nanami x fem reader
summary: youre a new student at jujutsu high and you cant help but be curious about your blonde haired classmate
warnings: a lil bit of fluff, minor angst etc, mentions of death (yu haibara)
a/n: hii i hope you enjoy this lil fic i made!! i luv nanami with my entire heart. to be honest i havent written this much in so long so bear w me >-< also i didnt really read the jjk manga, just watched the anime so if some of it is canonically incorrect, just know i just searched some stuff up LMAO! enjoy!!
Tumblr media
as you step into the building of tokyo jujutsu high, you could feel your stomach sinking farther down than it already was.
obviously, going to a new school was gut wrenching already, but going to a new school filled with sorcerers, probably way above your skill level, was even more so.
so when gojo, geto and shoko saw you walk into the building, they could already sense your nerves.
gojo leans closer to his two companions. "she seems..." but he couldnt finish his sentence due to shoko clearing her throat.
"welcome to jujutsu high." shoko says, greeting you with a non-chalant tone.
"oh thank you." you fake smile, surpressing the urge to leave the building right then and there. you stare at the three. "im y/n."
gojo smirks, walking towards you. you feel intimidated as he got closer to you.
he grabs the luggage you had been dragging behind you, giving you a small smile. "im gojo." he points to the other. "thats geto."
geto, who you note had his hair in a tight bun, one strand lose from its restraint. he gives you a wave.
you wave back, feeling a bit less unsettled. they werent as intimidating as you thought they would be.
the three students showed you around the school, first stopping by your dorm to drop off your things.
after that, they continued the tour, bringing you to meet their teacher, show you the classrooms, as well as the training field.
the four of you stay a bit and watch those who were practicing.
there were two guys on the field. one with straight brown hair and one with with blonde hair parted to the side. they were both fairly tall.
it looks as though they had finished up their training the moment you, shoko, gojo and geto stopped to watch.
The brunette greets you, waving as he walks towards your group. "hi you must be the new student. im yu haibara!"
meanwhile, his blonde companion ignorses the group entirely, passing you by walking right around you.
gojo tried to get the indviduals attention. "nanam-" but is cut off.
"no thanks." the blonde haired guy says, walking farther away.
gojo sighs as geto and shoko quietly snort. you turn to them, confused.
she explains. " nanami is the same year as you. as well as haibara." she pauses, looking at yu as he confirms this with a simple smile. "nanami kinda just keeps to himself most of the time."
you nod, acknowledging that new information.
the group, now made up of five people, continue the tour, the blonde boy still present in your memory.
after that small interaction, all nanami could think of was you.
he had watched you walk around with his upperclassmen as he trained.
and obviously he's not gonna embarass himself trying to form a full sentence when youre looking at him with the most kissable lips ever. so he walks away, avoiding the whole group entirely.
when night falls, shoko hints to you about how the gang is gonna sneak out to shibuya to do some late shopping.
obviously, you were down. you packed a small bag and met up with the group.
there was geto, gojo, yu, shoko and surprisingly, nanami.
walking through shibuya, you cant help but be oh so curious about the mystery man.
he didnt seem cold, just distant. like he was reluctant about everything.
in nanami's mind, he feared that his blush was too noticable.
he couldnt stop looking at you.
the way you walked, the way your hair looks in the light of the electronic billboards.
it was like you had put him in a trance.
he didnt belive in love at first sight. but man, maybe does now.
after a few missions together, you and nanami are inseperable.
you would talk, he would listen.
he would bring you your fave ice cream when you felt down and vise versa.
he even went out of his way to buy you the essentials for when your period comes.
shoko, gojo, geto and yu are shocked. never have they seen their negative friend so caring and gentle before. you had brought out another side of him.
when they would try to confront nanami about it, he would deny it. but deep down, he knew what was going on.
he was completely enamoured by you.
he couldnt get enough of you.
he hoped that it would stay like this forever.
however when nanami and yu are called to assist geto and gojo with protecting riko amenai, the star plasma vessel, something changes.
even before the mission, nanami came to you and complained how it wasnt a suitable mission for the first years.
but since yu was excited, he went with it anyway.
when nanami comes back from the mission, he comes alone.
yu had died during the mission.
this changed the course of your relationship with him. nanami became non confrontational. it was like how he was when you first met him.
the two of you go through the rest of your years at jujutsu high, a very obvious awkward tension keeping you both from talking to each other as much as you used to.
when you heard the news that nanami was leaving after graduation, you were obviously hurt. you tried to change his mind with tears in your eyes.
you knew it was selfish of you to try to convince him to stay and but it was no use anyway. he no longer wanted to become a sorcerer.
he couldnt bear to look at you. he didnt want to see how hurt you were because of him.
all the better reason to leave.
but when he left, his guilt followed right after.
yu's death..and you.
he started to despise society once again. he was alone once again.
for a few years, nanami works as a salaryman, but eventually came back to pursue his career as a jujutsu sorcerer.
he had hoped to see you once again, but when he subtly asked gojo about you, he told him that you became a teacher with him but was on leave, travelling for over a year and wouldnt be back for a while.
however, when nanami comes to mentor gojo's new student, yuji, nobody had told him you had come back from your travels.
you and gojo sat in the staff room, talking about your newest student and how you plan to deal with this change as nanami walks in.
"satoru." he says while opening the doors to the room. "i have a few ques-" he immediatley pauses, making eye contact with you.
you gasp quietly.
"hello y/n." nanami greets you sternly, taking a seat beside gojo.
"how have you been?"
Tumblr media
a/n: sorry for the super rushed ending its late at night rn lol. i will be making a part two at some point so be sure to look out for that!!
thanks for reading!!

Excellent day yesterday which we started off by watching some sumo wrestling training at the Arashio-beyo Sumo Stable. You can watch for free through the window and while it felt weird at first (it kind of felt like being at the zoo and I didn't know what the sumo wrestlers were thinking about the crowd outside), it was actually super interesting. There were short matches against different pairs, training different skills (eg pushing someone else across the ring), some work with free weights, and quite a bit of stretching - like sumo squats (of course!) and cossack squats.
We then went to the Samurai Museum where we dressed as samurai for a few minutes (the helmet was so heavy!), followed a guided tour to learn about the history of samurai and ninjas, and even got to throw some ninja stars at the end 😄.
The one temple on the itinerary was Senso-ji, the oldest temple in Tokyo (initially built in 645!!) and the most popular. Like all the other temples, it felt like a money making machine with lots of souvenirs being sold around the area and many opportunities to buy a wish / fortune.
We spent the rest of the day in Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Of course we went to the Shibuya crossing, which is the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world - up to 3,000 people can cross at one time!
I also liked walking through Omoide Yokocho in Shinjuku, which is a narrow alley packed full of restaurants, many serving yakitori. It was a really neat contrast wedged between modern skyscrapers!

Making Peace / Kirikagi
🔞 hazjosh / hazuki mikagi & joshua kiryu [AO3] Continued from the events of Grovel but you don't need to read it to understand and enjoy this.
It had been a while since the conclusion of the Shinjuku-run Shibuya game. The dust had since settled, and Shinjuku was well on its way to complete restoration, but there was still plenty of opportunity to increase morale between the districts. And what better way to foster friendly relations than to organize get-togethers. A day in Shinjuku would allow the Reapers to showcase their progress while also hosting Shibuya’s group. They all deserved some downtime, and a stress-free environment to organically interact.
The Composers were equally interested to see what kinds of bonds might form from this excursion.
The outing starts with a tour of the refreshed city, and the entire ragtag group of Reapers gradually mingling as conversations catch and weave. At the back of the troop Joshua and Hazuki walk side-by-side, bantering but otherwise maintaining distance in every respect of the word. It would seem that tension still underscores their dynamic, despite efforts to defuse it. Nonetheless, they’re congenial, finding common ground in their observations of their teams.
By the time evening descends, and Shinjuku turns its illumination dial up to greet the night, the conglomerate of Reapers have found themselves in the famed red-light district Kabukichō. Not a single one of them isn’t visibly enjoying themselves — even characteristically soft-spoken Tsugumi’s giggling under Coco’s arm.
Then the inevitable bar crawl commences—at Uzuki’s behest of all people—introducing the social lubrication of alcohol. After the third bar, everyone’s loosened up and thoroughly entertained by the wide array of notably adult attractions.
As they pass one of the hostess clubs, Joshua smothers a giggle into his hand as Hazuki swiftly sidesteps a gaggle of girls attempting to lure the group in.
“Have you ever even been to any of these places?” Joshua jabs Hazuki’s side with an elbow. Before Shinjuku’s Composer could respond, Joshua continues, “You can’t really know your city unless you’ve immersed yourself in it.”
“I don’t need firsthand experience to understand this part of my city.” That only makes Joshua giggle again, much to Hazuki’s chagrin, who shields it behind a tight smile.
They ultimately decide to conclude the evening at Shinjuku’s version of the Dead God’s Pad. It’s Joshua’s turn for a little chagrin at the obvious way it emulates his own, but with more modern upgrades. The layout’s relatively the same, except for an aquarium that spans the entire wall adjacent the bar, featuring extravagant koi. The other walls are furnished with a combination of lounges and beds, all illuminated underneath by low lighting in various colors.
It’s all very swanky, not unlike one of the more elite clubs in the district. Joshua scoffs but refrains from commentary, reminding himself this is a work retreat. He opts to hang back with Hazuki while everyone filters in and distributes themselves across the pad.
“May I show you around, Joshua?”
Shibuya’s Composer performs one last sweep of the surroundings and sighs in resignation. He’d rather not intermix with the others; this was a trip for them, after all. That leaves him with his oddball compeer.
He falls into step with him, as Hazuki maps out the premises: the bathrooms at opposite ends, the bar (to which Joshua casts a longing look), and the hidden room in the corner sealed off with a ward which he identifies as the throneroom. Joshua politely declines stepping in there this visit; they both distinctly recalled what Joshua did to Hazuki in his own. Best reserved for matters of business.
But it would appear that Hazuki’s led Joshua astray with ulterior motives. On their way back, they pass a door Joshua hadn’t noticed, and before he knows it, Hazuki’s upon him. Clapping a hand over his mouth, snatching him by the waist and backpedaling into the room — a closet, or a safe room; Joshua has plenty of secret rooms deep into the Underpass all the way to his throneroom, so it would make sense that another Composer would think along the same lines of security.
How ironic to be stuck in one.
Hazuki draws the door closed with a locking click, which auto-activates a soft overhead light. The compact situation forces them to be squashed together to fit, Joshua’s back to Hazuki’s chest.
Joshua can distinctly feel what might be the reason he’s been corralled into this room,  pressing insistently against the curve of his ass.
“I’d say this outing has been a success so far.”
Unable to speak with the palm muffling his mouth, he simply hums, and Hazuki takes it as a sign he can remove his hand. Joshua wouldn’t scream anyway. It’s not his style, nor would he want to draw unwanted attention to him. Hazuki planned this attack smartly.
At least Joshua’s confident that whatever Hazuki decides to do, he will do it quickly, given the circumstances.
“Have you been working up to this the whole day?”
“I just wanted a few moments alone with you to…” Haz’s hands begin to move, slipping a hand underneath his shirt while the other boldly palms over Joshua’s denim-clad groin, slow enough to savor fondling Joshua but purposeful enough to imply he has an end-goal. “...check in.” Joshua’s breath hitches and he reflexively plants his own hands against the door to stabilize himself as Mikagi all but molds his body to his to be close enough to brush his lips across his ear.
Joshua recognizes this for what it is — a petty act of vengeance for what Joshua had subjected him to at the foot of his throne.
“They’re eventually going to wonder where we went.”
“Not to worry, friend. I won’t keep you long.”
Mikagi’s fingers are featherlight upon his skin as they skim his belly, and ghost over his ribs. Once they reach his chest, however, the touches firm up as his fingers close in on a nipple, gently pinching then rolling, startling a gasp out of Joshua.
Hazuki, emboldened by that sound, slides his fingers parallel to tease the other, and flicks his tongue over Joshua’s earlobe before taking it between his lips to nibble and suck. His other hand traces the contours of Joshua’s cock, laying flaccid down his right thigh which he takes hold and begins to stroke through the jeans.
Despite the forceful nature of this situation, Hazuki’s groping is all curiosity, at least for the time being. He’s exploring Joshua, who’s trying his damnedest not to react. His fingers curl inward as he counts his breaths while Hazuki’s mouth wanders down the side of his neck, covering it with openmouthed kisses that leave his skin cool and tingling.
With growing confidence, Hazuki massages Joshua’s clothed cock with increasing pressure until he can feel it begin to fill out and harden. With one last pluck to a perky nipple, he withdraws his hand and transfers it to the button of Joshua’s jeans, making quick work of it and the zipper and scrunching it, underwear included, down his hips all the way to his calves. Joshua notes the calculated movement with twisted amusement; it would be much more difficult to flee the room, with his pants slumped around his ankles.
He can feel Hazuki’s eyes raking over his exposed cock, hanging half-mast, now watching with equals parts disbelief and annoyance when he scoops it into a fist and resumes stroking.
He’s surprisingly adept for someone who claims confusion over human practices — a bit clumsy but his curiosity makes him thorough, pumping from base to tip, circling the flare with a thumb then gliding back down. Both Composers watch as it swells and thickens, taking on a solid curve.
But just as Joshua was about to rock his hips, the bastard stops, relinquishing his now fully erect shaft. It’s only a matter of seconds before he realizes why, specifically when he feels the shifting of fabric behind him, peeling away to be replaced by the sensation of warm bare skin-on-skin contact.
Instinctively, Joshua tenses up in anticipation of what Hazuki would dare to do next. He could turn around, but he’d rather not let anything on his face slip and betray an emotion Hazuki could see.
Shinjuku’s Composer has picked up the pace, hurriedly working his cock out of his pants, which springs loose and lands with a heavy plop in the cleft of Joshua’s ass.
“I can tell you two things right now.” Joshua cranes his head to pitch his voice. “You’re not jerking off on my ass, and you’re not going in my ass.”
“Then it’s a good thing I didn’t plan to do either,” Hazuki responds plainly, as he splays his spindly fingers out over Joshua’s belly, holding him still while gripping his shaft and guiding the head into the crevice of Joshua’s closed legs. Joshua’s eyes shoot open wide at the unexpected move. A few nuzzles give way to a few sharp nudges, and with one determined push he thrusts the whole length into the tight space.
Joshua drops his chin to see the crown of Hazuki’s cock split a gap in his thighs and pop through, and in the shocked stillness he can register the stiff member he’s involuntarily cuddling already throbbing palpably.
“You’ve picked up a thing or two in Kabukichō.” His tone’s biting, but his voice is trembling, giving away the shock and mounting, confounding arousal. Was this how Hazuki felt when Joshua was humiliating him?
“Observation is powerful if you’re actually paying attention.” His voice, too, is trembling, struggling to stay impassive when his dick’s surrounded in heat. Joshua can’t do much to spread his thighs without contorting himself so the pressure remains snug. With a shuddering breath, Hazuki slowly withdraws halfway, relishing the soft slide of skin, before plunging back in. Clutching Joshua’s bony hip in a bruising grip, Hazuki leans them forward until Joshua’s forehead collides with the door. He continues to pull out and push in at a gradually increasing frequency, each plunge wetter and smoother from Hazuki’s oozing precum smearing along Joshua’s inner thighs.
Hazuki makes it a point not to touch Joshua again, denying him that pleasure and instead prioritizing his own: pawing over his stomach, grazing nails across his sternum, and tweaking those rosy nipples, with occasional detours to toy with other areas of interest.
Just outside, oblivious to the absence of their Composers, they’re all laughing and animatedly chatting. Music has been put on, ensuring all sound behind this door is drowned out as he’s being casually molested by his colleague. Hands fasten to Joshua’s hips to carry his movements, and use him freely, backed by the confidence of someone who knows they’ve got the advantage. Joshua’s pride and professionalism won’t let him make a scene in front of their subordinates.
In and out, in and out, he fucks his thighs sticky to the rhythm of the music, and Joshua could swear that even Hazuki’s dick is pulsing in sync.
The worst part for Joshua is the mortifying fact his own cock is leaking precum. He could blame it on the stimulation but he’d be blatantly lying to himself. Still, he refuses to give Hazuki the satisfaction of jerking off so he grits his teeth through his lustful frustration to wait it out. Wait him out. It doesn’t help that Hazuki’s cockhead keeps grazing the underside of Joshua’s swollen sac, the friction deliciously arousing, vulgar and enticing.
He can tell Hazuki’s getting close by his raspy grunts and staggering breaths. All sense of rhythm’s abandoned in the race to the finish. He smashes his face into Joshua’s shoulder, hips bucking violently enough to slam against Joshua’s cheeks, accompanied by the telltale lewd sound of skin smacking filling the room. Shibuya’s Composer decides he can spare one thing without letting Shinjuku win, and with a smirk to himself he clenches his thighs, intensifying the pressure so tight it squeezes a loud groan out of the Composer. He relaxes for a second to let Haz burrow in before flexing again, and again, and by the time Joshua swings his hips back and grinds them suggestively into Haz’s pelvis—his way of saying hurry the fuck up —Shinjuku’s Composer pulls him possessively close, clamps his teeth down on his shoulder and convulses. Joshua watches as the flushed crown reappears, and he rubs his thighs firmly together until the wedged shaft twitches one last time and sprays cum in obscene splatters across the door.
Hazuki has the gall to pump a few more times to make sure his balls are good and empty before leisurely withdrawing, clearly enjoying it to the last drop.
“Thank you for this check-in, friend,” Hazuki’s voice is still husky with lust, and Joshua suspected if they weren’t on borrowed time, he’d have attempted to seduce him — or take his retaliation farther.
Shibuya’s Composer swooped down to grab and hike his pants back up, reluctantly ignoring his boner. A very visibily satiated Mikagi tucks himself back into his pants and unlocks the door, smiling cheerily at Kiryu, who mirrors it back.
“One to one,” is all Joshua says and briskly exits the room, leaving Shinjuku there dumbstruck to wonder what Shibuya’s plotting next, because if Hazuki knows anything about his senpai, it's that he won't draw the line at an even score.
(Or so he hopes.)

所以2023年的最后那这几天你都去哪儿了?
...还问什么问?当然是去玩啦!不然做什么? 在什么树下打坐冥想几天然后悟道吗?哈!
傅尹比俺还有可能来这套啦!
Since I documented the Coldplay event here (and failed to find the time to document the same event in Paradehye, the diary, beyond the journaling scraps written in The Commonest Man in Festo, a.k.a our commonplace book), I'll also record some of the stuff happening on December 23rd and 24th here.
Yo bruh, what else could we have done?
It's fucking CF!
It's our way of semi-celebrating Christmas! Where you get to see Christmas splendor and cheer melding with weeaboo shits! Lotsa lotsa weeaboo shits!
Report: Still way too many Genshin Impact cosplayers. There was also a huge bunch of Chainsaw Man and Jujutsu Kaisen, but generally, I think this year was impressive in its diversity of costumes. There were a lot of really unexpected shits and some old anime/video game/pop culture cosplays reared their heads, but damn, you'll get to the Indisputably Bestest Cosplay Ever In My History of Attending CF real soon, Lyndises of the Future.
This time, we got to invite and induct Sharon, who had been missing from the main family for more than a decade. She couldn't even remember the correct terms she needed to address our uncle and aunt anymore! So the Me At That Time greeted Ah Cik and Ah Jim loudly before she did, so she could copy me!
She also said she had social anxiety and was really nervous about seeing everyone whom she hadn't been meeting for, again, more than a decade. But really? Wei Wei is bonkers and laughs like a banshee with an easy threshold for humor. Ah Jim likes to listen to gossip and is an impressive conversationalist. Ah Cik is an extroverted businessman with an origin as a salesman; holding conversations and making things not-awkward is his forte. Qian Qian takes some time to warm up, but she easily talks a storm when it's something she likes—such as performing on stage and Loki and some manga/manhwa and cats. Hang Hang? Bro dips in and out. But he laughs at the stupidest things until his face flushes and is generally chaotic. He acts like a cool bro and yet his body betrays him by farting when he's excited.
And she's got me. It's my principle not to make anyone feel left out or lonely as best as I can in a given room. What's the point of training to be observant and attentive to people if I couldn't even realize someone's feeling left out?
Oh, it worked out in the end! And I don't think it's because of me, either. It's because she's a good sport who did try to join in on the conversation and listened and talked! And because everyone else was so welcoming to her, too. I really picked the right family to induct her back into the Big Family. Phew. Good thing I was skillful enough at choosing...
(Annoyingly, when I told her we're actually an introvert, she called me a liar. Lyishere called me a liar too just two days ago. Liar?! Moi?!)
Anyway, this was us!
Tumblr media
Damn, should have made sure Malaysia's easiest landmark is included in the picture instead of just the Christmas tree. The goddamn Twin Towers where Mei Mei was near in one of the last episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen: Shibuya Incident should have been here...
Tumblr media
Why aren't my pocket-flowers showing?
Tumblr media
Okay, this one showed a little.
We spent the first day completely inside Art Market so there wasn't time for cosplay pictures. I mean, the market took 5 fucking hours to tour, and I didn't even comb through everything as carefully as I wanted to because Qian Qian was suffocating from the crowd and the smell. Sharon was tired; she had never walked so much before. Conventions are tests of endurance.
Tumblr media
This was one of the best stuff in the market! But it was too expensive for my budget. Goddamn it! I swear I will even make space for this amazing ass banner had I bought it. Kulit Wayang style on Zonai aesthetics? Fucking swell!
Tumblr media
We did find the Uncle-est Nanami ever while we were on our way out, and honestly, he was one of the best Nanami I found on Day 1! Sure he didn't have the abs and the height, but he had the semblance!
There were some missions, really. Find buff ajuicy Nanami; take pictures of them. Find Nanami re-enactment; take pictures of them. Things I do for Crow Curry, man. THIS IS FOR YOU, YOU NANAMI SIMP!
This cosplayer was so happy, you know? He was so excited to see us excited to take pictures with him, that he forgot his gah-chang, okay? Ya know, the knife?
Even after we left, Qian Qian said she saw him still grinning widely over the whole thing. I didn't even know he could be so happy about it, because cosplayers are so used to being taken pictures. Turned out, his Instagram revealed that this was his first time cosplaying. No wonder!
When we later told Ah Cik about this, his Buddhist ass immediately characterized this as 布施 (Dāna). I mean, none of us thought we were making someone's day, so does it even count? But I'd be lying if I pretended that making one person—goddamn Nanami at THAT—happy didn't please me.
We then walked a few kilometers to Pavilion and the surrounding malls to find some place to eat. KLCC で大変混んでいったから食事が無理だった。
---
Day 2, 24th December 2023
We were pissed not to have taken pictures with any cosplayers (except Uncle Nanami), so we did what Ah Cik and Ah Jim and Wei Wei and Hang Hang thought was insane—BACK TO CF DAY 2!
The best part? I think most people had the same idea as we did! There were even more cosplayers on Day 2! Most of them hung out at the park, like us. I mean, right off the bat we got this:
Tumblr media
Dude did work on their eyes!
Tumblr media
She couldn't walk without her 4 assistants/friends helping her! Now that's fucking dedication. I wonder if I did end up doing my Monster Rika cosplay (don't bet on it), would I need help walking around too? My ears may be my best sensory organ, but I don't think they are good enough to replace my eyes. I've been a seeing person all my life, after all. I'm also not as good at sensing things as Fionn is...
Tumblr media
Fucking found Waldo! And Waldo found us! Yo, here's Wonka over there too!
Tumblr media
We looked good for each other, right? Wrong!
Tumblr media
Every year during CF, there is a tradition: Qian Qian will always encounter people who just wanna take pictures with her even though she made it explicit that she wasn't cosplaying and was just putting on whatever she likes. The only makeup she ever does is her lips, but she's really pretty and eyeball-attracting, innit? Ha! Stuff like this makes Ah Cik proud.
This professional photographer was just one of the many people who wanted to take pictures of her.
I wonder what it's like to be so visible and eyeball-attracting. All the Past Lyns had wondered the same at some point, right? It would definitely ruin our ability to not be noticed and then jump on someone, that's for sure. Can't be a ghost if you're too visible. But I wonder if being so seen would lessen that feeling of being a see-through not-there... "thing", the way it seemed to be to us throughout our life.
Tumblr media
HOLY SHIT ALICE LIDDELL FROM MADNESS RETURNS! Now that's old stuff being brought back!
Tumblr media
(Here's the Twin Tower!)
Tumblr media
GET IT?! BLUD WAS USING A SWITCH AX! A SWITCH AX!!! AND HE THEN TURNED IT FROM AX MODE INTO GREAT SWORD MODE!
Monster Hunters, riseeeeee! And he wasn't the only MH cosplayer with an amazing weapon prop! There was also a Zinogre cosplay set. You gotta see it for yourself in the album.
Tumblr media
I didn't think Cursed Miku would show up, but show up she did!
Okay, here they are. Indisputably Bestest Cosplay Ever In My History of Attending CF:
Tumblr media
NANI THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!
Goddamn Guanyin and Buddha cosplays?! And really, this wasn't even the only bunch:
Tumblr media
AND THERE WERE AT LEAST TWO GUANYU, AND ONE SUN WUKONG, AND ONE XUANZHANG that we didn't manage to take pictures of—like guys, where did all these deity cosplayers come from?!

Day 14 Shibuya
Another day of shopping... Another day of... Making mistakes using public transport. Nah, it wasn't that bad this time... Shibuya is just a mess! You would expect that "scramble square" and "Hachiko" would lead you to roughly the same place, right? Well, apparently follwing signs to Hachiko gives you the long tour through Shibuya station...
The shopping itself was pretty much the same as yesterday, but this time with my husband trailing along.
Again, I couldn't really find what I was looking for. That is, a few manga volumes of some very specific series... which I own in English for the most part. Some English volumes are very hard to come by though, so I figured I might just buy their Japanese counterparts to fill in the gaps in the meantime. But although I had high hopes for the mandarake in Shibuya, it didn't have everything I was looking for. Unfortunately. (Nakano! You're now my last hope!) I did end up buying pretty much all Ascendance of Bookworm manga volumes they had available however...
After lunch we made our way to the Nintendo store, Pokemon Centre and... Whatever other stores are on that same floor.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It was so busy! You could hardly walk in the Nintendo store without bumping into other people. And the line for the cashier of the Pokemon Centre was so long I just didn't feel like buying anything at all! Even though they had some cute things.
As the sun started setting, I made my way back to the hotel, determined to eat Sukiya's nabe set today, while my husband went to Meguro to eat sushi. My decision to drop my purchases in our room first ultimately backfired. Once I sat down in the room, I just didn't feel like getting up again and going out, so... My dinner consisted of assorted "bread" things. I keep buying more than I need, so I created a bit of a pile... Better eat 'em before they go bad.
I will eat the nabe... One day! For sure!

⚅— Starter for @hopeful-hugz —⚅
— ★ ⚄ ★ —
Foreigner! Someone new and exciting and unseen! The world was abuzz with the new energy and it was beautiful. It made Hanekoma’s own chest swell and his feathers ruffle with the sheer energy of it. But if he wasn’t careful he knew he would end up hurting himself, so Hanekoma made a quick landing and perched atop one of the nearby buildings to spy the new guest. A young lady, but that was no normal girl. She had an electric potential for creative energy, for imagination. He bet she would be a master of psychs when she finally passed.
But he knew he couldn’t be satisfied with just this, so Hanekoma got himself down to the ground level and went to go head her off, to make an introduction and start up a conversation. It would be a creepy way to say hello for anyone else, but Hanekoma was confident in his ability to charm people. She would like him, he was sure. And if she was a stranger to his world, she would probably want a local showing her around, right?
Tumblr media
“Hey there, sister,” he purred as he sidled up beside her, hands tucked firmly in his pockets. “Welcome to Shibuya~ You mind if I walk with ya for a while? It’s a beautiful day, and I can tell you’re not from around here. I’d be happy to play tour guide for ya.”

incomplete list of all the fun i had in japan on my holiday
the bus trip from narita airport to shinjuku, the scenery was so gorgeous, i got to see my first cherry blossoms and first part of the city
sorakara-chan the mascot at the skytower, they also have nice lemonade there, and it was fun to walk on the floor windows too
the shogun's gardens are so cool you can hear the martial artists train - the imperial s garden was very nice as well, the azelias were in full bloom
karaoke with three of the others on the tour with me was tonnes of fun as well
also at karaoke i was the only one who could speak Japanese so I was ordering drinks for the other girls and had A VERY INTENSE “conversation” with the older waiter who spoke no English so it was very unintentionally funny experience to try and convey that i wanted two bottles (nipikki) of sake but I said nisai instead (so 2 years). also the Spanish-Irish chica said the sake that they/we ordered (I was soft drinks only) was the best she ever had
i loved having chanko for lunch and the similar ones as well (though the himeji oden set wasn't my favourite...)
asakusa shrine was so busy but i liked the balancing of the shinto and buddist faiths
meiji shrine was beautiful, the trees there are gorgeous and heartfelt, we also saw a wedding procession!!! the bride and groom looked stunning in their traditional ware
the cruise night was good too
IKEBUKURO MY BELOVED. the area was nerd heaven. i saw fellow yumejoshi god bless, bought a giant smoliv plush at the pokemon centre, and stuff like that yeah
the inari shrine/thousand torii gate shrine is definitely on my come back to list since there wasn't enough time to do the full summit
shoutout to the hotel we stayed at in mishima city, easily my favourite hotel, them soft beds went a long way, not to mention we could see mt fuji at breakfast
(for me personally that hotel was even outclassing the five star hotel we stayed at which is a highlight and also was home to foreign dignitaries and celebrities :o
mt fuji. just. mt fuji in general. absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, stunning, thank god we did not climb it as i was coming down with a cold the day we were meant to but mt fuji meanwhile was coming down with an avalanche risk so only looking for afar
oshina hokkai is gorgeous, i would love to come back there at peak with more time to wander
i also loved the little historical village, i can't remember its name rn but i loved seeing the different girls day and children's day displays, the tanuki statues and the scarecrows, the rubber duckies in the various streams, too
the various tanuki statues i saw all over the place deserve their own bullet point tbh
making soba was fun but i didn’t actually enjoy eating the soba, i wanted to try yakisoba though
i'm kinda blanking at this 3/4 mark because all i really remember is the bullet train journeys which are cool i guess but i'm not a train nerd like my dad lol, it just felt like taking a normal train to me
the osaka okonomiyaki lunch was my favourite lunch, probably
i loved the kyoto hotel we had dinner at too, they gave me extra on desserts. and also bread. carbs yippie
ooh the italian cafe we had lunch at in shibuya was also really good actually so i'll mention it here too
kiyomizu shrine was my Absolute Favourite Highlight, it was gorgeous and had so much history behind it, the shops are good too, i hope to visit it again one day, would especially love to visit in autumn/maple leaf season. also I got to drink from the fountains of long life, beauty, and wisdom which is really significant because normally that's impossible to do due to queues/demands. and also all the buddha with their bibs is adorable.
also at kiyomizu, one of my fellow tour goers did something so unintentionally hilarious, i want to add it. this guy was very cautious, always masked up and sanitising so we were all very surprised to go watch him fill up a ladle at the fountain... only for him to immediately dump it into the basin below instead of drinking it like I and a couple others did
miyajima island is amazing!! i definitely want to go back there in autumn one day. i had momiji manju with custard filling and it was so delicious. i visted the art museum there and the attendant on the second level gave me an Exclusive Special Experience™️ because I managed to convey that whilst I couldn't speak Japanese on account of my sore throat, i can understand it so they gave me a big art spiel and then turned off the lights so i could see this one silk screen literally glow in the dark like the moon
the himeji gardens were my favourite set of gardens!! i saw a cat and lots of pretty ponds
threw coins in okiku well at the himeji castle (well's haunted) and the architecture of himeji whilst a nightmare for a flat footer like me is awful but its still very beautiful i'm probably missing some stuff but i've had a big, big week and a bit in japan

Tokyo - Day 3
We ventured out to Omotesando to experience a double decker bus tour! It was complete with unlimited tea and some sodas, plus the cutest little tiered dessert tray ^^ it was nice not to have to walk for once. Lol very cute and fun!
We then went shopping in Harajuku down Takeshita street. It was PACKED to the brim since it was a weekend. Manages to buy some shoes from a brand if been following for years and come clothes. Jess and I took some purikura (Photo Booth) pics and then tried our luck at some gashapon.
As we were walking to the lunch restaurant, we ran into a cool art exhibit hosted in a beautifullll neighborhood. 🥰
Then we hit up animate and magnet by shibuya 109, all in all a pretty chill day!!!

5 Times Yuuri Shibuya Didn't Have Sex (And 1 Time He Did)- Chapter 2: Bathing
Rating: Mature
Archive Warning: No Archive Warnings Apply
Fandom: Kyou Kara Maou!
Relationship: Wolfram von Bielefeld/Shibuya Yuuri
Characters: Shibuya Yuuri, Wolfram von Bielefeld, Greta (Kyou Kara Maou!), Anissina von Karbelnikoff, Conrart Weller, Sangria (Kyou Kara Maou!)
Summary:  Yuuri never stood a chance against Wolfram's sexual appeal.
Read on ao3
Yuuri is dripping wet. Of course, it started raining on his way back from town. Not just a little rain either, a full downpour. It might have even been welcome if it had washed away some of the mud, but no. All it did was leave him wet and dirty. Because Yuuri couldn’t have a nice relaxing trip to the town market to buy Wolf and Greta some presents. It was like someone–maybe Shinou–was playing a prank on him for trying to be nice.
First, Ao freaked out for no reason at all and knocked him into a puddle. Next, none of the vendors at the market had anything he thought Wolf would even like. Then, when he finally found the perfect gift for Greta, the vendor said it was on hold for someone else. He could have pulled the Maoh card, but Yuuri isn’t that sort of person. He wasn’t going to take some other little girl’s doll away just so he could give it to Greta. So, sad and empty-handed, he turned back home through the rain.
He is really looking forward to a bath. He needs to get clean, but he also thinks he deserves a nice relaxing soak after that pointless ordeal.
Almost immediately when he enters the Maoh’s private baths he realizes someone is already there. The only other people that should be allowed in here are Wolfram, Celi, or Greta. Celi is off on another love tour and Greta is away in Cavalcade, so the only person it could be is Wolfram. They bathe together all the time, so Yuuri undresses without a second thought.
However, he has a second and even a third thought when he hears uneven breathing as he approaches the edge of the tub. Wolfram’s head is hanging back in the water, his golden strands of hair stretching out as they float just beneath the surface. Green eyes are squeezed shut. His mouth is parted, letting out sweet little sounds. Yuuri knows what he’s walked in on, but somehow can’t seem to pull his eyes up and away before they travel down exactly where they shouldn’t. The water isn’t crystal-clear, but it is clear enough for him to clearly see what he shouldn’t be seeing.
He lets out a loud shriek.
Green eyes snap open. Already flushed cheeks darken at getting caught. “Y–yuuri, you’re home?” His hands attempt as best they can to cover his junk.
Yuuri realizes he’s still staring and immediately spins himself around. “Y–yeah! I, uh, wanted to take a bath.”
There is a pause, and Yuuri desperately tries to stop thinking about how he’s probably struggling to compose himself.
“I thought you took a bath this morning.”
“I did. Ao knocked me into a puddle.”
“Oh.” The sound is thoughtful. Then he continues in a fragile tone. “Do you…want to join me?”
“No!” Yuuri exclaims quickly. “I’ll just come back later.”
“But it’s your baths…and you’re all wet.”
Yuuri has to shake his head to stop thinking about how that sounds. “But you’re…busy.” He gulps. “It’s fine.”
He doesn’t turn around, but he imagines Wolfram frowning. “Okay.”
Without another word, Yuuri retrieves his clothes and exits the baths. He heads to his office to try and clear his mind with paperwork. Who’s he kidding? There isn’t enough paperwork in the world to erase that image from his brain.

Introduction:
Let yourself be carried away on an exciting tour through traditional Japan's and nature's finest beauties. You feel it, from the fast-paced city of Tokyo to the peaceful temples of Kyoto. Whether it's the city or the temples, you will be completely embraced by the essence of Japan. Must-visit Japan tourists spots from Philippines should be explored, for instance, Mount Fuji, Shibuya Crossing, and Hiroshima’s historic city.
Discover the nectar of Japan's soul as never before:
Tokyo - Where Past Meets Present:
Tokyo, the core center of Japanese culture, is the city where you should begin your journey in Japan. Drop yourself in amongst the busyness of Shibuya Crossing, take a walk in the tranquil Imperial Palace gardens, and gaze at the space-age design of the Tokyo Skytree.
Kyoto - A Glimpse of Japan's History:
Immerse yourself in the past, by voyaging to Kyoto, the cultural stronghold of Japan. Rainbow the magical bamboo groves in Arashiyama, visit Fushimi Inari Shrine with the thousands of vermilion torii gates and admire the Kinkaku-ji, the Golden Pagoda.
Hiroshima - Lessons of Peace and Resilience:
Being in Hiroshima, a city that not only has stood for recovery one year after the tragedy but also symbolizes the past which in no way should be forgotten. You cannot miss to pay a visit to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and Museum to gain knowledge about the horrific effect caused by the atomic bomb and the city's efforts in peace and reconciliation. The ferry to Miyajima Island is a must-do where the torii gate of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, floating on the water and facing the beautiful mountain of Mount Misen, is a priceless sight.
Osaka - Gastronomic Delights and Urban Adventures:
Conclude your tour in Osaka, the culinary capital of Japan, affectionately known as the kitchen of the country. Explore Dotonbori’s bustling food stalls and spicy takoyaki, to irresistible okonomiyaki. Enjoy these rocking flavors. Queue up at the top of the observation deck at Osaka Castle to enjoy sweeping views of the city, and see Shinsekai, a lively entertainment community.
Mount Fuji - Majestic Beauty and Spiritual Symbol:
It would be like a tadpole on the tail of the koi if a traveler to Japan misses out on seeing the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji up close. Stride into the Lake Fuji area or Hakone which is equipped with hot spring water bathed containing picture-perfect Mount Fuji. In winter, take the omnipresence of snow as a chance to thrill yourself through skiing or snowboarding on the slopes of the neighboring resorts.
Conclusion:
Japan attracts visitors with a mix of customs and technologies, hence classifying it as one of the most interesting destinations. Travelers from the Philippines can surely visit Japan tourists spots from Philippines when they use the services offered by Diper Tour, and their explorations of Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima, Osaka, and majestic Mount Fuji will include some of the most memorable times in their lives.
