10月レッスンのご案内 ～Halloween drink～

アイシングクッキー教室TK2*です。

10月は魔女やコウモリ、おばけでデコレーションされたハロウィンドリンクのクッキーを制作します。 クッキーは紫色の紅芋クッキーを使います。（レシピをお渡しします）

【レッスンの内容】 ・エンボス模様の転写方法 ・ボトルテクスチャーの仕上げ方 ・ホイップしたクリーム状の作り方 ・コルネを使ったフリル絞り（キャンディーのフリル） ・シュガーパーツの作り方と貼り付け ・筆で仕上げるベースと段差を無くすための処理 ・塗り分け

【クッキーの内容】ドリンク4枚、キャンディー2枚 ・おばけのミルク ・魔女のスムージー ・猫のフラペチーノ　 ・かぼちゃのラテ （全種：タテ約10cm）　 ・フリルのキャンディー

１）ドリンクボトルのベース（エンボス模様の転写） 型押ししたロイヤルアイシングでクッキーをカバーリング

この型押しアイシングは事前作成しています。 ボトル部分に接着した状態でレッスンしますが、型押し転写の方法とクッキーへの接着法はテキストにてお伝えいたします。

２）ドリンク上部の仕上げ方は様々 ホイップさせる、塗り分ける、境目のラインを入れる、これらの仕上げ方を楽しみましょう！

３）おばけやネコなどのシュガーパーツ シュガーパーツを作り置きしておくととても便利！ フラットにアイシングを塗ったクッキーに付けるだけで可愛いクッキーが出来上がります♪ 今回のパーツは、一部を事前に仕上げたものをお持ちいたします。 おばけとピンクのかぼちゃをレッスン内でお作りいただきます。

When your older daughter cannot watch how you work hard, how you are exhausted, how your hands get stiff and are not more able to do things usually so easy. When she simply takes control and ask me to wear because she know how much I do need that. And than she looks at younger one who should be in bed since over hour and is not just because second parent cannot even handle this. So the question she asked make me feel bad because they see how much I offer to improve her needs - Aunty, where was the last time you has day off, evening off or even hour for yourself to relax? I cannot truly remember none of those. - well I did reply instantly- Me either. I am happy to be with you right now. This week was extremely busy and successful, full of commitments, people, work but never let down no one, especially my whole family. Tomorrow is new day, new rise and new hope.
