So I was reading She-Ra and the Legend of the Fire Princess and something stuck out to me

In the legend Glimmer tells, the fire princess goes berserk after finding out her best friend has moved on to other friends and left her. At the end of the book, Adora realizes that she understands the fire princess's pain because she's seen Catra move on and be friends with Scorpia.

This makes me want to Scream because Adora just fucking missed the whole point. How does she not see that she did that to Catra first????

She left Catra and Catra went crazy with anger and pain and Adora is able to understand that when it's the fire princess or when it happens to herself, but she doesnt understand it when its Catra that's going through that?!?!?!??
