I tried to very deliberately sandpaper out as much femininity in the enunciation as I could in order to emulate a young boy, seeing as I just re-watched Ember Island Players and am really incensed on behalf of our boi and the weaponized femmephobia therein. Coulda had a legit moral in there about ‘it’s ok to be femme’ but it had to be just making fun of him. ._.

on like my second ever singing lesson my teacher was asking me what songs i listened to so we could pick something to work on and i couldn’t think of anything normal to say so i painstakingly pulled out the 10 hour showtune playlist and watched in horror as she scrolled through the whole thing (it didn’t matter) (i ended up singing somewhere over the rainbow)

Here's a little reminder that if you have a showtumes playlist, don't be afraid to add disney musicals. Like, for me specifically I'm talking about the HSM2 soundtrack (I only have two songs, but I should add more tbh) because that album literally sold the most that year out of all of the music.

But like, if you like the Phineas and Ferb Roller Coaster Musical, fuckin add that shit. Other Disney musicals with banger music: Princess and the Frog, Decendents, Hercules. Fuckin, add that shit. The music slaps. No shame here.
