Triple Pt 2
Summary: Triple Pt 2; Hannah/Male!Reader/Scott Reed They decide to keep the kid despite their parents disagreeing
Hannah’s not sure how her parents are going to take the news that she’s pregnant, you know your parents will be supportive so you offer to tell them first before anyone else's parents.
True to what you thought they’re happy for all of you, even if they’re not entirely sure who the father is or how everything is going to actually work out. They offer their services in babysitting once the baby is born and you and Scott laugh about the high energy the kid will have if it takes after you, your parents pulling out all of your baby photos and starting in on embarrassing stories.
You’re trying not to be too embarrassed. You know your parents are just trying to bond with the three of you, but when they start to take out the home movies you’re dreading the reactions Scott and Hannah will have.
Of course they tease you non-stop on the way home, giggling and quoting the dumb things you said as a three year old, or the funny outfits your parents had put you in from when you were a baby until your first day of school.
“Apparently they wanted to avoid the ‘is it a boy or a girl question’ so they just thought, halloween costumes will work perfectly!” You laugh a little and Hannah grins but then she pales and rolls the window down to vomit.
“You okay?”
“Yeah apparently the baby decided it was too much laughing.” Scott offers a bottle of water which she sips at.
“So which parents next?”
“Not mine.”
“Scott you have to tell them, they’ll be happy to be grandparents.”
“They’ll make me and Hannah have a shotgun wedding and then try to kick you out of Hannah and I’s house. So can we just not tell them at all.”
“We’re going to have to tell them eventually, otherwise they'll get a Christmas card from all of us.”
Hannah’s parent’s keep glaring at you and Scott as if you’re going to announce you’re both gay and Hannah is the surrogate and she’s not actually going to make them grandparents in the way they had always wanted to be, despite this glaring they seem content enough to talk and engage with Hannah as she explains the workings of your relationship. They’re still wary and uncomfortable and you’re not sure if it’s because two people are dating their daughter or because she’s in a relationship with two men who are dating. You know people thinking you and Scott are gay and Hannah’s jsut along for the ride and you’re not surprised if thats what her parents thing. You and Scott are waiting in the car Hannah’s parents wanting to talk to her alone.
When she comes out she looks like she’s been crying and when she slumps in the back seat both you and Scott climb out to sit with her.
“So what did your parents say babe?”
“They politely requested we don’t come back except for holidays they invite us to, they also said they won’t give me money or take me back, if either of you dumb me or if you take the baby and run, because apparently they think that’s why you’re both with me. Not that we’re happy in a relationship. Or anything like that.”
Scott’s parents are scowling when they open the door, and as Scott and Hannah start talking their scowls seem to deepen. You’re not saying anything and you’re a little glad you don’t when Scott's mother clicks her tongue and Scott and Hannah pause to let her speak.
“Since this choice is something you made to be with both of these whores that are clearly sleeping around. Scott sweetie, just have her get an abortion and then dump both of them. It’s clear they’ve been using you for your talent and fame, they just want to drain you of all your money, they don’t actually care about you, or this pretend family they’re having you pay for.”
You swallow any insult and cough a little.
“Ma’am I appreciate your concern but we’re all adults, and if you think for one second that the three of us are unfit to raise a child, or to be in a relationship I have no problem walking out right now and never contact you or your shit attitude again.” You make a point of forcing your smile in an obvious way and you can see Hannah trying not to laugh, Scott looks nervous but you can see how pleased he looks underneath it.
“Sorry Mom, I have to agree with Y/N, and Hannah. I want my family, and if you can't accept that then I don’t want you in it.” Scott nods and the three of you stand and walk back out the door.

Perfectly Oblivious - Zach Dempsey
Synopsis;
You are certainly oblivious to Zach’s feelings towards you, as he is with yours. A misunderstanding leads to a confession from both ends.
Tumblr media
Warnings: lil bit of angst maybe, language, low-key slow burn. I dunno, Bryce lmao. May be shitty due to this being my first bit of writing.
Words: 3,139
Pairing: Zachery ‘Zach’ Dempsey x Reader
_______________
With an aggravated groan, Y/N stretched her limbs out whilst throwing a deadly glare towards their phone, which continuously blared out the awful sound of their alarm. Exhaling a long, sleep ridden sigh, she threw her warm, comfy covers off and proceeded to remove their fatigued body from the mattress to turn off the overly annoying tone that continues to taunt them and start their day.
Finally turning off the alarm that so rudely awoke them from their dreamy slumber, Y/N notices the text from her best friend Tony, notifying them that he'll be there to pick them up to head to school in 15 minutes.
Which was sent 10 minutes ago.
"Shit."
_______________
Just as Y/N finished running around like a headless chicken trying to get ready for their day at hell, ahem, I meant school, the purr of the famous 'stang accompanied with a quick double honk of the horn could be heard just down the driveway of their house, notifying her of Tony's arrival.
Quickly doing a mental checklist, she gave herself a small nod of approval and ran straight through the door, speedily locking it behind them and sprinting down to the car.
As Y/N reached the red, metallic stead, she noticed a certain leather jacket clad friend not so successfully hiding his amusement over his friends' rushing about. Playfully narrowing her eyes at the boy in the drivers seat whilst settling into the front, Y/N spoke in an unamused tone. "Shut up."
"I-wha-I didn't even say anything," he spluttered slightly whilst trying to keep from bursting out with laughter when replying to his friend whose appearance was slightly dishevelled. Starting the engine of his car back up, he smirked slightly as he pulled off, side-eyeing his company for the ride. "I see you've had a wonderful morning."
"Fucking brilliant," she replied, rolling her eyes, trying to hide her own amusement.
"Hey! Watch your fucking language, kid!" Within moments of Tony's reply, they simultaneously exploded with boisterous laughs, so much so that if Y/N threw her head back any further, their skull would be through the headrest of the car seat.
Soon calming down from the ridiculous early morning banter, Tony glances towards his best friend resting her elbow on the car door, dangling their arm out the window and enjoying the breeze, he smiles and speaks up, breaking the blissful silence. "Sooooo, when are you going to ask out Dempsey, huh?"
Y/N flushes slightly, a soft pink tint rising up her neck and onto her cheeks, the tips of her ears feeling uncomfortably hot. "I am NOT asking him out, I'll look like a damn idiot T." they reply, shaking their head vigorously. "It's just friendly banter and homework talk between us anyways, no actual indication that the tall bastard likes me."
"Tall, handsome, bastard." He blatantly 'corrects' her, as if stating a well known fact, which it most definitely is. Chuckling slightly, he continues. "You haven't seen the way he looks at you when you aren't paying attention. He's got it bad, baby and so do you. So God help me, if you don't do something soon, I sure as shit am going to interfere like you won't believe." he finishes, shaking his head slightly with slowly pulling into a parking spot in the lot at school.
Letting out an exasperated yet sad sigh, she grabs her bag and gets out of the car, waiting for her 'short-stack' pal to exit the vehicle himself before linking her arm around his and make their way towards the entrance of the school.
_______________
As they walked through the doors together, arm in arm, they are greeted by the regular bustling school body of Liberty High, occupying both sides of the hallways as they either loiter or obtain their textbooks needed for their classes of the day.
Once further into the busy building, Tony and Y/N part ways and head to their respective lockers to collect their own books for the day. When Y/N reaches her locker, she feels a gaze upon her as she focuses on collecting her books. As she's about to close her locker, the one and only Zachary Dempsey  appears beside her with a blinding smile that makes her swoon and weak at the knees.
She meets his eyes and notices the bright shine behind them, filled with happiness but also a hint of something else she can't quite put her finger on. Brushing the thought off, she returns the smile, beaming just as brightly at the taller male.
She chuckles softly, containing a hint of amusement and nervousness as she greets him. "Hey Dempsey."
"Y/L/N."
"And what do I owe the pleasure of being graced by your immaculate presence?" She giggles softly at her over dramatized question.
Zach shares a small chuckle with the girl. He looks down slightly to hide the inevitable flush of colour to his face. Though she quickly notices, she neglects the idea to bring it up and the corners of her mouth turn upwards more so slightly, smiling to herself victoriously.
"Well I was wondering you'd allow me the honours of walking to class with you fair maiden." He replies in a cheeky tone, speaking with just as much of a dramatized tone, looking back up to meet the gaze of the girl in front of him again.
She snorts out in laughter but quickly flushes with embarrassment, eyes widening slightly at the action. As she avoids his gaze, nervously playing with her fingers in hope of it comforting her in her time of embarrassment, his smile widens, believing it's the most beautiful and quite possibly the cutest sound he has ever heard a human make in the entirety of his existence. He gazes upon her adoringly but of course, she doesn't notice.
Deciding to help her out, he stands from his leaning position against the locker and looks at her expectantly as he speaks. "Well m'lady, will you allow my to escort you to communications class?" He raises an eyebrow as she looks up at him with a soft smile, blushing even more profusely. She nods her head and finally closes her locker as she starts walking along side him. He smiles victoriously and slings his arm over her shoulders as they continue walking to class, pulling her into his side.
'This is going to be a great day', they both so happened to think to themselves as they head towards their destination for first period.
_______________
As the weeks progressed, Y/N noticed a slight change within Zach's behaviour around her. First came the sweet, kind gestures like carrying her bag as they walk to class together, then the flirty comments, making her blush madly as she would smile up at the basket ball player. But then it soon developed to more shared touches, his fingertips lingering on her skin, goosebumps rising along her arms and making the hairs on the back of her neck stand.
His touch feather light and delicate, as if she was the most precious, fragile thing in the world, sending a tingle up her spine every time they came into contact.
Y/N also noticed the way his jaw clenched whenever she laughed at Foley's jokes or when she became engrossed in a conversation with Atkins and gave him her undivided attention. He wanted that attention so badly for himself but that's something she certainly didn't see.
All these actions between the two often put the thought of "Does he actually like me back?" into her mind but she is just as quick to dismiss them with a shake of her head.
Surely he only likes her as a friend. Right?
_______________
Y/N was heading towards the parking lot to meet up with Tony, her ride home, when an ear studded Jeff in all his decked out in letterman jacket glory jogged up to her and slung an arm over her shoulders, taking the poor, unsuspecting girl by surprise and making her jump slightly.
Looking up, she meets Jeff's gaze and gleaming smile as he chuckles. "Jesus Jeff, you scared the shit out of me." She huffs and pauses momentarily, holding her hand over her heart before resuming with walking, Jeff still slung over her two shoulders.
"Sorry Y/N/N." he laughs boisterously at her pouty expression.
"We need to put a fucking bell on you or something so you can't sneak up on people like that." She suggests playfully.
Jeff continues to chuckle, responding with a small shake of his head in amusement. "Are you saying I'm a pussy, Y/N?" He retorts back, giving her a slight smirk. "I wanted to know if you're coming to the party tonight at Bryce's."
"Yeah, I'll be there. For some reason, Jess and Hannah are actually pretty excited for it so they're forcing me and Clay to go. They've even roped T into going too somehow." Rolling her eyes, she smiles up at the boy.
"Glad to hear it. I'll see you later then." He winks at her and starts to walk away when he shouts back with a mischievous glint in his eye. "AND WEAR SOMETHING SEXY!"
She laughs loudly as she finally gets to Tony's car and climbs in, throwing her back on to the back seat and heading home ready to start preparing for the party later that night.
Throughout their interaction, Zach watched the whole thing from his spot in the parking lot next to his car with furrowed eyebrows and a clenched jaw. His fists balled up so tightly by his sides that his knuckles turned a ghostly white. To say he was pissed would be an understatement. Jeff knew of his not so little crush on Y/N and wanted to know what he was playing at. hell, he encouraged him to ask you out most of the time.
One way or another, he was finally going to ask you out tonight at the party. 'Before someone else does first', he thought bitterly to himself.
_______________
Y/N gives herself a final once over in her full body length mirror, admiring her outfits that accentuates her features perfectly without being to revealing and uncomfortable. She beams at the handy work of her hair that works beautifully with her outfit for the night. With a pleased smile and a nod of her head, she grabs her phone and heads downstairs to wait in the living room for Tony to finally pick her up.
As she waits on the sofa, viewing her friends snapchat stories, she notices a certain tall, dark haired basket ball player in the background of Monty's snap talking to who she deducts to be Jenny. She notes how blissfully happy he seems to be while Jenny grasps at his biceps, pushing her breasts up and towards his arm, obviously flirting immensely.
With a disheartened huff, she locks her phone and continues waiting for her friend in silence.
'I knew he didn't like me, she's obviously his type'. Her saddening thoughts consumed her mind until the familiar rumble of an engine snapped her out of her revere. She grabbed her phone, making sure she had everything she needed before heading out the door, locking it behind her and hopping into the car, NOT looking forward to watching her long time crush have a girl hang off his arm all night like the worlds most irritating koala ever.
_______________
Walking into the party, the music reverberated throughout the room, adding a thumping pressure on her chest. The music pounding loudly in her ears, she heads towards the kitchen, ready to have her first taste of alcohol that night, which will hopefully help her avoid him.
Upon entering the kitchen, Bryce, who was surrounded by a few other jocks, including Scott and Monty, took notice of Y/N and beckoned her over with a loud greeting and use of her name.
She looked up at the boy and gave him a small, sheepish smile. "Hey Walker." She may not like him greatly but she sees no harm in being civil as he did so too.
"Glad to see you came." He gave her a slight smirk, pulling his bottom lip in-between his teeth.
"Looking good Y/L/N!" Monty complimented loudly over the high volume of the music, giving you a once over with his eyes, looking you up and down. Scott seemingly doing the same.
"Uh, thanks guys." She flushes, more so from feeling uncomfortable under the stares of the jocks she had no interest in sticking around by. "I'm just gonna-uh-get a drink." She gives a tight lipped smile as she squeezes past and gains access to the beverages.
Finally finishing grabbing a drink, she makes haste towards the backyard where she assumes her friends would be. She unfortunately didn't find her friends and was greeted to the sight of a overly tipsy Zach playing beer pong with irritatingly loud Jenny cheering him on. Y/N rolls her eyes at the sight and speedily heads towards the opposite end of the yard.
Sighing, she sits on one of the few sun loungers surrounding the pool, starring sombrely into the amber liquid in her red solo cup. If the drink was a few shades darker, it would be like staring into his eyes, the eyes she wished would look at her filled with love and adoration.
Taking a big gulp, she chances a glance over towards where they had set up the game of beer pong, hoping to get a peek at the guy in question, although she didn't know whether she would like what she'd see.
To her surprise, Zach was already looking over in her direction with a sour face to match her mood. She quickly glanced back down, returning to glare and her drink in hand before taking another big gulp. She felt his gaze burn holes into her and she shifted uncomfortably.
Without so much as a warning, Zach had apparently made his way over without her noticing and sat down beside her on the sun lounger, startling her slightly.
"Hey." she greeted softly, fiddling with her nearly empty cup, basking in the awkward atmosphere, feeling the air surrounding them thick with tension.
"So, where's Jeff?" He questioned bitterly, causing her to furrow her eyebrows in confusion towards the boy sat beside her.
"What? Why would I know where Jeff is?" The confusion she's experiencing crystal clear in her tone of voice just as much as her expression, staring at the boy quizzically.
His jaw clenches slightly and he downs the rest of the liquid within his cup. Sighing heavily as he turns his body towards her, he has an unreadable expression on his own perfectly sculpted face, causing her to frown. "Because you're dating. Or are you messing with his feeling just like fucking mine." He snaps at her slightly. You open and close your mouth repeatedly, shocked by what you're hearing. Before you can ask what he means, he continues, slurring slightly from his consumption . "Yanno, I really like you, like really like you but you clearly just love messing guys around and fucking with their heads. First you lead me on, then you claw your way to Jeff. You've probably lead on half of the fucking school. You're just a bitch like the...rest..."
Zach trails off as he sees the tears building up and threaten to spill from your eyes at any second and he realises what he's done. He shakes his head vigorously with a sad expression upon his. "I-I-I didn't..I didn't mean that...I-I'm sorry..."
He kneels in front of her, taking Y/N's small hands into his larger ones and kisses her knuckles repeatedly, muttering apologies, so quietly that she barely hears them escape his mouth.
"Wh-uh-why wou-would you say tha-at?" She hiccups as she questions his hurtful words. She sniffles slightly and allows some of her tears to fall and roll down her cheek. The sight breaks Zach's heart and he berates himself in his head for hurting such a sweet and an amazing person. In truth, he knew she did nothing wrong but with his overthinking combined with his alcohol consumption, he couldn't help himself.
"I'm an idiot, I don't know, I am SOOOO sorry." He brings his hands up to cup her cheeks and wipe her tears away gently with the pads of his thumbs. "I've definitely ruined my chances now, huh?" He chuckles dryly, a lump forming in his throat.
She looks up at him shocked, cheeks stained with tears that slowly start to dry up. She sniffles and gives him and incredulous look, shaking her head. "You've got to be kidding me." She chuckles softly at his confused expression. "Do you know how long I've wanted to be with you. Jesus fucking Christ Zach. I thought you didn't like me so I sure as shit didn't make a move. I thought we were just friends with weird interactions and banter." She shakes her head, hiding her face in her hands as she lets out a small frustrated groan.
Zach removes her hands from her face and smiles up at her. "How could you seriously not realise that I like you? I made it way too painfully fucking obvious." He lets out a breathy laugh as he slowly moves closer to you. "You are so perfectly oblivious, you know that right?"
Y/N flushes a light pink as she giggles softly, slowly meeting him halfway, alternating between looing into his eyes and staring longingly at his lips.
"Are you sure you want this?" He asks, barely above a whisper, afraid that he would ruin the moment if his voice raised a decibel higher.
Without answering, she closes the gap, pushing her soft, plump lips on to his slightly chapped ones, savouring the moment between the two. She slowly moves her hands up and around to the back of his neck, playing with the hair on his nape as his left cupped her cheek and right gently held on to her waist.
Cheering and wolf whistles sounded not too far to the side of them near the house. Breaking apart slightly, the two saw a small gathering of their friends being over excited about their kiss. Y/N caught sight of Tony and he sent her a cheeky, sly wink. She giggled softly as Zach shook his head, trying to hide his beaming grin.
"Yeah! Get some Dempsey!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP BRYCE!" Everyone simultaneously shouted altogether, silencing the perverted party host.
Y/N and Zach go back to looking at each other, both of their eyes filled with adoration for the other sat in front of them. The share a cheek splitting grin before leaning in a sharing a final kiss before Zach stands up and extends his arm out, offering his hand to Y/N. "Come on m'lady, I think we need another drink."
_______________ . . . . . Okay, so I know this wasn't the best, I honestly didn't know where I was going with this. I'll probably be able to formulate a better story if I have an idea on what my story is actually going to be about lmao But seriously, if you've read this, then thank you. I'll be uploading as often as I can (when I'm not swamped with college work), and that means I'll slowly improve. I'd love to get some requests. I can work on them in my spare time and I think it'll be fun to see what others want.
Constructive criticism is gladly welcomed :D

Polygraph Eyes - Scott Reed x Reader
Inspired by YUNGBLUD’s song Polygraph Eyes, obviously
Tumblr media
Liberty was not shy of its flaws, no matter how hard some students tried to conceal them. The school practically watched a girl kill herself, nothing was done about it, only posters were put up telling those who saw it not to follow in Hannah Baker’s footsteps.
The people tore others down, whether that be intentionally or ignorantly. You had been one of those murderers on the tapes, and it made you realise your behaviour, and correct it as soon as you reached the one where Hannah criticised and blamed you.
You had been leaving your parent’s house when Clay blocked your path. He cursed you out, making you feel worse than you already did. That night you went to a party, only to find yourself alone under blue sheets with a lack of clothes. It was Courtney’s house, and she said she didn’t remember who you had slept with.
Ever since that night, Scott Reed had been watching your every move like a hawk. Clay had asked you about the attention you had been receiving seeing as you were on decent terms and in the same boat with the court events. You didn’t know, and that is what you told him.
“Did we sleep together that night?” You asked him at the end of class, wondering if he was the guy who had left you before the morning had came.
If it had been him, you wouldn’t have been mad. He was on the nicer spectrum of the jocks, and he was admittedly easy on the eyes.
As if ashamed, Scott bowed his head. There was something he was hiding, a secret he didn’t want to burden you with. It made him feel as though he would be sick now being aware of your naivety. His gut had been right about that subject.
“You don’ t remember?” The boy asked you, looking around the halls.
“No, I’m sorry.” His brows furrowed at your words, as if he was angered by what you had said to him.
“You have nothing to be sorry for.” Scott wanted to hug you, but the contact may not been the best thing. After all you had been - no, he didn’t want to think about the possibility that he had been speculating. “And no, it wasn’t me.”
He left when he saw Clay heading your way, nodding at him as he parted. A part of you wouldn’t like to admit it, but you were disappointed that he had not been your partner that night.
It wasn’t something you usually did, sleeping with people outside of relationships that was. But this one occurrence was bothering you.
….
Scott sat on edge in the clubhouse. It was just him and the guys in there tonight, thank god. They all seemed chirpy, and his behaviour was easily picked up on with his rigid composure and lack of involvement in the teasing.
“Chloe must get some good shit.” Monty drank from his bottle. It was tequila, possibly. That’s what Scott thought, it had to at least be alcohol judging from its exterior. “You know, from your experience and all.”
Bryce chuckled arrogantly in response, getting up and sitting beside Scott on the couch. “I think all of us are getting more than Scotty here.”
Perhaps it was supposed to be taken as a joke, but Scott brushed the hand Bryce had laid on his shoulder off. “Someone’s a bit touchy tonight.”
“I think (Y/N) rejected him earlier, I saw them talking.” If that was the case, Montgomery de la Cruz seemed to find it hilarious. This made Scott realise his scoping had not been as accurate as he had once thought. He thanked God that the jock hadn’t heard what the exchange was actually concerning.
“Aw.” Bryce taunted him, as did the other boys. “It’ll get better mate. A broken heart only means someone will come by and fix it.” That was cheap coming from him of all people.
“Did you sleep with her Bryce?” His voice was serious, the other boys went silent, except Monty who congratulated his best friend by encouraging him to get some.
“That doesn’t matter.” Bryce took another swig of alcohol, but noticed Scott’s staring. “Okay, once. And you’re not missing out, she’s not all that great in bed.”
Scott wasn’t sure if Bryce was trying to make him feel better or angrier. He swore he could feel the sweat beading on his forehead, tracing and trailing down the veins of his face.
“Did you sleep with her or did you rape her?” He stood from where he was seated next to the rapist. Bryce only laughed amused by her accusation.
“Why don’t you ask your little girlfriend about our get together?”
“She asked me, seeing as she had trouble remembering who she was with that night because she was unconscious!” Bryce had to be taking the piss. It was no secret to the students what Walker was like. The tapes told his story.
“You’re going to believe that slut over me?” That was unfair. Bryce sounded offended, and he had no right to be.
“She’s not a slut, you’re just a fucking rapist.” He had gotten the confirmation he needed, so he left. Scott had to see you. You deserved the truth, as did everyone Bryce had taken advantage of.
….
Your parents had allowed Scott in. He was sat with them in the living room, discussing the sport that had got him involved with that sickening rapist.
And then you walked in the door. “(Y/N), you have a visitor.” You followed the sound of your mother’s voice, stopping in your footsteps to when you saw who was sat on the sofa.
“Scott, what are you doing here?” No one from school had never been inside your home before. It made you feel exposed, vulnerable to the population’s eye.
“I have those notes you asked to go over earlier.” His voice sounded as though he was pleading with you, asking for a moment to speak with you. You’d be a monster to decline, you thought, oblivious to who the real monster was.
“Let’s go upstairs.” He willingly followed, taking each step at a time.
“There’s no notes Scott.” You stated expectedly, curious as to why he had invaded your safe space.
“I know what happened that night.” The boy told you, digging through his bag until he pulled out something that gave you bad memories. It was a tape.
“What the hell is that Scott?” You grew nervous, scared he was mocking the pain you had caused Hannah.
“The answer.” He also pulled out a tape player, putting the tape inside. “Are you ready.” You had been ready since that night, you nodded worriedly.
It began with normal male conversation, with voices you were quick to recognise. “I think all of us are getting more than Scotty here.” It made you feel bad for him, seeing as his friends were amused by the lack of affection he received.
“Someone’s a bit touchy tonight.” So this had been recorded just before he came here. There was a moon in the sky that glowered down at the two of you, awaiting the eventual reaction you would give, where you would crumble and enclose on yourself.
“I think (Y/N) rejected him earlier, I saw them talking.” It gave you shivers that Monty had been watching the pair of you. There was no privacy in liberty it would seem, but Hannah had already told you as much.
“Aw.” Undoubtedly it was Bryce Walker. Ever since Hannah and Clay had exposed what the rapist had done to her, you felt sick every time he was mentioned. You hoped the judge struck him down, forcing him to rot in a four by four cell. “It’ll get better mate. A broken heart only means someone will come by and fix it.”
At that you paused the recording. “You like me?” Scott looked at you, sadness orbiting in his eyes.
“Yes, but that’s not what this is about.” He didn’t explain further, he only brushed your hair from your face and pressed play. “Did you sleep with her Bryce?”
That for sure sounded like your worst nightmare. You would never in a million years agree to have sex with him under many circumstances. It was hard enough knowing that Jess had been a victim of his. You didn’t want it to be that way, but every time you looked at her you saw his burning fingerprints over her body. It wasn’t fair for her.
“That doesn’t matter.” Yes it did!  “Okay, once. And you’re not missing out, she’s not all that great in bed.” There was no recollection of that in your mind. Not even once did you even think about bedding that pig. He had no idea what you were like in bed either.
“Did you sleep with her or did you rape her?” It was Scott’s voice, and it made you fearful of the possibility that it had happened.
“Turn it off.” You begged him, but he was insistent that you had to listen.
“You deserve the truth.” Was what he had specifically said. “Why don’t you ask your little girlfriend about our get together?” How Bryce had any friends, you weren’t sure, you supposed his money. It shocked you that of all people, Scott Reed stood against him, defending you and your dignity.
“She asked me, seeing as she had trouble remembering who she was with that night because she was unconscious!“ There was clear anger in Scott’s voice. Bryce had riled him up. The mention of your state made you feel as though you could be physically sick.
“You’re going to believe that slut over me?” And that was what the man who raped you saw you. A slut. He was the one who had vandalised your body and left you there for anyone to find.
“She’s not a slut, you’re just a fucking rapist.” The tape ran flat, turning to the noise of static. It was the end.
“I like you too, but I can’t be in a relationship yet after hearing that.” You were looking at him with wide, innocent eyes. His heart broke at the sight.
“And I don’t expect you to be.” He comforted you, brushing his fingers over the teardrops that fell down your face.
“What do I do after this? What do I do with this?” Scott took the tape from the player, and held it out to you.
“You take it to court with you.” That was a start.

14 Reasons Why (Scott Reed x Reader)
Tumblr media
Word Count: 1036
“This tape is different from the rest of them. This isn't why I did what I did, but a thank you for giving me hope.... Y/N L/N, we weren’t friends. I wouldn’t have even called you an acquaintance, but you helped me in ways you would never understand. I knew you from my math class, but we never talked; I just watched. You seemed to be the girl everyone liked, and it wasn’t because you had a popular boyfriend but because of your kindness and willingness to help others. When I saw you in the hallways with your friends laughing and talking, I often wondered, did you know you were friends with a monster?”
You rested your back against your bedroom wall as you listened to every word Hannah mentioned. How did no one see how much pain she was in?
“Scott Reed, he seemed to be your only weakness. He never failed to make you smile, even if you were having a bad day; all he had to do was crack a joke, and you were back to normal. Seeing you guys together made me believe in love again after everything that happened to me. All I had to see was the looks you guys gave each other; it was as if you were the only two people in the room. I can recall when I talked to Clay in the hallway about work. You two were playing around, and you accidentally hit Clay.”
“Oh my, are you alright?” You asked as Scott pulled you away from where you were falling into Clay's side. ‘I’m sorry, I didn’t watch where I was going.”
“No, dude, it was my fault she hit you; I got carried away and wasn’t watching.” Scott let out immediately while placing you back by his side, putting his arm around your waist as if it were his instinct.
“Guys, it's fine; I didn’t even feel it,” Clay shrugged as if it was nothing. But you guys still seemed worried about him.
“He was lost in his head. I was talking to him about work, and I’m sure he didn’t hear a word I said.” I laughed, and it made you two smile while Clay rolled his eyes. “Maybe you just knock some sense into him.”
Both of you laughed, and not in a fake way, a laugh that caused a smile that reached right up to your eyes. You guys left us after that, and you left me wanting everything you two had but, more importantly, what you had.”
Tears pooled up in your eyes as you listened to Hannah’s tapes. If it wasn’t for this, you would have never known the impact that you had made on someone's life from just being you. Little things had such big actions on people.
“I had a feeling that you didn’t trust Bryce, and Scott knew that. You would leave his side every time Bryce came around or constantly blew off his parties, even with Scott saying you weren’t a party person. After seeing you at Jessica's party, drunk and giggling away, I knew it was him. Bryce was your problem. You won’t remember this, but I found you alone at one part during that night, which was rare cause Scott never left your side, let alone at a party while you were drunk.
“Hannah,” you slurred as I walked by. I couldn’t help but giggle at your drunken state. It was so out of character, but even you needed to let go after a while.
“Miss L/N, where is Scott too?” I let out as I laid my hand across your shoulders, hoping it would balance you on your two feet.
“Scott? I don’t know a Scott, but Scottie is gone to the bathroom.” You let out as you took another sip of your drink and leaned against the wall behind you. I went to say something else, but I was interrupted.
“There you are, babe,” Scott said as he ran up to us, sounding worried and out of breath. “I thought I told you to wait by the bathroom door.”
“Oops,” You pouted like a five-year-old. Scott laughed and took you into his arms. Man, did that boy ever love you?
“What am I going to do with you?”
“Bring me into the bathroom with you next time.” You smirked as Scott's face went red. Shaking his head, he grabbed you and started to walk away, but not before he turned and said
“Thank you, Hannah, for watching her; I don’t know what I would do if anything happened to her.”
How ironic was that, right? Something was happening to another drunk girl right above us, but none of us knew. One girl was getting saved by her boyfriend, and another one was not. This isn’t a blame tape; it was made for you to know that I needed someone like you, even if it was only in small doses. Everyone gave up on me, but more importantly, I gave up on myself. I needed that little reminder that life was worth it, but even in my most challenging times, it just wasn’t enough. I made my choices, and I’m okay with that; there was nothing anyone could do to save me when I made up my mind, so please keep living the way you did, Y/N. Without that little happiness, you gave me, I don’t think I would have made it as long as I did.
Scott ran into your room, distressed by all of your texts. His hair was slightly out of place. You assumed he ran his hand through it when he started worrying.
“What’s wrong, babe?” He said as he reached down to pull you into his arm on the floor. You were a crying mess, and Scott had no idea why.
“Please..please”
“Please, what, babe, is everything alright?” It broke Scott's heart as he rocked you back and forth as the tears spilled out of your eyes. He wanted to know how to help you.
“Please don’t leave” You cried harder into his arms “Hold me”
Putting a tighter grip around your body, Scott whispered into your hair.
“I got you, baby girl; I’m not going anywhere.” You stayed there in Scott’s arms all night until you fell asleep. Scott could wait forever if it meant knowing you were safe.

Break up with your girlfriend...
Tumblr media
Break up with your girlfriend...
You watched as Jessica's face lit up with a smile, her back against the wall and Justin's hands lightly grasping her waist.
Yeah, yeah, cause I'm bored...
You were close to breaking point. Tears welled up in your eyes but you forced them back, keeping your eyes trained on the scene in front of you. Once you were sure the tears were gone, you plastered a smile on your face, and purposefully strode past Jessica and your best friend, your head held high. You could see him smile at you out of the corner of your eye, and hear him call after you, but you ignored him, not even acknowledging his presence. It was the only way to stop the hurt.
You can hit it in the morning...
You continued your silent treatment well into the day, until he confronted you at lunch. You had taken advantage of the quiet to go to your locker when all of a sudden you were harshly turned around and your back was forced against the lockers. The coldness of the metal against your back and his proximity to you, prickled your skin and made your breath catch in your throat. Justin was stood there, his eyebrows furrowed, eyes a mask of barely disguised hurt.
"Why have you been ignoring me?"
"I haven't been ignoring you." You replied, your voice barely more then a whisper.
"Yes, you have. Cut the bullshit (Y/N)." His voice rose then fell, breaking slightly at the end, betraying his emotions.
"It's nothing. Honest."
The lockers shook from the force of his hands slamming on either side of your head, his face lowering down to yours.
"Tell me the truth."
Finally sick of the constant lying to everyone, to him, you finally spit out the truth.
Yeah, yeah, like it's yours...
"Fine. Yes, I was ignoring you. I was ignoring you because I'm jealous." Justin's eyebrows rose in confusion. You continued on. "It should be me you kiss and hold like that. I have been here, by your side, hopelessly in love with you since second grade. I have stood by you through everything."
I know it ain't right...
"Yet you never see me as anything more then a friend. I've always been just a friend. And I can't stand it anymore."
But I don't care...
His eyes widened in shock. Instead of answering you, he lowered his forehead against yours, freezing for a moment as your eyes locked. Then grasping the back of your neck, he pulled you in for the lightest, softest kiss you had ever had. He broke the kiss, staring at you with uncertainty. Both of you released a shaky breath, before you grabbed the front of his shirt and reconnected your lips, a bit harder this time. You broke the kiss, your lungs needing air.
"You should have told me sooner. Because I couldn't stop thinking about you. I can't stop. But I'm with Jess, (Y/N), I don't know what to do." He confessed, his eyes focusing on the floor. You could the pain, confusion and sadness clearly written on his face. You tilted his chin up towards you, and leaned towards his ear, only after you had gently brushed your lips against his. You could see your breath against his ear causing his skin to prickle and a shiver to be sent down his spine.
"Break up with your girlfriend, I'm bored."
And your lips met once again.

Warning: Language. Mentions of abuse, nothing graphic, just mentions.
You waited anxiously as Mrs Jensen talked to the probation officer at the info point. You were in juvenile prison along with Clay and his mother, trying to visit Justin.
After he had gotten arrested yesterday you had spent the night crying in your bed, guilt eating you up inside. You should have known. You should have known he would get into prison if he talked. You could have stopped him. You bet Bryce would have gotten arrested even if he hadn’t testified.
That was the only satisfaction you felt in the past weeks. That and the fact you had gotten back closer to Scott. Though even that went down the drain when Justin and you shared an almost-kiss, complicating everything.
Sighing, you shook your head. Now was not the time.
“Only two of you can visit and only one visitation is allowed per day,” the officer said just as you tuned back into the conversation.
“That’s fine,” Mrs Jensen replied, taking the visit card.
“I have to see him,” you immediately demanded, not leaving any room to answer.
“That’s fine,” Mrs Jensen repeated with a welcoming smile, “You and Clay get in and talk to him. And tell him, that we’ll try our best to get him out as soon as possible from me.”
“Alright, Mom,” Clay said and you two followed the officer. Walking down the halls, you took in the bleak atmosphere and shivered, not from the cold. And Justin had to stay here for who knows how long.
The officer stopped in front of one of the many white doors with the number 20 on it. Unlocking the door, he held it open for you. “Another officer will get Mr Foley in soon. Just wait here.”
“Thanks.”
Wringing your hands, you paced around the room after the officer closed the door, leaving you alone with Clay for now.
“Relax, Y/N,” he said, pulling the chair next to him out, “Take a seat.”
“I can’t,” you rejected, a frown marring your features. You were too restless to sit still.
“It’s going to be fine. Juvie can’t be so bad,” Clay continued, “And he won’t be in here for long. You heard my mother.”
“Juvie can’t be so bad?” You asked incredulously, crossing your arms, “You clearly haven’t been talking to Sheri-”
Right then the door across from you opened up and in came the boy you had been waiting for. Freezing, you took a millisecond to take in his features before you jumped on him, hugging him fiercely.
“Woah, calm down,” Justin chuckled feebly, though wrapping his arms tightly around your waist as well.
“I missed you,” you mumbled.
“It was only a day.”
“Still,” you insisted, feeling his smile as he nuzzled your neck, hiding his face from the world for a second. “And I was scared of what would happen here.”
“Nothing’s going to happen here,” your best friend reassured, pulling back and you reluctantly loosened your hold on him.
“That’s what I said, too,” Clay chimed in and they greeted each other with a simple nod. You almost rolled your eyes, ‘Boys’. Can’t show their feelings.
“They already cut your hair short,” you noted and ran a hand through his shock of hair. He closed his eyes, leaning into your touch and your heart ached at how weak he looked at this moment.
“Common thing, they do it to all of them in juvie,” Clay smart-assed and you gave him a look.
“It’s really fine, Y/N,” Justin reassured, squeezing your waist and you searched his bright eyes before nodding with a sigh.
“How was the first night?” you asked, leading him towards the table to sit.
“Fine,” Justin recounted, “I got a creepy dude as a roommate. Creepy as in he doesn’t talk at all. But everything is better than Bryce, I guess.”
You all chuckled humourlessly, “That would have been something.”
“Don’t worry, Mrs Jensen said you will be out in no time,” you informed him, “She’s doing the best she can.”
“Good, tell her thanks from me,” Justin said, “I really appreciate it.”
You smiled, placing your hand on his to squeeze it in comfort. He turned his own around to intertwine your fingers and your heart skipped a beat, which confused you a little. Since when did this little move of your best friend make you feel all funny?
You inwardly shook your head again, trying to listen into the boys’ conversation. Clay talked about the blog for the case and how Justin’s and Bryce’s arrest had blown up the comment section.
“Some say you deserve it, but most want you out,” Clay summarised as Justin scrolled through the feed. You peeked over his side to take a look at the comments yourself.
“I hope you die a miserable death in juvie, you cowardly bastard,” you read, wincing. People never learn.
“I earned that, I guess,” Justin said, shoulders slouching. He dropped the phone on the table and pushed it back to Clay, leaning on his elbows as he ran a hand over his face tiredly. You rubbed his arm in comfort. “They’ll get over it. Quick to judge and quick to forget, that’s how people are.”
He smiled weakly, nodding and you wished you could more.
-
You were only able to spend little more time with Justin as the officer soon called you out. Thankfully, you were allowed to visit him every day, which you did.
Sometimes, Mrs Jensen would tag along, sometimes Clay, sometimes even Zach. But most of the time you went alone, making sure he was alright. He seemed alright at least but you felt like he wouldn’t tell you everything that was happening. Knowing what Sheri told you about juvie, you wondered if he was sugarcoating things to ease your worries.
“The food was actually pretty good today,” Justin recalled, “The cooking staff was in a good mood, I guess.”
You nodded, regarding him with sharp eyes. He glanced around in confusion, “What?”
“Are you telling the truth?” you asked, straight out.
“What? Of course, I am.”
“Because to me, it seems like you’re hiding stuff from me.”
“I’m not!”
You raised up an eyebrow. “Really, Y/N,” he pushed, holding his hand out over the table for you to take. You did and he ran his thumb softly over the back of your hand. “You have nothing to worry about. This is actually way better than being homeless.” You bit your lip, the thought of it was still painful.
“I still don’t get, why you didn’t come to me,” you almost whispered, not wanting to push this question on him now that he was suffering but not being able to contain yourself.
“I...you know the reason why I left now, Y/N...what I did to Jessica,” Justin explained slowly, “I couldn’t face anyone, especially not you...I guess I was too ashamed. And afraid.”
“Afraid of what?”
“Of you hating me?” Justin said, “I mean, don’t you at all?” You stayed silent, looking down at this hand as the memory of the day before the verdict surfaced again. How he had accused you of taking him in out of pity and passively judging him for his mistakes. Justin seemed to have the same in mind, letting go of your hand to wring his own together, “Listen,” he started nervously, “about that night...I...we...I didn’t really mean, what I said- the way I said it-”
“-but you think it,” you interrupted, “You think that I took you in out of pity. It’s not true, I took you in because you’re my best friend and I care about you. And yeah...I admit I was angry at you about what happened with Jessica, but I can tell how much you regret it. You already feel guilty enough and...who am I to judge anyway?”
Justin stared at you, nodding unsurely, “Okay...and about...the other thing that happened...?”
You shifted, avoiding his probing look, “Let’s talk about that when you’re out, okay? It can wait.”
Justin bit his lip, slowly nodding again. You guys stayed silent for a few minutes and you wondered how to break the awkward tension when he spoke up again, “Are you and Scott...back together?” he asked, hesitatingly glancing up to you, his eyes almost fearful.
“No...we haven’t been able to talk or see each other...with everything going on,” you answered truthfully. Justin sighed quietly to himself in relief. “That’s good.”
You raised an eyebrow at him and he coughed, “I mean...I don’t know what I mean.”
“Time is up,” the officer called out and you nodded at him. Standing up, your heart squeezed upon seeing him in the orange prison clothes with ‘juvenile’ printed on the back. You quickly hugged him as tightly as you could.
“Y/N, you’re crushing me,” Justin laughed, tickling your side so you were forced to let go.
“I’ll see you tomorrow,” you said, bidding him goodbye. He nodded with a smile, tugging a strand of your hair back. “Take care.”
But you didn’t see him the next day. Nor the day after or the day after the day after.
“I’m sorry, Ms L/N, Mr Foley doesn’t wish to see you right now,” the probation officer said, a sympathetic look in his gaze. Clay shifted beside you uncomfortably, already having the visit card in hand.
“But why? I don’t understand,” you demanded to know, gripping the strap of your bag in a death grip, “Why can Clay go see him but I can’t?”
“He specifically asked not to let you through.”
You gaped at him in shock. “Okay, thank you,” you said numbly, sitting down on one of the chairs. How could he? Why would he do that?
“Mr Jensen, if you’ll follow me, please?”
Clay looked down at you with a pitying frown, “I’ll be back soon.”
Your chest burned at the rejection as you waited for Clay to get out. He was allowed to go in, but you weren’t? When the hell did they get so close and you got pushed away once again? First Jessica, now him. Anger bubbled inside you at Justin’s blatant disregard towards you. You were tempted to just barge into the room, already knowing the way from coming here every day for over three weeks, but one look at the buff officers around made you think twice.
Your phone dinged and you looked down to see Scott messaging you.
Scott (2:36 PM): Hey, how are you doing?
That’s all you’d been doing lately; texting. You met up once or twice to just hang out and maybe get closer again, but your thoughts preoccupied you too much to give him the attention he deserved, so you had opted for not meeting up until you sorted yourself out. If you had known it would take this long for Justin to get out you would have had already talked to him about the night before the verdict.
You (2:37 PM): Fine, I’m waiting for Clay to get out from meeting Justin rn.
Scott (2:37 PM): Why are you not with them?
You (2:37 PM): He doesn’t want to see me, I’ve been told.
You dropped your phone in your lap and looked up at the ceiling, blinking fast to stop the tears that welled up in frustration. Scott didn’t text you back after this and you were left mulling over what you could have possibly done wrong to Justin.
Clay got out after another twenty minutes, awkwardly walking over to you. You looked up at him wordlessly, your eyes questioning.
“He said he doesn’t want to see you for a while. You should come to visit a day or two before the trial,” he informed you quietly and your features constricted in pain.
“But why? I don’t get it,” you whispered, brokenly. Clay sighed deeply, unsure of what to say.
“...Let’s just get you home for now,” Clay suggested, “It will all get sorted out eventually.” You nodded, figuring he didn’t get an explanation from your idiotic best friend either and followed him to his car.
He dropped you off at home where you immediately fell down in your bed, tired from being sad. You were close to drifting off to sleep when the doorbell rang, causing you to groan out loud in annoyance.
“Not a single second where I can be left in peace,” you grumbled to yourself and opened the door, ready to yell at anyone who dared to disturb you at your sensitive moment.
The curse words got stuck in your throat though when you spotted Scott standing with his pearl white smile, in simple dark jeans and a grey, tight-fitted shirt.
“Hey Y/N,” he greeted almost shyly and your anger melted away immediately.
“Scott, hi,” you asked surprised, opening the door wider, “I didn’t expect you to come. Did we plan something?”
“Eh...no,” he said sheepishly, stepping inside, “I figured you could need some company.”
You didn’t need some company, you needed his company. Smiling warmly I closed the door behind him, “It’s greatly appreciated but how did you know, I wonder?”
“When you wrote that Justin didn’t want to see you I thought you would be hurt,” he explained, settling down on the couch. Your smile faded upon remembering the previous event and you sighed heavily, “Yeah, I don’t even know what that is about again,” you said, pain filling your voice.
Scott looked at you sympathetically, motioning for you to sit down next to him, “It’s like every time he wants to hide something he runs away like he doesn’t trust me at all. I wonder what it is this time.” You relaxed under his touch as he rubbed your back in comfort, leaning into it.
“He’s going to come around,” he reassured, “You guys never managed to stay away from each other for too long.”
You chuckled, nodding in agreement. The longest you and Justin had not talked was when he had run away.
“It still gets me frustrated even though I should be used to it by now,” you mumbled.
“You know what will help?”
“A tub of ice cream and the Hobbit movies?” you asked hopefully and he grinned, nodding. You squealed in excitement, not having done that for a while. It wasn’t fun doing it alone and the only one, who would go through with all three movies, was Scott.
The day took a good turn after that horrendous start and you couldn’t be grateful enough for Scott’s presence. He always managed to make you feel great no matter what. ‘Why did I ever break up with you?’ You wondered as you admired his features whilst he was absorbed in the scene where Bilbo met Smaug in the Lonely Mountain.
“If you keep staring that intensely I might go up in flames.” Oops, he wasn’t so absorbed then. You looked forward, pretending like you hadn’t stared at him and he chuckled, leaning back.
“Thank you for staying here with me,” you said softly, smiling slightly.
He smiled back, his white teeth almost blinding you. “Always, Y/N. You know I’m only a call away.” His phone buzzed then and you glanced down at the screen to see a message from ‘Baseball Kings’. The same group that had started all the dilemma in the first place.
Biting your lips, you refrained from saying anything. You had no right to judge him, he had proven more than enough on what side he was. If he was still in that group...then it was fine. You observed him frown slightly and swish the message away without reading it before he turned back to you.
“So, do you think Justin will get released soon?” he started up a conversation and you two started contemplating together until the late evening. In the end, you both had no clue and decided to just see what would happen.
By the time you bid each other goodbye, it was already dark outside. You gave him a slight kiss on the cheek, blushing deeply as if it had been the first time. ‘Grow up, Y/N. He’s already seen you naked,’ you scolded yourself as you slowly closed the door on his beaming face, giggling to yourself.
This day had definitely turned out for the better.
-
You paced back and forth in the waiting room of juvenile.
It had been almost an entire month since you had seen Justin. Almost an entire month he had refused to see you and you were on the verge of losing your mind. Neither Clay nor Mrs Jensen or Mr Jensen told you why he had decided to close himself off once again. You had your theories, but none of them seemed valid enough, a reason enough to be rejected like that.
But now, one day before the trial he had finally agreed on seeing you so this was why you were where you were right now.
“Ms. L/N?” the officer called out and you raced towards him eagerly. He gave you the visit card and pointed to the hallway, “ Mr Foley is waiting for you.”
Your heart unexpectedly raced at the words and you blamed it on not having seen him for so long. Although your heart had also raced back when you saw him in school for the first time after his disappearance, it was more out of anger that time and now...you couldn’t tell.
A guard opened the door for you, revealing the same room that you had used to preoccupy on the first days of his arrest.
Thanking him quietly, you walked in only to stop dead in your tracks when you spotted your best friend standing in the middle of the room. It wasn’t his mere sight that made you halt your steps but more what had been added to his features; bruises. A lot of bruises.
More than Meth Seth had ever given him. And you knew now why he had tried to keep you away. Why he had kept himself hidden the whole time.
Tears filled your eyes and Justin sighed, “It’s fine really, Y/N.”
Ignoring his words you rushed over, crushing him into a hug. He chuckled slightly, wrapping his arms around you as well and the familiarity of it only made you cry a lot harder. You had missed him dearly.
“You stupid, idiotic piece of shit,” you cursed him weakly, rubbing your eyes against his shoulder to dry them.
“Sorry?” he apologised.
“Why do you always do this?” you asked in a broken voice, “Why do you always try to hide everything bad?”
“Because you will just take it too hard,” Justin replied quietly, nuzzling your hair, “You always take everything to heart.”
“When it comes to you, yes,” you huffed, “You’re my best friend after all.”
Justin stayed silent, running his hand through your hair and calming you down effectively that way.
“So this is why you refused to let me see you?” you clarified, still not letting go of him as you blankly looked at the wall behind him. You felt him nod into your shoulder and your heart ached at how much he must have suffered all this time whilst you were cursing him 24/7 for not letting you see him. “Who is doing this to you?”
“Just some idiots, nothing personal,” he said with a shrug, “They like to pick on the new ones, I’ve been told.”
You took a shaky breath before pulling away slightly to take in his features again. His left eye was surrounded by a dark shade of purple and you wondered since when he was able to open it again. There was a cut on his right cheek and a slight bruise on his jawline. You had the sudden urge to kiss each spot as if it would take away the pain like mothers fooled their kids into believing.
Looking into his sea blue-green eyes you admired the slight fire that was still in them and wondered how he had not broken down, yet. Besides the time he had run away.
“You need to stop doing this,” you whispered, feeling like you should be quiet in this serene atmosphere.
He raised an eyebrow questioningly.
“You need to stop hiding from me,” you explained, touching the cut on his cheek slightly with your fingertips. He winced before leaning into your touch like he always did, making your heart melt and speed up at the same time. What was he doing to you?
“Okay,” he whispered, placing his forehead against yours and your eyes fluttered closed, breathing him in. Was this still normal for a platonic best friendship?
“I feel like you’re just saying okay to please me but you will do it again,” you complained and he laughed.
“Maybe,” he said with an impish smile that deepened his dimple and you poked your finger in it, “Will you please stop crying now?” he requested a bit desperately and only then did you realise the tears were still flowing and he raised his hands to your cheeks to gently wipe them away.
“Can’t,” you sniffed and he sighed in mock-exasperation.
“What to do with this emotional Y/N,” he pondered, “Normally I would offer a tub of ice-cream but that’s not possible now, I’m afraid.”
“I don’t need anything but my best friend, you jerk,” you said, punching his chest slightly before your rested your head against it. Justin engulfed you back into a hug, squeezing you tightly and you let out a content sigh, feeling safe and secure even though you were in juvenile.
“Now, tell me: How bad are things for real here?” you requested, tensing in anticipation.
“Y/N...”
“The scale is 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst.”
“...9,5.” You sucked in a sharp breath as your head snapped back up. That bad?? You knew it was bad but if even Justin was admitting it to you it must have been way worse than your imagination.
You stared at him in sheer devastation as he swallowed tightly, the pain in his beautiful eyes evidence on what he had endured the past weeks. “You get used to it at some point,” he tried to brush it off casually but he knew he failed when a new set of tears came rushing down your cheeks. You felt a bit pathetic at the number of times you had been crying but you couldn’t help it given the situation.
“I don’t want you to get back in there,” you mumbled, wrapping him tightly in your arms.
“I might get out of here tomorrow after the trial,” he mused, “Bryce’s folk won’t let him lose this case and if he gets off, I should, too.”
You nodded, feeling relieved even though the prospect of that rapist being set free without any jail time repulsed you immensely. The law system was sick sometimes.
“Five more minutes,” the officer called from behind the door and you tightened your grip around Justin.
“Y/N, you need to let go,” Justin said, trying to gently pry you off but you shook your head.
“He said five more minutes,” you said, your tone muffled as you had your head nuzzled into his shoulder, breathing him in. He smelled mostly of dirt and grease but there was still a slight hint of his own smell and you were desperately trying to take it in.
“I promise we’ll see each other tomorrow,” he said and you looked up into his eyes, narrowing your own.
“You’ve broken too many promises by now. I don’t trust you,” you said and he winced slightly.
“Can’t blame you for that,” he muttered, “How about I swear it then?”
You sighed, “Better than nothing, I guess.”
“Alright. Y/N, I solemnly swear that we’ll see each other tomorrow.”
“Okay, and if you break it I get to knee you in the bal-” you were cut off when he suddenly leaned and kissed you right on the lips. You gasped in surprise and he took the opportunity to deepen his approach, placing a hand on your neck to pull you closer. For a second, you were frozen, not knowing what to do but you almost moaned when he ran his tongue over your bottom lip, asking for entrance that you granted. You kissed him back, sighing contently and feeling a kind of freedom you had never felt before; like you had been unable to breathe and this was the first gulp of air you had gotten after a long time. Your hands glided upwards, your fingers tangling into his hair, causing a deep growl from Justin as he grasped your hips tightly, pulling you impossibly close.
He reluctantly pulled away when he heard the door open, pulling you out of a daze as you both breathed raggedly into each other.
“What was that for?” you gasped, still slightly numb as you almost drowned in his smiling blue eyes that shone with newfound energy.
“Sealing the deal with a kiss.”

It was saturday night and Jessica and Hannah were over for your usual saturday sleepover.. You had been drinking and playing truth or dare.
“Truth or dare” hannah said pointing to Jessica
“Truth” she answered
“Is it true that justin has slept with most girls or is it all a facade to look cool?”
“It's totally true. He's a whore” You started laughing.
“Truth or dare Y/N”
“Truth”
“Is monty really the one?”
“Monty was my first anything. He was my first crush, my first kiss, my first time, my first boyfriend, my first love. So ya i really think he is.”
“You're so corny it's gross” Hannah said
“Truth or dare Hannah”
“Hmm Truth”
“The picture that circulated last year, was it you and courtney?”
“Oh my god! What a good question!” jessica exclaimed
“Really Y/N??” answered Hannah
“Just answer the question” you laughed
“Urg yes it was. Now truth or dare Y/N”
“We've been playing this game for like an hour and we've only chosen truth, so i'm going dare”
“ I dare you to pull a hickey prank on monty”
You stared at her as if she had lost her mind.
“Have you lost your mind!” You exclaimed
“A dare is a dare” jessica answered
“Monty will be livid!”
“Ya be he won't lay a finger on you.Maybe threaten to kill whoever hicked you but he won't hurt you” hannah replied
“Okay okay tomorrow we can do it, and you guys can have your fun from a far”
“Oh my gawd we are so filming this Y/N”
“Why???” you questioned
“Because when he calms down we can show him the video so he knows its us making the hickey with makeup and not a real one duh” Jessica answered
“Okay whatever, lets get some sleep”  you answered worried about tomorrow.
~~~~The Next day~~~~
You woke to a pillow being smacked in your face and hannah and jessica laughing.
“Thanks guys” you said as you sat up.
“Lets go make our pancakes so we can get on with this sunday” Jessica said
“Y/N here, needs to go piss off a certain hot headed jock!”  Hannah added
“You guys are assholes” you said getting out of bed and heading towards the kitchen.
You made pancakes and ate and cleaned. Now you were all heading back up to your room.
Jessica and hannah were cheering “Y/N gonna do a hickey prank Y/N gonna do a hickey prank”
“You guys are insane! It's not that exciting!”
“Uuum Maybe if you were dating a sweetheart like me it wouldn't be a big deal” Hannah said.
“Im sure if you went up to clay with a hickey on your neck he'd freak!” you replied.
“Justin would freak too don't worry. But Justin and Clay aren't liberty highs Hot headed fight seeking, Montgomery De La Cruz!” Jessica added
“All the more reasons why i shouldn't be doing this!”
Jessica and hannah went through your makeup and found a few eyeshadows that, when blended, made the perfect hickey colour.
“Beautiful!” Hannah and medics said at the same time.
“it looks real!” you said looking in the mirror.
“he's gonna be so pissed” jessica laughed.
You walked to the park, which was not far from your house, where you were to meet up with monty. Jessica and Hannah had told clay and Justin to meet them there too. Clay was already there when you girls got there.
“hey baby does this look real” she moved the hair from your neck and showed him your fake hickey.
“why?” he asked looking at your neck
“just answer the question clay!” Jessica snapped.
“I mean yes but why?” he questioned
“can't explain here come Monty and Justin.” Hannah said
“shhhh” Jessica said looking at Clay.
“hiya guys” you said hugging Monty.
“hey baby!” Monty replied hugging you.
You all walked around town for a bit talking about your weekend and plans for the week. Everything was going fine. Monty hadn't noticed anything yet. You decided to go to Monet's for a coffee and we're sitting at an outside table. Suddenly a big gush of wind blew and moved your hair. Justin was the first to speak up.
“marking your territory real nice monty”
“what?” monty asked confused
“Y/N hickey, nice job” Justin laughed
Montys face dropped, and turned to anger real quick as he moved the hair off your neck and saw a hickey.
“what the fuck is that??” he asked angerily.
“I.. I don't, I burned myself straightening my hair.” you lied
He stood up and grabbed your hand and pulled you away from your group of friends. You looked back and saw that Jessica and Hannah were explaining to Justin and clay the whole joke.
“he's gonna freak” was all Justin said to the girls who were laughing.
“what the actual fuck Y/N??” monty asked looking you right in the eyes.
“it's nothing ok!” you tried to play it down
“NOTHING! You having someone else suck on your neck is NOTHING!!!” he yelled at you
“don't yell at me Montgomery” you said calmly
“don't fucking yell. I'll Fucking kill the guy who did that to you!!” he said moving your hair and pointing to your neck
“I told you I burnt myself!”
“Fuck you! Don't fucking lie to me!!”
The tension was high, you could tell your boyfriend was ready to kill someone. You looked over to Hannah, Jessica, clay and Justin,all of whom were laughing hysterically.
“hey Monty,! Bro come here” Justin yelled calling him over
He walked over to the table pissed.
“the fact that my girlfriend cheated on me is NOT fucking funny assholes” he said sharply.
“no what's funny is that…” Jessica started and you cut her off
“it's fake!!! It was a dare”  you said quickly feeling overly guilty for what you had just done
“you serious?” Monty looked at you in disbelief.
“yes it's makeup” Jessica laughed.
Monty moved your hair over, licked his finger and rubbed the fake hickey.
“you guys are Fucking assholes all of you”
Monty said sitting down
“Im sorry babe. I would never cheat on you, I love you too much!” you sad sitting on his lap wrapping your arms around his neck kissing him on the cheek.
“I love you too Y/N”
“it took so much to convincing her to do it. She kept saying you'd hate her and kill someone!” Hannah added
“I was ready to kill someone! Anyone lays a finger on her they'll die!” monty said seriously.
“remind me never to piss you off” Jessica added.
“you're all still asses” monty pointed out.
“but your favorite asses” Jessica smiled!
“oh Monty I love you” you said kissing him
He kissed you back and said “I love you too baby! Just no more stupid dares”
Summary: Scott Reed/Male! Reader/Hannah Baker, Hannah ends up pregnant and reader and Scott are willing to be parents with her
You and Hannah Baker had been dating on and off throughout high school. When she’d had her sucide attempt you hadn’t left her side and Scott Reed of all people had stepped in to help, keeping the baseball team in line and the rest of the student body didn’t bother you or Hannah once she’d felt better about going back to school.
You’d been interested in him, you couldn’t lie, but you weren’t sure if he was into guys let alone if he was willing to date both you and Hannah.
Hannah and you had talked about opening your relationship up more but figured that with everything going on in high school it would be better to wait till after or during college.
After going through college together, you and Hannah were deciding to take the next step you’d wanted to move in together and Scott had managed to sneak back into both of your lives. So when you’d mentioned you and Hannah were looking for a place he’d offered the house that he’d been renting. It was going up for sale and he assured you that he had no problem letting you and Hannah pay for the majority and staying in as a roommate.
You and Hannah exchange looks with each other and hate how you both start scheming on ways to figure out if Scott would be interested in being more than a roommate to the both of you.
It happens as most things seem to in your life, with Hannah bursting in and dragging you and Scott to some quiz night.
You’re trying not to be too smug at all the attention Scott is giving both you and Hannah, it might have something to do with the three drinks he’d had but you’re happy enough to accept it.
Of course when he slumps onto the couch and falls asleep, head resting on your chest and his arms wrapped around Hannah, do you start to think maybe he’s being a little more than friendly.
When you finally wake him up, he’s far more sober and seems a little more than embarrassed with how you and Hannah nudge him towards teh main bedroom the two of you share.
”So Scott..” Hannah’s the one to bring it up, handing him his morning coffee after his run and he grins a little lopsidedly it had been two and a half weeks since the three of you had slept together and Scott seemed intent on avoiding any mention of the night the three of you had been tangled up with each other.
“Yeah… Oh god did I do something weird again? I’m sorry I just really like both of you and whatever it was I’m sure we can talk it out, and sorry…”Scott looks like he wants to say more but his face just turns bright red and he focuses on sipping his coffee, despite this he spills some on his shirt and you can hear Hannah muffling her laugh and Scott trying to sigh but still half drinking so he chokes a little, which just makes you laugh more.
“Oh come on.” Scott grumbles.
“Depends where.” You spit back and Hannah laughs more Scott blinking at you.
“Oh sorry have we not been obvious that we’re into you as well?”
“Oh I thought that was my imagination, or you two just being affectionate with each other and I’d gotten in the middle of it.”
“Scott, how on earth would us inviting you to our anniversary dinner be anything other than a we want you in on this message.” “I’m a little dense at times okay, I got whacked on the head with a bat more times than is probably good for me.”
“Alright well let me spell it out for you. We slept together, and now-” you start.
“I’m pregnant.”
“Yeah Hannah’s pregnant and you’re welcome to, wait you’re what?” You turn both you and Scott grinning at her.
“Yeah, so we’re going to be a family now. If you two want, if not I’m sure if-”
“Yes!” Scott and you shout, pushing yourself towards her so you can both wrap her in your arms.
“Can today get any better.”
“Well I still need to change my shirt.”
“And we get to see Scott shirtless, okay today is going to be great, I really don’t care what happens for the rest of the day anymore.”
"I'm pregnant" Jeff Atkins x reader
Request: Can you do a “I’m pregnant” with Jeff atkins?
Tumblr media
The past few days were kind of a blur for you. Since you had found out that you were pregnant your whole world came crashing down. This pregnancy didn't fit in with the way you had your life planned out. You've always wanted to go to Yale and become a successful (your dream job). Kids didn't make an appearance in your plan till your late twenties. But one time of having drunk sex with your boyfriend Jeff ruined everything.
Jeff didn't know yet because you were absolutely overwhelmed with the situation and had no idea how to even bring this pregnancy up. And that was the reason why you had ignored Jeff ever since finding out about it. He would call you everyday, write hundreds of messages and even show up at your house. But as much as it broke your heart you just couldn't bear to see him. You had to process being pregnant first before you could tell Jeff.
When Monday came you knew you couldn't ignore Jeff anymore. You were standing in front of your locker when a familiar voice pulled you out of your thoughts.
"Care to explain why you've been ignoring me for four days?" The hurt in his voice was evident and you felt it like a pang in your chest.
"Uhm... not really no" you stammered.
Jeff let out a shaky sigh.
"You know you could just tell me if you didn't love me anymore or whatever it is. I think I at least deserve that after two years of being your boyfriend."
Tears were filling your eyes because you knew he was right. He didn't deserve the way you were treating him and he deserved to know that you were carrying his child. But the words got stuck in your throat and you stayed silent.
"Fine. I thought what we have... had meant something to you. But obviously I was wrong."
And with that he walked away.
You felt your heart break into a million pieces and the tears were streaming down your face by now.
The hallway got emptier as the bell rang but you couldn't imagine going to class now.
You sank to the ground and buried your face in your hands.
"Y/N?" you heared after a few minutes.
Looking up you saw Clay who was one of Jeff's best friends and a very good one to you ever since you got to know him.
"Hi Clay" you sniffled.
"Do you wanna tell me what's wrong?" he softly asked.
You just shook your head because talking was hard while sobbing.
"How about we skip school and get you to calm down a little bit?"
"You don't have to do that for me Clay" you whispered.
He just held his hand out in response and you took it after a few seconds.
Clay and you spend the day together and he did his best to cheer you up. Neither of you mentioned the state he found you in. You truly were having fun and even forgot about the little baby in your belly for a while.
It was about 3 PM when the two of you decided it was time for a coffee break at Monet's.
You ordered your usual Caramel Latte and Clay his black coffee.
Everything was fine until you brought the cup to your lips and almost puked right into it.
You quickly put it as far away from you as you could.
"What's wrong Y/N? That's your favorite drink" Clay asked confused.
He was right but today just the smell of it made you sick to your stomach. You quickly realized that it could only be a side effect of the pregnancy.
"Yeah I know. Guess I don't like it anymore."
Clay's eyes were scanning your face and you could tell that he would ask you what was up with you very soon.
"Okay so I didn't want to mention it but I have to ask. What's wrong? Why were you crying today and what is it with Jeff and you? Do you know that he came to me yesterday devastated because he thinks that you don't love him anymore. But I'm pretty sure that's not the reason for your weird behavior. Did something happen to you? You know like the shit that happens to so many girls at our school. Was it Bryce? I swear to God if he touched you me and Jeff will kill..." Clay rambled on and the tears made their way back to your eyes.
"Stop it Clay" you whispered. "Nothing happened to me."
"What is it then?" he asked with confusion written on his face.
"I... I'm" you didn't even have to finish because Clay understood. He just knew.
"No way" he said with eyes as big as the moon.
"Is it Jeff's?" he asked almost tentatively.
"Of course it's his you fucking dumbass" you spat.
"Sorry" Clay mumbled.
"No I'm sorry. It's fine" you said a little embarrassed by your outburst.
There were a few seconds of uncomfortable silence.
"You have to tell him Y/N. Look I can imagine that it's scary but we both know that Jeff would never leave you hanging. The both of you have to figure out what to do together. It's nothing you have to go through alone."
His words opened your eyes. It was weird because you knew everything that he'd said already but it helped to hear someone say it out loud.
"Thank you Clay. I really needed to hear that." You smiled at him gratefully.
"You're welcome. That's what I'm here for after all. And if you decide to keep it I'll happily be Uncle Clay who will take care of Baby Atkins when mommy and daddy need a break" he offered with a wide smile.
That really touched you and you took Clays hand which was laying on the table and squeezed it.
"You're the best. I can't thank you enough for today."
"It's fine. Please tell Jeff now so the poor boy doesn't have to think the love of his life doesn't want him anymore."
You smiled and nodded. Suddenly your eyes caught sight of someone standing at Monet's entrance. It was no other than Jeff. He was fixated on your hand which was still on top of Clay's. You quickly realized what it must look like for him and withdrew your hand.
Clay looked behind him to see what you were staring at and the smile vanished from his face.
"So that's the reason huh?!" Jeff aggressively spat out after coming in your direction.
"My so called best friend is hooking up with my girlfriend. That's why you've been ignoring me Y/N? Really? I never would've expected something like this from either of you." And with that he stormed out.
"Jeff" both you and Clay screamed after him.
You stood up and started to run after Jeff.
Clay yelled something after you but you just quickly promised him that you would fix this.
Outside you spotted Jeff's car on the other side of the street. You ran as fast as you could and jumped into the passenger seat before he could drive away.
"What the fuck Y/N!" Jeff tried his best to yell at you but the tears that were pouring out of his eyes made that kind of hard.
"Get the fuck out!"
"Jeff please I need just a minute to explain everything" you said out of breath.
Wow this pregnancy already had it's effects on you.
"What is there to explain? You cheated on me with Clay" he said and the hurt and anger were evident in his voice.
"No baby please believe me that's not it. Just listen to me okay?"
And then he was silent and looked at you with his puffy eyes.
"I'm pregnant." It was the first time you had actually said the full sentence out loud. "And before you ask of course it's yours."
His eyes widened with shock and he stayed silent.
"Clay found me crying in the school hall today. He skipped school with me because he wanted to cheer me up. There's nothing going on between us. I promise."
You waited for a second to see if Jeff wanted to say anything but apparently he still hadn't found the right words and you couldn't blame him for that.
"I wanted to tell you but I had to process it myself first and I was and still am so so scared what this pregnancy means for my future. For our future."
Suddenly his walls broke down and he just started sobbing.
"Jeff?" You asked worried.
He sunk against the steering wheel and his shoulders were trembling.
"Hey baby" you put your hand on his back and rubbed soothing circles on it.
"I-I thought you didn't love me anymore" he mumbled into his arms.
"It hurt so much I wanted to die."
The tears that were your constant companion throughout this day made their way back to your eyes.
"Oh God I am so sorry. I never wanted you to feel like this. Jeff you have to believe me that I never wanted to hurt you."
He turned his head in your direction and looked at you with his beautiful but red and watery eyes. The knowledge that it was your fault broke your heart.
You carefully made your way over to his side, sat in his lap and instantly brought him in a hug. He clung onto you as if you were his lifeline. You were whispering sweet nothings into his ear as he was slowly calming down.
When he looked at you after a while he almost had a smile on his face.
"So we're having a baby huh?"
"I guess so. I mean I haven't quite decided what I want to do but..."
He stopped you.
"Whatever it is. I'm by your side. Always."
"I know Jeffrey Atkins. I know."
Neither of you noticed Clay on the other side of the street who was watching you with a smile on his face, hoping he would find a love like the two of you had someday.
Playing Cupid
(Jeff Atkins x sister Reader, Scott Reed x Reader)
Tumblr media
Word count: 1,080
   Clay was sitting in the library with Jeff for another tutoring session, as his baseball career would still be leaning in the balance if he didn’t get his history grade up.
“You should come to the party tonight, Clay. I heard Hannah was going, and I know you’ll love that,” Jeff mentioned as he leaned back in his chair. Jeff wanted to play matchmaker again regarding Clay's love life.
“Parties aren’t really my scene.” Blush came upon Clay’s cheeks at the mention of Hannah, and Jeff smirked. “Now, let’s get back to work.”
“Dude, come on,” Jeff waved his hands around. “I can be your best wingman if you just give me the chance. Clay and Hannah sitting in a-”
“Stop,” Clay said a little too loud, and most people in the library stopped to look at the pair. All Jeff could do was laugh. This was way better than studying for his upcoming history test.
“Man look at my sister for example, Scott and her are doing amazing”
“Scott and I are doing amazing at what?” You said as you came up to sit at the table with perfect timing with the two boys, as you waited for Scott to be done with a teacher.
“Your relationship, like, come on, Clay, this can work.”
“I don’t think setting your sister up with a rude jock is a good thing, Jeff,” Clary spat out as he rolled his eyes, forgetting you had just arrived. “Oh shit, I’m sorry,” He let out as he remembered you were there. All Jeff and you could do was laugh.
“Not all jocks are bad as they seem, Clay, look at Jeff here; he’s just a dumb jock.”
“Hey!” Jeff said as he ruffled your hair. Clay smiled at your words, loving the brother and sister-interaction. “Just listen to her, Clay man; she’ll tell you how good I am at playing Cupid.’
“I wouldn’t go that far, but he’s right, Clay. If Hannah is any bit good for you, Jeff would be the one to know. Also, I think you guys would be good together.”
Clay was now wondering how his tutoring session for history had suddenly turned into matchmaking with the two Atkins siblings. This wasn’t how he saw his day going.
“Tell me”
“What?” Jeff asked, proving your point about being a dumb jock.
“About Scott and I, dumbass”
“He didn’t say that” Jeff looked at you like you were the crazy one.
“It was just obvious, Jeffy” You teased him with the nickname you gave him since you guys were little. It always got on his nerves.
“Shut up,” Jeff mumbled as he looked away from you two. His face heated up at the mention of your nickname for him.
You looked at Clay with a grin across your face. The thought of Scott causing the butterflies to erupt in your stomach. You loved that boy with his blue eyes and his dirty blonde hair.
“It started at a party.”
“See Clay! Good things happens at parties” Jeff piped in cheerily.
“Good things yeah right” You let out a huffed as you remember that night. “Jeff actually left me alone at the party that night, knowing that I didn’t know barely anyone there.”
“Oops,” Jeff said under his breath.
“Scott actually found me, or should I say I found him.” You let out a laugh, thinking about what happened next. “Let’s just say since Jeff let me alone for so long, I maybe had too many drinks and felt a bit tipsy. I spilled my drink on Scott as I tried to get through the crowd.”
  “Scotty!” You yelled as you looked down towards his white-turned-red shirt. “I found you!” Scott looked at you with his famous smile, noticing how you seemed to be getting pinker in the face.
“Ms. Atkins, fancy seeing you here tonight. I didn’t think you would show.”
“Of course, I came,” You cheered. “I needed to get Jeff off my back.”
“Where is Jeff anyways?” Scott asked as he hadn't seen the boy since he arrived, and he was nowhere in sight now. Leaving him alone with the younger Atkins.
“I...I...I’m sorry,” you said as tears started rushing down your cheeks. Scott's face turned into complete confusion as he caught you as you fell into his chest, crying. “I didn’t mean to ruin your shirt.” Scott knew then that he wouldn’t get his answer about Jeff. Here you were, crying over his shirt that you ruined minutes ago. “Please don’t tell Jeff; he’ll make fun of me for spilling my drink over my crush.” Scott smiled at your words, then picked you up into his arms.
“How about you come with me to bring you home? I won’t tell Jeff anything.” Drunk, you hugged Scott, thanking me for being so kind, but not before you kissed him on the cheek, which left him red as his shirt.
  “See Clay! It’s all in the magic,” Jeff claimed as you finished. Clay just looked at the sibling but, more importantly, you.
 “You're telling me Jeff only had a hand in you and Scott getting together because he left you alone.”
“Exactly Jensen. It’s better to go along with his plan and then ditch him because he really doesn't know anything about love, like looking at him.” You admitted as you pointed to your single brother. “It worked for me, and it will work for you if you give it a shot.”
“Oh wow,” Clay said with a laugh; maybe he was getting advice from the wrong Atkins siblings. Maybe Hannah and him could be something if he tries.
“Babe!” Someone yelled from the doors of the library. It made all three of you guys look up and some other heads. Scott Reed was in the doorframe, rolling his eyes as someone shushed him. “Ready?” You nodded your head, getting up from your spot at the table and collecting your things
“Bye, guys.” Scott held out his hand for you to take as you met him at the doors before you entered the hallway.
“Look at what I did, man!” Jeff announced happily as he watched you guys walk out. All Clay could do was roll his eyes at the boy and start to write a question out.
“Come on fake cupid, let’s work”
“Really Jensen!"
