TANJIROU You were hanging your newly washed sheets when Tanjirou surprised you with a back hug. You were both giggling as he peppered kisses on your cheek. He squeezed you tight which had the both of you stumbling on the grass.

You ended up falling on top of him as you laughed and giggled like school kids.

Tanjirou sat up and held you in his arms, so you were seated on his lap. His arms tightened around your waist.

"Welcome home, love." You greeted.

"Yes, I'm so glad to be home." He snuggled against you, a smile forming on his face as he nuzzled his nose on the crook of your neck, breathing in the comfort and warmth of your presence, of his home.

INOSUKE He was getting bored with you minding your own business not paying him the attention due to him. He kept groaning and grunting but it didn't seem to have any effect.

"Hey woman!" Inosuke finally called out straight. "Know your place." He demanded and you came back at him with a questioning look.

He caught you by surprise and pulled you by the wrist. Inosuke never failed to take you aback all the time. Now, your heart raced fast as you were met by his handsome face and his sturdy built caged you protectively. "Here is what I mean."

ZENITSU "Y/N-chan! Look what I got you! When I passed by them I immediately remembered you." He cheerfully announced as soon as he arrived home, however you were gloomily looking at the window.

Zenitsu gulped hard. Have you already woken up and decided that he's no match for someone as wonderful as you are.

"What's this? Why is my Y/N-chan sad?" He asked, hugging you

"Oh, Zenitsu-kun. You're finally here. Don't worry...I guess it's just the weather." You answered but he noticed that you're just lightening things up.

He sat the both of you down, positioning you on his lap. Reflexively, you rested your head against his chest. There, you heard him humming your favorite song in a sweet melody only he could do. There's no way Agatsuma Zenitsu was undeserving of you.

KYOJURO The smile on his face was merely just facade by now. Kyojuro just arrived home after a tiring day and you're just...there doing chores not paying him any attention.

It's not that Rengoku Kyojuro was a clingy boi. Oh no, in fact, he yeah he could be. This noble man had a tendency to enjoy your presence a little too much, because if it's Kyojuro time, it means it's Kyojuro time.

He told you the recent adventure he just had but you were just humming in response. That's why when you passed by to sweep the floor on the very area where he was positioned, he grabbed you by the waist with one arm, sitting you on his lap.

"Kyo! What're you doing? I'm cleaning."

He laughed and held you more firmly. "How about you go back to doing that after I have you all by myself?"

You playfully swatted him and he just chuckled. He ended up winning though.

GIYUU You were both quietly seated at the engawa watching the day turn into night. Your face was highlighted by the 6 o'clock shadow, a mixture of pink, purple and orange danced well with your features and Giyuu couldn't help but marvel at how lovely you were.

He just couldn't simply believe that you were his. Somehow, he felt like he needed proof, a tangible proof that you were not just a mere bubble that could burst into thin air anytime.

Without saying a word, he wrapped an arm around the middle of your frame and pulled you close to him. "Giyuu-" you yelped as he seated you on his lap, cradling you so warmly in his arms like a precious baby. His precious one he wanted to protect with all his life. His forehead touched yours as his eyes closed just nuzzling your nose against his. "Let's stay like this, Y/N." Forever.

SANEMI Nobody could paint how livid he was. What the hell was this? Today was supposed to be a good day for the both of you but you ended up bickering over a very small and petty thing. Now, you're threatening him that you'd rather spend the day with your friends.

"I hope you enjoy yourself here. I'm out, Nemi."

Are you kidding him? Sharply, he grasped your wrist and pulled you to his lap. You were surprised to be face to face with him like this. So close. You could feel his breathing against your face.

"Geez," he let out, avoiding your gaze. "I didn't mean what I said. Okay?" His cheeks were all red and he mumbled with a pouty face, "Just stay here with me and let me make it up to you." You could totally feel him melting from embarrassment.

WAKING YOU UP IN THE MORNING —» scenarios —» ft. tanjirou, inosuke, zenitsu, kyojuro, giyuu

»— TANJIROU

You felt a soft brush against your forehead subtly tickling you but giving you comfort at the same time. “Good morning, Y/N.”

Opening up your eyes, you saw his gentle smile, which made you want to stay even longer. You nuzzled further at his side, which made him laugh a little. Knowing Tanjirou, he let you sleep a little bit more, because he spoiled you rotten.

»— INOSUKE

Instead of gentle and warm touch, you were awaken by a savory scent and it’s one you can’t ignore. Inosuke surely lured you in with delicious breakfast just to wake you up. As you woke up, you were welcomed with a breakfast in bed. Your mouth immediately watered as you saw your favorites right in front of you.

“As your Lord, it’s my responsibility to feed you. Now, go eat.”

Of course you did, with just a beat! And seeing you smile at him like he completed your day first thing in the morning def made Lord Inosuke proud.

»— ZENITSU

“Y/N-chan,” he whispered while lightly nudging your cheek with his index finger. Zenitsu leaned in close to your ear and called again, “Y/N-chan” He chuckled. "You must be dreaming of me, Y/N-chan. You’re smiling so beautifully in your sleep.” Moving slightly away from you, he squealed internally, musing about what kind of dream you’re having of him. Because of that, he ended up sleeping with you as well.

»—KYOJURO

As if sensing that Kyojuro’s already awake, you slightly opened your eyes and saw his bright smile beaming at you like sunrise. Truly, he was like a sun that you almost covered your eyes.

How long had he been watching you sleep?

"Rise and shine!” He announced with so much vibrance, but you just hid your head on his chest. You heard him chuckle as he held you a little bit longer. Perhaps, a few more minutes wouldn’t matter.

»—GIYUU

The back of his index finger was lightly brushing the outline of your face as he watched you sleep. Giyuu had been having a hard time waking you up since he was so fixated in observing how peaceful you look sleeping like this. Most of the time, he’d fight the urge to stare at you as much as he wanted too because he’d get shy, but right now he had the unlimited opportunity to do so. Remembering that there was still another perk whenever you’re asleep, he leaned forward and successfully snuck few kisses on your lips. He unintentionally woke you up when he accidentally made the last one a peck.

You shot your eyes open surprised to find him hovering you and realizing that he was actually kissing while you were sleeping.

“I-I, uh,” Bashfully, he turned away and and stood up. “Good morning.”

FIRST TIME INITIATING A HAND HOLD w/ KNY BOYS

TANJIROU

He always held your hand that it’s almost instinctive for him to do so. However, you noticed that it was always him to be the first one and now you mustered the courage to initiate. You held his hand, not facing him because you’re just plain embarrassed. He immediately jumped on his skin as his cheeks turned crimson. Is this even true? Y/N- Y/N is holding my hand? He gulped hard and slowly turned his head to your direction and noticed the same tint of red on your face. Gosh! He was just super happy and his head was full of ramblings he’s too all over the place to say.

ZENITSU

You were still blushing when you first held his hand- “Y-Y/N-chan? Are you okay? Is there anything that’s bothering you?” “U-Uh, I-…That’s- I just want to hold your hand, Zenitsu-kun.” He immediately combusted. “What!? Y/N-chan- You! You wanna hold my hand?! Oh no! Please just hold it! Hold it for as long as you want it’s all yours!”

INOSUKE

When you slid your hand into his, he just looked at your linked hands. “Wha-What’s this?” You blushed. “I…I just want to hold your hand.” “Huh?” He was just baffled for a while until he got that knotty and fluffy feeling churning in his stomach. He didn’t know why it made him feel that way but he surely knew that he wanted that kind of feeling so you felt him squeeze your hand a little tighter as a bright grin etched on his face.

KYOJURO

This man and all the feels. It never fades with him that’s why you found it too overwhelming to even initiate hand hold, but this time, you found the courage and do so. His eyes widened for a brief moment until he gave out that low chuckle. Damn. Though you badly wanted to check his reaction, you were too shy to look at him. However, your curiosity were soon replaced with a giddy feeling when his thumb started rubbing the back of your hand.

GIYUU

You never held hands. Clearly, he had no idea whatsoever. But you wanted to. You wanted to hold his hand like normal couples do so badly. The moment that the back of your hands touched, your breath hitched. Opportunity! With your cheeks flushed, you slid your hand into his. You were so scared that he might question you, but he didn’t. Instead, he laced your fingers together, a faint smile on his face as you both walked in silence.

SANEMI

The way he held your hand was as if it was his duty or something. It was always firm as if not wanting you to get away, but somehow you wanted to be the first one to do so. That’s why while you were walking side by side, you beat him to reaching for your hand and held his instead. His face flushed but he covered it with a very constipated expression. You wondered how he felt about that or if he even noticed at all. However, it didn’t take you long enough to know when he brought your joined hands right through his chest just so he could get you close.

𖧵 my kny boys♡ 𖧵 angst? huhuhu 𖧵 It's angst week folks? My comeback is a slight angst...I'm still testing the waters huhuhu

TANJIROU It was all his fault. He wasn't fast enough to cover you with his body and now you're gravely injured and bleeding. "Y/N! Y/N! No, no! Please, no!" Tears fell from his eyes as he carried you screaming for whatever help he can get. He had faith in you. You could endure this! We made a promise with each other, right? You're going through all this 'til the end. He swore that he'd make you smile everyday with your life. Just be safe, please.

ZENITSU As his eyes opened, he noticed that you were laying on the pool of blood. Your blood. "Y/N-chan?" He couldn't believe what he's seeing. This is impossible! "Y/N-chan! Pease tell me...You're awake, right? You're gonna be alright?" He was crying when he picked you up, swallowing on the percentage of you surviving the attack you received. "Please, Y/N-chan! I'm just here. I love you. Don't give up."

INOSUKE "Hey, Y/N! Y/N!" You're still not waking up. He appeared angry but he's just totally frustrated. "Hey don't pull this joke on me! You"re stronger than this. Wake up, Y/N!" For the very few times, he got your name this time around. "Don't leave me like this, Y/N! You said we're going to eat barbecue this weekend." He carried you on his back. "If you wake up, I'm gonna let you have more than half. You're gonna wake up, okay? I'm telling you so!" He was telling that with all vigor but his eyes were welling up uncontrollably with the little chance you've had left.

KYOJURO "Help is here, Y/N. It'll be alright." He still beamed you that sunny smile though you could hardly open your eyes. He's not letting go of your hand as you were being carried by the kakushi. "I'm just right here, so just stay strong okay?" He swallowed his fear. He knew this kind of injury was fatal and only few could survive and it hurt him so much that it had to be you. "I'll take you on a date and we'll eat in that restaurant you want to try. We'll watch the leaves fall this coming autumn and- and I'll give you your favorite flowers. So just hold on, okay?" There's gentleness in his voice that hid the budding ache he had in his heart.

GIYUU Too late. He was too late. When he arrived, you were already unconscious. Just how useless could he be. "Y/N," he approached you yet you were not responding. He carried you on his back. Your faint breathing giving him the least assurance of the what chances you have to be alive. Why did this happen to you? It should be him. It should be him in this situation. He was running fast and so were his tears down his eyes. Useless. He's useless. He always failed in protecting the ones he loved the most and now he had also failed you.

SANEMI "Idiot, why did you have to do that?" He growled holding your hand against his face. "Don't you ever think of holding your breath!" He hissed. He already did everything he could to stop your bleeding, but it was of no avail. He already called for help and was advised to stay there. "God damn it! Can they be any faster? Shit, Y/N! Don't you ever close your eyes on me!" He's sworn you won't see him cry but his tears were so close from falling right now. He couldn't afford to lose you. He couldn't afford to lose anymore. He won't forgive himself if he failed to protect you.

KNY BOYS GETTING JEALOUS —» headcanons —» ft. tanjirou, inosuke, zenitsu, kyojuro, giyuu, sanemi

»—TANJIROU

It may come off that Tanjirou is a very understanding guy who’s beyond jealousy or at least he doesn’t show that he is. He doesn’t mind you being friends with other people or them being so close to you what he’s jealous of if someone’s doing the job of taking care of you. Like that one time you were feeling dizzy and this random person checked up on your temp, by lacing his hand on your forehead. Tanjirou’s hand immediately flew over that person’s wrist and removed his/her hand on you. He’s still nice tho telling that person, “I know you’re concerned about, Y/N, but I think I can check up on her myself. Thank you.” Pouted a lot that day though and when you asked him if he got jealous, he struggled lying and ended up admitting. Shower him with cuddles please.

»—INOSUKE

If you’re his, you’re his. It’s Inosuke we’re talking about in here. He can sense it whenever someone is acting overtly close to you more than they should. One time, someone who admired you approached you and asked how he/she could keep in touch with you. Inosuke quickly jumped in between asking the person wat did he think he’s doing, “Y/N already belongs to me! Unless you want a match!” That definitely kept the person away.

»—ZENITSU

This guy’s definitely a jealous one. Have you seen how he reacted with Sanemi? He’ll have no qualms acting upon his jealousy it’s probably a regular part of his trait that’s no longer shocking anymore. However, when it’s your cat we’re talking about he just feels so powerless. You just adored the fur baby so much and he likes seeing that smile on you that’s why he’s content watching you from afar as you coddled your cat petting the little one with so much adoration. Plus, everytime he tried to join you kitty will hiss at him uwu...He can’t even get rid of the little one bc it’s too cute and it reminded him of himself, homeless and stary. You noticed that he’s been feeling so melancholic lately that’s why you let him enter your room while you cat was sleeping. Zenitsu immediately jumped and laid his head over your lap. He hugged your waist and wept in quiet. “I really thought you don’t love me anymore.” uwuwuwuwu After receiving power-up cuddles from you, he made it his mission to get your cat’s affection. Wishing him all the best!

»—KYOJURO

He may seem like the non-jealous type, but he is. He’s just passive aggressive about it and most likely knows how to use his charm to win the situation over. If you’re going to focus closely, he’s been cockblocking everyone who tried to flirt with you. Someone said you’re beautiful, Kyojuro came into the picture and said, “I know, right? My Y/N is so beautiful.” Bright smile and chuckles. Someone gave you flowers, he took it instead before handing it over to you, “Thank you for giving my love those wonderful flowers. Aren’t they beautiful, love?” while putting an arm around you still wearing that infectious bright smile and energy you wouldn’t even know if he’s being sarcastic already.

»—GIYUU

Torn between getting jealous or not. You’ll notice him to be more introspective yet inquisitive. His line of questioning is so detective-like: “Who are those from?” / “How long have you been close?” / “Why was she/he looking at you like that?” / “You seem to have quite an understanding” / “Is he/she married?” / Shouldn’t he/she go home already? I’m goddamn jealous wth is this?! At the end of the day, he rested his chin on your shoulder from behind and wrapped his arms around you. “Do you still love me?” He asked. “Yes, I do and will always do,” you answered. He tightened his embrace and squeezed in further to you, “Don’t leave me, okay?”

»—SANEMI

Not really the jealous type. You can hang out with people and he won’t budge but if he noticed that someone is taking his Y/N-time and you keep blabbering about that someone even when you’re together, beware and be prepared. “What is this? Someone this someone that again?” You’ll notice him get pissed. However, when that person makes a move on you in front him. He’ll pull you close to him and will give that person the deadliest death glare like he’s gonna rip that person apart with just his arms, oh no. He’ll hold your hand so people will know you’re taken and when you get home, he’ll make sure you’ll remember no other man but him ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

“I’m home, dear!” He happily announced and was already about to approach you when he smelled something very delicious. A smile appeared on his face yet he suddenly blushed profusely. He’s sensing something more.

D-Did Y/N- And when he sensed that you were coming closer to greet him, he straightened his back and tried to appear as calm as possible though he was excited and nervous at the same time.

“Welcome home!” You greeted. Your eyes were glued on the floor as you fiddled with your fingers. “Do you perhaps...”

Tanjirou gulped. He was trying his best to keep his composure but you looked so cute and he missed you so much that he lose it.

“I-I’ll have whatever you want, Y/N!” He blurted out and scrambled. “Just tell me! If you want, you can have it all. Dinner, bath and me!”

»— ZENITSU

“Y/N-chaaan~” Zenitsu chirped and the moment you heard him you immediately shot up and went after to greet him.

“Zenitsu-kun, w-welcome home, uh...Are you tired?” However, you couldn’t deny that you were kind of nervous as hell. You stopped for a while and squirmed in your place while blushing. “Perhaps...would you like-”

“I’ll have you, Y/N-chan! There’s no need to ask!” Zenitsu already engulfed you in an embrace. You felt a warm blush across your cheeks as he showered you with kisses. “I just miss you so much! It’s been so long and all I can think of is you!”

»— INOSUKE

“This is the best!” He said in between of chewing his food. You just watched him in awe slightly touched that he loved what you cooked though he didn’t entirely understand your offer.

You should’ve known that Inosuke would choose food over you. You sighed, however you were surprised when he directed a spoonful of meal into your mouth.

“Eat. Go eat. What’re you even thinking about?” He slightly reprimanded you.

You pouted a little and murmured. “I just can’t believe that you’ll choose food over me.”

“Ha?” He reacted and stared at you for a while, until he sighed and gave out a knowing grin. “Just as I’ve thought...you’re in heat.”

“iNosUKE?!”

»— KYOJURO

“Welcome home, love.” You asked hiding away your nervousness as you helped him take off his haori. “Would you like to have dinner, a bath or...me?

He laughed. “Of course, I’ll have- What?” He paused realizing the entirety of what you said. He blinked at you his bright smile not faltering despite the confusion. “”Me?’ Did you just say ‘me’?”

Clutching his haori into your arms, you nodded your head ‘yes’ while avoiding his gaze.

Seeing your embarrassed face, he finally got the gist of what you’re talking about. His eyes widened momentarily until he blushed too. He chuckled trying hard to hide his half-excitement and half-nervousness.

“Oh, silly me.” Kyojuro walked towards you and tucked few strands of your hair to your ear as he drew you closer. “Well, it has been so long. I can’t help it. I guess I have to take you first!”

Your face got even redder making you hide on his chest. He laughed as put his arms around you.

»— GIYUU

It had been quite a while since you’ve last seen each other and Giyuu instantly greeted you with a hug as soon as you welcomed him home. His embrace truly made you feel warmer.

You pulled away and helped him take off his haori and black top uniform. Taking a deep breath, you mustered the courage to pop up the question.

“Would you like some dinner?” You asked taking your time since you were embarrassed. Giyuu, on the other hand, just blinked at your question. You added. “A bath? Or-”

“Yes, I think a bath would be nice.” He flatly answered walking past you and heading out to your bath area.

You couldn’t believe it! He didn’t even let you finish. Well, it’s your fault since you kept on stalling, but you doubted he’d even understand what you meant which was awfully more embarrassing.

He stopped at the bathroom door then he shifted his gaze at you while unbuttoning his white shirt. “Why’re you standing there?”

“I-”

“Aren’t you going to join me?”

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

»— SANEMI

“Would you...” You started and swallowed thickly. Anxiously, you asked him in one full sentence. “Would you like to have dinner bath or me?”

“Ha?” Sanemi asked twice making sure he heard you right, because he couldn’t believe it.

“D-Dinner, bath or me?”

TANJIROU immediately panicked when he learned that you're having your period. He knelt beside your futon and smoothed his hand on your forehead. "Y/N, are you feeling a lot better now?" You shook your head 'no', which made him knit his brows together. "Tell me, darling what should I get you? Sh-Should I buy you pads? Should I call the-" He paused as you held his hand. "I got everything that I need." You assured him as he gave you a sweet smile, crawled by your side and and cradled you in a hug. "I'm just right here okay? Please tell me if you need anything."

ZENITSU never left your side when he saw you struggling with your period. "Oh, it's painful? I-I better go get some pain reliever!" However, you pulled him back in instead. "Just stay, please." He pouted and went back beside you. "Okay, alright. I'll just stay so don't worry okay please, Y/N-chan." Gently patting the side of your thigh, he hummed a sweet melody making you feel better and lulling you to a comfortable nap.

INOSUKE was totally clueless about what's happening to you. He's wondering how were you feeling when you're twisting and turning with an evident ache on your face. "Hey, are you sure you don't want me to pick anything up? Are you sure you don't want me to buy one of those thingies?" You shook your head and he scooted beside you and lovingly rubbed soothing circles on your stomach where it hurt laying beside you, holding you in place and cuddling.

KYOJURO took in your pained expression and worriedly chimed, "It's the time if the month again. You sure don't want to take something for that?" You nodded your head and he acknowledged. He shifted you so you're resting your head on his chest leaning his on top. Gently caressing your head, he also held your other hand firmly. He stayed with you in calmness just like that, feeling the comfort in the way your breathings synchronized each other, while he placed soft kisses in your head from time to time to make sure you're feeling all the comfort he could give.

GIYUU's very first time to see you having cramps he literally didn't know what to do that he had to call a friend. He appeared so lost and all, but now's a different time. Kneeling beside you, he placed a warming pad on your stomach. Your eyes shot open at his action. You never thought he'd do that, but it was so comforting that you curled in a ball. "Is the temperature nice for you?" You nodded your head and he added, "I also bought you your favorite food for dinner. Oh, I also get you snacks, wai-" but you stopped him and tugged on his sleeve. He turned to you, "You want me to stay?" You nodded again and he laid beside you brushing your hair with his fingers because he knew how much you loved it.

SANEMI lightly shook your shoulders and you opened your eyes with him in sight. "Here, eat." You rubbed your eyes and saw your favorite food. "You have to eat so you could take your medicine." "I'm okay." You asserted and he ticked his jaw. "Come on now. Don't be stubborn. I cooked all this for you." Your eyes widened while he blushed. He got the bowl in his hand and directed the spoon towards your mouth. "Eat." You equally blushed in return and protested, "I-It's okay. I can do that myself, Nemi." He huffed and turned his face away still insisting the spoonful to your mouth. "Just eat." There's something about the pout on his face that made you wanna take advantage of this rare moment.

"Y/N are you...can you still eat?" He asked and you just kept on slurping and gave him a blank look that said What? Bc of course, you can!

It was when the ramen shop complained that they can no longer make anymore ramen for you that he gently dragged you out of the shop.

"Are you ashamed of me?" You asked him.

Tanjirou sighed and laughed. "No of course not! I think it's cute! But let's only try that again next next time." Cuz he almost run out of budget 🤣

»— ZENITSU "Do you still want more, Y/N-chan?" He seriously just stares at you as you ate and ate. He had those googly eyes that said he's admiring your appetite and would indulge you regardless.

However, as he watched you go on, he started to feel nauseous. Seriously, how many gallons of ramen have you already eaten? He started to feel like puking. He couldn't take it anymore. But he loves you so much that he'll try to cheer you on, until he can no longer take it anymore and regurgitated.

"Oh no! Zenitsu-kun! Are you alright?" You asked him but he just gave you thumbs up tears falling from his eyes.

That's what prompted you to stop your ramen eating for the day.

»— INOSUKE "There's no way anyone can defeat Lord Inosuke! Bring it on!" He announced as he aggressively devoured his ramen like a true beast. You, on the other hand, were just casually slurping.

Several bowls after, he noticed that you were eating non-stop and even more than him by the count of your bowls. "How is this happening? Are you cheating me, ha?"

You looked at him and shrugged. "I love ramen!" Then, proceeded on slurping.

Inosuke couldn't believe it! That a person like you would exist. He's so impressed. However, he couldn't keep up with your eating anymore. Plus, you're overdosing on it already.

"Hey come on now! That's not eating for a normal person! Let go!"

"No! I want more!"

"No, not anymore! You're making me puke just by watching you!" He had no choice but drape over his shoulder and walk you out o the shop.
