Respawn had no idea who this guy was. He had woken up on the forest floor somewhere after a fight with Robin that had admittedly ended poorly for both of them.
All his wounds were bandaged and looked after. He wasn't even in pain! A rare luxury indeed. Looking over he saw a guy around his own age cooking some fish over an open flame. The other teen, as if feeling eyes on him, turned toward Respawn and smiled.
"I hope you like green onions." He said, motioning towards the plate stacked high with the vegetable, "They're the only edible thing I could find."
The day dragged on with the guy-Danny- playing nursemaid and insisting to take care of Respawn as he recovered, even going so far as to cut his food for him. Hes pretty sure Danny would have fed him himself if he had struggled anymore with handling the stick the fish was on.
Blessedly his enhanced healing factor ensured that he wasn't down for too long and he could take care of himself. He couldn't bring himself to be annoyed with Danny though. He was actually rather grateful.
When Respawn asked why Danny was out here in the wilderness he sheepishly told him about how his mad scientist parents had made a portal to another dimension and had tried to create a portal gun for portable access to said dimension. They were showing it to him, his sister and his two friends when something went wrong and the gun went off, sucking them all into the new portal. He woke up in the forest alone.
Looking back on thier past conversations, Repawn decided that it made sense. It would explain why Danny didn't know what a meta human was or that they had rights protecting them. Danny had been so excited when he had told him and immediately began using his unholy number of powers to help them survive in the wild.
Aka Danny, Jazz, Maddie, Jack, Sam, and Tucker are all thrown into the DC universe and all of them have been separated and are worried sick about the others and trying to find them

Cat Hero Danny
The first thing Danny noticed as he woke up was that he was in a tube. And then he broke out. He had no idea what happened; the last thing he remembered was playing with that "magic" circle that Sam had looked at and what happened to him. It seems like he is reborn? Never again will they play with "fake" magic. Danny seems to be in the body of a clone of two people, one a mercenary and the other a thief. The body had no brain or similar, so it was just an empy husk. But at least this body has muscle memory.
Ah, who cares? He was always a hero, and he will stay a hero. That way, he became a cat-themed hero who works with a cute bat-themed girl! Cass was really nice as he meet her and he liked to spend time with her.
He gave her a Bat pet that he stole i mean saved from a lab. Cass was loving it!
As Batman learned about his daughter being in a romance with a cat hero, he did a background/DNA check, just to be sure. And then he had a long talk with Selina about why she never told him about having a child with Slade.
That was how Selina learned about her clone and found him while he was on a date with Cass. A/N
Danny's costume looks like Cat Noir.
So yes, Danny is the clone of Deathstroke and Selina Kyle.
The pet is a Noibat or Zubat.

Some cool Easter eggs I caught watching My Adventures with Superman that I want to show to people so they can be in on it with comic book readers

My episode 10 easter eggs and references in My Adventures with Superman post is here
(SPOILERS if you haven't seen the show yet):
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After what happened to Clark in the last episode we see that Lois, Jimmy, and the Newskid Legion are searching all over Metropolis for him and they name drop some location found in Metropolis.
Tumblr media
As you can see from the map of Metropolis in the DC Heroes role playing manual, Park Ridge and Bakerline are one of the six boroughs of Metropolis. Park Ridge makes its first appearance in the Adventures of Superman #447 (1988) while Bakerline first appeared in Action Comics #599 (1988)
Tumblr media
As the General is interrogating Clark we het a hologram flashback to his time with Waller in the army and Waller name drops the General's first name Sam. So we can conclude that the General is General Sam Lane (this is double confirmed in the next episode).
Sam Lane makes his first appearance in the silver age in Superman Girl Friend, Lois Lane #13 (1959). He's the typical farmer dad that Superman saves and meets. Nothing too special about it.
Now, GENERAL Sam Lane makes his first appearance in the Adventures of Superman #424 (1986)
Tumblr media
Like her MAwS counterpart, Lois' relationship with her dad is VERY strained as you can tell by the panels here from the comic (W: Marv Wolfman, P: Jerry Ordway, I: Mike Machlan, C: Tony Ziuko, L: John Costanza). In the comics he wanted a son and Lois became that stand-in whenever he was around and that ruined their familial relationship. And much like his MAwS counterpart he deeply cares about his wife who we can assume he lost some time ago in the past. Also will we see a Lucy Lane in MAwS? Who knows.
Tumblr media
Man of Steel, typical moniker for Superman, you're guaranteed to have that in any Superman media.
Tumblr media
Slade actually loses his eye to match his comic book counterpart.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Later in the ep we see him with the eyepatch. Matches with his comic book counterpart as seen in this fantastic piece by Deathstroke co-creator, George Perez.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After the Superman Revenge Squad Task Force X escape thanks to Ivo absorbing more and more electrical energy he comes this giant kaiju sized monster rampaging across Metropolis with an axe to grind at Superman. The glowy bits on him remind me so much of Shin Godzilla. Oh and btw if you want to see the Justice League fight 2 very well known kaiju, preorder Justice League vs Godzilla vs Kong. Heres the trailer for it:
youtube
The first issue goes on sale in October 17th.
Tumblr media
With the way Lois is worried about Clark here it gives off very Death of Superman vibes kinda like this page from Superman #75 (1992) by Dan Jurgens, Brett Breeding, Glenn Whitmore, and John Costanza.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jimmy is usually labeled as Superman's best friend/pal so that's a given when a reference like that shows up
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
As the names scrolled up on Jimmy's IG-esque live stream we see some familiar names. The first is a reference Josie Campbell, the producer for the cartoon and the latter two are references to Superman support characters.
Pete Ross is Clark's childhood friend who first appeared in Superboy #86 (1960) by Robert Bernstein and George Papp.
Tumblr media
In the comic Pete keeps scrutinizing Clark and he suspect that Pete might be on to his Superboy identity, but it turns out he just wanted Clark to play Superboy in the high school play. In like most Superman origins and media, Pete Ross is always Clark's best friend, but here in MAwS Jimmy takes up that role as friend of Clark but in this case its since they were in freshmen year of college.
Like Pete Ross, Lana Lang was also a childhood friend of Clark's ad also his love interest when they were teenagers.
Tumblr media
Lana makes her first appearance in Superboy #10 (1950) by Bill Finger, John Sikela, and Ed Debrotka. In the comic Lana becomes a house guest for the Kents while her parents are away and she begins to suspect Clark and Superboy are the same person. Most Superman origins and other media usually have Lana and Clark be childhood sweethearts back in Kansas and she will occasionally show up in Clark's life again when they are adults.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After Clark punches through the Parasite body to get to Ivo we see the body just freeze there kinda like Shin Godzilla at the end of the movie. Btw go watch Shin Godzilla, Shin Ultraman, Shin Kamen Rider, fantastic trio of movies! Shin Ultraman is a better Superman movie than Man of Steel.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
At the end of the ep Amanda Waller takes over Task Force X and name drops Checkmate. The organization first appeared in Action Comics #598 (1988) (cover by John Byrne) where Checkmate is a branch of Task Force X that was founded by Amanda Waller as a government intelligence agency. Like with most spy organization in the DC universe, they are shady AF. In their debut they legit kill a high ranking official from a different country in the name of "American safety".
Thank you for getting this far down in the post. Be sure to check out the other posts to see what other easter eggs and references were in the previous episodes:

I was not expecting Kaiju Parasite but it certainly made for a cool scene with everyone supporting supes. Amanda Waller is a manipulative piece of shit, how dare she free livewire and the rest while blaming Superman and the general (who btw I'm less mad at now because that would drastic responses to trauma but at least he's starting to see reason) and now we know how this timeline Slade got his eye injured (thanks Livewire). Poor Clark even questioning himself despite it being impossible for it to have been him. Now Jimmy knows about the alternate Supermen which I'm sure will once again be totally fine. Another good episode

I liked this recent episode but it really shows the limits of short seasons. Lois’ anger, while understandable, is a bit hollow because she’s known Clark for what a few weeks, has met Superman like once before figuring out the identity. Ultimately it’s easy to see why Clark didn’t want to tell her so quickly. This is the sort of thing having a few “villain of the week” episodes would have done wonders for. Have Lois’ suspicion build, while also allowing Jimmy’s alienation. This was an impactful episode, but it would have been more so had there been a status quo it was shattering.
This isn’t the writer’s fault, they got ten episodes and that makes it a sprint not a marathon. But that means emotional beats can feel a bit rushed. If we had had this episode after a few more episodes of buildup it would have been truly great instead of very good. Hopefully there is some equilibrium established before Lois figures out her dad is involved in the evil science stuff.

There's a recurring pattern of trios in MAWS
The interns (Lois, Clark, Jimmy)
The scoop squad (Cat, Ronnie, Steve)
Intergang (Silver Banshee, Roughhouse, Mist)
Task Force X (Amanda Waller, Slade Wilson, Sam Lane)
It seems like the pattern is:
Ambitious and assertive leader
Reluctant muscle
The hanger-on
There are, of course, strong variations.
Steve comments on being felt left out, but he might arguably fit "muscle" better. On the other hand, Ronnie is clearly Cat's right-hand woman, and while Steve is clowning around, she's the one who actually takes their research.
Slade is quite enthusiastic about his work, but he does chafe against orders if it means restraining his bloodlust. He's a much darker twist on the role. Meanwhile, General Lane starts out as the leader on paper, but Waller is clearly the more ambitious and ruthless one.
I feel like the way each team handles their third wheel is important:
Jimmy gets completely sidelined for a while, but Clark and Lois realize they made a mistake and include him in the future.
Steve is a part of the Scoop Crew, but he always feels left out. His antics are probably an attempt at getting attention.
With Intergang, Mist is the only one who has moral qualms about what they do. Petty crimes are one thing, but this has gone way too far, and his discomfort is growing.
Lane gets demoted and given a suicide mission by Waller. He's just a stepping stone on the road to her ambition, and Slade is an accomplice
I don't have a conclusion here. It's just an observation. I'll leave the conclusions to other people.

Ok, I looked at the My Adventures with Superman intro again and I noticed Siobhan there.
So, I decided to take a screenshot of the villain wall in the opening and take my best guess at the silhouettes (with fan speculation and knowledge from 4 episodes in, as of the time of this post, guiding my way).
What do the rest of you think?
Oh and here's the original screenshot for comparison.

A messy review because I'm too excited right now of My Adventures With Superman EP. 5 You Will Believe a Man Can Lie [spoilers ahead]
Tumblr media
Okay fucker who makes an entire reaction channel just to go "Nah" at everything. Bitch. Leave my boy jimmy alone.
Tumblr media
Oh look more criminals breaking into shit with stolen tech but wait a minute. That isn't fucking red and blue like superman. Naw. Thats fucking orange and black babeyyy
Tumblr media
Hmmm I wonder who's following you hehehe
Tumblr media
OH HELLO THERE. Holy shit. I was scared I was going to hate his suit but I'm actually digging it. The orange is back in full force.
Tumblr media
HELLO SAILOR. (Totally didn't get excited seeing him back I missed his stupid ass.)
Oh shit. Hello Sam hello waller 🤮. Slade what the fuck why are you the govs lap dog man come on. guess the moneys good.
Tumblr media
Ouch. Turns out your not so invincible are ya supes
Tumblr media
SWORD GUN SWORD GUN SWORD GUN (I want a sword gun ): )
Tumblr media
Okay now what in the batman vs superman is this. We know the tech is Kryptonian (probably explains why Slade's swords hurt Clark.) But like. Why does sam hate him so bad WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED.
Anyways blah blah blah Slade slices a bridge (bad Slade) and Sam's like stand down we don't hurt innocent civilians blah blah blah and waller says something about zero day (again what the hell is zero day WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ZERO DAY)
Anyways back to the daily planet where Lois confronts Clark about superman. And how does she prove it. She does what any good self respecting woman would. She throws herself off a fucking building
Tumblr media
Anyways after that a big fight happens and they break up??? Lois is mad Clark kept secrets and Clark was scared Lois would say something. Yikes. Well hopefully that gets fixed soon.
Tumblr media
We end the episode with Jimmy going on his big foot trip all alone. He had planned it with Clark and Lois but well. Steve was right. It's just jimmy. (Still fuck you Steve fuck ur "NAH" channel) Anyways he finds big foot. Or at least some fucking gorilla and gets kidnapped. (CLARK FIX UR SHIT AND GO SAVE MY BOY GOTDAMN)
Welp. That's a shitty wrap of what happened. I throughly enjoyed this episode. We're starting to piece shit together and I love it. I love Slades return and his suit. I can't wait to see how all of this wraps up. (Probably with Slade losing an eye). Also can't wait for Lois to confront her father because oh boy is that gonna be a shit show. Also I need Lois and Clark to get back together this hurts. Alot. Also
SAVE JIMMY DAMNIT YALL PROMISED TO GO WITH HIM AND THEN YA LEFT HIM
#treatjimmybetterdamnit
Also fuck you Tumblr you ruined the quality of my photos

I made a joke once to my brother that MAWS was in the same universe as Telltale Batman and this would be Lois’s reaction to what happened to Vicki in that game:

Or the real Vicki Vale showing up like this:
