I have. A MILLION questions about the casual throw-away comment that the ancient nightsisters "harnessed and rode" the purrgils.

It's apparently where purrgils go to DIE, so were the nightsisters riding like... zombie purrgils? Not saying that wouldn't be cool, but also WHY are the witches riding purrgils, what was the point of riding the purrgils, did they do it just around their planet/galaxy or were they legitimately using them to traverse galaxies? Were the purrgils willing participants in this or were the witches using dark magic to brainwash/force them into it? Did they just... lose the ability to harness/ride purrgils when they got to Dathomir since we never once see anybody mention it or doing it?

This is such a wacky fucking thing to throw out there into the void with literally zero explanation or follow-up.
