Episode 1: Kamado Mansion

Ages = 13 to 18(ish)

Warnings: Blood and gore warning, sensitivity, some brief foul language. Also sorry if you find any word mistakes, I tried to edit them out.

WC: Variety of 900 words to 25,000 words.

Author's Note; This is my own fiction, it has nothing to do with the real story of Tanjiro. I don't own any of these demon slayer characters. I'm only seeking to make a fiction of my own imagination. Credits to Koyoharu Gotouge for inspiration .

The carriage stops and horses frown, unsure of what they're looking at. You go outside your cart to see but your father grunts and motions you to stay with the patrons. Your slicken blue hair goes wild and blows in the strong cold air of the night.

The cold air strikes into your poorly equipped body as you head back into the wagon. Your mother looks up at you.

"Do you happen to know the problem Rouis?", she asks softly in a low tone. Your siblings were asleep. You shake your head in a no and move onto a small bench inside the cart. You tap your coat removing the small snowflakes of the snowy night.

You signed and look her straight in the eyes. "I have a feeling it could be a demon.", you spoke without emotion. "It's a big forest after all." You smiled and patted your youngest brother's head and turned away. Your mother grabs her own sword and heads put into the night. You knew she was making sure your father wasn't getting his ass kicked. Suddenly your sister woke and stood up . "Brother, do you know where father is?", she seemed worried. "He's driving the cart, you have nothing to worry about. Okay?", you smile at her. She seemed relived a bit. She goes closer to the exit and pokes her head outside, finding out that i lied to her about our father. "You lied!..", she looks at me in utter shame. "We're are they?", she looks at you seriously.

You rolled your eyes and stare at her."Theyre in the forest fighting a fucking demon of something..", you pushed her back. "We need to look for them, bastard!", she yells and dodges my attack. Sasemi, Orodaki and Sheyida wake up. "You woke them up!", you scoffed at her.

Sasemi was confused but concerned about them. "What's going on?", he asks with his curious deep blue eyes. "You'll have to stay here, I'll go looking for mom and dad.", you grab your broken sword and jump out the cart, leaving fresh deep footprints in the snow. You arrive at a horrifiying scene, your parents were both dead and their swords, scattered and shattered including the head of a demon. You headed back to the cart and whipped the horses in panick and taking your parent's bodies. Luckily, you were soon at kamado Mansion. The kamado family has been in the spotlight for years now. They've always been friendly and welcoming to. You took your siblings there.

You went to the back of the cart and freed them onto the snow, leaving them no clues of their dead parents. "Were here at kamado Mansion for our first time visit!", you smile gently and backed away. You led them to the front of the house and knocked on the door and waited.

A familiar voice greeted you, Tanjiro Kamado. He was considered a living legend to you and basically the whole world. He motions you to come inside. You were greeted with a scent of fresh rice balls. He invited you to his dining table and gives you some of the best rice balls you've ever had in your life. He sits down at the corner of the table. "What brings the tomioka family here?..", he asks once your done eating. "Actually, our parents died while we were heading here. ", your siblings suddenly stopped eating and glared at you . "It's true, i found out a few minutes ago and pretended like nothing happened. " Tanjiro's eyes soften and smiles. "You can stay as long as you want. ", he softens every body's mood as the room when completely silent. "I'll show you all around and you guys can choose your rooms. ", he stands up and walks outside the room to what we taught was his own bedroom. "Why didn't you tell us?", she yells at Rouis. He remains calm, " I didn't want Sasemi and the others to freak out. " , you explain to her and your younger siblings. "I taught i was doing the right thing for you guys .", he softens up. You leave the dinning place. "I'll tell Tanjiro that we want the tour now.", you smile and leave the room with a bit of anger but soon replace it with a little smile. You walk into his room, knocking on wall for at least two times. "Oh, I'm guessing your ready. I'll get your siblings. ", he chuckles and walks back into the silent room. The siblings come in to the room. He explains this was his and his wife's room. His children sleep in the next room that was attached to his. Soon we went a small walk to the fourth floor. We then all chose our room. They were basic rooms, they had a small 1990's television concluding with a remote control system that was designed for the moment. A large bed with black,blue,yellow or pink flowers made in the walls by hand. It's a very pretty site. It was about midnight and we all fell asleep in the moonlight.

The sunlight spark rises in the horizon, it woke you up. It had a gentle blow of wind and the scent of water from a nearby river.

You rushed and went downstairs, your siblings woken up and having breakfast. You smile happily, seeing new faces. It was no dought Tanjiro's children. They all laugh and tell you good morning, you nod and sit at a chair at the end of the table. You we're surprised of how they were much happier in only a day.

"How old are you?", one of the older kids asked. He seemed to look much like Zenitsu but he wasn't very girl obsessed looking. Depends if its even a thing.

"I'm Fifteen years old. ", Rouis responds. "Welcome to the club, Rouis.", he smiles and let's you sit besides the batch of the older kids.

"Who's this guy?", An Male with a boar's mask asks. "His name is Rouis Tomioka ", he grunts staring at what seemed to be a male that was related to Inosuke. "Your Gizu Komakoka's son?", he asks. "And your decently related to Inosuke Hashibira. ", you signed and asked for a glass of water. "My name's Ayori Agatsuma, that's Wagu Hashibira infront of you is Kyoko Kamado and Hiro Kamado. Their the eldest sons of Tanjiro. We're a group of 15 - 19 year olds.", he explains pointing at each person he introduces . Suddenly Lady Tanao appeared with a piece of with written names on it. "Are you Rouis Tomioka ?", she asks with a soft smile. "Yes, I am. Madam.", you respond in a serious tone. "Ive heard your story, would you like to become a demon slayer to earn revenge for your parents?", she asks. I nodded and noted me down on her piece of paper.

"You will start your training tomorrow with the other ones of your age.", she then walks and leaves the room.
