Surprise! New Galadriel drop!
I made the patterns for this costume over a year ago but never got further than that; so about three weeks ago I decided to finish the project in time for some fall foliage!
Galadriel only wears this iteration for literally one short scene, but I fell in love with the sharp contrast between the softness of the silk velvet and the hard edges of the armour plates. And she’s always gotta have pearls!
Shoutout to @elegantfeatherduster for resin printing the dagger / file from Andy Valentine
Silk velvet from Dharma Trading Co / dyed by me

The guys organising the photo shoot had no clue what they were doing. The expensive designer gown didn't match these flowers at all. Seriously, lavender?
Were the photographers good for anything?
