A friendly reminder to my chronically ill buddies: READ YOUR RX INSERTS!
I know you’ve been taking that Rx for years but every time you get a new medication or are having weird symptoms please look over your Rx inserts. It’s so easy to forget super vital pieces of information about a medication after you’ve been taking it. Like maybe your new symptoms are on the side effects list. Maybe you shouldn’t be taking that medication with food afterall. Maybe you are supposed to be monitoring certain blood tests regularly.
I know you’ve got a lot going on and brain fog on top of it but no body is going to look out for these things except for you 🫶

Hello! I have a question about mercury retrograde. On the one hand, I hear that you shouldn't make big decisions during it. On the other, it's supposed to be a time when you meditate on things you need to, which could lead you to new answers. So in your opinion, should you follow through on the insights gained during a retrograde?
if it’s something you’ve been thinking about prior, for awhile, then mercury rx can bring the needed clarity and solution/appropriate action during. but if it’s something you’ve just started heavily meditating on during the mercury rx then i would sit on it until after mercury goes direct to see how you’re still thinking/feeling. sometimes we can get too in our heads, lol especially if mercury is in aries like this…don’t wanna ram our heads into something. accountability is a big theme for april and that’s not something you rush, authentic accountability has communication AND changed behavior
