Important fo you all to know that in Bitter Exes Shalightning, Shawn is still trans (like in canon), but that has nothing to do with the break-up. Lightning cannot be civil with Shawn and vice versa but he is totally cool with him being trans. Lightning don’t judge.

Honestly there’s really not much to it dkfnfn? I don’t ever think of them when they’re dating. I think they had a REALLY bad break-up right after ROTI, and they just never got past it.

This idea really just spawned because I went “haha lightning and shawn ship name is shalightning”, then because they’re both in my favorites and they don’t work as a couple, this happened. I guess I find it interesting because it’s very unexpected for both of them, and not something to think too hard about lmao.
