OK GUYS, I have a genuine question here.

What would Eden's Gate do with the children of the families that they either captured or that joined? Because I don't think they've just killed them. I mean, Jacob's probably an exception to that rule, but I don't think Joseph would allow them to kill children.

Was it ever actually explained that they killed the children? Or were we ever told what happened to them?

This has been eating me alive for the past two weeks btw!

There's this idea that I've seen floating around for a very long time that Faith is a victim, that she's savable, fixable, a victim of circumstances, of her environment, of Joseph, that I personally think is a gross misrepresentation of her character, and she'd be so proud of herself for fooling everyone into believing it. Her charade worked, on everyone, even after her death. The charade she openly tells Rook about in a Bliss Hallucination worked.

To quote the woman herself: "All my life I dealt with people like you. People who underestimate sweet, innocent Faith. You see what you wanna see... a playful butterfly, a delicate flower... a child with childish thoughts. It's easier to disregard a child. Tracey made the same mistake as you. While you all ignored me, I walked right through every one of you."

You can't save her because she doesn't want to be saved. She is exactly where she wants to be. She is in the perfect place to manipulate everyone into doing or being exactly what she needs them to be. She tricked Eden's Gate into seeing her as a personification of religious purity. She convinced Joseph that she is not only the perfect reincarnation of his wife, but also the perfect person to take care of the most challenging and dangerous tasks and threats to the Project. The only person who ever sees Faith as Rachel, the girl behind the title, is John, who vaguely warns you about how vicious she is while you're escaping his bunker ("Here, you just have to confess. In the east...well, Faith may have created those Angels of hers, but she did treat them very well." I always saw this as him saying "You think I treat people badly? Just wait until you see what Faith does." This is interesting, considering he is also fully aware of what Jacob is doing. We all believe/know he's scared of Joseph, but I think he's also scared of Faith.)

She is the master manipulator of Eden's Gate. She is The Siren. You don't save someone who drags you to your grave with a smile on their face. You run from them. You all see her as the poor, pitiful victim she wants you to see, and she walks straight through you, just as intended.

Far Cry 5 Roleplay!

Hello! As the title states, I am looking for people to roleplay Far Cry 5. I am rather new to the tumblr scene, but I’m more than willing to learn how to use it! As for roleplaying itself, I have quite a few years under my belt and I tend to use discord.

Some Information About Me:

I am above the age of eighteen, which means that I will not roleplay with anyone that is below that age.

I have been roleplaying for about a few years now, so I am quite experienced with different types. I prefer to roleplay in third person and as for my length of responses, I try to match whatever my partner gives me. That being said, I do prefer that my partner also writes in third person and uses basic grammar and punctuation. Anything I ask of you, I will be doing the same to make it fair! If you need an example of my roleplay, I’d be more than willing to provide one. :))

I tend to be somewhat chatty outside of the roleplay because I do enjoy making friends, but if you do not wish to talk outside of the story, then please let me know! I don’t want to make my partner uncomfortable.

I am a rather busy person and my schedule may vary day to day, so please be patient with me. I ask that you do not spam me with messages if I do not respond within a day. I, myself, will only ask once it has hit the one month mark. If I do not get a response within two weeks of that mark, then I will leave. Also, I truly don’t mind if you ghost the roleplay. Ghosting is inevitable, so I don’t really care.

I do tend to roleplay as females because that’s just what I’m comfortable with and my favorite pairing is FxM. However, I am open to playing male characters on the side or if we are doubling up. I am also willing to try other pairings as well depending on the plot, but I just wanted to preface what my favorite was.

Now Onto The Roleplay:

So I just finished Far Cry 5 and will be moving onto New Dawn soon, I absolutely LOVED the game and its story. I also just recently watched a playthrough of Joseph’s Collapse, so that made me even more eager to make this post! I am primarily looking for either a John or Joseph roleplayer and if we double up, I can play Jacob/John/Pratt/Sharky/Eli for you in return!

The video in my last post got me thinking about something. The Peggies in Far Cry 5 get so angry and butthurt about being called Peggies but like, what would they actually prefer to be called? Because we know the name of the cult is called Project At Eden’s Gate but the individuals belonging to this group don’t actually have a name for themselves (unless I missed something) that they use. What does a Peggie call themselves in relation to their group?

MK SO. Here's a funny thing. Currently, I'm Engaged, right? So me and my fiancee were talking about wedding ideas, and we're both currently hyperfixated on Far Cry 5. He suggested that we do a P.E.G themed wedding, which honestly I absolutely adore the aesthetic of.
