The book is about meditation, Buddhism, the similarity between Buddhist teachings and our history and time. The detailed description of Buddhism kept me intrigued till the end. I loved the language and the concept was so unique. The cover totally suited the book and it was so beautiful. The language was easy to read and understand and I was so happy that the book was not stretched but was on point. This book is a great read for everyone who wants to read about Buddhist Teachings and also not get bored. Overall, the book was a short sweet, and nice read, with a nice writing style a d detailed research. Good enough to read In one sit and totally worth trying at least once.
