i need to rant bc holy shit holy shit. not to complain about traveling to europe bc i’m in germany rn but this is the worstttttt jfc

the airline lost all our luggage and trying to get it back has been a complete and total fucking nightmare. nobody can give us a straight answer abt where it is, where it’s going, and when we’re going to get it. we can’t even get correct phone numbers to call ffs. the service line at the airport fucking hung up on us at one point during our 4th call to them. mine was still in FUCKING CALIFORNIA when we got to berlin and we asked about picking them up and they said we probably would get denied even if we presented them with claim tags. like what the FUCK man. there’s important medication in one of the bags and all of our clothes and toiletries were in there bc we assumed that the fucking airline would b competent enough not to leave our shit behind at fucking LAX for an entire goddamn day. fuck offffff i’m so done i haven’t eaten in like 36 hours bc of the stress
