Idea for when you’re craving food: organize the pantry!
Imagine having so much self control that you can be surrounded by food, putting bags of chips in neat order, without binging. You don’t have to imagine. You can have that control. Plus, your pantry is probably a mess. Imagine how much dirt is there, right next to what you eat. Clean it out, throw out old food, and don’t eat any of it. You don’t need to, in fact it disgusts you. You have more control than that.

Safe foods/Tips
Safe foods
Comidas/snacks bajas en calorías.
10 frutillas/fresas medianas (35kcal)
1 manzana roja con yogurt sin azúcar (aprox 126 kcal dependiendo del tamaño de la manzana y la marca del yogurt)
2 galletas de arroz con mermelada sin azúcar (70kcal aprox)
Coca cola zero calorias (Una botella de 591ml trae aprox solo 1.2 kcal!)
1 huevo cocido(70kcal con yema 17kcal sin yema)
1 gelatina sin azúcar (100g) (varía un poco pero puede ir entre las 50kcal e incluso 10kcal)
1 taza de café negro sin azúcar ni crema (5kcal aprox)
1 pepino grande (completo 34kcal la mitad 17kcal)
100 gr de apio, son como dos tiras largas (16kcal)
100 gr de lechuga, más o menos 10 hojas medias (15kcal)
Por último hay mucha recetas ricas y fáciles en tik tok que son bajas en calorías.
Tips:
Cortar pepino con pela papas así haciendo varias tiras sientes que estas comiendo el doble.
No comas mirando el teléfono ni la tv
El agua con limón ayuda mucho a la sensación de saciedad
Come lento
Siempre intenta cortar frutas como fresas,manzanas, sandias, en pedazos pequeños.
Si vas a comer unas galletas, papas etc siguiendo la indicacion de porción no comas directo de la bolsa, sírvete en un plato y guarda el resto si comes de la bolsa es más fácil comerse toda la bolsa.
Revisa al reverso de los empaques las porciones sugeridas.
El arroz, fideos en su versión integral son menos calorías.
En restaurantes en vez de jugo o gaseosa pide alguna limonada.

anyone have any tips for getting to a lower weight? i already lost a bunch of my weight, but i had a lot to lose before then so it was easy. now im at a "normal" weight and it wont come off. im doing the same stuff i did to lose 40ish lbs but my weight isnt going down anymore. i just want to be a little smaller

no one is going to read this because i just started this account but I just wanted to do an introduction (more for me than anyone else lol)
I'm lynn, 20 and starting my weight loss jorney (again)
I have a lot of mental issues and can't think straight most of the time so this probably isn't going to be very coherent but whatever lol
i was diagnosed with anorexia when i was 12 but have been struggling my whole life. 2019 - 2023 i had a massive depressive episode where i basically didn't move, didn't leave the house, ate everything i got my hands on and gained A LOT of weight so I'm currently very overweight.
about a 3 weeks ago i started wishing for my old body more and more and i miss being skinny, i miss being small and i miss old ana tumblr. So now I'm here! :)
I do have a different, more popular blog but since i didn't want those two connected in any way i started this new one :o

Como evitar atracanoes
Primero definamos algunos conceptos para quienes no esten familiarizadas/os
Atracon: Consumir exagerada cantidad de comida, sabes q es un atracon porque tienes el sentimiento de no tener el control y no poder parar.
CheatDay: Nombre que se le da a un dia en el que comes todo lo que te restringes el resto de dias.
Empecemos c:
Nada de CheatDay: uno de estos es basicamente un atracon programado si hast estado toda una semana restrigiendote cuando llegue el chetday vas a comer todo lo que no comiste en esos dias y vas a terminar comiendo en un dia todas las calorias del resto
No esta mal seguir tus antojos: SOLO DE VEZ EN CUANDO, si se te antoja un helado y pasas dias antojadx es mas probable que te atraques con helado, ahora un antojo se puede confundir con solo algo q se te ocurrio, si eso que se te ocurrio sigue n tu mentes despues de dos dias es un antojo.
Para los antojos si eres propenso a comer en exceso no compres por ejemplo la bolsa grande de papas que es como para 6 personas, compra la pequeña de porcion individual "guardo el resto prar otro dia" tu y yo sabemos que es mentira.
No comas caminando, viendo el telefono, la tele, computadora o cualquier otra distraccion, por ejemplo si te compras algo mientras paseas y lo comes durante la caminata sentiras que no comiste nada y seguiras con el antojo asi que mejor sientate en una plaza o espera a llegar a tu cas y comer sin distracciones.
Diferenciar el hambre, el antojo y el comer por ansiedad: si tienes "hambre" de algo en especifico, es un antojo. Si solo sientes que tiens que comer, toma 3 vasos grandes de agua si pasados 10 minutos sigues teniedno hambre toma 2 mas si pasados otros 10 minutos sigues con hambre, es hambre, pero si estuviste obsesivamente cuando terminaban los diez minutos prueba a recostarte y ponerte cosas frias en la nuca, probablemente es ansiedad.
Toma mucha agua mientras comes he intenta pararte a la mitad d ela comida y dar unos pasos, a veces no sabes que estas lleno hasta qu te pones de pie.

So... I've tried eating lesser quantity often. AND IT'S A GAME CHANGER
Today I've eaten 3 times 50g of melon, which makes 102kcal, one monster (11kcal) and 2 cup of tea (4kcal). So 117kcal for today 😭
Each times I wanted to continue to eat, I was telling myself it's okay I can eat in an hour if I'm still hungry... and I felt full fr !!
