two other challenges (LEPacy challenge sims 3 edition and legacy challenge). I don’t think I’m the first person to come with the lepacy challenge, sims 4 edition. Have fun and follow the rules and complete all of your goals.
Rules:
1. Start off with ZERO simoleons to your sims name, on an empty lot.
2. Start with ONE sim.
3. Begin with a YA, but if you want to be difficult, start off with an Adult.
4. On a normal lifestyle.
5. If your heir dies before completing all goals, YOU LOSE. But if your sim dies (completed goals) before having an heir, then someone of the same bloodline carries on the lepacy.
6. No CC (a default skin replacement and default eyes are allowed, but THAT IS IT) in generation one, the only mods allowed in generation one are: Mc command Center, first impression (Mood pack for it to work) and Ui Cheats Extension
7. NO SHADERS for generation one.
8. No save file unless you can found an all-base game save file to your liking. All of this applies to generation one, but since you can’t go back and forth between having a save file generation and not the next, you’ll be stuck with whatever save file until the end.
9. Once you move generations, you keep the packs from the last generation in your game.
10. * Means optional, but anything without * is required UNLESS you absolutely despise the pack in the generation.
Goals to move generations:
- Complete aspiration
- IF your sim has a job, reach level TEN of the career.
- Have at least ONE biology kid to carry on the lepacy.
- Randomize two of three traits when aged up, you choose ONE trait. You don’t have to randomize the aspiration.
- Max out at least TWO skills.

And now for a secret(?) project I’ve been working on...
Making @rrodgers brilliant amazing showstopping groundbreaking Presentable Liberty designs come to life in the Sims 4!!!
This is an amalgamation of Rrodgers art and headcanons with a few of my own sprinkled in, though I tried to stay as accurate as I possibly could. I’m not super happy with how Doctor Money turned out, but I am THRILLED with how Primrose (Smiley’s oldest daughter) came out!!
