A little late but happy Star-Wars day (May the 4th be with you / revenge of the 5th)
I started the drawing on May the 4th but it took me while to get past the line art stage. Then life happened and I was hesitant to re-attempt it.
Anyway I over came my art block and here it is hope your like!!!

Super belated May the Fourth art, this year is a little painting from Empire Strikes Back. I'm thinking it might be nice to paint Luke on the opposite page, I just haven't thought enough about how to do it. Overall, I realised how much I miss drawing star wars and what an influence it has on me visually...
My dark pink gouache tube Exploded during the making of this painting, I salvaged as much as I could in a pill bottle ;;

Visions' season 2 was breathtaking, especially "Journey to the Dark Head," "The Spy Dancer," and "Aau's Song." It's amazing how the studios involved in the making of these shorts were able to create such mesmerizing stories.
