Alcina's handwriting is probably hard to read :p

I imagine she was taught both Latin and Cyrillic versions of Romanian alphabet. Over the years she kinda started to combine two together. So now her writing looks like a beautiful mash of two alphabetical systems :p

(She did taught daughters only latin one. Even in her time Cyrillic was quite outdated and was more of a family's tradition)

This gives the beautiful idea that Mia can't read Alcina's writing for shit (mainly because she doesn't know the Cyrillic alphabet), or at the very least she can only figure out select bits and pieces of it that are obviously Latin-Romanian. But she'll still just kinda stare at/admire Alcina's writing because it looks pretty.

Which I think could open a door to Alcina helping Mia re-learn how to write cursive (in the Latin Romanian Alphabet. Obviously. She's pretty sure trying to teach Mia how to handwrite (or just in general) Romanian Cyrillic would be too much)

Chapter 1, part one

It was the afternoon and you decided you wanted to take a trip to romania to explore a weird village from one of the articles you had read online. It was almost time for you to go to the airport. A ringing caught your ear, it was your phone.

"Mrs, L/N, I arrived at your house." the voice of the taxi man said,

"Alright, I will see you there then, thanks for calling." You told the taxi. You grabbed your things and case and walked outside to the taxi car and got inside.

"You said you wanted to go to the airport, correct?" The man said, you then looked at him when he spoke before saying,

"Yes, I am, sir." The taxi man nodded and kept driving. It only took half an hour to get to the airport. You signed your flight and hopped on the plane once you got inside. You got to your seat and looked outside as the plane flew, it was quite the view. You felt yourself starting to get sleepy and you closed your eyes ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When the flight attendant announced that we had arrived you grabbed your things from your pocket thing on top of the window and left the plane. As soon as you got off, you were glancing at everything around you already.

"This is a nice country," You said to yourself, it was now morning again because the plane flight took the whole night. You went to stay at a hotel for a little bit. Of course you paid because why wouldn't you? You had breakfast then hung out, you ate lunch then hung out for another 3 hours on your phone or reading a book, and lastly you had dinner. You ordered yourself some chicken Alfredo with garlic bread. It tasted amazing. You called a taxi once again but it was a Romanian taxi.

"Hello?" You said through the phone.

"Bună, îmi pare foarte rău, nu vorbim engleză." thank goodness you know Romanian,

"E în regulă, știu engleză și română așa că înțeleg ce ai spus." You spoke.

"Oh, e bine de auzit! Pot obține numele și prenumele și adresa dvs.?" You gave them the information in Romanian and then the call ended when you had said goodbye. Walking back to the bed, you then turned on the TV and started watching Netflix horror show's until you fell asleep. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It was morning and you started packing your things from the hotel and said goodbye to the cashier's and then went to the taxi that waited for you. You hopped inside and the taxi driver drove. 2 hours later you greeted the taxi goodbye and then grabbed your things and went to explore the mountains. It was pretty cold, so you went inside your bag and put on a jacket with a hoodie under. As you explored, you came across a weird castle that loomed over some type of village. It was beautiful, yet terrifying at the same time. Walking, and walking, you felt like you were being watched. You then turned around and saw at least 5 wolf men (Lycans) running to get you. You grabbed your stuff and ran.

The girlies, like most Europeans, know a number of languages.

They speak Romanian, English, Italian, French and Latin. Alcina is very serious about this, as her daughters’ education is very important to her. It is the one thing she will never budge on; her daughters are going to be well versed in many languages and read different literatures in their respective language.

Of course, she will not limit them to that, if any of her daughters wants to learn an additional language, she can go right ahead and do that because she will always have her mama’s blessings to do so.
