But I drew this guy Once and that was it #I went ‘yeah that’s my boy. that works’ #i mostly went with what i envisioned though i did check the first chapter again to see if it said anything contradicting my design #and it did say Aaron had short hair but you know what? I really want him to have a little ponytail #I think he deserves a little ponytail #so i kept the ponytail #i was originally going to draw him with his silly little coat and add a heck ton of details #but the pose didn’t work out #There’s always next time! #with his current clothes his sash i guess is the most important part? #in the first chapter it talks about Aaron’s knife had been clad in black&gold previously #I assume in reference to the Man #Though I might be wrong #i binge-read the book in like three days #the details have escaped me #but yeah I did the sash with those colors because I thought it’d be cool #anyways i believe that’s most of it #i also have a bunch of doodles i made for warmup before this #that i’m also going to share at some point #i hope you like it!

i got bored and i have nothing better to do so i present to you sbg cooking headcanons!!

starting with,

TYLER

best cook out of the group

had to learn how to cook after his dad died so he could feed himself, taylor, and his mother

actually finds cooking comforting and fun in a way

normally ends up cooking with taylor

has a sensitive nose so he sometimes ends up sneezing if there’s like a lot of spices

favorite food to cook and eat is pancakes

TAYLOR

is a mediocre cook

only really cooks whenever tyler cooks

she normally just helps him with stuff

doesn’t trust herself to use a stove without a fire extinguisher somewhere near by

like she can use a stove just fine, but just doesn’t trust herself

doesnt have a sensitive nose like tyler, but doesn’t normally like the smells when cooking (unless it’s like pastries, but that’s baking so uhhh)

her favorite food is waffles and her and tyler always argue about which is better (the answer is waffles btw)

AIDEN

is actually a good cook believe it or not

learned to cook since he had to find something to eat when his parents were on business trips

likes cooking, just doesn’t like cleaning up the mess afterwards

always cooks in the large amounts and cooks everything at once so he doesn’t have to constantly cook all the time

burnt water once (no i will not be expanding on this)

likes cooking pasta (because it’s relatively simple)

BEN

is an ok cook

whenever aiden cooks he cooks with him (or is at least in the same room) to make sure the house doesn’t burn down

fire extinguisher is always on standby cause he doesn’t trust himself

is more of a baker than a cook

is a perfectionist so will go insane if something goes wrong

also doesn’t like using a stove because of the fire (brings back traumatic memories for him)

ok before i get shat on, i love aidelyn they’re great, lovely ship, buttttt some aidelyn shippers need to chill out.

the other day i was doing my daily 7 hour session on pinterest, and I saw that one ashler art red did for valentines day

(referring to this one btw)

and on the comments of that post i saw something talking about like “oh no I don’t want tyler to get feelings for ashlyn and then when aidelyn becomes canon he’s gets all jealous blah blah blah” and yes this is vaild in a way and all but, like first of all, I hate the fact that people assume aidelyn HAS to be canon. yes, there’s a good chance it might be but like let’s consider other ships and not just talk about aidelyn. like how about instead we just look at the ship and be like “aw cute” then move on with our lives?? and if you don’t like the ship, don’t say anything. like ive literally been on tiktok and ill see people like “oh this is nice but aidelyn is better” on posts about ashler or tyden or whatever ship that isn’t aidelyn. and it’s like, no one cares if you like aidelyn better. like good for you! but let’s just let other people have their ships. like some people will literally attack you for not shipping aidelyn and it’s like, for what reason? like yes they’re likely to be canon, but what if they’re not? like it’d be sooooo funny if they didn’t end up getting together and all then all those toxic aidelyn shippers lost their shit. ANYWAYS! this dosen’t bother me a lot, i just wanted to say something about it. and like I said at the beginning i like aidelyn they’re cute! so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE don’t shit on me 🙏

okay i spent about 30 hours on this motherfucker i am going to tell you about him now.

This is Christophe.

Everything on him is completely removable (except for his hair/face)(I didn't take off his clothes because then I would have to put them back on).

Any little black button that you see is a completely functional snap. I didn't want to give myself parkinson's doing and undoing tens of tiny buttons, not to mention the fact that i don't even own any buttons small enough for this project.

He’s even got the little details on his face, although they aren’t as noticeable as I thought they were. I made a little dogtag necklace for him to wear, because it's a really strong personal headcannon of mine and you can pry it from my cold dead hands. You can only see it if his shirt is unbuttoned though. He also has a dog toy squeaker. (Yes my dog has already tried to eat him.)

In all, I am very happy with him, even though I need to finish and fix some things, (notably the shirt, with its missing pockets and unfinished edges. (Side note- Christophe’s shirt doesn't actually have any buttons or even an opening along the front, but i decided that it would function better if I added those.)) I'll add the pockets later. I think the fleece is thin enough that I can get away with it.

If you look hard enough, you might be able to tell that one arm is a slightly different shade of tan because I didn't realize that the fleece that I had and the fleece that I bought was TWO SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT COLORS.

I actually had a really hard time with the sash because I couldn't find a good reference. I admit I didn't look very hard (but i DID look at an unhealthy amount of fanart), but I still couldn't find much. The fandom page only had front views, and searching google images didn't help much either. The front was fine, but the back was barely shown. I noted ONE scene (where at the very end) it was on screen for maybe half a second, so I had a vague idea of what it looked like.

I could’ve just left it there. I didn't need to double check. Nobody sees the back anyways. It doesn't matter. There is no point.

But i am nothing if not stubborn.

I don't actually have HBO max. So I went for the second best thing- Ze mole all scenes compilations on youtube. However, the only one I found was from 12 years ago. It's mirrored. The quality is shit. There's a fade transition between every scene. But I got it. I got the back shot I'd wanted. Here it is, in all its pixely glory.

I'd gotten it.

And I had absolutely no clue what I was looking at. (still don't)

But I didn’t want to wait anymore, I was almost done.

So I made a guess.

And all went well.

Until I saw a post.

No. It can't be.

The truth is right in front of me, all i have to do is slow it down.

Im relistening to tma and im currently at mag 26 which is sashas statement. And in the beginning, she just talks about how she didnt think jane was that dangerous, because if she was, martin would be dead as he doesnt have the best self-preservation instinct, but like, sasha mate, he outlived you by four seasons. He has literally made it through an apocolypse and potentially even the last episode, depending on how you interpret the end. You died in the first season to a TABLE.
