my roman empire is in despair when cas pulls the knife from deans pocket to cut his hand to write on the door. it's not like it was a big hunting knife, it was a pocket knife. anyone who carries a pocket knife usually always carries it in the same spot, and it's usually not somewhere where you can clearly see and know where it is. cas didn't ask for deans knife. he just grabbed it. he immediately knew where it was. i don't care how close you are, no 'just friends' would ever just do. that. that is such an intimate piece of knowledge and such a small choice that makes my brain go grah.
