How I learned I was gay and trans✨

The freaking butterflies said "Yep you're not a straight bestie-"

It happened during vacation years ago, we went to a butterfly sanctuary and there was this option to go inside a part of said sanctuary to have butterflies come near you harmlessly.

Your hands get sprayed with something sweet and you hold it out for them to land on. My family got a lot of butterflies to do so-

They sprayed my hands three more times and no- not a single one landed on my hands.

And apparently according to the staff that assisted us, it means "One may not be their true self." and something alluding to one not being straight? (I forgot what they said- but that's the thought!)

It remained on my mind for a while until mom said to forget about it.

A year and a few months later after that I suddenly remember and ended up learning

Oh, I'm gay.

fast forward another 2 years- it went back to tell me, lmao you're not cisgender bestie.

And that fellow tumblerians, is how I learned that I am trans and gay ✨
