Hi do you have a term for a identity related to being a god but in a human body
Can be alter human since I’m a god even if I’m in a human body!
I’m new here so I don’t know very well the difference between alter human and no human sorry! Thanks for reading ❤️
Godkin and non-human are forms of alterhumanity. Demigod is usually a term for someone who is part human part god. Alterhumans can have a human body.
Hope that helps. Also check this alterhuman dictionary.

5 demigod au
C. “Do I look like I belong here to you?”
Gax Percy Jackson AU, but still with driver Max. Because I said so. Not a proper Drabble bc I ain’t counting my words. Nor exercising restraint.
Did you know that one of Zeus’ symbols is the bull? Interesting.
***
There hadn’t been a child of Zeus in like… ever. Because there weren’t supposed to be any at all.
When Max had first shown up, bedraggled and wet on the edge of the tree line, dressed like some sort of astronaut and clutching a steering wheel, it had taken all of three seconds for him to be thrown in with the other Athena kids. As George’s bunk mate.
“Would you stop bloody moving,” George groaned, listening to Max thrash around on the top bunk for the second consecutive hour. “Some of us are trying to sleep.”
“I’m supposed to be racing tomorrow mate,” Max groaned, “not at some summer camp for freaks.”
“You’re a demigod, Max,” George said, rolling his eyes. Had Max not been paying attention during his PowerPoint presentation? “We all are. You belong here.”
“Do I look like I belong here to you?”
“Of course,” George insisted. “You’re here because it’s safe for us here. Our Mum led us here to keep us-“
“Mate, I’m here because I crashed my car and got lost on the way back to the pits,” Max said. “I’m not one of those weird semigod things you all keep talking about. And my mum had nothing to do with it, mate. My step-dad is the one who wanted me to be a racer.”
“Wait you- your mum is your real mum?”
“What the- of course my mum is my real mum! What the fuck is wrong with you mate?”
From the other side of the cabin, Alex groaned. “Georgie, could you and your weird boyfriend take your domestic outside please? Some of us are trying to sleep.”
George grabbed Max’s hand and dragged him outside. “If you’re mum is your real mum, then who’s your dad?”
“I don’t know mate, it’s not like he was ever there. But mum says that he helped get me my RedBull sponsorship, so there’s that at least. Thanks Dad,” he said ironically.
Red… Bull. Bulls… but that would mean… “would you say you have any special connection to the sky? Thunder? Do you find yourself winning a lot? Do eagles play a large role in your life?”
“You’re weird man,” Max said. “But like yeah?”
“Fuck,” George said. He watched as a lightning bolt slowly faded in above Max’s head. “Double fuck.”
“What does that mean?” Max asked, looking up at the mark above his head.
“It means that you’re a son of Zeus.”
“And what does that mean?”
“It means you’re fucked.”

"Demons", Gods, and In-betweens in the Series: Love and Redemption (Part 1)
There are many non-human Chinese mythical creaturesthat appeared in the tv series Love and Redemption(LnD), especially 妖怪(translated as “demons”). I find this subject extremely interesting so I'm going to try summarize them and record their first historical appearance if possible. Many of them come from an ancient book called The Classic of Mountains and Seas 山海经(the Classic). It was written sometime around 4th to 5th century BC. So it's probably one of the oldest books that survived. And it is a source of inspiration for the entire history of China for those who write the monster and strange occurrence tales. In this post I will try to include descriptions about the relevant mentions of the "demons" from the Classic and other sources, although I'm sure better translation already exist.
* The reason I said “translated as demons” and not just use “demons” directly is because they are really not the same concept. There is little to no religious meaning to 妖怪. If you have to squint, 妖怪 likely popularized because ancient Chinese believe that everything have spirit and potential to gain wisdom and transform into higher beings. So in later time like Tang to Qing dynasties there are many 妖怪 that developed from nonhuman animals or plants in such stories, sometimes even objects. But there are also naturally occurring creatures that sometimes are monsters, sometimes gods or semigods in charge of certain functions like wind, thunder, natural disasters etc. like many of those described in the ancient Classic of Mountains and Seas.
烛龙Torch Dragon
First appearance: the Classic [山海經], 2 entries, around 4th century BC
In the Classics of Montains and Seas it is said to be a torch-bearing dragon that shines light in the night-folds darkness. It creates day and night, summer and winter by opening and closing its eyes and breathing in and out. Obviously an ancient god.
Tumblr media
In our show, a spirit/ghost of the torch dragon was summoned to guard the Colored-Glass Lamp in heroine’s sect Shaoyang. It is a much less powerful version of the Torch Dragon but still created a lot of trouble for our protagonists. It seems that the spirit/ghost of Torch Dragon cannot truly be killed because it can be resummoned.
Tumblr media
鲛人 Fish-person or merman
First appearance: the Classic [山海經‧海內南經], around 4th century BC
A non-human tribe living in the South Sea. It is basically translated to merman because they have an upper human body and a fish tail, although it has nothing to do with the western version the phrase usually refers to. Unlike their western counterparts, they are said to be tame and mild, good at producing a specific type of beautiful clothes that won’t get wet in the water, and when they cries their tears turn into pearls. In later stories they are often depicted as victims of humans’ greed and lust.
Tumblr media
In LnD we see one important side character that is Tingnu, who is a doctor and used to serve in the court of heaven’s realm, although in the show merpeople are categorized as demons. He was the first demon that our protagonists encountered that made them questioned their concept of right and wrong that was taught to them.
Tumblr media
蛊雕 Gu Eagle
First appearance: the Classic [山海經‧南山经], around 4th century BC
This is an eagle-like, water-dwelling monster with horn on its head that eat people. It is said to live on a mountain rich with minerals with no flora.
Tumblr media
In LnD Gu Eagle is the first major dangerous demon our protagonists encountered. It needs to be noted that unlike the merman who is a “naturally-occurring humanoid being”—born with a humanoid shape. The Gu Eagle in LnD was said to have cultivated for 500 years and was on the verge of gaining a human shape. It was quite powerful that even the elders of the Righteous Sects don’t dare face it alone and instead grouped together and prepared themselves fully. Our protagonists had no chance against it at that stage, or so they thought.
瞿如鸟 Qu Ru Bird
First appearance: the Classic [山海经·南山经], around 4th century BC
It is said to be a bird of white head, three legs, and a human-like face. It lives on a mountain rich with gold and jade, and populated by animals such as rhinos and elephants.
Tumblr media
The shows’ Qu Ru Birds are very different from those described there. In the show, Quru birds appeared as a swarm of dark greenish colored birds that was able to attack humans, but don’t seem like much different than regular animals. They were controlled by a Ao Yin to drive away humans and collect certain herbs. Eventually Sifeng let them escape after Ao Yin was killed.
傲因 Ao Yin
First appearance: It is said to first appear in [山海經] but the description differs greatly from later stories. We will take later descriptions during the Jin Dynasty because they are closer to what appeared in the show:
Au Yin is said to be a humanoid creature with very long tongue, wears shaggy clothing with many knots and has a taste for human brains. It lives in the west-wasteland and attacks lone travelers to eat their brain.
攫(玃)猿
First appearance: (probably) Accounts of Strange Things [述異記]  by Zu Chongzhi 200–265 AD
This is a giant monkey-like creature that was said to abduct human females to impregnate them and then send them back home to rear the child. If they refuse it kills the woman. Obviously it is a monster. Funnily enough it seemed to have traveled to Japan in the Edo era(1603~1867)and was called kakuen locally. It was written in the Japanese encyclopedia Wakan Sansai Zue of the same time to be a type of "yamako" (玃), which is the same character as the Chinese version.
In our show this monster appeared as a serial killer who target newly-weds due to his hatred of a female cultivator who seriously wronged him. Our protagonists chased him to his “burial site” and killed him because, well, he is a serial killer who targeted innocent people.

Can rules or tutors educate The semigod whom we await? He must be musical, Tremulous, impressional, Alive to gentle influence Of landscape and of sky, And tender to the spirit-touch Of man's or maiden's eye: But, to his native centre fast, Shall into Future fuse the Past, And the world's flowing fates in his own mould recast.

Hey! Can you explain a bit more your comparison between it and st kids? I don't really understand. Have a nice day <3
gladly !!
there are LOTS of parallels between the st and it kids on so many levels, but what i was focusing on in that post was the difference between the two in relation to sex (and other “adult stuff” like cigarettes, but mainly sex) and how that shows different ways to cope with trauma and what the kids symbolize as a whole in the show/movie/book
first off let’s remember that the losers are all 11 years old, if i remember correctly only stanley is 10 in the book. the members of the party are 12 in the first season and obviously they grow up, so at what is right now the end of the show they’re all 14/15.
both groups face struggles like bullying (which is often rooted in racism, homophobia, ableism and other things), abusive or neglectful parents (or in max’s case, siblings), personal fears and obviously there are the supernatural plots, so monsters and whatever pennywise is (i didn’t finish the book yet but i think he’s an alien or a semigod but anyway).
the interesting thing is that even if the it kids are younger they show a knowledge of some, idk how to word it, “adult things”. for example some of them smoke — in the movies i’m pretty sure beverly is the only one who does it both in the og and in the remake. the thing that really stuck with me though is that they all know what sex is or even just have a vague idea of it (for example eddie in the book doesn’t really know what exactly is, but shows that he knows that it’s a thing). they make jokes about it and say/think sexual things in general. it’s also connected to eddie’s visions since in the book he sees a man with syphilis who offers to do yk sexual stuff which is connected to his fear of being ill and stuff.
on the other hand the st kids never show to know what sex is, except for max that talks about “happy screams” in s3, which makes sense because max is supposed to be the one who knows more stuff in the group, the one who lived in a city and all that. el then mentions again these “happy screams”, and when someone (i dont remeber who exactly i’m sorry) asks what happy screams are max interrupts el who was about to answer and says that it doesn’t matter — which could be for many reasons. maybe she is embarrassed or something, but when i first watched it i thought “ah she probably doesn’t want to kind of ruin everyone’s innocence” since she showed stress only after that-person asked what happy screams are, which shows that they don’t know what sex is at least in max’s mind.
the question now is why. there’s this difference between these groups, but why? for mainly two reasons.
1. show different ways to cope with trauma
my theory is that stephen king wanted to show how less innocent kids can be after trauma and abuse. he wanted to show the cruel reality, the one where kids are not that innocent even when they’re very young, especially after bad experiences. those experiences make them want to act like grown ups, talking about sex, joking about it and stuff like they think adults do.
stranger things does the complete opposite: the kids are an ideal. if you think about it even after their traumatic experiences they stay sweet and innocent — because let’s be real, they never act really bad. maybe they’re a bit bitchy or something, maybe they distance themselves from the others, but they never do REALLY bad stuff. i mean they acted like mike was a criminal in s2 because he cheated on a test/essay, or because of the graffiti thing. mike also says “everyone graffitis the bathroom stall”, which is true! they act like he’s a really bad kid for doing something normal kids do on a daily basis! another example that i love is that when will is feeling bad he clings to his childhood even more, whether that be playing d&d or going trick or treating or drawing. those are normal things kids do. when max faces depression and anxiety she stops talking to basically everyone — which kids often do, it can even be selective mutism in some cases. and there are many MANY other examples !! like el and mike’s relationship — whenever they’re stressed they scream about how much they love each other, they cling to each other and their relationship, because it was their first crush, their first love (even if you think they never really loved/had a crush on each other it was their first relationship you know?). being each other’s partner is a part of their childhood they cling onto when they’re scared.
2. because they symbolize different things
the losers are an example of how reality is: even things that are supposed to be pure and innocent can be cruel, “dirty”. they’re the symbol of a society that puts each person to their limit, sometimes making them the worst version themselves.
the party members are an ideal. they represent innocence, the “good” in a world full of bad people, bad ideals, bad decisions. they’re a symbol of hope, because a world that is as ugly as theirs needs hope.
+ i also want to point out that it as a whole has a grey type of morality — the kids do bad and good things and at one point you don’t even know what to think about them. richie is a kid that deals with this feeling of alienation from his friends (canon in book and in the movies, but for different reasons), he’s overall a sweet guy, but also makes offensive comments — sometimes these comments are even racist, or fatphobic, or ableist. henry is a character you’re supposed to hate from the first to the last moment, but you’re sometimes even supposed to emphasize with him because at the end of the day he’s been abused his whole live. while in stranger things the characters are inherently good or bad. a black and white kind of morality.

No one talks about Steve's ex bc they didn't end in good terms and Eddie is just a bit Oblivious to it all, but it's not a real problem bc why would he care about his boyfriend's ex?
And just imagine it's the holidays and Billy comes back for some reason and Eddie's is just sitting there calmly until he sees the man and he promptly falls on his ass, eyes wide looking around like "that's the ex boyfriend?"
Because, why did nobody tell him Steve used to date some kind of semigod who looks like he could kill him in an instant?

Layers of mortality in my Dsmp AU
Documenting how gods work in my dsmp AU The Path to Redemption! Basically the levels of power and mortality.
Mortals Mortals are your average humans and hybrids. They have three lives and after those are lost they die. Revival of mortals is near impossible and upsets the balance of the worlds. There’s a special group of mortals called Admins, who have the power to create worlds. They still have the same lifespan and amount of lives as normal mortals though. How someone becomes an admin is a secret that’s kept very closely.
Demigods Demigods are former humans or hybrids who through a complex ritual ascended to become a demigod. Born demigods are extremely rare. They can have powers (though relatively minor ones) and have a near infinte amount of lives. They can be killed however. It’s very difficult, but possible. Some demigods reside over a domain (like Technoblade, the Blood God) but most don’t. A lot of demigods work under the leadership of a god, though independant demigods are around as well. Though they are watched with caution as possible rogue elements. Eret and Foolish used to be independant demigods, though they later allied with the Goddess of Death.
Demons Creatures created by the betrayer gods to work against the demigods and prime gods. They have one life, but hold the same power as demigods.
Semigods Semigods are a rare subsection of beings. They are humans and hybrids chosen directly by their god to ascend. Semigods hold great power, only trumped by the gods themselves. The drawback to this is the finite amount of lives they hold. It’s been rumoured that some semigods even only have one life. The Angels of Death are all semigods, handpicked by Kristin the Goddess of Death herself. Philza is the Angel of Death, though there are some more.
Gods The top of the totempole. They hold the most power and are unkillable. There are two types of gods, the Prime gods and the betrayer gods. The betrayer gods once stood against their Prime counterparts and never looked back. Most of the betrayer gods are basically only worshipped by cults, but they are very dangerous. Kristin is a prime god, The Goddess of Death herself.

(Ver 2) Semigods Introduction (Part 1)
My second attempt at starting the webcomic! This one didn't get very far, and as it stands isn't super canon to the series anymore. I'm going to have to split it up into multiple parts since putting the long version of the images tanks the quality.

-Silver, who decide to no more use anon
Silveeeeer, welcome to the non-anon team (?)
In the end I am leaning more towards a champion from the gods, thats why he keeps all the don't use illegal things boys up. Cause he is pretty devoted and used to the old OLD rules he has been a champion far too long but he likes it. I will make a separate post about. I have so much things to make and I haven't gotten a blank!
I am hyped.
