y'all need to get a grip. you blab all day about how much you hate bigots and hateful people and how evil it is to dehumanize anyone and then you turn around and say "kys" and "i think [x] should all just kill themselves" and other disgusting, violent and childish trash
so many people on here are just full of hatred and vitriol and turn into frenzied sharks anytime the target 'deserves it' and they think they can get away with it and not be called bad people. then they whine about how sad it is that we can't all just get along and if only all the evil people in the world would stop doing evil things wouldn't that be nicer
you're just as vicious, hypocritical and fanatically puritanical as the caricature you have made in your minds of the people you think you have nothing in common with. if you've ever told someone, ANYONE to kill themselves you're not advocates of justice, you're not artisans of peace, and you certainly don't have any moral high ground that would allow you to pass judgment on others

another example of how being popular in feminist online circles does not make someone a feminist by default. once again not much the fault of the community that called her out on her lesbophobia months ago for "driving her away" from feminism, but another symptom of a bigotry rabbit hole she was already slowly falling into

no offense but if you knew the majority of your followers were radfem or rad aligned feminists and knew how they would react to pro-life christian feminism put on their dashes from someone unexpected, i would almost wager you purposefully wanted to stir up drama on here. bc at that point why don't you delete your blog and create one unaffiliated with the feminism you no longer agree with. weird af to me.

And - to forced birthers - this scenario makes sense.

I think one of the hardest things about discussions involving groups of people is that you start to see people as [arbitrary concept] and not as... people. You'll talk trash on people because you think that nobody in your friend group is one of *those* people.
But the kid who's struggling with their sexuality hears you when you say that gay people are going to hell.
The kid who came out on the other side of childhood trauma and abuse hears you when you use their circumstances to justify abortion, essentially implying you'd be better off dead.
The person who's trying not to self-harm in your circles and hasn't found the guts to ask for help yet hears you when you call cutters attention seekers or crazy.
People are far more than [insert group]. They're not 2D representations of a group they're a part of. They're living, human beings. Remember that when you use your words.

I see people saying that abortion is healthcare and shouldn't be stigmatized and it breaks my heart....
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Knowing that in a small country such as mine, 14 babies were aborted EVERYDAY in 2022 in just one clinic makes me so sad. I can't even image the numbers worldwide.
We have been normalizing the abnormal and we will soon pay the price. And, wake up call, a "uterus owner" is a woman.
Sometimes I feel ashamed of myself for having been pro-choice at one point in my life.... I was so blind, believing what everyone believed. I wasn't happy, I was a raging feminist full of hatred and thought the patriarchy was some beast going after me and designed to oppress every woman in the world.
Abortion doesn't just kill the baby, it also kills the mother, maybe not physically in most cases, but mentally and spirituality.
You can still be successful and have your baby. ♡
"There is no saint without a past, no sinner without a future." - St. Augustine.
