Is it a karen personality if they started to poke you hard in the head with their finger in rage, when you didn't mean to hit their table with a beverage in a jug (accidentally hooked on a back pack) they're selling which is placed at a narrow side walk, but actually saved it from spilling and falling and apologised for it in a calm and polite way? Asking for a friend.
I’m not even sure what I’m meaning to write here. I doubt anyone will even see this. I really don’t know how tumblr works, even tho I’ve been using it for years now. I’ve always been the reblogging and lurking type. I wasn’t here during Tumblr’s heyday, so I sort of feel like maybe I missed my opportunity. But writing is my passion. I would love to eventually have a career that uses my creativity.
I don’t know if I’m alone in this, but I’m fascinated by how normal people blowup on social media everyday and how their lives just completely change. I don’t think I could ever be an influencer (I’ll admit I’m way too easily influenced) but I would be lying if I said becoming a youtuber hasn’t been tempting me over the years. I really don’t think I have the right presence for a camera. But then again, is there really a “right” presence? It’s interesting to think about how I’ve made YouTube videos and blog posts over the years but never took either completely seriously. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just something everyone goes through? I truly admire people who have a lot of ambition and a strong sense of what they want and are capable of. I know I’m sort of rambling at this point. This isn’t even really a letter to tumblr or its users. I just needed someone to direct this post to so it doesn’t feel like I’m talking into an empty void. But maybe that’s what social media is.
If you read this, I apologize. But also, thank you. I hope you’re doing ok. It’s tough out there.
Soo i read this thing a long time ago and i feel the need to bring it back:
AWARD SHOWS FOR BOOKS
Not just, oh you wrote a great book, here's a pulitzer prize- NO
WE. NEED. AWARD. SHOWS. FOR. FICTIONAL. CHARACTERS.
and its about damn time that we learn that no one else is gon do this for us. WE. GOTTA. DO. THIS. OURSELVES.
Come on, a lotta you must be in a lotta fandoms, you can DO THIS.
No specific judges, start with creating your own lists of best fictional character(female), best fictional character(male), best supporting character etc etc. of the books/movies youve seen/read
COME ON YALL WE CAN DO THIS
This is like, about random number generators. I thought it would be cool if you could click a link and it would randomly send you to literally any blog hosted on tumblr. Such a thing doesn’t seem to exist. But... You can randomly find a tumblr blog by using a RNG and the @ function. Open a RNG and randomly select a number between 1 and 26. For example, 20. Then type @ followed by the corresponding letter. So in this case @s
Then a list of options will come up, add another corresponding letter randomly generated. For example, 23. The @ will have now been narrowed down.
then randomly select one of the possible blogs from the options visible. @sw-griffona was what I ended up with. This can be done to further stages of ‘randomness’, and it’s slightly fabulous.
Here are ten more real blogs randomly generated in this manner:
Ok, so quick plead of help here? Is there a way to block a tag? I'm getting into WTNV, but I'm only like episode 91 and don't want any more spoiled, so any way to stop it?
