Kagome and Inuyasha aren't exactly friends. Friend-adjacent, at best. And yet, when Inuyasha's mother comes to town, he comes to her with a proposition. Date him, get paid. It does not go as planned.

Inuyasha has worked as a cowboy his entire life. It's the only work a half-demon like him can get, and he's good at it. He soon finds himself showing off for the annoyingly-beautiful heiress that rides around the ranch on her expensive show horse, spreading her delicious scent over the wind and driving him completely insane.

As the two of them grow closer, a threat slowly begins to grow just beyond the borders of the ranch. She and Inuyasha work together to do what they can to preserve their way of life against Naraku, a real-estate developer who is hell bent on driving Kagome's family away and not above bending the law to do so.

Kagome Higurashi has lived a privileged life: the best schools, the best clothes, the best of everything. Except with that privilege comes with a cost. Kagome’s parents have also always planned everything out for her, including her career: they want her, more than anything, to be a doctor.

The only problem? Kagome sucks at math, and science, and would give anything to be able to be an artist, and not a doctor, like her parents have planned.

And when she sees the handsome half-demon from the wrong side of the tracks in her art class, she realizes that there’s a way out of this life that has been mapped out for her.

She just has to convince Inuyasha Taisho to be her boyfriend for two weddings, and she’s willing to use any means necessary to do so. Including ten thousand dollars.

She just didn’t plan on crushing on him so hard.

Big Sister Hotaru. This one was inspired by The_Rising_Phoenix and their work 5. Free whic h features an AU of Setsuna and Mamoru estaring a life together and having a cute little baby. It goes to show the impact a good story can have on the creativity of other fanfic writers.

Hi everyone! It's been a little while, but @ruddcatha and I are thrilled to bring you the next chapter of The Debutante and the Dog, which is a gift for @cannibalsforbreakfast 🥰

In this chapter, lots happens! Inuyasha goes into protective mode over Kagome during the wedding ceremony, and later, meets the rest of her family. He also realizes that his feelings for Kagome might go deeper than ten thousands dollars, and is completely and totally unsure of how to handle that.

And @kalcia was kind enough to do some absolutely gorgeous commissioned art for this chapter, and wait until you see! We're so grateful to her for her vision.

Sex Pollen as a trope is also not as big in this fandom as one would imagine. @lilliebellfanfics has suggested I try to put something together because "it’s spring and pollen season", which seems like an amazing idea until I realized how many of the Sex Pollen trope stories went into the Potions post around Halloween. Thankfully, I have more for you to explore!

The Armour That We Wear - @sailoreuterpe

In this one-shot Usagi and Mamoru start to deal with implications of their anime-inspired break-up after a sex-bubble causes their inhibitions to fall.

La Douleur Exquise - @floraone

This story ties into "4 authors 1 prompt series", parts of which are in the Potions post linked above. In this two-shot, Usagi and Mamoru are working through co-existing within their civilian and superhero lives, while trying to stop people from getting hurt. I loved that this take causes changes in the timeline and forces Black Moon clan and Chibiusa to become anomalies.

All's Fun with Love and Orbs - @irritablevowel

This is another addition to the "4 authors 1 prompt series" with a focus on Dead Moon Circus arc. In a non-traditional take, meddling from Amazones Quartet causes everyone to argue instead of being unable to keep their hands off each other.

Happy Hump Day!: Chapter 1: Lunar on a Hot Tin Roof - @shnuggletea

With Tokyo experiencing a crazy heatwave, Usagi cannot seem to be able to cool down. Mamoru is the only person who can bring down her fever, even if it might not be in the most conventional way. This is the first chapter of a collection of unrelated lemons if you want to keep exploring.

One story that became part of the Reveals series but might make more sense here is Impulse by @areptiledysfunction1107 , where mysterious fog from a youma is to blame for Tuxedo Mask's inability to see straight when it comes to a certain blonde.
