i figured out SF Shock's problem this year. They are a team built around proper and they look Good when they play around him.
if they don't they drop a map to the valiant :(

the experience of writing a longfic on AO3 is believing that you have a very specific and small group of dedicated readers who comment with every chapter, but then you publish chapter 48 of 63 planned chapters and FandomReader14284 comments out of nowhere talking about how much they enjoy the characterization of Blorbo in this AU and you're sitting there like. Thank you FandomReader14284 for chiming in. I don't know who you are or when you got here and I'm very confused on why you're here in the first place, but your comment is truly appreciated.

the bad news is that i still have no clue how to get message test in the JP version, the good news is that i did find game genie codes for walking through walls in both version (REEA-C6WL for the US version, REEA-C6VR for JP, these don’t work for the world map though, i haven’t tested the others in that post yet). So I can at least look for some of the unused stuff i’ve discussed before, like Khris’ line if you enter Alterone’s castle before talking to the merchant in town to unlock it.
And there it is, she’s even in a different position than normal even though everything else in the castle is normal, you can even talk to the king and advance the plot.
this is where she usually stands btw. I did always think it was weird since the princess is looking for her and she’s in plain view, the unused position makes a lot more sense as a hiding spot. Perhaps the devs were worried people wouldn’t find her? Even though you don’t actually need to find or talk to her as she comes to save you later anyway? idk
Obviously the next step was to do the same in the JP version and see if the dialogue there had further clues. That’s exactly what I did, and
“W-What, who are you, bastard!“
O.O
mom khris said a bad word
In case it isn’t clear Khris is very polite in the normal game and every guide emphasizes how meek and nice she is. This is big nonsense, I can only guess it’s either a very old line from before her personality was established, or it’s someone else’s line that somehow got stuck on her. The latter feels contrived since it calls on her portrait and sprite and everything, and is in the place she’s supposed to be anyway.
anyway, i learned nothing, and i’m scandalized.

This is my official warning to those of you who are new that my blog was initially an overwatch esports blog, so I suggest filtering 'c talks' to dodge like 90% of my posts about it
