When Vivien Webb breaks into Rainier Mortem’s office, he's only following the whim of his obsession. Love makes you do things like that. Things you shouldn’t. But when he finds—and impulsively steals—a hidden vial of demonic ichor, it sets in motion a chain of events at once everything he’s ever wanted and a nightmare made real.

In Rainier’s defence, sleeping with a student was never something he intended to do, things just sort of shook out that way. Vivien is different. Special. Addictive. And Rainier’s never been good at denying himself what he wants. Besides, if the kid stole his ichor, he needs to know sooner rather than later, because he has plans for it far greater than whatever street corner Vivien’s planning on selling it on. But it isn’t the ichor either of them should be concerned with—it’s the thing it came from. Because demons, much like lovers, want nothing less than all you have to give.

Vivien Webb - gay transmasc nightmare boy. loves spiders, eyeliner, and Rainier Mortem. many issues, none of which he's dealing with. undiagnosed autistic (no, he hasn't figured it out yet either. it's not going well for him.) ftm in this case being female to monster.

Rainier Mortem - wretched bisexual demonology professor. hot and charming and knows it. incapable of taking responsibility for anything. the closest thing demonology has to a rock star. astonishingly good with his mouth. dirtbag trans ally and horny bastard.

Wolfe Talbot - Rainier's oldest, longest-suffering friend. former army medic, current paramedic. regrettably still a little bit in love with Rainier. regularly calls Rainier on his bullshit (not that Rainier listens).

Holly Barker - Wolfe's girlfriend and former classmate of Rainier's. feminist, pagan, and prone to speaking her mind. would stab Rainier in the balls given the opportunity. possibly the only actually sane person in this book.

Alice Vox - hottest, gothest sex worker. owns the nightclub Wonderland. another old friend of Rainier's who is actually smart and never slept with him (much to his neverending despair). enjoys fucking with people.

I finished my wip!!!

i just wrote a climax i've had in my head for over two years, and it turned out more brilliantly than i could've hoped! i never thought this wip would be finished, but even at its very rough stage, it's done! it's on paper!

THE FLAME AT THE END OF THE WORLD is clocking in draft 1 at 106k, 365 pages! onwards we go towards editing, but i would love to see some celebration emojis in the reblogs!

and, a quick blurb about the premise, because i haven't been posting about it lately:

a prince (elys) with the gift of divine flame was chosen at birth to end the world and sculpt something new from the ashes. after the cataclysmic massacre of his home, his family, and his peace, he and his loyal bodyguard (mordi, the pov character) set out on a fated journey to collect nine rare ingredients that will make elys stronger, wiser, and powerful enough to wield the flame and end the world when the time comes. none could be more faithful or protective than mordi, a mage of shadow and moonlight. after growing up with elys and spending every moment of their adult lives guarding his door, mordi can safely say he's been in love with elys all his life. his loyalty conflicts with his unrequited love as he helps elys toward the rebirth of everything they've ever known.

Finding Home - WIP Intro

A (potentially) multi-media character driven piece of work.

Genre | Mystery | Supernatural | Queer Romance

Themes | Close friendships, family, identity, overcoming fear, potential polyamory

Warnings | Unhealthy family dynamics, mild queerphobia (internalized and from others), mild paranormal horror (potentially more to be added), potential adult content on the side

Synopsis:

Louis "Farron" Strand and Simon Falk have been close ever since they were children, now they're living together in the city after moving away from home nearly as soon as they could once they entered college. Farron receives a message from a late relative who has since passed and has left a home for him in the town they grew up in. Simon suggests they take the opportunity to go back, Farron is anxious at the prospect of being in the same town anywhere near his parents again. But the idea of a permanent home pulls him forward just a bit more.

So they return to the place they grew up in, not much has changed, but they focus their efforts on the house. A vast thing on a hill, bigger than two people need, and in a state of mild disrepair. Things seem off as time goes by, at first it just seems like the sounds coming from around them are just the house settling in the night, but things become more and more odd as they stay.

The two deal with one (or more?) strange on-goings in their new home, dealing with unwanted family members at their door, and the local mortician who seems to know about the supernatural, paranormal, and everything else more than anyone should.

Characters:

Louis "Farron" Strand: Narrator | 30 | He/They | Bi | Monotone, and sarcastic goth, Farron is happy to be out of the town he grew up in, but mostly happy to be away from his parents. He works from home due to his disabilities and tries to ignore the fact they have been in love his best friend since they were young and whatever their own identity is. They don't believe much in the supernatural and paranormal, and scoff at it most of the time. The skeptic.

Simon Falk: Narrator | 30 | He/Him/Big shrug emoji) | Gray-Ace | Jock and the human manifestation of a golden retriever, Simon went to college on a sports scholarship and now works as a exercise physiologist and part time coach for local schools. He gently pushes for Farron to accept the house, and the two move back to their home town together. Believes in the supernatural and paranormal, tries his best to convince Farron that the things in their home are supernatural.

Edgar "Jorah" Mortum: Side character | Mid 40's | Whatever works for you | Gay | The local mortician who looks as if he's out of a different century. Monotone and a bit off putting, but one of the best morticians and funeral directions around. He's always felt something was off about that house on the hill, and when people move back into it, he makes it known that something is off.

What is Pride Angels?

It is my series of angel designs in the colors of different Pride flags. I am planning to make the Pride Angels into stickers, pins, keychains, patches, and lanyards. The campaign is planned for June 2024, after Angelology IV. You can follow the pre-launch page to be notified when the campaign launches.

Can you draw X for the Pride Angels series?

Before inquiring, please check that your request is not already complete! I am not taking requests for any new flags at this time, but read on for how you can request a Pride Angel during the pin campaign. After I complete this series this year, I am not planning to make any more Pride Angels.

About the Pride Angels design request pledge tier:

If you would like to request a Pride Angel, I will have a pledge tier available in the pin campaign to pay to request one. Outside these pledge tiers I will not be accepting any requests. Please save your requests for the pin campaign!

If you nab one of the design request pledges, you can request a flag and optionally suggest a theme or inspiration. If I shared a design you liked that I ended up not going with, you could request that too.

Where can I find the 2022 Pride Angels merch?

Most of the past Pride Angels have been discontinued in my main shops, but you can still find them as pins, stickers, keychains, and patches with my stockists.

I liked an old design better. Will the old designs be available during the campaign?

Depending on order quantity I will make the 2022 Pride Angels available as stickers, keychains, pins, and patches. If they don’t meet the order threshold they will not be funded.

Can I draw a Pride Angel too?

Of course, I don’t own angels or Pride flags! If I inspired you I would love to be tagged to see and share your design.

THE KINGDOM OF GWYNLYND

The Kingdom of Gwynlynd is a small realm located in the south of the continent Cerima, which is in turn one of the continents on the planet Lana.

The Kingdom consists of six different regions: Cinder Hallow, Embershire, Faeborough, Ivory Isles, Moondew Forest and Pearlsprings, each one with their own distinct cultures.

For centuries now, the Kingdom has been constitutional and elective, meaning that the royals are not the only authorities, but there is also a Ministry with people voted for by the commonfolk. Every thirty years or so, the Ministry chooses two new Queens from the graduating students of the Snowrose Academy, an elite school located in the Ivory Isles. One of the Queens is referred to as the White Queen, the other as the Red Queen, along with their husbands the White and Red Kings that they are free to choose during their reign.

If he were to be true to himself, which he generally isn't when it comes to this shit, Derek knew he was fucked the very first time he met Stiles Stilinski—no, actually, that's not entirely accurate. It was before that. He was fucked the second he smelled the kid's unique scent hitching a ride on the damp breeze that cut through Beacon Hills preserve on that fateful day, just over two years ago, when Derek stood on his family's land and tapped a claw against the plastic casing of the inhaler he'd found. The inhaler he'd sniffed out from the undergrowth in the middle of the night. The inhaler sitting inside the pocket of his dead Dad's leather jacket that he'd recovered from the ruins of his childhood home. The inhaler he'd returned the day after he played pretend with himself that it had been him who had bitten Scott McCall.

Derek has been playing pretend ever since.

But how is he supposed to pretend now, with the rogue piece of Stiles's clothing screwed up in his fist and him finally home alone in his own apartment? Worse (or better) is the fact that it's the kid's favourite beloved hoodie, the one he wears all the goddamn time which Derek can tell hasn't seen the inside of a washing machine in a while because of the way it reeks of nothing but pure, unadulterated Stiles.

Stiles's red, red hoodie.

Derek's eyes flash blue to remind him of who he is, at the same time as his fangs drop and his short nails extend into yellowed claws. Absently, he thinks of Little Red and The Big Bad Wolf when his form shifts, his resolve shattering like mirror glass as he accepts his seven years of bad luck with grace the moment he shoves his face into the fabric, now releasing that throaty groan that turns to a low growl then into a sex-hungry, shuddering snarl.

He inhales.

Deep; deeply; deeper.

And Derek is lost to Stiles, forever.

Beautiful, cunning, and deceptive, Miss Vanya Kreisky is the queen of the Scarlet Palace, a historic hotel and casino nestled in the heart of Manhattan. She much older, and more powerful, than she first lets on, and seems to have an odd interest in you.

Rana Ayari (she/her)

Rana Ayari is the owner of Lilith's Lounge, a small bar near West Village. She's a welcoming face to strangers with an easy-going attitude. Unless you're stirring up trouble, you'll be welcome at Lilith's.

Addison Reyes (he/him | she/her)

Only turned about fifteen years ago, Addison is probably the youngest vampire you'll meet, and because of that, they have a sense of optimism and adventure many older vampires lack. They like to have fun and they'll share it with you—well, whenever they're not stuck working a shift at Lilith's, of course.

Dr. Michael "Ellie" Elliot (he/they)

Dr. Michael Elliot is a doctor working at the hospital you wake up in after being turned. They're quite zany, in a way you can't quite place, and it's obvious they've seen some things in their centuries long existence that they quite haven't processed yet.

Wanted Game is a cowboy fantasy with some lovecraftian horror interactive fiction game

You wake up in the middle of nowhere, the sun blistering hot

no food,

no water,

and probably the most concerning thing of all you don't remember anything not your name, not where you are and not what you look like

You are found by a gang of outlaws the leader (or who you assume the leader to be) takes you captive but then offers you a deal you can't possibly pass up but things smell fishy.. they are outlaws who are there for their selfish reasons how can you truly trust them;

especially when they all seem to know something about you even though you have a mask stuck to your face they aren’t willing to tell what they know about you

no matter how close you get or how many tricks you try

• A customizable Mc though physical customization is somwhat limited until later in the story.

• Paint/design the mask and thought out the story their will be some options that will affect your mask

• Romance 10 of the charaters 7 main ones and 3 youll just have to figure out, one of the secret romances is a poly route with Oscar, got commitment issues or just looking for fun theres a large aray of flings along the road so dont you worry

• Doom or help the jobs succeed with your choices

• Grow relationships with the rest of the gang {{and even the group of bounty hunters chasing after you and the gang}}

• When not doing jobs entertain your self with a hobby or work on your skills

Growing up in the gang most would probably assume Oscar is mean, greedy, selfish but if given the chance you would find a soft caring man with a love for literature almost always with a book when he is not scouting or helping his ma with sewing up clothes the gang tend to wreck

Oscars older brother Emile is very protective of Xyrs little brother emile is known to sleep around and be a massive flirt but never actually letting anyone be anything to Xem then a pretty face Xe can fool around with. sometimes you catch Xem staring at you with a expression you don’t quite understand

A very quiet man always tending to the horses or making wood sculptures hes very quiet keeping to himself not because of anything distrustful or rude he seems to just like being alone he is always looking to help out with jobs as long as he can keep his distance with people

Boss || He/Him || 58.. || 6’0

A very talkative older man with alot of elegance for a outlaw he always has plans brewing though his number one goal is keeping the gang safe. He tends to be overprotective of everyone and can be a very hotheaded man its very easy to press his buttons

Growing up in high society Ares learnt to be a very charismatic and social fellow most people would call her a charming, gentle, kind person but if you peer close enough through their wall you will soon learn that she is not at all what she appears and she has a more nasty complex towards commoners, rich folk and especially outlaws

Clara a sweet older lady recently joined up with the gang temporarily to help get funds to get her home but something about her story doesn’t add up, she seems like she wouldn’t hurt a fly so many dismiss her but some ought remember she is still an outlaw no matter how sweet she seems

Adelaide || She/Her || 37 || 4’9

Adelaide is the best with all things traps, distractions and explosives she cant be a bit much always adding a flare to everything and talking so fast you only barely understand she isn’t very observant when it comes to body language and tone so don’t expect her you realize your emotions straight away. she is also Boss’s Niece
