Thanks for reading my guidelines. I go by the mun-alias Midnight, also Raven (she/they), early millennial, living in the CET timezone. My activity level is medium to low, my reply speed is slow, please don't rush me. English is my second language. I'm from a german roleplay community and immigrated to Tumblr in 2022 after our old platform got shut down. I'm still learning about Tumblr rp etiquette and guidelines, please be patient with me. If you see me doing something unusal or weird feel free to correct me at anytime but be respectful about it.

01. To interact with me, you have to be 18+ (mun and muse). I am not affiliated with The Boys, its creators or the actor Karl Urban and I don't own the character Billy Butcher. I claim ownership of my own written headcanons and texts only. The Boys is an R-rated series and this is a general trigger warning for mature content such as blood, gore, violence, abuse, trauma, sex, sick humour, foul language, weapons, drug use and overall rude behaviour which can be expected from this muse.

02. It should go without saying but at the same time cannot be stressed enough: mun ≠ muse. On some occasions people were not able (or willing) to differentiate between me and my character which led to them feeling offended ooc and hardblocking me midconvo without communicating their discomfort. Butcher can be tremendously rude and aggressive, he swears excessively and is quick to insult your muse if he dislikes them or feels provoked. Writing him close to the canon is very demanding and getting his tone of voice and demeanor right is one of the greatest challenges that I've ever came across in 15+ years of writing. It's such a bummer when I put in the effort and the result is totally misinterpreted. Make sure beforehand that you can absolutely handle interacting with such a muse and do not take anything from him personal or too serious. I am completely different from him, I consider myself friendly, patient and very chill about most things and I'm always willing to talk things out.

03. Besides roleplaying I am also a hobby gif maker, therefore personal blogs are welcome to interact with my posts. Just make sure you don't reblog or comment on roleplay related stuff which includes tag games, writing examples, headcanons, threads and answered asks. Speaking of asks: I will generally react in-character whenever possible. I've received some messages in my inbox that I can't quite classify. If you want to talk to me, the person behind, please put your text in brackets or mark as "for the mun" so I know for sure you're addressing me and not my muse.

04. I haven't very much in-character text on this blog yet, since I mostly rp privately in DM's or on sideblogs. I'm very open and curious to try threads, I'd love to have some writing on my blog whether it be novels, oldschool style shorter postings or some in-character chatting. This would come closest to the 'Pinnwand' we had on our old platform and I still miss it a lot. I'm using the beta editor, which should be standard at this point anyways, and I am able to trim posts. Feel free to hit me up if you're interested and are comfortable with doing any sorts of public threads. You can also just send me an ask (off anon to start a continuous interaction) or tag me in a starter. I highly prefer german and I'm not open to english advanced literate, where complex prose is required. I have little to no experience with it but maybe I'll get more comfortable in the future.

05. When it comes to writing, I ask for a few things: no godmodding, power play or meta gaming. I also don't like forcing or rushing certain interactions that don't feel like natural character progression. Plotting beforehand is welcome but not mandatory. If it ever feels like being stuck we can pause the writing and have a small plotting session between scenes or even for the same scene. I am a big fan of the "yes, and" approach. Give me something to work with, don't let your replies be "dead" and passive. I get discouraged very quickly when I get little to no input and have to come up with moving the plot or interactions myself all the time. I don't have an estimated length for texts, it always depends and I usually don't match length just for the sake of having written a lot. I am not too fond of texts that are artificially bloated and there's essentially nothing happening.

06. I'm multiship and multiverse, meaning every ship takes place in its own verse if not communicated otherwise. I personally enjoy shipping a lot if there's good chemistry but Butcher is difficult to ship and due to his background pretty much unavailable for romantic bonding. It's not impossible though. I'm also interested in any setting where I get a chance to write him as an unhinged villain and diverge from the canon more liberately.

07. My approach to curating my dashboard is quite different, I would say, compared to what's considered standard (clean dash, small circle of mutuals). I follow a lot, and I mean a shitton, of people. I follow every blog out of interest and curiousity but please understand that it's impossible for me to interact with everyone. Also due to my gif making I get quite a bit of notifications when I'm actively posting sets, I'm prone to accidentially miss out on notifs about new followers/mutuals. My dashboard is fast and busy and I like it that way, I've made a conscious choice about this. It has become a wind down ritual for me, just silently scrolling, catching up and finding lots of stuff I enjoy without feeling obligated to contact people or getting replies done. Yes, I am here for rp, but I like to do lots of other things on Tumblr, too. There's periods of time where I don't have the energy to work on drafts or talk to anyone, not even folks who I have grown to genuinely like. Rest assured that you never did anything wrong when I disappear for a while. If I have any sort of issue or problem I will communicate it. What I'm not willing to do is constantly giving activity updates on a schedule. If I go on hiatus for longer I will most likely make a post about it. It's my personal opinion that no one should ever feel pressured into explaining why and for how long they are away.

08. Don't be a cunt. I have zero tolerance for homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism, hateful comments in general, out of character drama, gossiping, constant negativity, passive aggressiveness, vague posting, guilt tripping, gaslighting and other similar behaviour. Just be a decent person and we're fine.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year once again folks and you know what that means! SECRET SANTA IS BACK IN BUSINESS! This is my favorite tradition in the roleplay community and I’m so excited to be bringing it back! (Especially since I completely missed the mark last year and we weren’t able to do it…😔💔) It’s a great event that allows us to spread positivity and get to know each other better as writers and rpers over the course of December and then on Christmas day we all exchange gifts! It’s a great time every year and I hope we’ll see some new faces joining us this year!

The rules will be the same as they are every year but for any newcomers the rules will be listed below!

1. Any participating blogs must be active and must be an RP account. No personal blogs allowed, sorry. 2. You must have an accessible inbox with ANON enabled. This is crucial to the event! You have to have anon on so your Santa can leave you messages without spoiling the surprise! 3. Secrecy is crucial! NO ONE is to know who’s name and or URL you received. Tell no one! Don’t tell your friends, your parents, your siblings…don’t even tell your priest! 4. The list will be distributed by a third party since I am also participating. That being said, I will be just as ignorant of your Santa as you are! You will be assigned a blog via inbox message. When you’ve been given a name please DO NOT respond to the message! Commit it to memory and then DM my blog so I can confirm the participants! 5. You will have two tasks for this event and one will take place over the course of the entire month of December (or at least up until December 25th!) As a Santa it’s your duty to be an anonymous angel! Go to your assigned blog and leave them a nice message, tell them how much you enjoy their portrayals or ask them questions about their characters, their writing, etc! This is a daily task which is why blogs must be active to participate! Your assigned blog should be getting at least one message a day from you, their Santa! (Please don’t leave any ‘hints’ in your messages for them to guess who you are!) The second task will be your Christmas gift of course! Your gift can be anything! Fanart, drabbles, edits, promos, playlists, gifsets, anything you can think up! Get as creative as you can! You’ll have 25 days to craft your presents!

Sign up time will be from today, November 13th to Thursday, November 30th! On the first day of December you’ll receive your assigned blog via inbox message! Time for a bundle answer!

1: Likely FPRP is First Person Roleplay. i.e. “I walk along the street” rather than second person (”You walked along the street.”) or third (”They walked along the street.”) 2. PTRP is a roleplay universe on Twitter for Pokemon Trainers it appears. MVRP is multi-verse! They'll play in multiple universes, fandoms, or realities. 3. Fandomless? It means their character was developed originally, and has no ties to a fandom or already created media.

4: ss probably means Single Ship, which means they like to exclusively write with a single partner and their character, and don't like making new romance threads. I sure as heck hope it’s nothing else because uhm...

5: S/O? Well there's a couple meaning but, "Significant Other" and "Shout Out" are both popular!

6: An open ship is likely just a poly, or multiple shipper. It's someone who is willing to RP multiple plot threads with a variety of roleplay partners and romances, and does not do exclusivity! This is also MS, or Multi-shipping.

7: ST-LT is probably "short term, long term" meaning, they're looking for either a short term or long term RP. S-F might be anything from Sci-Fi to Short-Form. Context is everything for these super short ones, and the meanings change depending on where you find them and how they’re used. Bu these are my best guesses!

8: PMing is Private Messaging, it's when you send a whisper/DM/PM to someone privately, just one-on-one. 9: Muse? It’s just a term to designate the character you’re playing. If I wrote for a character in a roleplay, or played them, they would be my “muse”. This is usually paired with mun, or mundane. There's also players, PC for player character, and character or MC main character. Single muse would be that they play just the one character. Multimuse means a blog contains multitudes, tons of muses are probably being played by the same blog, like a rotating cast!

Hi there! (o´ω`o) Welcome to my blog!

I’m Maxine Miller (although I prefer just Max, please!), and I’m a 25-year-old lady from the Galar region. I currently live in Circhester and work as a trainer at the Ice-type gym here!

I was born in Unova, but my family moved here when I was 5. My home was… unfit for me, so I ran away to Spikemuth with one of my older brothers’ unwanted partners (now my partner, Misdreavus (it/they)!) when I was 10 or so to start anew. Life was rough for a while, but a close friend of mine helped me get on track! I only started my career because he hired me to work at the Dark-type gym (.❛ ᴗ ᵔ.)

Some of you might know me because I competed in the Gym Challenge last year with Melony's endorsement. Even though losing in the Finals was devastating, I still had a great time and learned a ton, so please feel free to ask questions about it if you're curious!

Although I work with Ice-types, I don’t specialize in any specific type outside of my job! I love all pokemon and aim to be knowledgeable in as many as I can, with hopes to have a completed Galarian Pokedex someday. That said, I have a whole bunch of pokemon, and no set team; I alternate my team often to give them all a chance to shine, but Misdreavus consistently sticks around with me.

I’m not really sure what else to put here, so please feel free to pop into my ask box if you have any questions!

Hi!! I’m Crisa (@YeehawBvby), a 27-year-old lady from the US.

First off, I base Max strongly off of myself (visually too), so please be kind and don’t do anything weird!! We’re both autistic, we’re both kinda shy, and we’re both big sensitive crybabies. :'D In the same way I’m better with animals than people, Max is better with pokemon than people.

Second! I have a ton of content about Max on my main blog, under the tag “oc maxine,” but here’s a link to her official lore-post! I’ll be updating it to add and remove things as time goes on, so feel free to check back in every once in a while if you wanna learn more about her.

Finally, Max and Piers are dating, and she and Leon used to date while she was a Gym Challenger. I’m not going to explicitly mention any of it, so as to not step on anyone’s toes in RP, but I’ll be alluding to her relationship with Piers often (or at least to their close friendship) since he’s such a huge part of her life. The in-character reasoning for not disclosing their relationship status will be that they don't really want their relationship in the open yet, with Piers being famous and Max somewhat-famous. She’s also close friends with a few other gym leaders (including Marnie, who is the gym-leader in Spikemuth by now), so they’ll probably pop up every once in a while here too!

hosting events in your server 💌 you might find a few scattered posts on my blog about how i handle events in my groups — i’m here to present my two favorite methods to you. first, an event center channel (my personal favorite method). second, an event center category. find a deep dive of these methods beneath the cut. please like or reblog if you find this helpful!

* — general notes about how i approach events.

one of the big appeals of discord groups is the seemingly more lax activity expectations. with this in mind, you’ll need to make events last a bit longer than usual! events in my server last 2 weeks minimum — even then, i host a poll towards the end of the event to see if the group would like it extended.

u may be wondering: doesn’t this interrupt the flow of your group? honestly, not really! i think that might deal with the two methods i’ll mention below. keeping events separate from day-to-day interactions in the group has been so beneficial. this way, if members don’t like events, they don’t have to participate but they can still interact.

u also may be wondering: doesn’t this ruin the impact of the event? also... not really! since events usually last 1 day ic, we’ll distinguish that day in the event notes — usually my members will bring those “ic real time reactions” to the ic chats so it’s like the event is still hitting just as much as if we paused the rp for it!

* — method a: EVENT CENTER CHANNEL.

as i mentioned in the intro, this is my current favorite way of hosting events within the server. it’s neat, compact, and seems to work well in the flow of my group.

the event center channel is a channel that i un-private whenever an event is happening. i think i described it best in the channel notes of my server:

“the event center channel is a dedicated event hub that members are encouraged to make use of during the duration of ongoing events. here, you’ll find useful threads (outfits / playlist / group thread) + a space to add threads as you build interactions through the night.”

here is an overview of the channel:

here are the aforementioned threads:

the “outfits” thread is a place where members can post outfit edits.

the “playlist” thread is a place where members can post songs that fit the event or (if it fits the event) characters can make ic song requests.

the “group thread” (..) thread is a place where members can participate in a group thread if they choose to!

what comes after the threads, you ask? event info! any time an event is starting, i send a message with the event info. and then (as you can see), members are welcome to start creating threads within that channel.

* — method b: EVENT CENTER CATEGORY.

if i am being honest with u... this is the exact same thing as the above method, except instead of tucking the threads into a channel... you add them to a category!

it ends up looking something like this:

in information, you post the event info. the other channels match up with the threads mentioned above! then, members add channels to that category.

i switched over to the channel method because it kept my server’s channel list from seeming so overwhelming.

* — what happens when the event is over?

thank u for asking ... i present to u: the archive channel.

when an event ends, i re-private the event center channel/category. just so our members can look back on their threads, i copy/paste them all into a google doc. i cannot lie to u: this is a bit tedious. but it makes my brain happy when it’s done <3

the archive channel ends up looking something like this:

once everything is archived, i will delete the threads from the event that way the channel is all ready to go for the next event.

Hi, I’m Maea, if you haven’t seen me before, hello, welcome! I’m always looking for roleplay partners! But, anyways.

Once you’ve read through everything you can either reblog this and I will message you, or you can message me!

I have a few rules!

- I will only play Krogan in rp.

- I am okay with CCxCC and OCxCC ships, but please note that Krogan is going to take a while to warm up to any character. MxM ships are preferred, however if the concept of of a MxF rp is interesting enough to me I will do so!

- Please be at least semi literate, however I would prefer a partner who can write as much as me. I can write up to over the 2K character limit on Discord, and can sometimes go over that limit, so if I am going to do as such, I would like my partner to be able to do the same. If you can’t be as literate that day let me know and I can take it easy on you:)

- I am okay with NSFW, but I would prefer if that were a thing that doesn’t focus on the entirety of the plot, since that gets kind of boring. If you are going to want NSFW you MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18. ‼️‼️NO EXCEPTIONS FROM THIS RULE. ‼️‼️

- would prefer to rp on discord because of the ability to pin messages. I am very sporadic and tend to jump from idea to idea so this is a vital feature on me if we are going to be roleplaying on discord. It makes it easier for the both of us if we can pin messages and I can pin something so we can come back to the idea at some point.

- Mature topics such as abuse, murder, death, and other things like gore may come up in the roleplay. Self harm and other topics are a part of my lore for Krogan, so while the may not be an entirely large part of Krogan’s place in the roleplay, IT WILL BE THERE OR POSSIBLY HINTED. If you’re not comfortable with that then this is not for you.

- I will not portray Krogan as abusive or violent against his significant other (or towards anyone else, for that matter.)

My Triggers:

- Mpreg/Pregnancy (It makes me feel icky to have it a major staple, and I have a history with this issue that averted me away from roleplaying it.)

- Zoophilia, pedophilic or incestuous relationships. No. Just no. Anything that sexualized animals, children, or siblings in a relationship is a no go.

- If you’re racist, homophobic, transphobic, TERF, ablism etc. I shouldn’t have to say this but get the fuck off my blog. You aren’t welcome here.

- I will not roleplay Dagcup or Vigcup. I don’t play either Dagur, Viggo, or Hiccup. I play Krogan. Don’t even ask. This includes Hiccstrid, or any other ship that doesn’t have Krogan.

AUs/Plots

I have plenty of AUs and can come up with plots as needed. I will rp with characters outside of the httyd fandom as Krogan by putting him into the fandom. If you’re wanting to do that, just let me know and I can do a bit of reading and research in case I don!t know the lore. :)

Rules/About

I know that as a minor, it's really hard to find roleplays with other minors. (I was just trying to find some today and- most of the people on here are adults, so it's hard to find people in your age range especially if you're under 18.

If you are over 18, please don't interact with this blog! There are plenty of blogs to help you find roleplays if you are over 18 (I would know, I've stumbled upon a lot of them).

1. Be 13-17. I know there may be people younger than that on Tumblr, but- honestly there shouldn't be. And I always find it hard to find people to roleplay with in this age range.

2. Add your age/age range, as well as the ages you want your partner to be, so that people who are searching for roleplay partners can find you easily.

3. Add ways to contact you, whether by sharing some other social (Discord, Instagram, Snapchat, or your Tumblr). If you want to stay anonymous, just say "like this post and I'll contact you" or something like that :)

4. Specify fandoms you're willing to do and ships from the fandom (full name of ships, fandoms, and characters), or if you want to do ocs (self explanatory I think)

5. Also specify your pairings gender (like if you only want to do bxb, bxg, gxg, trans male x male, it doesn't matter, etc)

6. Add how literate you want your partner to be! So everyone is clear, roleplays that are like

*John walked up* Hey

will be "starred roleplays"

John walked up. "Hey."

will be "non-starred"

People who write one sentence or less are non-literate, those who write two sentences to two paragraphs are semi-literate, and any more are literate. (This is just to make it easier as one person's definition can be different from another's). Also add if you do first person, second person, or third person roleplays. (Also I'm really tired so this is a simple way of writing it).

7. Please don't be graphic in your requests! This includes graphic nsfw (which you technically shouldn't do but hey, not on me to judge), as well as graphic violence and gore. Please talk about that in messages with your partner.

8. Please write your triggers! And possible things that might trigger others (although you can't know everything, you can still try).

9. Absolutely no requests with incest, pedophilia, or huge age gaps (like 12 year old and 18 year old characters in a romantic roleplay).

10. If you'd like, you can also add general requests for partners (I want them to be a girl, I'd like for them to be able to speak Spanish, i prefer to rp with anime face claims, i prefer to rp with ocs) but this shouldn't be used for malicious purposes, and you have to understand that people don't have to abide by these rules (as they're just suggestions. If you want a rule to be followed, be specific and also ask your potential partner directly).

11. If you want, add favorite tropes, AUs, etc! That'll help.

12. Don't be afraid to share a bit about yourself! That'll help you find someone with a similar interest as you other than roleplays.

13. Wait at least a week before resending the same ad. I don't want to clog up the requests with the same thing over and over (You can send asks for different stuff, you just can't ask for the same thing more than once in a week). (And to add to that, please don't ask "have you posted my ask yet/how many asks are in the inbox/etc" as I do not have the time for it).

1. Do not force actions onto my muse.

2. This blog is based on the 2003 Teen Titans cartoon version of Slade Wilson. As such, there is little to no comic influence here outside of minor backstory components and more details on Slade’s occupation. Apologies.

3. Any explicit or inappropriate plotlines will not be acknowledged.

4. The mun is not the muse. Slade Wilson is an antagonistic character and by nature will say and do things that are in line with his cartoon counterpart. That said, if at any time you feel pressured or uncomfortable, please say so. This is all in the pursuit of fun, not stress.

5. Shipping is probably unlikely to happen, at least for a while. I do not ship my muse with minors (or characters who are minors.)

6. Blog is loosely selective. Since this is a sideblog with a private main it cannot operate on mutuals only, but please be aware that not all messages will result in long form RP. Most will get at least one response.

7. I tend to write multi-paragraph replies, but joke RP and ask answers are often short and sweet. It’s not necessary to match length as long as there is something to go off of.

Based almost entirely on Slade from Teen Titans (2003) with a select few inclusions relating to his occupation, belated-family/associations, and general perspective, which are mostly used for context purposes to give the character more depth. More traditionally villainous, at least in the eyes of other people, he seems like he takes on work simply for his own amusement, though it often feels he has grander plans than meet the eye. Teen Titans (2003) canon-compliant. Post-series.

DEATHSTROKE (tag: verse; deathstroke)

Rougher combination of Slade Wilson from the 2003 Teen Titans cartoon and his various comic counterparts. Goes by the alias Deathstroke and occupies his more typical mercenary role. Speaks more casually and is more of a neutral force who follows the money. Naturally opposed to the batfamily (and other heroes by proxy) due to occupation rather than personal grudges. Not specifically compliant to any one comic or television run. Possesses his usual healing factor, eidetic memory, extensive weapons training, etcetera.

SECOND WIND (tag: verse; second wind)

Instead of taking on a obviously antagonistic role in efforts to break Robin’s spirit, Slade turns to a more subtle approach to gaining his loyalty, believing that he may be able to mold (manipulate) the boy into becoming his successor willingly. While the apprenticeship begins the same way, he puts effort into breaking down the notions Robin has of him and his identity as a hero. By the time Robin’s teammates realize what’s he has planned, it may already be too late. Still the villainous version of his 2003 character, just with a bit more foresight. Non-canon compliant past the apprentice arc.

He now takes his apprentice and successor, Renegade, on more complex and dangerous jobs with every intention of the boy taking over for him one day. AU equivalent of SLADE verse. Theoretically post-series, but non-canon-compliant past the apprentice arc.

Ya’ll are fucking wild here. no wonder why this rp has just been the same 5 people for the last 4 years. But I thought maybe things are different, maybe it’s changed. Wrong. Admin, you still make rules to cater to the admin or the “inner” 3 other members they’ve deemed “worthy”. You make rules that cater to pretty much you only. You dont care about how you make other people feel, as long as you're getting your way. And the members here have been so brainwashed by the bullshit either theyre too scared or too intimidated to say anything. You still find a way to corrupt people from playing certain fc’s you have history with STILL forcing history on certain fc’s. A history ONE player expects you to remember every detail to even if you don’t like the plot. That one player who makes SO MANY people uncomfortable, whether they want to admit it or not, who also just happens to be the main admin. The main admin who doesnt even do a god damn thing on the main, and then will make every excuse as to why not. Sarah, you’ve found so many ways to provoke, gaslight, bully, guilt or force threads, histories, plots on probably every single player here. It’s gross. You deserve every call out youve gotten. But I don’t even 100% blame you. I also blame most of the spineless people you claim to be your “friends”. Here they complain and shit talk behind your back but then turn around and lick the ground you walked on. But probably because you’ve bullied them into it. I love how you post this long ass thing from the main saying how this place isn't for everyone and if youre bothered, blah blah. Just say this place is for you to do whatever tf you want whenever you want, and be done with it. At least be honest. How many times did you ask if you should drop certain chars looking for pity and how many people begged you to stay, Sarah? No one. That's telling. But its good to know this group is only here for you and your bullshit. Since this group is "anything goes" then the second someone calls your character out ic, you do the same thing you do ooc and come up with every excuse on why youre not wrong. Amd then kick them out! Maybe instead of always blaming everyone both ic and ooc, maybe look inward.I tried, I really tried to come in with an open mind that maybe this place had changed over the many years, but it clearly never will.Also, on the subject of bullying, Lena, you're also a god damn bully, which is funny since youre barely even on. I will say i do feel bad for some of the quality players in this group. Where you dont have to NOT come on the dash bc a player/character is being redundant and miserable 24/7. You dont have to sit here and keep letting sarah and this group take advantage of you. @illbringthechaosmagic - I have so enjoyed writing with you, it's not even funny. You are an amazing writer, and the life your pour into your muses makes every story we write better than the last. I'm so happy we have become good friends in addition to being writing partners, and whether its screaming about our muses in messages, writing threads, or having fun with asks, I've truly enjoyed every moment. You're not only an awesome writer, you're a sweet and wonderful person too. My rp experience just wouldn't be the same without you and your muses. @starcchild/@disillusionedjudge - You are a very gifted writer, and I have always been so incredibly impressed with the level of thought and detail you pour into your OCs. You make them seem so alive, and whatever canon they're meant to fit into, they always do so seamlessly, to the point of me forgetting they're not really part of the canon. Carter is absolutely canon for me for the MCU! Each of your OCs is so engaging and three-dimensional that from writer to writer, I'm very impressed with what you've been able to do with them! I've enjoyed writing many of my muses with many of yours, and I've definitely enjoyed our OOC conversations too. @tarnishedxjudgement - I'm so glad to have found a kindred spirit who loves FFXII as much as I do! It has been wonderful screaming about all things FFXII with you, and I will forever be impressed with your deep understanding of Noah/Gabranth. You write him in a way I can only aspire to, and it has been so much fun writing my other FFXII muses with your Noah. You capture his motivations, his personality, his emotions, his mannerisms, everything perfectly. And developing our more realistic, more detailed Dark!Ivalice AU together has been so rewarding, breathing new life into a game I already loved so dearly. =)

Mantis-mun - Okay, so I know you're the only Mantis-mun I write with, but even if you weren't, I'd still say you were the best. From the little I've seen of Mantis, you write her so well, not just her dialogue and personality, but the whole feelings she gives as a character. You make her seem like she truly is one of a kind, or the last of her kind, with such a unique perspective on life, the universe, and those around her. It's been so interesting and fun to write some of my muses with your Mantis, and I feel privileged that you take the time to do so, even if you don't always have a ton of love for this hellsite! XD

Thor-mun - I admire your ability to come up with so many different AUs, worlds, times, and scenarios for your muses! Thank you for all the interesting interactions on this blog and others, and for putting up with how badly I keep up with all your ideas sometimes. Even if I'm ridiculously slow to answer them all, I read every single one, and your creativity is always inspiring. You've caused me on several occasions to really think outside the box with my muses and stretch my own skills a bit as a writer, and for that I'm truly grateful. It's always wonderful to not only find great writers to write with on here, but to also grow as a writer myself because of the interactions I have, so thank you for helping me to do that! =)

OKAY it is one am but you know what yeah let's get into the HORRORS that were honestly really fun. Let's share

I joined the fandom the same day I properly watched a tommyvod, the drista one on October 11th/12th 2020 at like 3 pm after school. If you look at that, lina, you will recognize that A. It is four days before the sixteenth, and B. It was TWO DAYS before I joined the election discord. The discord started the same day i joined practically. This event was so big and so good for meeting friends that it immediately ballooned the conversation.

The mcytblr election was started by one tumblr user called ADHDdream who posted this real neat tumblr post where they essentially went "lol man at this point I should be the president of mcytblr." And then EVERY OTHER PERSON on this site said yeah lol. Or what if I was. And within four hours every single person on mcytblr (at this point mcytblr was extremely small- and since the dsmp portion of it was the majority no one thought to differentiate between smps) had made parties and alliances and an actual coalition, although that might have taken more like five hours. It was like penismp if penis smp managed 53,000 discord messages in one month. I was the one to start the original mcytblr brochure blog (@mcytblr-elections ) and I started it literally before I even joined the election discord. It was THE event and it started about three months of dedicated roleplay. I met victoy maybe three days in and they brought me under their wing like an artistic baby bird.

Basically, there was a re-enactment of the dsmp elections but in real time. There was campaigning, posters, I made a minx-niki flag for fvck2020- that's how all of them were organized too, name2020, and you registered 9 policies with the mods (you also had to have a front runner and a second. They actually banned coalitions initially but like LOL no) in at which time you would have an official channel on the discord. Preliminaries were where we all set up original parties, and there was TONS of voter fraud because it was literally just a Google doc voting booth which was HILARIOUS but thats beside the point. The policies are a mirror of the culture atp, like inniter oppression (where I met uncertain!!) And making sure everyone got free stuff

There was a whole lot of hype, and roleplays were starting up immediately. Silverfish2020 turned into a 100 person strong cult almost immediately and as tumblr tends to do, many MANY inside jokes were formed. I recently annoyed my friend with a sc of the #mpreg-rp channel which had someone role-playing jschlatt as a pisswife. It became the biggest hub for watching streams, too. I vividly remember organizing with a few main character staples who would watch who in the election discord so we could all let each other know what was going on in the festival stream (btw little known fact but even with two backups my stream crashed on Nov and Oct 16th during the TNT parts. I have still to this day never watched lmanburg actually blow up properly.

IGNORING ALL THAT though the mcytblr election absolutely SUCKDD. For one main reason okay and I'm okay saying this now b/c all the old mods have moved on

Tldr the mods were SO CONTROLLING

I am not kidding I was literally fighting with a mod on day three (when the fundy community was big, this was a mainstay blig for the fundy followers) because of a party called Anarchy 2020- Anarchy2020 was essentially the fun happy-go-lucky dudes that were like "we should all topple this government! Not my president! Revolution!". There were lots of tnt jokes n essentially it was a party dedicated to everyone who didn't want to have a president or just wanted to roleplay a revolution, but since it didn't technically have party runners it couldn't be voted for. And also one of the mods was A. An anarchist and B. A total weirdo. They literally said "THEYRE USING IT WRONG AND IT MAKES ME ANGY CUZ IM AN ACTUAL ANARCHIST FKFBFKFJ" that's quoted. It was basically a response to people not voting and wanting to overthrow. Freaking weird bro they made it such a big deal ANYWAY

There was a whole multi-chara roleplay!! Soul (,wow I knew them!!!) won the election, there was a whole countdown and everything- quotes2020 beat silverfish2020 by FOUR votes. There was uproar!!!! Revolution!!!! ANARCHY!!!!

The election basically created that community. There were a few tumblr events to happen after it (by the way, funny phenomenon, but mcytwt actually copied every event we did with WAY less success like a few days after each. Wonder how that went) like friend or host (I joined it. I was the first contestant out of the ONLY round if friend or host ever I think. Imagine being the first person eliminated after holding a bird mask 2 ur face for ten minutes. Girl that shit was so awkward) the mcytblr prom (I did NO roleplay but I did dress up) and mcytblr highschool??? I think. There were two more elections after it that i consider canonical, but really only the very first two (out of like five) had anything really stick around. Heyo my cutiepies

I'm here with two little thingys first of all I changed the name of my main blog from drama-is-my-second-name into luminalightsverse. I just don't feel the old name anymore. There is so much going on in this world that I don't want to be remembered of all the time I read this name. Lumina is btw just the romanian word for Light so you guys know. You can call me Light or Lumi when speaking to me.... or just make up your own nickname I don't really care.

The second thingy is

My exams will be over soon so I will have more time for the rps but I'll be doing things a bit different from now on. Till now I always did new accounts for every rp account I had... which worked perfectly fine while I had just a few blogs cause I also had multiple browsers I could use to switch between them easily. I did it this way cause I wanted to keep my main blog and my rp blogs separated from eachother.

Now I have more accounts and my browsers aren't enough anymore which results in the same problem I had before: I have more blogs than browsers and switching between them gets really annyoing and exhausting, which is why sometimes I'm not on my blogs for days.

I also don't really care anymore about separating my blogs from eachother so I decided it would be better to figure out how sideblogs work and just make sideblogs for my characters instead. Besides I'm mostly online on my main blog and just go to my rp blogs to see if I got any new message to answer. So when I follow you with this blog I might see your message way faster.

I'll still will be rping as every character I did. I'm just going to use new blogs for them which are side blogs so switching between them will be easier for me and I don't have to log in and out all the time. Just wanted to let you know cause I won't be deleting my old blogs just write inactive behind them so I can use the old names on my new blogs. Not that you guys think I droped out and stop being the characters I did the whole time.
