Heya, I was wondering if I could have a matchup for Hazbin Hotel? Male please x

My pronouns are she her, I'm fairly average height for a girl and my favourite animals at the moment are either cats or goats!!

I have black hair, dark eyes and pale skin, my hair goes just above my breasts and is layered. I wear a lot of black and hardly own any clothes that aren't!! (It’s just so flattering) I have a few large tattoos as well and am definitely getting more. I also have a lot of ear piercings, a nose stud and 🍒 piercings. I’m also English (northern, not southern) so I do have an accent

In terms of personality, l'd say l'm rather outgoing, witty and a bit nerdy. I wear a lot of studs and chains but I think they look badass, however I wear them causally so I guess you could also say I’m pretty bold? I've often been told l intimidate people, however I like to think they don't know me well enough to judge. Ive been told I can be quite loud, and I have some blunt, dry sense of humour which my friends seem to like. I'm an ENTP through and through and am currently in law school, stereotypical as fuck ik. I can sometimes struggle to trust people due to past experiences, however I think I’ve got the hang of reading people now to know when they’re my kind of cunt or not.

I can have a short temper and struggle with my emotions sometimes, (diagnosed bpd/adhd, looooove to see it) but am in the process of learning to manage them quite well.

Hobby wise, I enjoy drawing, painting and going out with my friends to concerts and festivals. I Love music, specifically Goth, Metal (Death, Goth metal, Nü metal, all sorts) and a little bit of rock obviously. I'm tempted to start learning how to play the drums or guitar but am not sure where to start, plus school takes up so much of my time.

theyre called COGNITIVE functions, actually, and yea there are eight:

fi - introverted feeling fe - extroverted feeling si - introverted sensing se - extroverted sensing ti - introverted thinking te - extroverted thinking ni - introverted intuition ne - extroverted intuition

n each of the sixteen personality types has a dominant, auxiliary, tertiary, and inferior function

e.g. im an intp, so my cognitive functions are like this:

dominant function - introverted thinking (ti) auxiliary function - extroverted intuition (ne) tertiary function - introverted sensing (si) inferior function - extroverted feeling (fe)

sometimes people get mixed up w the orders or what shows the most, so similar types get mixed up bc they have the same functions in different orders. for example, the most similar type to mine is entp, and the entp cognitive functions are like this:

dominant function - extroverted intuition (ne) auxiliary function - introverted thinking (ti) tertiary function - extroverted feeling (fe) inferior function - introverted sensing (si)

Husk didn’t really care about working at this hotel. In his words he didn’t want to do any charity work. But Alastor made him stay and help out. Husk really couldn’t say no and there were reasons behind it. Reasons Husk didn’t feel like telling anyone and couldn’t tell anyone. So Husk did his work at the hotel. Sometimes he complained here and there. Having to tell Angel to screw off and for Charlie not to hug him for doing a good job. The only people he could stand were Nifty and Vaggie. Husk would just work, drink, and sleep. Everything just felt like a cycle that was until Joey had joined the hotel. Husk stared at Joey for a moment and felt a weird feeling in his chest but he thought it was just from the alcohol so he pushed it aside. Charlie had called a meeting and introduced Joey as someone who will be working here at the hotel. That he would be helping with the teenage sinners. Husk hoped that Joey wasn’t annoying as the others. And to Husk surprise he wouldn’t but Joey would make sexual jokes with Angel or silly jokes with Alastor. Joey was great at his job when it came to teens understanding certain patterns that landed these teenagers in Hell. He was always helping Charlie with ideas for the hotel like when they threw a summer festival at the hotel and everyone had fun. Husk himself even enjoyed it. Husk found himself enjoying seeing Joey. It was night and Husk had finished closing the front desk, he decided he earned himself a smoke break and walked outside to the back alley. That’s where he stopped Joey and saw him smoking. Husk wasn’t up to date with many things but he could see that Joey was vaping. Husk never understood anything about vaping but he wouldn’t judge because times are changing and things are and will be different. Husk walked over and saw that Joey was upset. Husk pulled out a cigarette and lit it. “ What’s up with you? “ Husk said as he placed the cigarette to his lips. Joey looked over at Husk and sighed. “ I made a stupid choice. You see I wanted to impress Alastor even though Vaggie warned me not to do so. I asked Alastor to dance thinking I could wing it since I love to dance but I accidentally knocked down Alastor’s radio and broke it, even though he said it was okay. I couldn’t help but cry and run off because I embarrassed myself and I feel so fuckinf stupid! “ Joey said. As he weeps and looks down. Husk sighed and looked at Joey, feeling bad Husk knew how it felt to be embarrassed when trying to impress someone. “ Hey, now don’t beat yourself up, sure you might have embarrassed yourself but come on we all screw up and make fools of yourselves. I’m surprised that Alastor didn’t send you to a different part of Hell for breaking his radio. So if he didn’t then he must not have been upset. But again don’t beat yourself up. “ Husk decided to try a tactic that Charlie had him do whenever he was upset. “ Joey, look at me. “ Husk said. Joey stared at Husk with tearful eyes. Husk wipes away Joey’s tears and gives him a serious look. “ This may seem silly but just follow my lead. “ Husk looked around and lifted his arms in the air. Joey stared at Husk with confusion.

“ Come on, just do it. “ Husk said. Not wanting anyone to walk into the alley and see them. Joey nodded and lifted his arms in the hair. “ Close your eyes. “ Husk said while he closed his eyes. Joey closed his eyes. “ And now deep breathes in and out. “ Husk said. As he was teaching Joey some breathing exercises. Joey did what Husk said. The two of them taking deep breaths, pausing, and then breathing out. This continued for a few minutes and Joey started to feel better. It also made Husk feel better that he didn’t want to smoke. Husk opened his eyes and dropped his arms to the side. “ Alright, do you feel better. “ Joey opened his eyes and smiled and gave a nod. “ Yeah, I feel a bit better thanks Husk, can I give you a hug? “ Joey asked. This surprised Husk because his boundaries usually weren’t respected mostly by Angel, Alastor, and Charlie. “ Eh…. sure but make it quick. “ Husk said, mumbling. Joey hugged Husk for about five seconds then pulled away. A part of Husk wished the hug lasted longer but he couldn’t get attached. “ I~I’ll I’ll see you around Joey. “ Husk walked back inside the Hotel. Joey smiled and was grateful that Husk calmed him down and talked with him. The next morning Joey was listening to just a couple of songs from the musical Hamilton. He had gotten Charlie addicted to the musical that the two would sometimes listen to it. Husk couldn’t stop thinking about Joey yesterday after what happened. He thought about asking Joey to have a drink with him but he wasn’t sure if Joey was a drinker so he thought maybe he could take Joey to a magic show that was happening. “ Come on, just ask them. “ Husk thought to himself. Husk closed his eyes and sighed. Maybe getting out of the hotel would be good and he could share his special interest with someone. Husk took a deep breath and walked over. He tapped Joey’s shoulder and Joey turned around, he took off his headphones and smiled. “ Hey Husk, what’s up? “ Joey said, with a sweet smile on his face. “ There is this magic show happening tonight, do you wanna go or not because you don’t have to go if you want, I don’t care. “ Husk said, mumbling the last part.

“ Sure, Husk, I would love to go with you to a magic show. Better than staying up another night and playing my game. “ Joey said, chuckling nervously. Joey didn’t want to tell Husk that he stays up late at night playing Mystic Messenger and Genshin. So maybe a change of routine would be nice and Joey hasn’t really explored all of Hell. Husk was happy to hear that Joey agreed to go to the magic show with him. “ Great! “ Husk coughed and looked at Joey. “ I-I I mean great… I’ll pick you up at 8pm. “ Husk said, trying to sound more serious. Joey chuckled seeing that Husk was trying to act chill. “ I’ll be ready then, I have to go now. I promised Angel and Niffty that we’ll go shopping. “See you tonight Husk. “ Joey smiled and walked off as Husk felt his heart do a little dance. He walked off not knowing that a certain radio demon was watching. When it was getting close to 8-pm Husk was dressed up all and had one single rose that he didn’t steal from the hotel garden. He walked towards Joey’s apartment and knocked on the door. When the door opened, Joey stood there dressed up in their romantic goth style which Husk thought Joey looked amazing. “ This is for you. “ Husk handed Joey the single rose. Joey reached out and grabbed the rose and smelled. “ Thanks. “ Joey turned around and placed the rose in a vase and stepped outside his apartment to lock the door. The Husk and Joey walked to the entertainment place called Demonic Entertainers. Husk walked up to the booth and paid for two tickets. He walked over and handed Joey his ticket. “ The show shouldn’t be too long so if you want we can go get dinner after. “ Husk looked at Joey while rubbing the back of his neck. “ I don’t mind paying for the dinner either. “ Husk said. He wanted to impress Joey u tonight and treat him this night. “ Dinner would be nice. “ Joey said. Husk smiled and walked with Joey inside as they handed their tickets to the guy.

Joey and Husk took their seats while the show was about to start. Joey could see how excited Husk was for this show to be at this place. Joey made a mental note. Husk was like an excited child while watching the show on stage. The magic was always amazing to Husk. After the show was over Husk couldn’t stop talking about the magic show. Joey thought this was adorable watching Husk go on about the magic show. Once Husk was done speaking. He looked at Joey and let out a nervous chuckle. “ Sorry if I’m boring you. “ Husk said. “ No you aren’t boring me, I don’t mind hearing you talk about something you are passionate about. “ Joey said, walking down the street with Husk. “ Thanks, Joey. “ Husk continued to walk with Joey and found a nice small dinner called Auntie Bee’s Diner. He opened the door for Joey and The two walked inside the smell of the food made Husk’s stomach growl. He hadn't eaten anything all day; he had been too excited to take Joey to the magic show. The two of them took a seat as the sheep looking demon woman handed them their menu. Husk decided to order a steak and eggs with a small drink. While Joey ordered whatever looked tasty on the menu. The waitress gave a nod and walked off. “ So Joey, how did you end up in Hell?, if you don’t mind me asking. “ Husk took a sip of his drink. Hoping that Joey wouldn’t find that question uncomfortable since most people who end up in Hell had traumatic experiences. Joey closed his eyes thinking about how he ended up in Hell and told Husk about how he came to be in Hell. Husk made sure to listen since he wanted to learn more about Joey. “ You had an interesting life. “ Husk said. “ And now I have an interesting life in Hell. I even found out I could put hits on my enemies who are still alive. This guy named Blitz gave me one free kill for next time because he said I was cute. “ Joey said. The last part made Husk feel a bit jealous but he wouldn’t show it. The waitress came back with the food. After eating and talking, Husk paid and walked with Joey. Husk walked Joey back to his apartment and smiled. “ I’m glad we got to hangout tonight, thanks for your company at the magic show. You aren’t as annoying as the others at the hotel. “ Husk said. “ No problem, thanks for inviting me, I had lots of fun, maybe next time I can treat you. “ Joey said smiling. Husk and Joey stared at each other for a while. Husk wanted to make a move but his mind panicked that he didn’t want to just leave. He kept thinking about how he should just kiss Joey but he hasn’t had to worry about these things for years. Husk was snapped out of his thoughts when he felt Joey’s lips on his. Husk kissed back as Joey smiled. “ Goodnight Husk. “ Joey closed the door.

Husk stood there touching his lips and couldn’t believe what happened. But he was glad that it happened. Husk looked at Joey’s door and chuckled. He couldn’t wait for the next time him and Joey get to hangout because he would make sure to be more confident because knew that he loved Joey.

Before you deride anyone for being an "idiot", you should probably shit can the Meyers-Briggs pseudo-science in your description. You know, that way you don't look like an idiot who buys into that stuff.

Naaah, I still think that accusing a very anti-nationalist creator that created a very anti-nationalist movie FOR nationalism just because his movie used trademark brilliant Japanese nonverbal display instead of spelling stuff out like poorly written modern Western media IS pretty "idiotic". Waaaay more "idiotic" than MBTI stuff. 🌛 (retroactive, because I already did take my insult back several days ago)

I'll have you know that whereas MBTI is definitely not as binding and fails in what it tries to do (just like every attempt to strictly categorize people failed), it is actually SUPER handy to communicate a LOT of traits and patterns within a short abbreviation instead of a long essay! For example, people that know MBTI lore will read that I am ENTP and instantly expect me to be a lover of debates and "devil's advocate", be bad at talking about my feelings genuinely and sound hurtful without any intention to do so! If person chose to describe themselves with an MBTI label, it doesn't necessarily mean they are the type to take it super seriously, but often it is a way to communicate what to expect from their personality in a really compact form! Or at least what this person believes about themselves, which is also good for "communicating without communicating" :p Most people that have MBTI in their bio/pinned/whatever aren't as serious about it. Those that tried to choose friends/couple and form a collective according to MBTIs are long ago extinct, trust me!

I also found MBTI useful for some writing stuff. To define a type, you have to make 4 choices between 4 pairs of traits: 1) Introvert or Extrovert; self-explanatory 2) Sensory or iNtuitive; so, oriented more in "physical" reality and present or into past, thoughts and concepts 3) Thinking or Feeling; so, stronger at logic and thinking, or at empathy and tact? 4) Perceptive or Judging; so, an open-minded person that is okay with leaving loose ends or a person that needs clear distinction and final conclusion! Yeah they are very bare-bones descriptions and there is more to say about the 8 'letters', I am just cutting to the chase! I never passed MBTI test, I just figured which one of these aspects applied to me and it made ENTP abbreviation! Then I read the description of this type and could recognize a lot about myself. You can for example do that for a character you want to develop, get the abbreviation, then go read full description of this type and I guarantee you, there will be MANY things in the text making you go "damn this makes sooooo much sense for this character 👀" or otherwise inspire a vision of them!

I agree that people that get too caught up into MBTI stuff can be frustrating, and that accuracy of MBTIs is long ago debunked; again, no way to split humans into clear cut types works and we are all too different! Zodiac signs stuff is a similar problem. But, these things are good for communicating aspects of your personality quickly, for finding which sides of yourself to focus on and get "coherent shape" (very useful for my personality disorder ass!) and are good for WRITING! I've even found using MBTI descriptions as a help a good preventive measure from too much self-protection onto characters I am writing! You know same face syndrome issue in drawing? Sometimes the same problem is possible in writing personalities, MBTI is something that helped me to double-check whether I am doing this. Don't harshly discard a thing just because you haven't found an efficient way to utilize it! MBTI failed at what it intended to do but succeeded at being a good compilation of distinct traits and ways to think, act and react!

On the other hand, believing in anti-scientifical things is not necessarily a sign of being a judgemental, narrow-minded, "idiotic" person: a person is only an "idiot" when they make themselves be.

That being said, I don't blame you for being strictly negative? MBTI craze, Zodiacs stuff and similar things have history of really annoying people wasting their time and being weird about what they tell others but that's not my case. In my country MBTIs are in general 90% fandom of memes xd I might consider removing ENTP from my bio in the future if I estimate people are more likely to expect the worst (like you did) than take it for fun after that """science""" has fallen but I just dunno yet. But I'd appreciate if you didn't use harping on me for a mistake I already apologized for to express your disapproval of MBTI stuff 🌛 Not only it is cruel, but also even UNDER assumption that liking MBTI stuff makes me an "idiot" your logic doesn't work - why would doing one stupid thing remove my right to call out another, irrelevant (!!!) stupid thing? istjs are si doms so they know what makes them feel good the best along with isfjs. they are traditionally-minded people, they are not interested with wierd stuff anyway. so there’s not much to vocalize for them. if you are able to keep it hard and continue pumping that should do.

infj – masturbates the least often?

they are ni doms and high fe users so they will definitely say that to be classier or something. but is it true? i don’t think so. intjs should be pretty much the same too, at least.

intj – favorite position is doggy style?

now that’s pure bullshit. intjs are actually fi secret agenda. they would open their hearts only if they really love somebody and they would desire a deep bond and doggy style is one of the least intimate positions.

enfj – second most willing to use toys?

enfjs are se users so they will have a healthy++ sex drive. then they are also one of the most progressive-minded people so i can see this.

i mean maybe istp males, for the first part. i think “controlled in bed” is too much but i can see how (with inferior fe) they need a partner who take the lead, who initiate things (this would also apply to intps, therefore)

makes sense. sfjs are high si users so they will be very unwilling to try new wierd sensations, especially with the butt hole.

i can see the second part because infps are sensitive souls and they tend to be shy so you may think they are gay or something, especially men. i can also see how first part can be true. not because they require some special sexuality shenanigans though. they would be hard to satisfy if emotional connection isn’t authentic, that would be the reason. a lot of foreplay and petting to warm them up does the trick.

esfp – least willing to experiment with the same gender.

bullshit. esfps are one of the most freaky and physically experimental types. i would expect the exact opposite. i would expect esfps to be openly gay and not giving shit.

ne is pretty much open-mindedness so they would experiment indeed. would they stick with, is another question. much like we will see with entp.

I do alot of art and have alot of burnouts due to my adhd- I've been told I'm innovative, clever, and expressive. Just a little heads up - this is strictly MY opinion and if you think I'm wrong then so be it. This is pure fun and take everything I say with a grain of salt. With that said, here are Alhaitham's best/worst matches right under the cut. For context, I think this man is an INTJ, enneagarm 5w6. Since I wrote this when he hasn't been released, my opinion might change in the near future.

BEST:

ENFP - I am such a SUCKER for the grumpy x sunshine trope and I think this man is ideal for it. Just imagine it - Alhaitham walking through the halls of the Akademiya, music blasting through his headphones, an annoyed scowl on his face as the loud ENFP continues tp follow him around, his heart racing a million hours an hour as he tries so hard to leave. He playfully lovingly bullies his ENFP partner. A very much opposites attract sort of situation.

ENTP - What an intelligent pair. Alhaitham loves talking to his ENTP, nothing is off the table and that thrills him. Playful banter is common but it gets heated, he never seems to mind though. Likes to act cool but in reality he loves it when the ENTP puts him in his place or cracks some witty/stupid joke. I see this pair as a partners in crime sort of thing.

ISTJ - He admires the ISTJ from afar. Everyone is so busy with their lives but the ISTJ takes no shit from anyone and usually has their prorities in check. This is something that the Scribe can't help but to be dazzled by. May or may not slip a few cheeky notes into your papers, just to see how the ISTJ would react. He was the one who fell in love first.

WORST:

INTP - The personality clash is too much to handle. Things could probably start off great but everything spirals out of control because both individuals are too focused on their own tasks and are too stubborn. Feelings may or may not linger, it depends on the enneagram of the INTP. Mutuals bitterness would sadly come to pass.

ENTJ - Another potentional partners in crime pairing but again, Alhaitham does not understand the powerful ENTJ. The ENTJ partner probably has high expectations of the Scribe which kind of kills Alhaitham's vibe.

INFJ - Has the makings of being a match made in Heaven but the constant butting in of the INFJ would just frustrate Alhaitham. He doesn't need anything to be fixed, he can take care of himself. Just over all no bueno.

on new year's eve, ryuji was a newborn when he was left in a coin locker on the streets of yokohama, japan. his origins forever remain shrouded in mystery. growing up, he never dwelled on the circumstances of his abandonment, convincing himself that he was not abandoned—but rather protected.

the early days of ryuji's life were marked by the lasting effects of hypothermia, a consequence of being left in that coin locker. despite these health issues, he was taken in by a loving family who, unbeknownst to him, harbored a deep debt to the yakuza. the debt hung over their heads like a looming shadow, and ryuji felt a growing resentment towards the criminal organization.

driven by his anger and a desire to shield his family, ryuji made the life-altering decision to join the yakuza himself. he thought that by becoming one of them, he could protect his loved ones from them—however, the reality of the criminal world was far harsher than he anticipated.

as the years went by, ryuji grew disillusioned with the yakuza lifestyle. fearing for his own safety, he made the difficult choice to flee, severing ties with the yokohama criminal underworld. despite his departure, the scars of his association with the yakuza ran deep, and his adopted family chose to disassociate themselves from him, unable to forgive the path he had taken, even if it was for their protection.

finding himself alone in the world, ryuji sought refuge in new york, where he attempted to rebuild his life. however, the call of the yakuza proved too strong to resist, and he reluctantly returned to the scene, joining the dead hand to make a living. living in constant fear of reprisals against his estranged family, ryuji walks a dangerous tightrope, torn between the pursuit of survival and the haunting memories of his tumultuous past.

behaviorally, ryuji likes to wisecrack. more often than not, there's a teasing lilt in his voice when he speaks. but under the right circumstances, he's an agreeable, pragmatic person.
