You know that Saving Abel song "Addicted"? I always thought i wanted to be like the girl he is singing about. I wanted someone so addicted to me, someone who would worship the ground i walk on simply because they found me *that* attractive. Little 12 year old me didn't know it wasn't fun, it was hell.
