"It's one of these days, i say to myself.
it's one of these days when you can hardly take a shower or do the dishes.
When you wake up every morning saying: REALLY? I'm going to do this AGAIN? and then force yourself to go to work.
When your responsibilities start looking like a monster who wants to swallow you up and all you do is keep running.
it's one of these days, i say to myself.
But hey, it'll pass. I know it will. We can do this."

"No matter what happens, never stop believing in yourself. That you ARE good enough. But also, that you can be better, do better. You're not the same person you were a week ago, a month ago, or a year ago. You're constantly changing because you're a work in progress darling. So don't let yesterday's mistakes, or downfalls, make you bitter. Or make you think that you're a bad person or that you don't deserve to be happy. Try to be kind to yourself and everyone else. And always look beyond the present circumstances, you have so much to look forward to. Keep a positive vision that things are going to work out eventually despite it all. You're doing your best and I'm so proud of you." -Rahma Djebbari #biggerandbettetthings #past #movingforward #watchthisspace #tasmania #ootd #beautiful #photography (at Dove Lake) https://www.instagram.com/p/CUa8C8wBbxs9L1VWOPVY5o4W3zhGRY2NIhp8C40/?utm_medium=tumblr

If you've ever been called weak or a coward, that you were never as strong as you claim to be, I'm here to tell you one thing: I'm so proud of you.
I see how you keep pushing yourself to get out of bed each day, how you force yourself to eat in order to stay alive with that bite or two.
I see how positive you try to be. How you draw that weak beautiful smile on your face each day just to avoid worrying your fam and loved ones.
How you work in different jobs just to provide for yourself and family.
How you cry each night in bed staring at the ceiling hoping to get enough strength to face another day, to face the bullies, and whoever makes you doubt yourself.
How you faced your traumas, the nightmares each night, the fear of getting close to the others.. Despite the pain and agony, despite it all, just to become a better version of yourself.
For those who are doing their best to stay alive and survive, I'm here to tell you that you're not cowards. You're not weak. You are survivors. Even though you pass through moments of vulnerabilities, you are strong and I'm proud of you."

"Shout out to those who feel empty. To those who force themselves to wash and eat.
Shout out to those who feel tired and sad and can't say a word to anyone because nothing comes out.
shout out to those who hide all the pain and heart break just not to bother anyone and keep a lovely tired smile on their faces all the time.
Shout out to those who want to yell and scream and cry their eyes balls out but they try to keep calm not to lose their shit.
Shout out to the fighters, the survivors, those who keep trying every single day even though they may give up along the way but manage to get up again.
Shout out to all of you here and everyone out there doing all they can do just to push through.
You're doing your best and I'm proud of you." __ Rahma Djebbari

"This is your reminder to take it easy. Despite all the things you're going through, all the things happening in the world, give yourself some pep talk, say some kind things to yourself, take some rest if needed.
You're already doing your best. I'm proud of you "

"How can we break ties with our past without breaking ourselves in the process?
And howcome we get so attached to the things that hurt us most?
Is there a chance to make things alright again? a chance to feel whole again?"

"It's YOUR life. Live it the way YOU want. Stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and focus a little more on yourself.
You deserve all the joy out there. Whether sharing moments with your loved ones, going on a date with yourself or even staying at home cooking your favorite meal or doing some cleaning while listening to random music on Spotify.
You deserve to live according to your own rules after fighting all those tiring battles, wiping your own tears and patting yourself on the back when no one was there for you.
You deserve to live happily. Own it."

"Sometimes just existing can be our great accomplishment.
Sometimes it's okay to turn away from the world and turn inward to OUR world, to ourselves.
It's okay to just be. Enjoy it."

Everybody's talking about meeting that RIGHT person who's willing to kiss your wounds and make them bloom. It's such a beautiful thing but what about the rest of us? those who didn't really fail in relationships but they're not quite fit into that concept yet. Those who tried desperately to find a mate they even tried many dating ups, meetings different versions of people only to end up alone again.
Those people and many like them, us..WE can kiss our own scars. We can learn to love this process of living our lives alone until someone shows up. If not, it's not the end of the world.
Love is such a beautiful thing. Happiness is amazing. But it doesn't have to be ours.
We can give and recieve love from our pets, our friends and family.. Anything that can truly contribute to our lives.
Never give. We're always learning from this life.
Let's learn to accept ourselves for who we are, love the person you see each day in the mirror. Be kind them that person. Be proud of him/her."

“ I know life's challenges aren't easy. And sometimes we carry the burden of the whole world on our shoulders, we keep pushing everyday just to end up out of that long dark tunnel.
I know how lonely it must've been for you, I know how exhaustion tried to win you over just for you to give up.
I know that sometimes all you ever wanted was a kind word.. Or a hand to hold.
I know that you wanted someone to tell you that what you're going through won't last forever and you'll get yourself out of it..
I know that you lived some really harsh and unbearable moments all by yourself and I know that all you gave the world was a smile.
I know what you're going through and I won't promise you sunshine and rainbows..
I promise you one thing, no matter how your journey ends, you'll feel proud because you never gave up.
If there's one thing I willingly ask from you is to be kind to yourself in the middle of life's mess.
I know pain and heartache change people. But how you change.. It's all up to you.
Never give up on your fight even if you lose a battle. Chin up and carry on.
You've got this.”

"Staying strong for too long makes people think that you no longer need help.
But sometimes.. All you need is just a break.
Saying hey.. I've been strong for so long. Right now I don't feel like talking to people.
Right now I want to cry myself to sleep.
Right now I want the fire that's burning inside of my chest to cool down.
I know I'm strong and I will carry on fighting but please try to understand that being strong isn't that easy and the only help I need is for you to understand what I'm going through.
( Even though you want to shut yourself down from everyone and everything, please be kind to yourself. And always remember that it isn't a weakness to have a tired heart. It isn't a weakness to burst into tears.. Whether it was late at night when people are sleeping or during the day when you try your best to hide all that hurt and take continuous deep breaths just to hold the tears from flowing all over your face.)
Dear self, you get tired too, from holding on for so long.
You deserve a break. But always remember how brave you are. I'll be kind to you but please don't let me down."

"Just like plants, we bloom in a suitable environment; We bloom at different rates.
It is a journey within ourselves. The process may not always be beautiful but the result will definitely be worth it.
Try to focus on how to grow mentally and psychologically and be the best version of yourself.
To to get rid of any toxicity in your life. Whether unfollowing certain pages that put you in a dark mood, or people who bring you down and add no meaning whatsoever to your life.
Growing should be a life goal, my love. Never give up on yourself.
I'm rooting for you."
