Can we talk about how Sam was done kinda dirty in TFATWS?

Like even from episode one, he was doing what he felt was right: trying to honor his best friend in the way he thought was right.

But then Bucky comes and belittles him about his decisions, despite the fact that sam didn’t know the museum wasn’t ganna keep their word. And instead of acknowledging Sam’s feeling of betrayal, all the Bucky stans who watched the show immediately saw Bucky as the victim?

Even during the therapy scene, Sam was hurting too. He had every right to be annoyed at Bucky, who wouldn’t stop pestering him about the shield. But people only feel bad for Bucky during that scene cause “👉🏽👈🏽 he sad boy he tied his worth to the shield 🥺” instead of acknowledging the hurt that Sam also feels.

And then when sam and Bucky had their “tough love” talk, Bucky actually apologizes (rightfully so cause he was in the wrong) yet the only thing people seem to take from that scene is Sam giving Bucky advice, as if sam is either Buckys therapist, or they claim that sam can’t speak on Buckys issues. As if sam has no right to speak on the issues of the winter soldier, even though Sam himself was a victim of the winter soldiers violence? And Instead of viewing that conversation as an equal sharing of feelings, the focus instantaneously switches to Bucky?

Notice the continuing trend of people only paying attention to Bucky, and what effects Bucky, how Bucky feels, but won’t give Sam the same attention? And the most they deduce him to is “Buckys replacement for Steve” or “Buckys therapist” completely taking away from any of Sam’s own agency as a character? As if Sam wasn’t also hurting the entire show?

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? i tend to avoid it because i dont want it to be awkward and i don't really enjoy reading lots of dialogue in another language especially if it isnt translated either!

20. Favorite fic you’ve written? based off of the fics on my current ao3 id say i love all of them! i try not to post stuff im not 100% satisfied with anymore.

Hey! It's a cool request!

Sam Wilson is more interesting to me than Steve Rogers, but their friendship is great!

I am glad that they are both Captains America and that they explores different things in the comics about their role / duty.

You may know i already wrote many stories about Steve Rogers / Captain America and Sam Wilson being in a gay interracial couple

You will find with this link about SamBucky (another amazing gay interracial pairing) other links of stories about Steve and Sam.

In these stories, Sam Wilson / Falcon and Steve Rogers are in love, but i also wrote stories about Sam Wilson and Steve Rogers where they aren't in love with each other. 😉

However, i agree it seems interesting to do a raceplay story between them.

Seeing the cocky Steve Rogers being the slave of a a black man 😂 that would be funny if i am inspired by a racist version of Captain America like here (in this video).

You can see Captain America being stuck with his 1940's mentality, as someone who considers Black men as his servants, Asian men as inferior spies, and women as objects.

Of course everyone wasn't like that, and this video is to show (amongst other things) how the world evolved. Or that white man is a loser and he must be put at his place 🤣

The thing is that Steve Rogers is someone who never been strong at the beginning. He has been bullied and was weak and poor. He doesn't deserves to be enslaved (by anyone). In fact, your request depends on which version we take (it could be an alternate version, and after all, he even becomes a nazi at one moment during an a comic plot).

I am not saying your idea isn't good, but the problem is that Steve Rogers isn't a white privileged boi : he is poor, ugly, orphan, beaten by his dad when this one was alive, bullied all his life, never been loved until he was someone tall, strong and attractive...

So it's not as if it was humiliating to take him his power, and Steve himself gave the shield to Samuel Wilson because this one was worthy of it (not only their friendship or his skills or because he deserved it, but because he would make a good new Captain America)

It could also be a story where Jonathan "John" Walker / US Agent is a cliché of a white supremacist and Sam Wilson beat him to make him his slave to show black superiority! That would put him at his place!

Imagine a racist white man leashed on the ground while Sam Wilson lives his best life!

Or it could even be John Walker / US Agent being submitted by his own friend Battlestar, tired of being his black sidekick. The problem is that they are supposed to be friends (in the Disney+series FALCON AND THE WINTER SOLDIER too) so maybe it could be where Black people have power and it's decided that US Agent will now be the sidekick of his own former black sidekick!

If you want to be sure I'll write this story please don't hesitate to come in private messages to give me more details. And i am interested to know if you want this story because you are a black man into white slavery or if you are a whiteboi into black supremacy? Don't hesitate to tell me 😉

However, i started to write a gay interracial MCU and my dear friend @blacksuperiority and I wanted to imagine what would have happened if Sam Wilson had always been Captain America or if he was Captain America after Steve Rogers's disparition.

I wanted to write a love story that may be closer to what you wanted : what if Steve Rogers stayed skinny and weak, small and submissive, and become the sissy lover whiteboy of the tall and strong Sam Wilson? 😍 As a skinny sissy whiteboi, I'm inspired by the love between him and a tall black man!

EXTRACT of my future story about unserumed Steve Rogers being in love with Samuel "Sam" Wilson as Captain America

Steve Rogers was preparing his gouaches and brushes when suddenly the arrival of the man who was going to be the model of the day was announced. We opened wide the windows of the workshop. Skinny Steve Rogers and his fellow art students heard a faint noise that gradually grew louder.

Then, a gust blew up a few sheets of paper, and cheers broke out, as Captain America flew across the ceiling of the art school's drawing room. Its red wings contrasted with the white walls of the school of arts.

The one who was the most impressed was obviously Steve Rogers. A few days earlier, the handsome and strong Captain America had saved his life!

Once Captain America was on the ground, the drawing teacher introduced him to the students, all of whom were in awe of this tall, handsome, muscular black man. The professor announced that Captain America had agreed to be a model for the day and that the assignment for the day would be to draw his muscles in order to learn human anatomy and proportions. What a joy it was to have to admire the body of a handsome, strong black man who had saved America! The shy Steve Rogers looked discreetly at Sam Wilson / Captain America, and this one smiled at him. What a great smile !

Captain America undressed and Steve saw that his little white cock had never been so hard in his life! This muscular black man was the most handsome he had ever seen!

Steve looked at him and was amazed of the beauty of this godly man. He drawn his muscles and at the same time wanted to smell his armpits, lick his chest, suck his nipples,... And Sam wanted that too!

All his life, Steve Rogers the poor draftsman had been bothered by stronger than him. Today, he wasn't ashamed to admit he wanted and needed to be saved, and was honored that it was by a handsome, muscular black man who looked down on him fondly.

After Captain America saved him from the bullies who were bullying him, Steve Rogers realized that his head barely came below Samuel Wilson's chest. This one was two or three heads taller than him. And yet, that hadn't bothered Sam who had immediately fallen in love with the fragile but delicate Steve Rogers.

Samuel Wilson / Captain America wanted to protect Steve, to love him... This was the only reason why he had generously offered to serve as a model for students at an art school: to finally see the boy whom he already loved more than anything.

Okay I know how annoying it is for shippers to find another ship in their tag and many have expressed this but I'm not here to go ¨bla bla bla stucky supremacy¨ or any of that shit so like, I'm very sorry but I legit need to get this out of my system.

I ship stucky, yes I do, even though there's not any canon shit with them anymore I still ship it because I like it and it makes me happy and nothing else.

Sambucky is amazing, it's well thought out, lovely dynamic, and ever since tfatws came out, the shippers have increased and I'm happy for that because I love newcomers coming into new fandoms because they vibe with the characters they love and can find people who feel the same way.

Heads up: I'm not trying to hate on any previous stucky shippers moving on to sambucky because ship what makes you happy!

because that's literally the point of my rant, I've seen a good amount of stucky shippers feel guilty about still shipping stucky because there's more sambucky content now and they gotta move on, but you don't have to! Like I find myself in the same dilemma, I love sambucky and tfatws but I just see them as a platonic duo and I feel like that's totally fine unless you're bothering other people who ship them romantically (I'm again, very sorry for the tags)

you don't have to force yourself to move on and ship something else that you probably don't ship just because there's no more canon stuff or the character has ¨found someone better¨ if you don't actually ship it then don't ship it!

I feel like it's actually better if you don't try and force yourself to ship it because you'll just be unhappy with the outcome and even end up portraying the characters wrong too! I've seen content written by probably salty fans where Bucky just sort of replaces Steve with Sam and that's not really the romance most people are looking for. Bucky should love Sam for his own individual personality (traits and flaws included) and not because he thinks ¨eh, Sam will have to do¨

Stucky is a very nice ship as well, they've known each other for a long time, have gone through the highs and lows, and their love for each other still finds its way to break through years of trauma and brainwashing and all that kind of jazz. But if you don't ship it or don't ship it anymore then don't ship it! No need to feel guilty just because you once liked the ship but now you don't like it as much. If sambucky makes you happy then go for it! It's your choice and I bet both shipping fandoms will welcome and love you for whatever you choose.

Anyways, I welcome all shippers onto my page to chat with me bc I'm lonely lol. Thanks for listening to my dumb rant, I did this at like- 5 am in the morning so am tired. Would still love to hear your opinion on this tho.

this might cause some controversy... but imma say it

after rewatching some mcu movies,

steve didn't really care about bucky- not at least as much as i used to think.

he cared about the bucky he knew in the 40's- he was searching for the comfort of the 40's and the life he knew before the ice.

every (almost) interaction between them was reminiscent of the 40's. steve searched for three movies to find/help bucky, but when he realized he wouldn't get the same man he dipped.

i go back and forth a lot, because i realize that the shittiness of the writers in endgame fucked up steves arc- but they are still canon in the mcu (unfortunately) and play a part in how i see steve and bucky.

sam loved bucky where he is now- not how he used to be or what he'd like to see him be- sam met bucky where he was at.

bucky needs someone to meet him where is at and help him move along in his journey post hydra- not remind him of the life he missed out on.

i believe steve loved bucky, but loved the idea of bucky he created in his mind.

therefore, sambucky is superior to stucky.
