River nodded, grabbing the umbrella they had by the door, walking outside walking around the general area, calling out for his sunlight. He could sense the sadness through their heartlight, he had just been so into his own mind earlier that he had just seen it as his own. After walking about for a bit, he noticed a telltale, but luckily not that often seen deep blue light from a small hidden spot he knew his sunlight liked, and was also where they dried their laundry. River: You know… I think we will have to redo the laundry. He smiled softly at Lucas, who was already soaking wet from the rain, a strong dark blue glow around him which of course was why there was rain and thunder on an otherwise sunny winter day. 

River: I know it hurts.

Sitting down next to his sunlight, he makes sure they're both under the umbrella, even though Lucas was already drenched. River: And we have been expecting it for a while. Lucas: I know.. But to not see her again… The thunder that rumbled across the sky had River lift his head for a second or two, hoping it wouldn't scare the other animals too much.

The lights were beautiful, and Sirena stood in awe of them even after almost a dozen sightings.

It was a familiar dance. They would whir above, the creatures in Their strange, metal ship. A hatch would open underneath, and a light would beam down. Within that light would be her gift, one that rarely disappointed.

And this moon’s specimen was perfect: broad, tall, with a full beard and a disheveled outfit.

She caught the stranger as he collapsed forward and lowered him to the ground. “I got you,” she murmured, “you’re fine. I got you.”

“Where–where am I?” His voice rumbled from his chest, but despite the depth it was boyish–innocent even.

“You’re home,” Sirena smiled. Her teeth gleamed, and he shuddered.

ROYALS RELEASE OFFICIAL PORTRAITS AHEAD OF PRINCESS ISADORA’S 21ST BIRTHDAY GALA

Social media blew up today after the Tartosa Royals official social channels posted a portrait of the family of four. The portrait has been published ahead of Princess Isadora’s 21st birthday gala. The glitz and the glamour will be in full swing tonight, but for now let’s have a look at the royals outfits and accessories.

Royal watchers have been looking forward to the birthday gala for sometime now. They’ve started polls and discussions on what tiara might come out the vault for this special occasion. Many speculated that Isadora would wear an antique tiara from the vaults. It seems that was true! She brought out the coveted Tartosa Tiara. Once worn by the first Queen of Tartosa, over two hundred years ago. It’s a gorgeous tiara to be her first tiara.

Isadora’s sister also looked radiant in the portrait. We don’t usually see the sporty princess in a dress, but with any royal event, she knows how to dress up for the event! Unlike her sister, Helena didn’t wear a tiara. As many royal watchers know, this is due to the age limit when wearing one. Helena is currently nineteen, so just slightly too young for her first tiara. Instead we see her don the Tartosa Rose headband. It definitely pulls the look together!

The looks don’t stop at Princess Helena. The King and Queen also dressed to the tens. Queen Consort Evie wore a gorgeous lime green lace dress, and wore her wedding tiara. One of her favourites that she is seen wearing more and more as she gets older. Royal insiders claim that the tiara is very light weight, so that’s why the Queen Consort loves to wear it. Evie is also wearing a diamond necklace to finish the look. 

Back in time: The then Crown Prince Evander and his new wife, Evie Millingdon. 

The birthday gala is set to take place in a few hours time. We’re expecting to see royals all around the simverse attend this highly important event. Stay tuned for more royal news!

Shelter Stories: Teddy's Christmas tales 🎶

Teddy: Okay, one of these two you already know, it's my human Liam, with Bob. As you can see, Bob is a very big horse, with an equally big heart. He came to the shelter after his previous owner died, and he is trained both to be ridden, and to pull a wagon. Off the two, pulling a wagon is his clear favorite although a slow ride on the countryside is also fun.

He has the patience of a saint, doesn't mind loud noises, or little kids screaming and running around him. He is a cuddlebug though, and as heavy as his head is, a favorite thing of his, is to lean his head muzzle on your shoulder, and just stand there relaxing with you as company.

Yep, I think Bob will fit a lot of people, so I hope that someone wants this gentle giant in their home and hearts.

Having those big yellow eyes looking at him beggingly, he just shook his head. He knew Lucas would probably not mind, and it was one of the last times the answer wouldn’t be “you have school tomorrow.” so he decided they could wait.

Liam: Please? River: Okay, but what will we do while we wait? Liam: Draw? River: Okay, but first, finish your meal. Liam: Yes!

It was some hours later River on the floor watching Liam draw the two making a story to go with the drawing, with Munchie sitting with them just watching, sometimes meowing as if telling them it was way past Liam’s bedtime.

Liam: Soon now? River: Probably.

He had sent Lucas a message asking how it was going, but not gotten anything back, so he assumed they were busy. Watching Liam draw for a little longer, he thought about maybe taking him to bed, but as that thought crossed his mind, the sound of the door opening was heard.

With a nod, the lights along the aisle were magically lighted as the doors opened letting River take his sunlight up the aisle, blinking slightly as the song was not one he had heard before, yet he could easily hear it was Lucas’s voice that was singing it. Walking slowly in front of them, as they had trained was Liam, holding the pillow with the two rings tightly in his little hands. As they reached Nat, Lucas picked him up into his arms for a bit, as much for himself as for Liam. 

Nat: If I was a regular priest, I would start with Dearly Beloved, we are gathered, and so on. But that was never my style, nor is it my fathers. -she smiled softly.- We are gathered here for an exchange of rings, a pledge of love, and spending whatever time is given together.

River took a deep breath, which got four worried eyes on him in seconds, quickly smiling at both to signal it wasn’t anything bad. In her own way, it was the same thing Kieran had said back then, it was just that Nat was so much clearer in her wording.

Nat: And it isn’t for me to say the most important words, that would be for the two of you. -she nodded.- I believe you asked to start River?

Liam perked up, as Lucas gently put him down again as River nodded, and held out his hand so his little one could hand him his ring. Carefully Liam took the ring off the pillow, handing it equally carefully to his father, a small sigh of relief slipping from him when it was done, making everyone smile. Walking over to Flynn who picked him up, they watched their dad.
