These Soca parties all started from a daytime lime during the pandemic in an alley café - one of the only venues available to DJ (and sadly the government shut them down). + The return of carnival to Trinidad and Tobago this year unfortunately saw the cancellation of the long running Soca Monarch competition which takes place on Fantastic Friday.
