i sometimes get very sad when i remember that dream said that his brother was badly hurt and was constantly passing out during the making of twwth and we didnt even have a suspicion that something was That wrong until he talked about it in interviews about invincible (like u) It was probably around the time when everyone was pounding him to finish up the dsmp too ToT

The thing with Dream is that he does not like to talk about bad shit happening to him, especially in regards to anything not content related. The little scraps we have picked up show that he has struggled a lot throughout his life with all sorts of things, but he never really goes into detail about any of it, and usually only lets things slip if he's joking about it. He's just like "oh yeah my dad hit me until I was bigger than him haha" "oh yeah my brother had to sleep on my floor for a while to make sure I didn't do anything stupid and so that's a great lyric I think!" "oh yeah I was coughing up blood and writing my will in a notes app as my mother rushed me to the hospital because I thought I was going to die lololol" and all sorts of other shit that I won't even go into. Which is interesting to me for two reasons, the first being that if he was maliciously attempting to foster deep parasocialism, he would talk about his pain more. The other is that, every time he has chosen to be vulnerable or been forced to be vulnerable, he gets laughed at by the internet at large (Mask, his ex gf/DV experiences, any time he shows emotion).  Ahhhh my poor dog.

I thought Gwen’s Peter was trans, and that that “Protect Trans Kids” poster was a reminder of the one she couldn’t protect. Like the Lizard formula was one to literally change your body, and that was a girl Lizard Peter turned into it looked like (I’m kind of a lizard fanatic), and it was prom. To say it went wrong? Peter wanted to be “like you”, i.e. Spider-Woman, best friend Gwen, Gwen was waiting for Peter at the prom, and the plan was to then come out transformed as the fabulous Parker Peters?

yknow this is actually a really cool hc!! it could even explain officer stacy having the trans flag on his uniform, as a way to remember Peter! ik a lot of people hc gwen as trans due to her whole color scheme being close to the trans flag but tbh this is an interesting observation :D

especially the thing about the kind of lizard peter turned into! I don't think the animators would do something like that on accident (in fact it was most likely very intentional). though, I'd be inclined to say that Peter was already out as trans and was ftm. so gwen and her dad already knew he was trans (hence the flags to remember peter by). and it would also explain the biological presentation of the lizard he turned into

Ratchet never expected to see the end of the war, much less with a new used set of working hands and a loving conjunx, so after his bonding with Drift during their cross-galaxy road trip in MTMTE, he truly feels refreshed in a way that he's never felt before. He sleeps easier with Drift's weight beside him, his frame and tanks feel better for all of Drift's reminders to fuel regularly, and he feels more rested and less stressed in retirement, with trusted younger medics to take on the burden of being CMO; he's the happiest he's ever been and ever thought he could be.

He doesn't believe in miracles or blessings from some higher power, but he does find himself cherishing every single cycle he's able to spend with Drift, up until the very end.

This is so fucking condescending from someone who can't acknowledge her son's fuck up or her own. The fact there is no apology from her for bringing this online is ridiculous. Also who would willingly call themselves a middle aged messy bitch? You're supposed to grow out of that not being proud of it.

I really hope we can clear all there dumb fucking petty grievances and then they never darken Dreams door again. Like please, just let him play Minecraft.

That was the thing that pissed me off the most about her most recent tweet. It's so condenscending, and shows that she doesn't think she did anything wrong. And she did. She should not have been bringing up 8 month old messages for the public to giggle at, if she had a problem with what was said then she should have responded to the DM. And to turn around and be all "teehee, I spilled too much tea oops!" is so insufferable. You are a GROWN ass woman acting like a highschooler. And then to top it off, it's not as if we aren't well aware of the surrounding context of why Dream was dming her. Tommy made his fuckass video demeaning dream and making him out to be a crybaby over the worst doxing of fans and his family that he had ever seen. I'll repeat that: the worst mass doxing that DREAM WAS TAKEN had ever seen. Dream is Mr. Doxxed. That happened, Dream got upset and liked and unliked a sassy tweet, and his fans (many of whom WERE DOXED in the situation Tommy was making light of) called Tommy out. And THEN, Sarah Simons decided to step into the ring to tell everyone that it was just a joke, an also that she knows what abelism is and that Tommy's (abelist) representation of Dream was perfectly okay. Because she works with kids who have ADHD. So she knows better than us.  Like, good god. This whole thing unironically triggered me because I apparently still have a trigger from my childhood of grown adults acting like children but then leveraging their age over people younger than them to say that they are more knowledgable and mature and play the victim.
