note: okay this was supposed to be much shorter but i got carried away rewriting it at 1am 💀 but anyways !! first time writing for my boy (and definitely not the last) !! i hope you'll like it 🫶

the beautiful dress you had on was probably not suited to brave paris' october wind. but your boyfriend and you had planned all of this for months already. you just flew out from the mexican gp as soon as you could and started learning the speech you wrote beforehand the moment you landed in paris.

you knew your presence at the ballon d'or ceremony was important to mason, he had a difficult time adjusting to his new club and you needed to be here for him.

you felt that was the least you could do, mason had been there for you during the whole season, facetiming you even when you were at the opposite end of the world and he needed to sleep.

your car wasn't as fast as your team had planned and all hope of a championship was close to none, the media started questioning your position within the team and whether or not you deserved a seat. safe to say, you went through a rough patch.

you were aware that coming here would give you a headache with all the questions coming your way on the red carpet. 'is your boyfriend a distraction to your career ?', 'do you think you're in f1 solely for diversity reasons ?', 'will we be able to see you on the grid next season ?' no. no. maybe.

actually, you weren't here only for mason. your pr team got you to announce the women's ballon d'or. you were extremely grateful for the opportunity, being a woman in a male-dominated sport like formula one forced you to advocate for equity and recognition of women in sports. and this was a great way to spread your message, a message you knew these players would relate to, they were also victims of sexism and misogyny in their sport after all.

however, you were still nervous, you hated public speaking and your hands were shaking at the sole thought of messing up your speech. for some reason, it was easier for you to talk in front of big cameras during races, even after a dnf, than at such an important event for a whole sport.

when you both finally got inside and were taken to your seats, you didn't even notice your leg starting to bounce on its own.

"are you okay ?" mason took your hands in his as soon as he noticed your stress.

"i'm fine, just a bit nervous" you lied. you were very nervous. you didn't know why, you've experienced worse in terms of stressful situations. hell, your job was a big stressful situation on its own.

you silently rehearsed your speech, while your mind helped you visualise everything that could possibly go wrong, exactly what you needed. falling down on stage, dropping the trophy, breaking it, stuttering during your whole speech, blanking out, passing out... all of this in front of a big audience with threatening eyes, an even bigger audience if you counted people in front of their devices, watching the ceremony.

all of these thoughts became too much for you to handle and you felt the urge to get out. obviously, you couldn't actually get out of here, you wouldn't forgive yourself for doing this to mason.

so you settled on going to the bathroom to clear your head a bit. the 'clear your head' part didn't work well though, as you felt tears well up in your eyes. the thought of your makeup running down your cheeks was enough to make you spiral again. thankfully, no one could see the scene unfold since you were confined in one of the stalls, sitting on a floor that was probably not clean enough for you to do so. you tried focusing on the conversation two girls were having just outside, praising each other's seasons.

you heard the door close, or open, you weren't able to tell.

"y/n ? are you here ?" you didn't expect to hear mason's voice.

"umm, this is the women's bathroom..." one of the two girls said to your boyfriend.

"i know... i'm looking for my girlfriend she's-"

"mase, i'm here." you slightly opened the stall's door for him to get in.

the bathroom stall was clearly too small for the both of you, so you were practically glued to mason.

"y/n... you should have told me how you felt." mason had a serious look on his face, which was quite unusual for him.

"i'm sorry, i didn't want you to worry. it's just... a lot for me, i don't want to mess it up."

mason's hands found your cheeks and made you look up to him.

"you don't need to put pressure on yourself like that y/n. i know you'll do great, you just need to tell this brain of yours to stop working overtime." his arms engulfed you in a big hug.

"no, don't hug me... i'm all snotty." you whined, trying to push him away, in vain.

"i love you even when you're snotty." he said, peppering kisses across your face.

"so cheesy."

"you love it though." he said chuckling. he was right, you loved it when mason was overly cheesy, especially when he did so to comfort you after a bad race or in moments when you simply needed him.

mason cleaned up your makeup after comforting you, and you went back to your seats hand in hand, a smile on both your faces from the intimate moment you both shared.

when you were taken backstage just before the announcement, you felt anxiety creep up again. this time mase wasn't by your side, but his words were. this was all in your head, you just needed to deliver your speech. that's it, nothing would go wrong.

you stepped on the stage with mason's words still ringing in your head when you felt hundreds of eyes on you.

the voice in the back of your head was wrong. everything went perfectly, you even caught mason's sparkly eyes when you were done announcing the women's ballon d'or winner.

getting back to your assigned seat, mason immediately congratulated you, kissing your cheek.

"you did amazing. god, you were amazing."

you were grateful for the room's shitty lightning, because mason didn't need to notice the way your cheeks started to flush at his words.

"thank you mase, i don't think i could have done it without you."

"stop saying nonsense. you did everything yourself." it seemed mason wasn't aware of how much his words, as simple as they might have been, along with his presence, were key factors in you actually pulling up to the stage. but debating with your boyfriend on such subjects was useless, so you let him believe what he wanted to.

the two of you spent the rest of the night chatting with each other in half-whispers, sometimes getting little 'shhhhh's from the audience. even though your anxiety was long forgotten, you still felt relieved when the ceremony ended. but getting home from the packed location was another issue you didn't plan.

you didn't know if you were thankful your hotel room wasn't that far from where the ceremony was held, or if you hated it. your heels were absolutely killing you and you didn't feel like walking in them, even for 200m.

"you look like a baby giraffe right now."

your boyfriend always had the right words to cheer you up, didn't he ?

"shut up. these shoes will actually be the death of me." you looked up at him with glassy eyes, hoping he'd get the message.

"i'm not about to give you my shoes y/n." his words made you sulk immediately.

"i could give you a piggyback ride to the hotel though..." you could hear mason's smirk in his tone, you knew he wouldn't do that for free.

"what do you want ?"

"a kiss." he simply said pointing at his lips.

you quickly pecked his lips, expecting your piggyback ride.

"what was that ?"

"a kiss ?" you answered, stating the obvious.

"surely not. put your heart in it will you ?" his comment made you roll your eyes but you complied anyway. you felt mason's hand sneak to the back of your neck deepening the kiss. after a few seconds, you realised you were kissing in the middle of paris' streets. you pulled away and hit his chest in false annoyance. which quickly dissipated once you were on his back, your aching feet silently thanking you.

"you're a menace." you said, although you were smiling at his antics.

"i'm your menace."

Spooky Lovers

Stu Macher x Reader

Summary: Just two people confessing their love during the spooky season.

Warnings: Prob ooc but i've stopped caring as long as it's cute.

With the leaves finally turning shades of red and brown in Woodsboro most people had concluded that it was officially fall, and it was.

October 3rd.

Or as [reader name] liked to think of it, the one year anniversary of meeting their best friends; Billy Loomis and Stu Macher.

When they first showed up to the small town in California they didn’t expect to become friends with the terrible two; Stu’s crazy energy and Billy’s cynical energy didn’t attract them at first. However, slowly but surely the constant nagging from Stu to hang out had finally broken them down and they went out to watch a rerun of The Exorcist together. That night had changed the way [Reader Name] saw BIlly and Stu, still they were crazy and cynical, but lovable too and they’ve been friends ever since.

They even stayed together when [Reader Name] walked in Stu’s bedroom just to find the two changing out of bloody black cloaks - white masks discarded next to them on the floor.

Now [Reader Name] sat in their room trying to focus on a reading assignment for their English class with Stu trying to get their attention by playing with the hem of their shirt.

“[Nameeee] I’m bored. Pay attention to meee.” Stu whined. In response [Reader Name] simply sighed and continued reading trying to ignore the dramatic boy sitting next to them. It gets increasingly harder as he starts to poke their side repeatedly while saying their name.

Frustrated, they stand up from their chair and flop down on their bed, face first, before looking back to Stu to chew him out. But when they looked back at him they couldn’t find it in them to yell at him, not when he looked at them like a lost puppy. I mean how is it possible that he is so cute he is literally a cold blooded murderer!

Frustrated again, this time by their own feelings for their best friend, they let their head fall down against the mattress and close their eyes.

“Hey hey hey. What's wrong?” Stu jumped up on the mattress next to them and layed down too. His hands swept across the fuzzy material of the blanket as he waited for an answer and when he got none he resigned to just laying next to them, scanning their room. When October had hit a few days ago they both went out and bought a bunch of Halloween decorations for their houses. Of course Stu went for the scary and gruesome decor and while [Reader Name] did the same for their outside decor they chose to decorate their room in cute cheesy decor.

They switched out their blankets for ones with pumpkins and ghosts on them, put fake spider webs in the corners of their room, and they even put up little Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers masks up on one of their walls.

Had anyone else put up this cutesy decor up Stu would have made fun of them for it and told them to get something scary, but not [reader name]. Everything they did was perfect in his eyes and he’d do anything for them, hell, if they told him to throw away all his scary stuff he’d do it. Luckily though, they’d never tell him to do that. Even when they walked in on him and Billy right after they had murdered someone they just sat down on his bed and said they were going to take a nap! That was part of the reason he liked them so much, they accepted every fucked up part of him even though they probably shouldn’t.

Laying here next to them Stu watched as their chest went up and down with each breath, their lashes touched their cheeks and their lips parted slightly as they slowly started to fall asleep.

God! He was down bad.

Little did he know so were they.

[Reader Name] felt themselves slowly start to fall asleep when they felt the bed dip down next to them, they didn’t bother to open their eyes as Stu had finally shut up when he realized they were falling asleep. After a few minutes they opened their eyes to find Stu also half asleep with his eyes closed.

He looked so pretty. He’s wearing his signature tan sweater and instead of having his head on the pillow he had his head cradled in his arms. His cheeks were tinged with red due to the cold of the bedroom - the last thought they had was that they would have to turn the heater on later before they felt themselves fall asleep.

As they opened their eyes the first thing they noticed was the softness surrounding them. Opening their eyes they see a black blanket with little ghosts on it layed on top of them and Stu. Not only that but Stu’s arms had found themselves wrapped around their waist and their back pressed against his front. They didn’t mind though, it wasn’t the first time and they certainly hoped it wasn’t the last.

Only, although [Name] didn’t realize it, Stu wasn’t asleep anymore.

“[Name…]”

They were about to answer him when he continued talking.

“I-I know you’re asleep, but there is no way I can say this to you while you're awake yet,” he laughed, “you are literally the most perfect person I know. You're so kind, and pretty, and you accept me even though you definitely shouldn’t and I…love you.”

Hearing that last part caused [Name] to gasp, which in turn caused Stu to sit up suddenly and back away, almost falling off the bed in the process.

“[N-name] I..uhh…can’t think of an excuse.” When they turned to face him they saw that the slightly red on his cheeks made by the cold was now all over his face due to his embarrassment. They sat up and turned toward him - the weight of his words coming down on them suddenly.

“It’s ok. You don’t need an excuse. I-It’s ok.” Their voice was soft and sweet, almost causing Stu to melt in a puddle right there. He really did melt when they reached out their hands and grabbed him.

“I am not one hundred percent sure why I didn’t tell you this before, maybe it was because I was nervous you wouldn’t feel the same but now that I know, I have to tell you. I love you too.”

“No way. Are you serious!” Stu yells and jumps up from the bed, smiling.

“Yes!” they yelled, smiling too. Suddenly he stopped bouncing around and jumped on the bed, wrapping his arms around them.

“God! Wait till I tell Billy we're dating. He told me I didn’t have a chance.”

“Dating?”

“Yeah..is that ok?” He asked, his smile faltering.

They thought for a second before saying, “Yeah that’s perfect.”

They both laid back down, talking into the night for hours, neither able to stop smiling for more than a few seconds, both completely in love.

Okay anon I had to come across some twitter threads to see what you were getting at and let's sum it up yeah, a list of coincidences, things to do with larry and Chicago. I'm probably gonna miss a bunch (and prob not gonna list a bunch of others- i barely see the logic in these being intentional already), soo its a bunch of things that are in the realm of chicago + bears + phones/calling + home coinciding? I guess? Anyway:

Obviously the main point that's making us talk about this is Louis releases the song Chicago. With lines like "if you're lonely in Chicago you can call me (baby)" (that's not whole the takeaway of the song but I'm bringing in TSBL in a later point so we're highlighting her)

Adding here he said its half based on real events half theoretical, and he does have an affiliation to Chicago:

To start off with your points, during Harry's Chicago residency in October 2022, there was a phone booth at the venue and llama Doris posted about it (they havent much since :( ), with a description about calling Home.

Harry's band wears overalls with names of cities they've performed at, since Chicago some have showed up on stage with the name on it, for instance Mitch yesterday (that is nov 25th 2022.). I don't know how often they wear what. The band was also wearing Chicago overalls (Sorry for shit pic) on Nov 9th 2022, but like again I have no clue what they wear every other night.

On that note, nov 9th 2022 was also when the Silver Tongues mv released, and the shirt Louis wore in it, the Englandy Homey one, he was last seen weaing innnnnn padapadapada Chicago! (Feb 2022) (He wore it on stage before in Indianapolis)

Sidetrack on recent music videos, somehow the Sushi mv features a dude wearing a shirt that says "LT HS SENIORS", from a high school in Chicago. Although I think the highlight here is LTHS idk how many LT highschools are there to pick from if we're going for intent here.

More sidetrack on the Silver Tongues note: first teased couple days before it via photoshopped phone (or was it even, unclear, maybe a ref to all the calling lyrics in FITF incl. Chicago, is the phone in the mv?, he just said have a phone via youtube xoxo):

During Harry's 2022 Chicago shows he did some ring related stuff ( pointing a sign out in the crowd) and posted that pic of him with a ring backstage that looks like he was making fun of all the peace ring talk lol

During Harry's 2021 Chicago show(s sept 24 and 25), this was I believe the only time (or one of the rare occasions) there were mentions of Home playing before the show - artists pick

In 2021 he also first played To Be So Lonely ("don't call me baby again - it's hard for me to go home - to be so lonely") at Chicago night 2, mind this is the 12th show of the tour and only then added it, and it was and continued to be bathed in bluegreen lights (but then he got bullied into playing it thr previous shows and especially chicago night 1 so that's most likely the reason eh... and also i hope the fans never do that again.)

During one of the 2021 shows he also found 2 people in the crowd in Chicago where he went off (paraphrasing, check link) YOU LOVE EACH OTHER? [out of the fking blue:] YOURE BEST FRIENDS?? GET MARRIED. Mind you this was a few days before a 4 day break including September 28 so I can think of better reasons than the place he was at if we wanna read into that fhfhdhd. This was also when we got those Louis spotted in uh relative close proximity receipts.

For Louis' 2022 tour the only exit song among the massive list of curated post show songs that still stands out to me (although yes I can place it in the list of songs-we-fucked-around-with-on-stage-during-1d like I can make it make sense still thematically it's a detour from the rest imo) is Ceelo Green's Fuck You, yepyep played in Chicago

Were going back in time now: Louis got his 28 tattoo in Chicago in 2015 (together with the buttpenguin which keeps being brought up in current interviews)

Honestly I think we just notice more Chicagos now? They're just being their regular home calling rbbsbbs and also do that in chicago and thats it lol. On the other I do like to entertain the thought they for whatever reason have this connection with Chicago (also yes im very much aware of stunt related connections) and its showing in the quirky stuff they do beyond the obvious (being writing a song called Chicago huh).

Out of all this the one thing that does make me go OKAY THEN is Harry first playing TSBL in Chicago, 12 shows in, bluegreening, the idea Ls around at the time, and then a year later blep parallels Louis' Chicago.

Oh also I think getting the 28 tat in Chicago could be significant. He sure still knows that number dhdhdhss

5, 6, 7 - 09/10/2022 : drawing of Melody was a redraw of an old drawing from 2015! it was also a substitute for OC-tober Day 9, since I didn't have anything for the prompt that day. also was drawing toni n ru in a different sort of style, focusing more on their unique shapes

8 - 12/10/2022 : a doodle of Barley, another old koopa oc, he was on my mind so wanted to have a go at drawing him again

9 - 16/10/2022 : little doodle of Robin with a different hairstyle, i was playing around with redesigning him at this stage, but i didnt get to it for awhile x

10, 11 - 18/10/2022 : Milla Vodello from Psychonauts! think i was watching a psychonauts 2 LP at the time and shes probs my fave character, also a MTT, i was playing around with his design again too, but i ended up changing it again later on

12 - 22/10/2022 : the laika kids <333 was thinking about them again and had to draw them as a lil group, this was also the substitute for Day 22 of OC-tober since i didn't have anything again for that day

13 - 26/10/2022 : oh no its her again. my shape japer gijinka..... i do love her really, shes so fun to draw

Little Einsteins review

Welcome back to more “nostalgic reviews!” Today, I’m talking bout the 2005 playhouse Disney show, little einsteins.

“What is little einsteins?”

To introduce this show, we first need to discuss why the show is called little einsteins. “This show is bout music and art. How does Albert Einstein play into this?” U prob asked urself. Well, you see, there used to be a direct to home video (dvd/vhs) series called baby einstein, created by Julie Aigner-Clark as a way to entertain/educate her baby with classical music, (her baby also appeared in the videos up until 2002) in 1997, the first vhs of BE (later called language nursery) was released. And instantly, it was a success, that caught the attention of one Mickey Mouse (aka Disney) who in 2001/2002, bought up the rights of BE from FHE (family home entertainment) and julie, Disney decided to make a spin off of BE for preschool aged kids, and thus, little Einstein was born!….then they changed the name to little Einsteins, (later on disney attempted to create another spin-off, Einstein pals…it never released.) starting as 2 pitch pilots in 2003 and 2004, and in august of 2005, a direct to dvd/vhs movie (which later got split into 2 episodes, “A brand new outfit” and “The missing invitation”) our big huge adventure, then getting its own season later in october of the same year as the movie, much the thing it spun off from, it was a success from day 1.

Animation:

being done by curious pictures (yee, that codename: kids next door curious pictures.) this cartoon was rather unique for its time, as it combined 2d animation with cgi, real-life stock footage and real art. Format of the show:

After the (very very catchy, no wonder why som1 made a trap remix of it,) theme song, the title for the episode, and the art and music of the day gets called out. We get introduced to a member of the team and the set-up for the mission (in the first tv episode “Ring around the planet” one of Saturn’s rings falls down and befriends June, and in “Annie’s solo mission” after leo teaches annie how to pilot rocket, Leo, June and quincy accidentally get trapped inside a super bubble.) Once leo waves his baton…it’s mission time! If they are near rocket, they walk to rocket, but if they are somewhere else, they walk to the tree that serves as a entrance to the HQ. this also has a song, (which is a mix of the Leo’s mobile song and the theme song.) Leo welcomes you aboard rocket, next, they have to charge rocket up. “How?” you may ask, viewer interaction! by patting on their lap, the team (and you) charge rocket up, and then.. “blast off!” (In season one, this part was longer, “June’s patting, Quincy’s patting, Annie’s patting, but we need. more. power!” - Leo, season 2 shortened it by removing leo commenting on the member’s patting.) rocket zooms off. The show also has running gags, which happen usually once (or twice) in a episode, such as…

Running gags:

quincy exclaiming “I can-not believe it!” When somthing crazy/surprising happens.

Annie making up lyrics for the song of the day,

Quincy playing a instrument for a certain obstacle in the way,

June’s incredible dancing skills.

Leo’s conducting (as seen in the pilot movie, where he’s able to conduct a group of cows to sing ode of joy.)

June saying a “great big fancy word” (yee, I made a pinky dinky doo ref) lik anemone or hieroglyphs, and annie (or someone else) asking what it means, and june telling what it means.

Leo asking you to tell rocket to go slower or faster, by using music terms,

June’s “dancey dance dance” song playing as a instrumental whenever she dances,

Once the mission is done, Leo waves his baton, says “Mission…Completion!” And we get the curtain call, where the team claps for themselves, rocket, a character they met, you, the music of the day, and the art of the day, (in season 1 it was all dialogue, season 2 changed it into a song, which Ngl, it reminds me of the octonauts creature report song.) cue credits!

Mc’s:

Leo: Named after Leonardo da Vinci or the composer Leopold Stokowski, 6-year old Leo (short for Leonardo) is the leader of the team, always carrying around his trusty baton for conducting in certain scenarios or when a mission starts/ends. he’s also the one who pilots rocket, (other than in the episode Annie’s solo mission, where Annie has to pilot rocket) in season 2, he gets a pet, melody, introduced in the episode “Melody, the music pet,” melody was from the pet train, which delivers pets to people who’ll take care of them, near the end of the episode, melody and Leo said goodbye, and Leo (who is usually upbeat and cheery) is noticeably upset/saddened by melody’s departure..until the team finds out melody was gonna be delivered to leo as a pet. The writers (and the fans) lik to ship him with June, as in the episode “Ring around the planet” he hugs june, although in the episode “The glass slipper ball,” rocket dances with June, And june kisses rocket at the end…..weird. va; jesse schwartz.

Annie: Named after jazz singer anni Rossi, 4-year old annie is leo’s younger sister, Despite her age, she’s very talented at singing, she usually comes up with lyrics for the song of the day, she’s also very good with animals, befriending a caterpillar/butterfly in the pilot movie, in season 2 her outfit changes, going from green and blue to pastel blue and pink, she also gains a microphone and her va’s singing is improved, in season 2, she and Leo get a spotlight episode, “brothers and sisters to the rescue!” Where they have to save Hansel and gretel, (who in this show’s universe is real, as while they have a book of the story, they somehow manage to go and rescue the storybook characters, LE takes place in the super why universe?!/j) it’s heavily implied the writers ship her with quincy, as Annie’s the one who cheers on Quincy’s instrument playing the most, va; natalia wojcik.

Quincy: Named after quincy jones, 5-year old quincy is a African-American boy who loves to play any instrument he finds, instantly being able to play it very well, in the season 2 episode “Quincy and the magic instruments” annie, Leo, june and rocket get stuck. and quincy finds..well, magic instruments that can shapeshift, he’s also shown to have a fear of the dark, as in our big huge adventure, he’s a bit hesitant on going inside the cave, and in “Northern night light”, he sings a silly song to help him when durning a mission, it gets dark out. va; aiden pompey.

June: Named after the dancer june taylor, 6 year old chinese-american June is the smartest of the team, and a great dancer, in the episode “Ring around the planet” she befriended ring, one of Saturns many rings. which fell off and June was able to tell it to come to her, she’s the one who noticed rocket was missing from the mobile in “How we became the little einsteins: a true story” and was the one who came up with the teams name, after annie commented on how they’re all very smart. va; erica huang.

Rocket: While being unable to talk normally, (only communicating in marimba/xylophone noises) Rocket has a kind heart, and his noises is actually (as coined on the Disney.go website) “rocket-speak.” As the team can understand him, rocket also has the ability to shapeshift, (such as into a sub or a firetruck) in the episode “How we became the little einsteins: a true story.” It’s revealed that he used to be apart of Leo’s old baby mobile, but (velveteen rabbit logic perhaps, aka “if you love somthing enough, it’ll become real”) he grew big and flew off, only returning when the team sings the song the mobile played, in the episode “Hungarian hiccups” rocket is able to have hiccups…huh, the team tries to get rid of rockets hiccups in time for a race, but it’s only when rocket sees a mouse that his hiccups are gone. He also has a grandma, seen in the episode “Rocket soup” why does he have a grandma when we know he was apart of Leo’s mobile? Idk. And in the same episode, it’s shown that he can eat..despite him not having a mouth. (He reminds me of a precure fairy, lik kururun from tropicrouge, with the fact that they both can’t talk normally, LE takes place in the precure universe?, although, that would explain a few things…someone make a Little einsteins precure au!)

A…villain?

Big jet: Yee, a preschool show had a villain, this being big Jet, big jet, much like rocket, is unable to speak, big jet’s hatred for the team started after the team and rocket beat him in a race, (as seen in the episode “The great sky race,”) and and now, he likes to cause despair and mischief wherever he goes, (such as changing the seasons in “oh yes oh yes it’s springtime!” ripping up a sheet music for Annie’s song in the episode “Annie, get your microphone!”) however, in the season 2 episode “Show and tell” big jet…goes through a character arc, and turns good and apologizes for stealing the teams stuff. Although we never see who drives big jet, I imagine him being more self-aware (aka older) than rocket and not needing a driver.

Season 2’s changes:

Much like pinky dinky doo, season 2 changed quite a lot of things, such as in the opening, where certain scenes and transitions were changed, (such as the addition of clapping when the team’s name gets mentioned, annie now having her mic and her season 2 outfit, quincy playing a drum at the end, the locations seen in the intro being different) The animation being better, Annie’s singing being improved, the addition of the “super fast!” Segment, more interactive moments, and leo having a new line for when the mission starts (“let the mission…begin!” -leo)

Mission….Completion!

After 2 seasons, much lik how the show started as a direct to home media movie, the show ended as a direct to dvd movie. Rocket’s firebird rescue. (released in august of 2007) This movie is special, as instead of the usual credits, it’s a different song..almost lik the crew were aware the show was ending, although the episodes of the show officially ended with the episode “Little elephant’s big parade!” I consider the firebird rescue special to be the true finale, the show has a lot of merch, books, (which for the season 1 episode adaptations, has annie in her season 2 outfit,) fisher price toys, plushies, (yee, there’s even a plushie of rocket, if u are wondering. No big jet plushie though.) stickers, a cd, and a whole lot more, as for home media, there’s a lot, the show reran quite a lot after it ended, even after Disney lost the Einstein brand to kids ll, rn the show is on Disney+, and there’s a lot of flash games, such as mission to learn, which is a fun fact viewer/clip viewer, theres even a gba and a vtech v-smile game!

My theory is:

Since harry has a 3 album deal with sony/columbia and harry's house is his third album I think he's trying to negotiate a better contract for himself. That's why I think he's trying to finish his third tour as soon as he can. But I don't know how the sony contracts affect his hollywood career because even after leaving syco louis still has babygate. I don't think harry is happy with his situation right now, but he has to play his part because nothing about this is only black or only white. Sometimes you have to go with it. I also think he's very unhappy with how jeff is managing him, so I hope h fire his ass.

About louis: i don't think lt2 will come out this year, maybe a single. I don't know what they're planning with bg, but I'm waiting for the end of the tour to see how they go.

To me, they're not happy with their situation regarding the stunts, no matter how much some people here say otherwise.

I was hoping we'd get lt2 this year but at the same time I want babygate to be over before we get a second album. I am like you, waiting for the end of tour to see how things will evolve.

there's really been a shift in h's behaviour with his team, I'd say around october/november 2020. I am curious to see how album promo will go. But it seems clear hshq is not trying to make harry look good or they would have ended holivia a long time ago and would have done something to appease international fans.

I was thinking the other day how sony prob doesn't have much to say about his movie career. so O being a beard now and not just PR seem to be an azoff/warner bros deal.

Pairing: Single Dad Eddie Munson x Fem Reader

Word Count: 3.8K (this may have gotten away from me)

Warning: fluff, idiots to lovers, a couple of curse words

Notes: This has been living in my brain for days, and I had to get it out. So everywhere I've read Eddie as a dad, he has a little girl. Don't get me wrong, I love it. But can you imagine him with a little boy who is his tiny doppelganger? Dead.

For this, I picture Eddie and Reader as having known each other since they were kids, and both were close growing up. Eddie flunked his first senior year, and reader graduated and left Hawkins for college. They kept in touch for a while but eventually drifted apart. She returns to Hawkins and reconnects with Eddie and his 4-year-old son. Mom has been out of the picture since he was born, and I picture Eddie as a mechanic who plays with Corroded Coffin on the weekends.

Eddie and Reader are 28 in this (takes place in 1994). An AU where the Upside Down doesn't exist, and Eddie lives.

idt they slept 2gether in 7x19/7x20. the every 6 months or so is prob abt last time they slept 2gether b4 she got pregs. wk they slept 2gether in 7x04 & maybe more after that bc adam told kevin “we hung out a couple of times” & wdk how much time pass each eps. 7x19/7x20 they were both still sad abt miscarriage & wouldnt want to risk getting pregs again. kim said to adam “dont wk better than this” in 8x05 bc last time she got pregs. she wouldnt have said that if they slept 2gether in 7x19/7x20.

So I did the maths on this timeline, because I am an idiot and ridiculous in the best way. Here’s as close as I can get to an approximate timeline between 7x04 and 8x05. Again, this is the Chicago verse and they hate good timelines but here we go.

7x04 - sometime roughly early September. It’s still warm enough for tailgating in Chicago, and that football season started September 5th that year. The Bears played at home on September 15th to the Broncos, which would fit right around when we know this would have kicked off. It was also their first home game of the season, explaining tailgating. The crossover ran the space of three days I think? Based on people changing clothes? So Kim and Adam slept together some time around the 18th/19th

7x05 - picks up nearly immediately because in Adam and Kevin’s conversation about the coffee you cannot tell me that Adam Ruzek is not stride of priding through work. I’m sorry, you can’t. The man is oozing “just got laid”.

7x08 - Kim finds out she’s pregnant. She’s told she’s about four weeks, which puts this at the end of September/start of October. Pregnancy is counted from the date of your last period, so four weeks pregnant tends to mean it’s two weeks since conception. Considering the way it’s gotten visibly colder in the “Jay’s missing” episode, I’d go with first week of October.

7x11 - Kim’s had the first sonogram, and judging from the sonogram images we’re hitting right around nine, ten weeks of pregnancy, so mid November and two months since they slept together.

7x13 - Kim says the baby’s the size of a naval orange. According to thebump.com (yeah, I know, but this is the sources I’ve got), a foetus is the size of a naval orange at around fifteen weeks, putting us at the start of January or so. Which makes sense based on the weather, and that Kim isn’t looking as exhausted as before. We know from 8x13 that she really struggled with morning sickness, and generally around week 12/13/14 is when that stops.

7x15 - we can fairly firmly place this to early/mid February. The weather, the fact that Kim’s back in work and her visible injuries are healed, she’s been gone for about a month. Plus the way she and Adam have the fight? He’s been working and attempting to cope, but she’s been at home thinking.

7x16 - the hockey tickets. This doesn’t definitively place everything, but it’s probably coming into what would have been the tail end of the season, I’m comfortable marking this as late February/early March (from here the pandemic is fucking up my timelines but they treated the season like the end happened in April so I’m doing that too)

8x03 - this is roughly November/December, we can see it based on the Christmas decorations in the back of the upstead kiss. Adam says they go to the same bars, they don’t see anyone, they don’t date anyone, so I’m pretty comfortable saying they slept together at least once while they were covid bubbling. They both ostensibly live alone, it made sense to bubble together.

8x05 - I’m calling this for January. There’s no Christmas stuff up, it’s clearly cold out, and even without the snow you can tell it’s chilly. We know it’s about a month since Makayla’s cousins took custody too.

In 8x05 Kim says “so is this part of our relationship now? We’re accepting that every six months or so we sleep together?” It’s been at least eighteen months since they slept together in 7x04. It’s nearly a year since she lost the baby. Kim Burgess isn’t going to say “every six months or so” if it’s not at the very least a pattern. Maybe it wasn’t around 7x19/20, but they definitely did sleep together at least once between then and 8x05, and I will say that till the end.

Fb is just using my data to get me to look at your fucking fb. I mean your family photo appears and disappears quite regularly under your name and your wedding photos did disappear for a day or so...

Guys, music is great isn’t it? Actually, not all of it is, which is why it’s important I write about the following stuff. Because I’m sick to my back teeth of hearing people spouting on about absolute bullshit bands.

F.I.L.A. – The-Dream (feat. T.I.) I dunno if my favourite album of the year thus far is Learning, or Love King, but this is the demo of possibly the best song off The-Dream’s third album. This cut features T.I. rapping some frankly pretty incredible verses. I swear The-Dream is the Michael Jackson of our generation

So Good – Electrik Red Proteges of The-Dream, these put any current chart girl groups to shame. Plus, hot as fuck.

If Your Girl – Forest Swords One of the worst things in the world is when guitar bands go on Live Lounge or some shit and cover a pop song and think they’re being all smart and subversive when really the song they’re covering has always been one hundred times better than the piss weak ballads or empty emoting that they get away with just because they need a haircut and don’t wash their clothes.

Anyway, this is a really brilliant cover of a really brilliant popular song. Get Dagger Paths.

Song For The Greater Jihad – Blue Water White Death Shearwater/Xiu Xiu supergroup. Wasn’t a dude from the pAper chAse meant to be in this group at some point? This is the best track I’ve heard in a couple of months, and I’m really excited for the release of the album. First person to email me a promo copy of it wins.

avi – Grimes I dunno, kind of like John Maus or something. But danceable. This whole tape, Geidi Primes, is really fantastic though. She plays in New York on the 14th October, we have a day off in Brooklyn that day. Anyone wanna take me out?

Kangaroo – This Mortal Coil Not new, at all, but one of my top 5 favourite songs of all time, most probs.

-And it only took her a month or so to pick up on asl for Dylan. Granted she already knew some

-Eats paper on purpose like Jaxon does. They're problem-causers

-Played group laser tag with everyone else, but there was One nine-year-old kid playing with them, so she got the others to team up against the kid and followed her around to shoot her, and then at the end, turned around and got everyone else. Leo's not allowed to play laser tag anymore

-Somehow manages to never get diagnosed with anything. She would've if she actually went to therapy probably

-Probably ends up an English major

-Wears contacts for an astigmatism, Cass prefers glasses, and has the same disorder

-Probably a watcher of South Park. Not one of the problematic ones
