uhh anyone else grew up doing well at school but struggles in higher education because you are afraid of asking questions if you didn't get something for the first time and feeling like somehow you instinctively have to know everything or else you'll be seen as dumb???

#like i dont struggle with my grades bc i usually end up asking the questions... it just takes me hours of prep time and a fuckton of anxiety #rn too...... i have a zoom meeting in two hours with my statistics prof so he can explain my correspondance analysis to me #bc i literally never did one before (so it seems valid that i dont know how it works right?) #and im so anxious i could barely fall asleep last night and woke up hours earlier than i was supposed to #like damn the school system really is designed to fuck everyone up #and even being a good student and conforming to their expectations wont save you from that #my posts #im tired and stressed tf out help #please dont reblog
