A purrfect match - unacaritafeliz
"Hi Uncle Tettsun!” Nozomi says without moving an inch. “There's a kitty cat under here."
Tetsurou sighs, adjusting the heavy bag on his shoulder. There's been a dramatic increase in the number of cats hiding under homes or dumpsters or in trees lately, ever since the Kozume family's latest announcement. People have been chasing them down, knowing that whoever takes the key from the royal cat's collar will be allowed to marry the crown prince.
[Five times Tetsurou meets a cat, and one time he meets a human instead].

I loved beta-ing this fic by the amazing @unacaritafeliz so much I had to draw my favourite scene :DD Thank you Rae! And happy birthday Tettsun!!

How To Tame Your Prince And His Dragon: A Study By Kuroo Tetsurou
He feels like a hero as he dives behind a jagged rock formation and adjusts the grip on his sword. Kuroo has always been destined for this—since he was just a boy and the rumors began to spread that the King and Queen were locking away the heir to the throne in a tower guarded by a dragon, claiming that someday the person who frees their previous Kenma will claim the crown alongside him. Sure, Kuroo is a common man with no land or title, but he’s also monstrous with a blade in his hand and his mind is quick. Furthermore, tales of Kenma’s beauty travel far and wide, and Kuroo is not immune to lust. Some say he’s like a feline, petite and soft with an edge, but some say he’s fierce like a wildcat with fangs and claws, raised by the dragon who guards him. Either way, Kuroo wants to claim him and tame him, marry him and rule beside him to ensure the safety and comfort of his family. That's how he’s wound up here, with a monster the size of a farmhouse trying to roast him like a piece of coal outside a tower. Kuroo is jumping and dodging wildly while streams of flame narrowly miss him and he only just avoids being taken out by the swing of a massive tail. “I’m beginning to sense that you don’t like me very much!” He shouts at the livid creature, its eyes narrowing on him. “I promise my intentions are pure, I’m a nice guy I sw—” He falls to the ground as a claw swipes, almost taking his head with it. Amidst all the chaos, the entryway to the tower has become open, but Kuroo worries that he won’t be able to outrun the creature. His mind works overtime, solving some kind of puzzle as he rolls under a pile of bricks and coal that seem to be the product of another failed battle. “I think it’s in your best interest to retreat.” A pretty voice rings out from above and Kuroo spares a glance toward the source of the sound. He’s perfect. Pretty golden hair matches honey-colored eyes, so short that he’s quite literally hanging out the window to warn Kuroo, the most satisfying little grin on his pink, full lips. If Kuroo were a worse fighter, he’d have let himself be killed and allow Prince Kenma to be the last thing he saw, but now that he’s seen the angelic figure, he needs to have him for himself. “I’m afraid that’s not possible, My Prince!” Kuroo retorts, sprinting toward a better source of protection that will allow him a chance to look toward the window once more. He feels a pang in his chest, pride in his future when he sees such a perfect face looking back at him as if he’s watching a joust, so casual and entertaining. “Does my attempt at your rescue amuse you?” “Yes, I think you’ll end up like him,” Kenma points to a pile of bones not too far from where Kuroo stood, ash and skull making him cringe and check his surroundings. He feels the ground shake as the beast draws near, he stands at the ready with a shield in front of him and his sword drawn. “Call your guard dog off and I’ll consider marrying you, My Angel.” Kuroo palms a chunk of stone and throws it at the menacing creature, missing it entirely. Kenma’s laugh echoes, falling onto frustrated ears. Kenma has never had such consistent back and forth with any brave challengers, but he almost enjoys playing around with his dragon's food. “You may benefit from putting your full focus on survival instead of courting.” Picking up another stone, Kuroo sucks in a breath and throws it, watching it bounce off red scales with no damage. I need to find a weak point… and I need to look good doing it. He almost wishes he didn’t have an audience with Kenma while fighting for his life, but it’s only motivating him in the end. “Why don’t you focus on packing your things, My love.” Kuroo searches for another stone, formulating a plan while passively wooing his future spouse. Kenma can’t pretend he isn’t at least intrigued by the man. A head full of hair with no regard for gravity or its laws, a slender but toned and tall frame, muscled arms that looked far too comfortable wielding a weapon. Kenma wouldn’t mind being held in arms like those… “Come up here and make me! What are you, a blacksmith? Surely you don’t have a title.” The prince jeers, noting the raggedy clothes that the suitor dons. Kuroo almost chokes on his spit, such a feisty young man with a face to match his wit. He runs around a pile of splintering wood, throwing one rock out to distract the creature, making its head turn just in time for him to pelt a chunk of rock right at its eye and blind it on one side. “My title is your husband, the new king.” Kuroo celebrates his winning throw, pulling his sword to slay the beast, now that he has the advantage of a blindside. “Stop!” A scream tears him from his focus and he looks up, but Kenma is gone from the window, nowhere to be seen. Kuroo wipes the sweat from his brow and retreats into a safe spot, out of the dragon's view as it growls and whines. “How dare you?!” The boy runs from the tower entrance and Kuroo is barely able to understand the situation before the small prince throws himself between the man and the dragon. Kuroo would be much more puzzled if he wasn’t so mesmerized by the pretty little man and his intense glare. How can one be so golden? His hair, his eyes, and his perfect skin is pale but even so, it glows. He forces himself to focus on the issue, raising his weapon in one hand and reaching for Kenma with the other, “Get behind me, I didn’t come all this way to watch you eaten in front of me.” “She won’t hurt me, you animal!” Kenma shouts and turns to the whimpering creature who lowers its head and allows him to look closer. It takes Kuroo a moment to understand what he’s seeing. Kenma tends to the dragon like a friend, like a pet and it hits Kuroo all at once that this boy is not trapped in a tower against his will. “You’re joking.” The hero exclaims, “What are you two playing at?!” Kenma ignores him at first, his focus is on clearing debris from his creature’s eye, but as soon as it seems clean enough, he turns his attention to Kuroo. “She’s protecting me.” He states it so factually, Kuroo almost feels inclined to apologize for even asking. “Do you know how many terrible men have come here?! How many power-hungry creeps have approached these tower doors planning to subject me to a life of misery?!” Kuroo hasn’t quite considered such a thing. “So, you and the dragon are… friends?” “Yes,” Kenma runs a pretty, petite hand along the auburn scales, “ten years we’ve been together and ten years she’s kept me safe.” He manages to clear out the debris, petting the dragon until it began to purr and nuzzle against him playfully. Kuroo can’t help but recognize how lovely Kenma is up close—well worth the burns and scrapes. At the same time, he feels a twinge of annoyance at the situation. “Dearest Prince, I don’t mean to be presumptuous, but you’re implying that you could have called your pet off at any time and just let me up?” Kenma furrows his brow and tightens his lips at the comment. “Why on earth would I do that?” “Because I’m charming, handsome, and respectful. I’ll make you happy and take you away from here.” The moment he finishes speaking Kenma begins to laugh, the dragon exhaling sharply as well, as if it is laughing along too. “Why are you laughing?” Kenma sits himself down on the creature's large paw, “Because it’s humorous. You think that you are a good man.” His voice is so silky, even when it drips with disdain, Kuroo can imagine how pretty it would sound saying Good morning, My King, and all is well in his own mind. “I most certainly am a fine man.” Kuroo insists. “Oh?” The prince stands, much smaller than the suitor, but the way he carries himself is overwhelming in the best way. Kuroo is intimidated and it makes his heart flutter. “Tell me, honestly, If the rumors surrounding me didn’t claim that I am a fair young virgin and there was no reward or coronation involved in successfully completing this task, would you be here?” A straightforward question, one that Kuroo hasn’t considered. He has given little thought to his intentions, only knowing that the idea of being a king with a beautiful spouse sounded appealing. “If I were an old hag and had not a dime to spare, would you have come to save me?” Kuroo opens his mouth to argue, but he can’t find the words he wishes to spit back at the smug young man. “You’ve allowed your heroism to be overshadowed by selfishness. It’s a shame, too… you’re quite handsome and an excellent fighter. If your soul matched your face, I’d already be in your arms.” Kenma leaves Kuroo utterly speechless. He leaves Kuroo infatuated as he turns to kiss the side of his dragon’s face and reassure her that she was excellent in battle. Kenma is perfect, Kuroo is convinced that he has already fallen for the boy who stands before him and calls his flaws as he sees them, fearing nothing. He needs that in a partner if he is to be king. “You have found one of my many weaknesses and pulled at the threads to unravel me already, my prince.” Kuroo bows a little, opting for humility. “I’m afraid you’re right. I have an attraction to beautiful people and comfortable living, as I’ve never been able to claim either as my own.” Kenma doesn’t intend to roll his eyes so hard, but the way his lashes flutter when he does makes Kuroo smile a little. He is so tough and opinionated, the future king is excited to see Kenma in the discourse during meetings, discussing laws and wars. Kuroo says these things within his mind as if they are sure. He will be king and Kenma will be by his side. “Perhaps I should go save a poor village and then return?” He teases, flashing an unfairly perfect smile. “I could befriend an ugly old witch and she might gift me a concoction as a thank you, one to make you listen to me with an open heart while I confess that you, despite your stinging intensity, are the loveliest creature I have ever laid eyes on.” Riveting as he speaks, Kenma gazes at him with marked boredom. “What is your name?” “Tetsurou.” “I see. I think you’re shallow. I believe that you let your pride guide you and it’ll make you a terrible king,” Kenma’s lips drop from a slight smile to something very dry and serious. “But I respect the terms of the arrangement. I understand that the initial rules required you to defeat my dragon and rescue me, but I would never forgive you if you harmed my creature, so I will offer a trade;” He sucks in a sharp breath, “You can be king and I will fulfill my duties as your spouse on the condition that my dragon stays alive and protects our kingdom, cared for and unharmed.” Kuroo simply gazes down at the little prince and feels a warmth within his chest. Kenma is so pure of heart, willing to sacrifice his own comfort for a creature that seems so replaceable. “I accept your terms,” Kuroo announces, chest puffing up with pride. “I will—” “My dragon seems to believe you have a pure heart, despite your behavior today.” Kenma cuts him off, not too eager to hear what Kuroo has to say. “She is an excellent judge of character, she insists that you deserve a chance.” Kenma doesn’t seem to be thrilled to share such a revelation, but his dragon persistently grunts and noses at him to do so. Kuroo finds this news thrilling, as the dragon seems to be the only being who has an opinion of value to the lovely Prince. “I do!” He agrees and gives the creature a curt nod, “Your friend is right, I have no ill intentions. I wanted to rescue you and secure comfort for my people.” He pauses along the wooded path they have begun toward, he drops to one knee and adds with the most genuine tone he can manage, “I do not wish to force you into a loveless marriage.” Saying the words makes Kuroo cringe at himself, he would be deeply hurt if he went through the trouble he had and there was no reward. He’d hate himself even more if he stole the joy from a beautiful young man by taking him as a queen against his will. “Get off your knees.” Kenma rolls his eyes, “Do you want me, or are you here for the crown alone?” For such a small man, his tone can be very stern and intimidating, enough to make Kuroo shrink a little as he scrambles to his feet. What a born ruler. He practically has cartoonish hearts in his eyes while he listens to Kenma with bated breath. “Prince, I have never once met a creature as lovely as you. I saw you up above me and I nearly let your dragon take my life right then because I knew that I’d never see anything so beautiful for the rest of my life.” He begins to run out of breath, tacking on a cheesy “I apologize, you take my breath away.” It’s a marvel how stoic Kenma can keep his face, despite the jumping of his heart as the other confesses his deeply poetic feelings. “What I mean to say is that I respect any decision you make regardless of my own feelings,” Kuroo takes in the small but powerful view once more, a little, perfect man and his beast, a package deal. “I only want to confess now that if I’m left to marry someone else, even someone who comes close to your beauty, I’ll spend the remainder of my life wishing that they had been you.” A soft exhale comes from the Prince’s dragon and Kenma turns to see the expression of adoration on the creature’s face. He makes a thoughtful face and looks between the lovestruck man and the heart-warmed dragon. “You two are teaming up against me.” He remarks, one hand on his hip, “You formed a silent coup.” “No, Your Highness.” Kuroo hesitantly wanders over to the creature, praying that she won't bite his arm off as he makes a show of being very friendly to her. “You said yourself that she is an excellent judge of character. Besides, when I am king, if you choose to stay along with my new best friend here, I’ll have the most wonderful space built for her with room to run and food aplenty. I’ll keep your schedule cleared to spend as much time with her as you’d like. We can even eat with her, I’ll have a table for us built into her arena.” He makes promises of grandeur and he has every intention of making them happen. The dragon nearly whimpers for Kenma and nods its head, tongue peeking out playfully. “Why are you making a fuss when you know I’m going to marry him?” Kenma makes the most unamused face that Kuroo has ever seen toward his pet, although he himself is smiling bigger than he ever has in his life. “You will?!” He goes to hug Kenma and then pauses, “May I—Could I… maybe…” “I will not survive this marriage if you get weak and timid, be a man.” Kenma opens his arms with a bored expression, butterflies filling his little stomach and a slight blush on his cheeks. He yelps a little, he’s expecting a hug, maybe a spin around, but Kuroo grabs his face on either side and pulls him close, looking into his eyes. “I will love you so deeply and completely that you never feel anything less than perfect for the rest of your life—and it will be a long, happy life.” He swears it with everything in him and presses his lips to Kenma’s, dropping hands to his waist and tugging him closer. Kenma’s weaker in practice than in theory and his arms shoot up to wrap around his soon-to-be husband’s shoulders, fingers lacing around the back of his neck while he kisses back. The only reason they manage to stop is the nosing of Kenma’s dragon, pushing between them as if to say ‘enough, that’s enough.’ Clear as day. “I forgot myself,” Kenma says as an excuse, “It was… a sealing of the agreement… comparable to a handshake.” Kuroo blushes and looks down, kicking his feet like a schoolboy. “Best handshake I ever had,” He hums, “Like to shake your hand a little more often.” and Kenma can hardly hide his own smile, tugging at the corner of his lips. The dragon huffs and begins walking toward the kingdom, a spring in her step, never having seen Kenma so pleased. “What if I got a dragon?” Kuroo gasps, his voice becoming faded as the softened beast leads the way and gives them space to flirt and shake hands as they please. She turns back and shakes her head with a sense of finality, she’s not looking for anyone, she’s got Kenma, and Kuroo is the third wheel.
Well, some of the best things come in threes. THIS WAS A TEST TO SEE WHAT POSTING ON HERE IS LIKE, SORRY FOR THIS

KuroKen | Bodyguard AU
- - -
Kenma has never worked with someone so annoying. This man was annoying. His laugh was obnoxious. His hair looked like he slicked it up with mud. He kept flirting with him and cracking the worst jokes.
And Kenma had to keep him safe.
It was comical to anyone on the outside looking in. Kenma was almost a full foot shorter than the prince, but anyone who knew his reputation didn’t question it.
No one who hired him ever got injured. Not even a scratch.
But that didn’t mean he liked it. Kenma rolled his eyes for the third time in 10 minutes.
“…and that’s how I managed to fight off three of his guys with one hand tied behind my back.”
“So I guess you don’t need me to stick around, do you, Prince?”
Kuro crossed his arms. “Of course I can take care of myself but the King insists on hiring you so there must be a reason.”
“It’s because your loud fucking mouth gives away your position.”
“I can think of ways to keep my loud fucking mouth occupied.”
Kenma’s eye twitched and he almost threw his cup at him. “Yeah maybe a gag.”
“Good guess. I’m into that.”
“You know what? I can escort you in a box.”
Kuro reached across the table and lifted Kenma’s chin with his finger. “Aw, but then I can’t see your pretty face.”
Kuro smiled in triumph when he saw the blush take over Kenma’s face. The blond ripped his face away and looked away.
“Whatever.”
A month later Kenma finds himself in his first tense meeting. Kuro sitting across from some asshat diplomat who looks like he wants nothing more than to stab a knife into his eye.
Kenma has his finger on the trigger already. Just in case the deal goes south.
Kuro seems unfazed. Actually, he’s having a fantastic time despite the other guy having 5 trained guards behind him.
“I think you can offer us more than that.” Kuro says with a flick of the wrist. “This amount of money for the protection we offer is honestly insulting.”
“It’s all we can afford.”
“That’s not what I’ve heard.” Kuro leans forward and Kenma’s eyes target onto one of the guards that’s getting a little too fidgety.
Untrained dogs was all Kenma could compare them to.
“You need new sources.”
“You can find new protection.”
Kenma isn’t sure how it starts, but his hand acts on its own. A bullet is lodged between the eyes of a guard before he could even lift his weapon.
The other 4 stand back, frozen in fear as the body drops to the ground.
“Good boy.” Kuro purrs, pulling Kenma into his lap at the table. The blond doesn’t react, used to this behavior after a month of him.
“Get your dog away from the table.”
“I think we’re quite done here.” Kuro snaps, irritation lacing his words for the first time.
Kuro stands and moves to exit the room, Kenma a step behind. He stops at the door and looks down at Kenma with a sinister smile.
“Erase them.”
And he does.

The HQ!! boys with their number 1 princess
I highly recommend listening to world is mine while reading!!
in case you couldn't tell this is based on the song world is mine (i'm sure my mutuals are sick of hearing me talk about this song atp lmaoooo)
Characters featured: Ushijima, Kageyama, Kenma, Oikawa, Kita
Tumblr media Tumblr media
𖦹:・゚Ushijima Wakatoshi
"Well, are you gonna say anything or not?!" your sudden outburst surprised Wakatoshi.
"Was I supposed to say something?" he asked, almost used to you getting angry for seemingly no reason at this point.
You huffed, crossing your arms. "You didn't even notice, did you?!"
"Notice what?" he asked, clearly confused. He simply wanted to know the reason you're angry with him and how he can fix it. He thinks you look much better when smiling, after all.
"You idiot! I got my hair done! I was flipping my hair at you all day and you didn't even acknowledge it!" you turned away from him, hmphing.
"Oh. I did notice the hair." he stated simply.
"Well then say something about it!"
𖦹:・゚Kageyama Tobio
"Hey, let's- what is that?" Kageyama stopped mid sentence when noticing the drawing in your notebook.
You closed it at light speed.
"Hey! Don't look at things you're not supposed to!" you scolded him, clutching the notebook in your hold.
What Kageyama just got a glance at was your self-indulgent drawing of him as a prince kissing your hand.
"It was wide open for everyone to see!" Kageyama defended himself, clenching his fist.
"Whatever, just- you didn't see anything, okay?" you swatted his chest lightly with your hand.
"Wait, that kind of looked like you-"
"You didn't see anything, okay?"
𖦹:・゚Kozume Kenma
"Get me pudding. That's an order." you crossed your arms, plopping down on the bench.
His very fortunately colored hair left you with a little craving.
Kenma sighed, going back to walk into the store. How in the world does he always end up complying to your demands, anyways?
After he bought the pudding, he brought it back to you, who was still pouting and sitting on the bench with your legs crossed. When you noticed him and the pudding in his hands, your face lit up.
"Thank you!!˜" you smiled cheerily, snatching the pudding out of his hands.
Oh, now he knows why. That sweet smile is far too addicting.
𖦹:・゚Oikawa Tooru
"Hey! Look at me, will you?!" you kicked Oikawa with your pretty pair of heels.
You went to hang out and he barely even looked at your cute outfit. This is absolutely criminal.
"Owww, stop that, will you?!" he complained, mumbling about how he can't catch a break from being abused. How does he always end up with friends who hit him, anyways?
"Fine, fine, I'll look." he rubbed his back, finally looking you up and down.
"You look..."
"I look...?"
"Pretty okay, I guess?" Oikawa winked, shrugging, as if he didn't just experience ten consecutive heart attacks from how cute you looked in that dress. Internally, of course.
"You little- Ugh!" you swung at him again.
𖦹:・゚Kita Shinsuke
You walked away from Kita, who was busy with something else. If he isn't going to pay attention to you, you might as well go pet that cat across the street.
Ohh, it looks so cute and fluffy. You're ready to pounce.
Suddenly, you felt yourself being embraced from behind, flinching and turning your head back to see Kita.
"Uhhhh?!" you stammered out, completely flustered. What in the world?! He's actually hugging you right now! Could this mean...
"You almost ran into that person. Be more careful." he explained simply, letting you go and turning back to whatever he was doing.
Suddenly you're worried about your walking abilities with how much your legs are shaking.

You could practically feel the daggers being glared into your skull. This entire meeting so far, the prince’s closest adviser had narrowed his eyes at you, a gesture which you only returned with a coy smile.
Really, just because it wasn’t common for a royal concubine to attend a meeting concerning safety measures at the upcoming masquerade ball, there was no need for such hostility.
Then again, maybe the adviser was so foul-tempered because of the physical position you found yourself in. But it wasn’t your fault they hadn’t prepared another seat for you or that Shouto was notoriously unbothered with social etiquette. So, if the prince ordered his concubine to sit on his lap instead, who were you to argue?
You doubted he glared at you because he was aware you had been investigating him or that you knew he and his fellow spies were planning an assassination attempt on the royal whose arm was currently lazily curled around your waist.
Surely, “concubine” was not exactly the title you had had in mind when agreeing to work as an intelligence agent on the Todoroki court but considering the former crown prince Touya had basically gone up in smoke after an attempt on his life, placing yourself right next to the prince where an enemy wouldn’t expect might not be a bad idea.
Besides, since you had taken the prince up on his offer, you had been able to enjoy many luxuries you could previously not even dream of. Delicacies practically melted on your tongue, the material of your clothes was of a quality so fine it was like dressing in air and the library held rare books you normally couldn’t get your hands on just like that.
You also had to admit, pretending to be Shouto’s lover wasn’t exactly torture either. Not only was he as handsome as they come but he was also very well-mannered towards you even in private. The clumsy side only few got to see when he let his guard down was also quite adorable.
So, to say you were quite comfortable where you were and had no intention of giving up your spot any time soon was an understatement.
“Your Highness is it really necessary to bring,” the adviser paused momentarily as he gestured at you, “this person to a meeting such as this? How can we be sure they are not working for an opposing kingdom, relaying our security measures to the enemy?”
You caught yourself before a snort escaped you. Seriously, how was nobody onto this guy before you came around?
“I have no doubt about their loyalty to me and the kingdom,” Shouto said, tone even as always, yet his hand around your waist tightened. “Besides, their safety might be compromised just like mine, so this information should be shared with them as well.”
“That’s right,” you goated, a sharp grin on your lips as you reached backwards over your shoulder to run your fingers down Shouto‘s neck as you held eye contact with the adviser. “I’ve shown my devotion to the prince in ways you never could.”
Soon you’d watch the light drain from his eyes as you ended his miserable life but for now you’d find amusement in how they widened in indignation.

“Your Highness! I must ask you to stay in the medic’s quarters!” Said medic was fussing around you as you pulled the outer layer of your clothes back on. “I dressed the wound and used a minor healing spell but you need to rest! A-and your medicine—“
“I can rest in my quarters too,” you sighed, already halfway out of the door. “Someone will come pick up the treatment later.”
The medic was still stammering long after you already set out towards your room, trying not to put too much pressure on your side. You didn’t think it’d be that big of a deal but apparently the monster’s claws that had grazed your skin were laced in some sort of venom, the pain of which left you wheezing when you received another blow to the stomach.
Half stumbling, half falling into your room, you reckoned whatever spell the medic had cast hadn’t done much to rid your body of the poison, especially if you remembered how he had floundered once you first drudged into the infirmary. No wonder you had gone behind your parents’ backs to employ someone who actually understood his craft.
“Whoa what happened to you?” Kenma lifted his head from his magic-driven game board at the sound of the door opening. His sharp amber eyes studied you from head to toe, taking in the ripped clothes and collection of bruises and scratches. “You look like death chewed you up and spit you back out.”
“Thanks,” you retorted just as sarcastically, working to rid yourself of the rest of your armour, wincing when you strained the area around your ribs. “Must be the poison.”
“Poison?” Immediately, Kenma had perked up, already rounding the table, his game forgotten. “What poison? And where? And why didn’t you lead with that?”
Usually, the guy tried to make himself as small as possible, hoping to blend into the background. But whenever you dragged in yet another weird and wonderful ailment from out in the wild, your shy healer found himself in the habit of becoming a little bossy. Other royals might take offence if their concubines used that kind of tone but you had to admit you didn’t really mind.
“Well, it’s not like you gave me much of a chance to explain,” you laughed, pulling your shirt off and letting it pile up with the rest of your things, then wriggled your eyebrows at the blond. “So, where do you want me?”
“You are the worst, even when you’re dying,” Kenma rolled his eyes before a warm hand settled on your bare back and nudged you towards the bed. “For now, just lie down. And tell me exactly what the hell happened to you.”
Without any resistance, you settled down and watched as Kenma got to work. It was fascinating each time, even if you didn’t understand much of it and you were the one having to be treated. Whenever he focused on something, he adopted this no-nonsense expression, lips tightened into a line and eyebrows drawn together. You didn’t even want to start thinking about the way your skin tingled where his fingers touched you, well aware that the reason for it wasn’t the magic Kenma used.
“I told the doc someone would pick up my medicine later,” you spoke up once your healer had finished his work and both of you were just lingering within the same space.
As always when you told Kenma something he didn’t want to hear, he made one of the most expressive faces of disgust a human could muster.
“I’ll make sure to trip on the way,” he shrugged and you were aware he might actually do it too. “I didn’t spend all this time healing you just so that idiot can poison you again with whatever concoction he came up with this time.”
“Just what would I do without you?” Brushing a stray strand of hair out of his eyes, you didn’t miss how Kenma, the guy who used to flinch at people coming near him, leaned slightly into your touch.

The golden light of the sinking sun illuminated the balcony as birds chirped their last songs of the day. In the midst of the flowers blooming across the railing and the castle walls, three people sat around a table filled with fruits, cheese and many other delicious foods, eating and laughing together.
“But to come back to your Minister of Finance’s proposal,” Koko, who seemingly hadn’t taken his eyes off the kingdom’s budget sheet, spoke up. Splitting off a few of the coins from the stack in front of him to visualise the share he was thinking about, he offered his insight. “I think we should use a cut of the newly allocated funds to strengthen the army’s equipment. The knights could do with new armour, especially considering the neighbouring kingdom has been less than friendly lately.”
“What new funds are we talking about?” You inquired, not having been privy to the meeting prior this day.
“The party we sent out recently was more successful than we expected them to be,” Inui clued you in with a small smile as he studied what Koko proposed.
“Ah, the expedition that was my idea and that I equipped with the right tools. In that case,” you said, a mischievous glint in your eyes, before you made the stack of coins levitate over your outstretched palm, “I think we should use it to build a magic tower. It would help more with defence than equipping the knights, considering what fun things I could do with one.”
“Don’t be ridiculous,” Koko scolded, reaching over the table to snatch the coins back. “How should we justify the King’s concubine wishing for a magic tower?”
While you shrugged, Seishu took your hand and answered much gentler than the black haired man.
“I have to agree with Koko. Not because I doubt you could do a lot of great things with such a tower but because we already had a lot of trouble explaining why the lightning only struck the enemy’s side in the last battle,” he sighed, giving you an understanding look he knew had you giving in already. “The public doesn’t know we have a magic user on our side and word of construction would spread fast. Don’t forget why you went into hiding in the first place.”
“Yeah yeah, I understand, no magic tower. But, how about,” you leant back in your chair, tossing a coin you had hidden up your sleeve before Koko could retrieve it, “one or the other magic tome? Nobody would even notice. Just say it’s for a new necklace or whatever else concubines usually get.”
“Are you suggesting we commit fraud?” Koko levelled his accusatory gaze at you.
“I don’t know, am I?” You innocently asked, batting your eyelashes at him. “It would be for the good of the people, after all.”
“How is you getting a new toy good for the people?”
“I could make the grains grow faster or whatever the people usually pray for,” you shrugged. “I’m at least granting their wishes.”
“I thought you were interested in necromancy recently,” Seishu laughed knowingly. “I’m no expert in the field but how is that helping with making the crops grow?”
“I’m sure a walking dead body or two would scare off the crows,” you said as seriously as you could. “It might also scare off thieves, now that I think about it.”
Koko just looked at you, horrified, while Seishu laughed at your nonchalance. When the former regained his senses, he reprimanded you again.
“We are not using tax money, so you can experiment with the undead and unleash them on the public!”
“Eh, it was worth a try,” you relented before popping another grape in your mouth.

𝐀𝐋-𝐇𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐌 / 𝐊𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐇
You were well aware of the whispers that filled the halls of the castle when you weren’t present.
Kaveh was probably a more conventional concubine to take, considering his innate kindness and striking beauty. Clearly, when he waltzed into the room beside you, it was like the sun was rising before everyone’s eyes. Yeah, he was probably an expected choice.
Al-Haitham, on the other hand…
It wasn’t exactly his physique which raised people’s questions. Moreso it was his gruff temper and apparent boredom with most topics, burying his nose in a book and brushing people off with less than a single word at times, that made your staff shake their heads at your appointment.
Not that it mattered much what other people thought.
What did matter, however, was that your country’s infrastructure had improved significantly since you made your peculiar choice of companions. After most critical meetings concerning upcoming construction, your subordinates believed your return to your chambers meant you just had to relieve some pent-up stress. Yet, those “steamy” nights were spent hunched over maps and graphs of your nation, pointing out the flaws in your advisers’ proposals and redoing blueprints of planned buildings.
Perhaps nobody else in the castle was aware of it, but Al- Haitham and Kaveh were a genius strategist and brilliant architect respectively, responsible for the projects the public praised you most for. And that had been the nature of your relationship in the beginning. They patched out your advisers’ proposals and you made sure they were compensated accordingly, unconventional as the methods may be.
Though, you supposed, after working together for a while, the titles you had given them may not be so wrong anymore. Long nights spent agonising over the ideal location for a new project had turned into quiet evenings lounging around your quarters, enjoying fine wine and lingering touches. Having the two around had become a great sense of comfort to you and running into them between meetings and stacks of paperworks waiting for you made a spark of fondness flutter in your chest.
However, running into both of them at the same time also meant the unlikely pair were probably bickering. This time, you could actually hear them before you rounded the corner.
“I’m telling you, if we use this type of wood-”
“It would rot under the environmental influences faster than you could complete construction.”
“Why, you…!”
Pinching the bridge of your nose, you exhaled ready to calm down the situation somehow. Then, you came face to face with them and had an entirely new idea on how to mediate. Haitham had his arms crossed as he regarded the blond with an unimpressed expression, the pose accentuating the way his biceps and triceps flexed. With Kaveh turned away from you, you had a clear view of his back, as always exposed by the flowy robes he wore.
Sure, they might not be the most usual concubines you could’ve chosen, but that didn’t matter.
“Strategy meeting in my quarters, now. Royal orders.”

the pocky challenge with him. (part 4)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
kenma kozume. — apple decorer pocky.
kenma knew about this challenge for a while now, but he never expected you to want to do it with him. he tried to convince you out of it, because he knew that in every attempt he played in his mind, he would always end up way too flustered to go through with it. you could tell kenma wasn't very confident about the outcome of this challenge, but you reassured him with a small kiss to his cheek, just giving him a taste of what was going to come soon.
but little did you know that kiss on his cheek paralyzed him and blew his senses out of mind that all he can do is... stare into your eyes and nibble on his end of the pocky stick, blushing hard and trying to snap out of his adoring gaze and the image of you kissing his cheek over and over and over again in his mind.
he probably wouldn't last in this challenge, not by a long shot, but... at least you now know how powerful the effect your kisses had on him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
yamaguchi tadashi. — choco mint pocky.
yamaguchi originally thought the challenge was to eat as much pocky as the challengers can, though when you bit onto his end of the pocky stick, yamaguchi turned as bright red as a strawberry–his pretty golden eyes staring into yours as he stuttered out question after question overlapping his previous questions and just sounding like a bumbling fool.
you loved seeing yamaguchi like this whenever such intimate things happened between you two; it was like the universe always kept making you two get so close, yet he would always step back and get far away again. and this time, yamaguchi's anxiety won, and he pulled away from you the instant you two were one bite apart from making all your feelings to each other clear. he apologized profusely, insisting you have the pocky stick; but what good is a pocky stick to you when all you wanna do is kiss his sweet lips, make him feel loved and wanted?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
koushi sugawara. — summer salty vanilla pocky.
sugawara is known for being a darling, a very charismatic prince-like figure; and that is how you have always seen him. though the first time you've ever seen him act all giggly and flustered was when you were only a pocky stick's length away from him... he was never the same after that. he kept trying to play it cool, be mr. refreshing again; but nothing was gonna help him keep his cool when the person of his dreams was a few centimeters away from him, about to kiss him.
as sugawara planned to pull away and let you win the challenge, you pulled away, gently taking the pocky from him, and to his surprise—you kissed him right then and there. mr. refreshing needs a break from being all calm and composed, sometimes, all he needs is a kiss from the prettiest person in the world and to be head over heels in love with them to keep being himself.

[IT'S ALWAYS BEEN YOU] - ft. knight! iwaizumi hajime
warnings/content: princess! reader x knight/personal guard! iwa, royal au, arranged marraige, angst. One more after this!
wc: 2.1k
part 5. directory here.
--
With Hajime gone, the days fly by. Before you know it, the wedding is set to take place in a week. Your family will be arriving in a few days and will stay to attend the ceremony to be held in the Nekoma castle. There’s no need for you to lift a single finger. Your dress, itinerary, dinner, guest list were all prepared by the maids in the manor. And that was fine because this is not the wedding you always fantasized about anyway. There is no use in stressing over the details.
What you are excited for, however, is seeing your older brother again. While all the knights and courtesans in Nekoma are kind, you miss your family.
And despite your father’s brutishness, you do miss him. After the union, you know your opportunities to see him will be few and far in between.
And it goes without saying, but your sore heart aches for your knight. Iwaizumi may have broken your heart, but you would be lying if you said you did not miss him. You have already long resigned to the fact that you will love him forever, silly as that may be. At least once an hour, he double crosses your mind and the next 10 minutes will be spent thinking of him, a deadly mix of daydreaming about his smile and bracing yourself to keep it together when you see him again.
Thus, the days are spent lounging alone in the gardens with a cup of tea and untouched pastries. Sir Kenma and Sir Kai have long given up on checking in on you when the faraway look glazes over your eyes. Most of them, sharp and cunning, have seen right through you, knowing of your feelings for your ex-personal knight. They used to sit with you to keep you company, but that does little to soothe the loneliness that seeps through your bones. So they have learned to give you space. After all, they have the rest of this lifetime to get to know their future queen. The days go by in a blur and before you know it, the day of your family’s arrival comes.
You expect a summon to dinner that night, but none comes. You arrive at the dining room as you do every night and find it completely empty save for some of the maids. When you ask about the Aoba Johsai entourage and the usual Nekoma attendees, the maids only shake their heads. You have dinner alone and wander through the halls in hopes of running into some familiar faces, but the castle hallways are silent and empty. After a dragged out tour of the entire building, including the outdoor gardens, you reluctantly give up on your search.
Much to your disappointment, the next two days pass similarly. With the exception of Prince Kuroo having breakfast with you, the only human interaction you receive is from the servants. And with that, the day of your wedding arrives.
~•~
The morning greets you with bright sun and beautiful weather, blue skies and not a cloud in  sight, perfect for an early summer wedding. Strangely, not a single maid disrupts your sleep, even after the additional half hour you spend lounging in bed. You decide to get up to find some breakfast and hopefully some company.
When you push your bedroom door open, two familiar figures standing guard on either side of your doorway turn to face you.
“Slept in on your big day, eh, Princess?” the first one teases.
“Pretty heartless of you,” the second one jokes.
“Mattsun! Makki!” you exclaim, wrapping each of them in a hug. “What are you two doing here?”
They chuckle warmly, patting you on the back and reciprocating the embrace.
“We’re here to be your escorts before it’s time to prepare for the ceremony,” Sir Hanamaki explains.
“Shall we have breakfast in the garden today?” Sir Matsukawa offers.
“Where’s Toru and my parents? Am I not going to see them before the wedding?”
“‘Fraid not, Princess. They’ve been busy dealing with some diplomatic shit apparently,” Hanamaki responds carelessly.
“Makki!” you exclaim at his inappropriate language. You have missed that.
“You’ll see them soon enough,” Matsukawa covers. “Well?” he prompts, offering you a crooked elbow.
You slip either arm through each of their proffered elbows and practically skip your way to the gardens.
Breakfast is a pleasant affair as the two catch you up on things you have missed at home. They go through a list of people and their respective updates, including your Father, Mother, Toru, Kindaichi, Kunimi, and all the others.
They tactfully keep Iwaizumi off the list and while you are undeniably curious, it may just be better off not knowing. It may even be better that he does not come to the wedding at all. You keep those thoughts to yourself.
After breakfast, they escort you straight back to your room after turning down your request to take a walk in the gardens.
“No can do, Princess.” Matsukawa declines.
“Don’t want you to run into any surprises, you know?” Hanamaki says cryptically.
Once back in your room, you’re left again to your own devices until lunchtime. At exactly noon, a knock sounds at your door. Without waiting for your permission, the door opens and you are greeted by another face you have missed dearly.
“Toru!” you exclaim, running over to your brother to tackle him in a hug.
He lets out a grunt as he catches the impact of your body, giving you an easy spin before setting you back down.
“Why haven’t I seen you since you’ve arrived?”
“I’m sorry. There’s been some… situations I have needed to deal with since arriving.”
He puts a strange emphasis on situations, but you do not question it. After all, diplomatic matters have always been more of Toru’s responsibility than yours.
“I wish we had more time to catch up,” your brother says, “but I have to ask you some questions now.” His eyes show a seriousness unbefitting of your whimsical brother, his voice solemn.
“Okay,” you agree hesitantly.
“I need to know if you still love Iwaizumi after all this time.”
You recoil at the question, surprised by the question and baffled by the relevance of the topic at this stage.
“Don’t think about anything else. Just be honest with me, as my little sister whose happiness I wish for. Be honest with yourself.”
“Yes,” you whisper. “I do still love him, and I think I always will. You may not know but Prince Kuroo and I… we agreed to…” you trail off, not sure how to explain the situation in a way that will not upset your brother.
He surprises you by nodding in understanding. “I know. I know what you and the Prince agreed to. And don’t,” he pauses a bit here, as if searching for the correct words.
“Don’t overthink what I’m about to ask, okay?”
You nod.
“If you had the chance, would you still want to be with Iwa? Forget all the circumstances. Do you still long to be with him?”
Your answer is easy. A tear escapes your eyes as you respond, “if he and I could simply exist as ourselves, and not as our titles, then yes. I do.”
Your brother smiles then. He gives you one more hug and something about the look in his eyes tells you not to ask anymore questions. You return his embrace, allowing yourself to cry silently in his arms. You don’t know how long the two of you stand there like that, only separating when another knocks sounds at the door.
It’s the maids, ready to prepare you for the ceremony.
Toru releases you, holding both of your shoulders steady. He leans down, face-to-face with you. “Don’t lose faith,” he says quietly, wiping the swiping tears from your cheeks.
~•~
When Toru leaves, the maids enter, but instead of the Nekoma maids you have become accustomed to, it is your old maids and good friends, Rose and Marie.
They are quick to gather you into a tight embrace, exclaiming about how you have lost weight and mildly reprimanding you for crying your eyes swollen on such a big day.
With little time to catch up, they prepare you, adorning you with ribbons, flowers, and jewelry, all while chattering away in their comforting voices. When you slip into your dress and finally see yourself in the mirror, a strange calm washes over you. The same calm that has developed in the days you spent daydreaming in the Nekoma gardens. The same calm that covers your consciousness in a blissful haze. The same calm that makes you feel like you are looking at someone else in your body.
It’s only as Rose and Marie join you on either side, admiring you through the mirror with tears in their eyes that you blink back into the moment.
“You are so beautiful, Princess,” Rose sniffles.
“We are so proud of you,” Marie adds.
You smile at them, fighting the urge to cry again and ruin all their hard work.
“And remember,” they say. “You are destined for happiness. No matter how this day ends. Now, you must go, Princess.”
This day has been nothing short of cryptic messages, but they are right. Outside, the sun is just beginning to lower itself onto the horizon and the sunset is a summon for you to be at the Grand Hall. You give your friends one last hug and a whispered “thank you,” before making your way out.
~•~
At your arrival, the large double doors open to reveal an intricately decorated setup, but sparsely filled. The number of attendees is incredibly few for a wedding of royal caliber. As practiced, you walk down the aisle, vision blurred by the veil covering your face. When you arrive at the front of the room, Prince Kuroo is not at the altar, as he was during the practice sessions. And instead of an ordained priest behind the altar, your father and Queen Kuroo stand in that place. You see the monarchs of each kingdom holding their stern expressions, but as you meet your fathers gaze through your veil, you see a kind look in his eyes, one you have not seen since you were a child. He gives you a small nod and in spite of your confusion, you proceed.
Your destination is on the small elevated stage by the altar. You take the 2 small steps up, dragging the train of your dress behind you and turn around to face the guests. As you finally get a good glimpse of all the attendees, you notice that Hajime is nowhere in sight. On the Nekoma side of the hall, the first chair closest to the stage is vacant. You are not sure who is missing from the Nekoma side save for your absent fiance.
The first to speak is Queen Kuroo, as you hear her begin to announce her son.
“Announcing: Representative of the Royal Family Kuroo, Prince of Nekoma, and future heir to the throne, my son, Kuroo Testuro.”
At the very end of the hall, the curtains are drawn and you see the Prince enter, walking down the same carpet you did just moments ago. However, instead of alighting the steps to join you on stage, he stands on the ground directly in front of you. He does not turn around to face the guests. You give him a questioning look and he just grins like he knows something you do not, though it seems more and more like everyone knows something about today that you do not.
Next, you hear your father clear his throat. His next words make you turn your back to the audience to make sure you hear him correctly.
“Announcing: Captain of the Aoba Johsai Royal Order of Knights,”
Your breath catches.
“And future heir to the Dukedom of the Iwaizumi estate, Iwaizumi Hajime.”
You swivel around abruptly enough that your veil slides out of position. Your obscured vision only sees a flurry of motion at the end of the hall. You see the curtain at the back of the hall pulled back to reveal a figure you dare not register as familiar, though it is one that you have watched and chased after for as long as you remember. Your vision grows hazy and you don’t know if it’s tears or the veil. So you pull the veil right off, not trusting your covered eyes.
At the other end of the carpet, is Iwaizumi Hajime, not in his usual armor, but dressed in formal attire, not unlike Prince Kuroo’s. His eyes are trained intensely on yours. Something in the way he looks at you, walks to the altar, and takes your hands tells you that he is not here to simply watch. He is here for you.

Would it be possible to ask for the Housewardens from Twisted Wonderland having an s/o who's a lot like Kozume Kenma from Haikyuu? I didn't see Haikyuu in the fandoms you write for but I saw a request for Hinata Shoyo!Reader so I'm a little confused.
I don’t write for the Fandom Haikyuu!, but I will write about a reader/OC based on a character from that Fandom. This goes for any Fandom not on my Fandom list.
Gender neutral reader who is not Yuu, but is from Yuu’s world.
Tumblr media
Riddle Rosehearts
You were quiet and more reserved, much like the King of Hearts. He didn’t care for the video games that took your attention away from him, but there were worse hobbies (i.e. causing trouble with the ADeuce duo). As long as you showed respect for him and the rules, all is well.
When you told the first years that they didn’t need to show you any formalities as their upperclassman, your boyfriend nearly lost it. In his mind, the first years were of the lowest rank and needed to show their respect, especially if it was his significant other. As his ‘co-ruler’, you needed to be held in the highest regard.
He thought you were very shy at first, and it wasn’t until you played in the Spelldrove tournament where he saw your more competitive side. It threw him in for a loop, to say the least. You later admitted that you didn’t care at all for the sport even though you carried the team. You said that you wanted to win because of your friends, and the young Rosehearts boy thought it was admirable.
If you continued to play volleyball, Riddle would support you to the fullest degree. He would be at each and every practice and game, cheering the loudest. He would force the entire dorm to support you as well, and volleyball has now become a huge sport at NRC thanks to you.
Tumblr media
Leona Kingscholar
He hated the fact that you played video games constantly, as it stole your attention all the time. He’s touch starved, don’t you know? Plus, you were his herbivore. He was losing to a freaking device. This jealousy came from a place of insecurity, because how could he compete with a game?
Leona doesn’t really care if you wish to skip formalities with the First Years. Hell, it might actually be a benefit to Savanaclaw, since they would be more comfortable with you. But, now that he thinks more about it, the more he dislikes the idea. Not only were you an unofficial member of royalty by being his significant other, but he doesn’t want you getting close to anyone besides himself.
The first time he saw your more competitive side was in-game. You were definitely fast and agile, and you definitely carried the entire freaking team. Savanaclaw still got 2nd, but y’all lost only by 1 point to Diasomnia. Leona wasn’t even mad about it, he was mad at how his team just relied on you to do everything.
If you decide to introduce volleyball to NRC, the young prince would support you both financially and practically. He might even take up the sport, as long as you were his teacher. He wouldn’t mind some ‘personal lessons’ either~.
Tumblr media
Azul Ashengrotto
He doesn’t care that you play video games until you are pretty far into your relationship with each other. He gets kind of clingy, especially after a rough day, and all he wants is your undivided attention and affection as a reward. How cruel you must be to deny him of a simple request such as this.
Azul doesn’t mind you ditching formalities with the First Years, as it’s very likely that you both have special nicknames for each other. It might be a bit weird for him to get used to at first, though. In addition to that, you are very close to the FY’s, adopting them as your ‘younger brothers’.
In the Spelldrive tournament, you were on Octavinelle’s team, and you were a beast. Your beloved cecaelia was watching from the bleachers, and he noticed that  you were quick on your feet and good at making quick strategies on the field. One of the other players got a bloody nose because you shoved them face-first into the grass. Needless to say, you were the MVP.
When you voiced your desire to bring volleyball to NRC, he was worried about you getting hurt. However, he’s not going to stop you from playing. He will blackmail Crowley so that he establishes a volleyball club next year, and you start making plans for the next year. Azul helps you, and he becomes a sponsor for your beloved sport.
Tumblr media
Kalim Al-Asim
He doesn’t know much about video games, but he’s definitely willing to learn about them! In addition to that, he’s the kind of guy who would get you the newest video game and keep track of when certain updates or sequels come out just so you don’t have to. He puts it all in his calendar that’s shared with you.
Kalim also doesn’t use any formalities with the First Years, so it would be hypocritical of him to judge you for doing the same thing. Any students going into Scarabia are put at ease because of you, and grow excited and eager because of your boyfriend.
You most definitely carried the dorm’s Spelldrive team, and it upset your lover because he was worried that either you or Jamil would get hurt. You did great, and he made sure to tell you that, but he knew that his dorm members would have to train harder so that they didn’t rely on you or his Vice Housewarden.
I think this man remembers small things about you, like how you mentioned that you liked to play volleyball. He had never heard of that sport, so he will ask you a bunch of questions about it. He even wants to learn, and that’s the start of your little club.
Tumblr media
Vil Schoenheit
This man simply does not have the time for such frivolous things like video games. He has done some voice acting for some, though, to get some more experience with being a VA. Your obsession with video games is something he doesn’t understand, but he does feel a swell of pride in his chest whenever he hears a character that he voiced.
You not forcing formalities upon the First Years is a very foreign concept to him. He definitely makes them use the proper honorifics when addressing himself, as it is a sign of respect and superiority. However, if you don’t want that, he won’t make them use them for you.
He had never gotten to experience your competitive side until the Spelldrive tournament. Vil was glad that you were playing for Pomefiore, considering you destroyed almost everyone. You placed the dorm in 3rd place behind Diasomnia and Savanaclaw. You later explained that you had no interest in the sport, and only tried because you loved him. You truly were a flatterer.
If you wanted to bring volleyball into Twisted Wonderland, your best bet is to get Vil into it as well. He has a shit-ton of followers on Magicam, and he will have you make instructional videos with him so that the sport gets tons of popularity. He enjoys it a lot, too.
Tumblr media
Idia Shroud
A literal match made in Olympus. You both bond over gaming, and probably met each other online through a lobby. You both simp over the same characters, you main the same characters, you help each other out, and Idia just loves you so much because you understand him.
No one ever really sees him, but when they do they use the proper formalities that come with him being the Ignihyde Housewarden as well as an upperclassman. He might just wear a sign that says that they don’t have to, since the honorifics freak him out. You often have to be there to calm him down and explain to the younger students that you both can be called just by your first names.
The first time he got to see your really fierce side was when you were playing for Ignihyde in the Spelldrive tournament. You carried the team, but your strategy was pristine and your boyfriend definitely noticed. Mans was jotting down notes quicker than Usain Bolt can run.
If you tell him that you wanted to start playing volleyball again, he would build a court simulation that could allow you to get practice in. Then, it could be used to teach other students how to play. Idia tried it once, and found that he absolutely did not like it. The only good thing was how you played with his ponytail as you tried to comfort him.
Tumblr media
Malleus Draconia
He does not understand video games at all, nor does he understand your obsession over them. He often finds it frustrating that he has to constantly compete against a device he knows nothing about for your attention. Finally, a worthy adversary.
Malleus wishes to have a close connection with the younger students, but his retainers refuse and say that it could disrupt his image as the Crowned Prince and Rightful Heir to the Throne of Briar Valley. He is often jealous when you tell the First Years that they can throw away the honorifics when talking to and about you.
When he found out that you made it onto the Diasomnia Spelldrive team, he was angry. You could get hurt was all that was going through his mind. However, he was surprised at how fast you were and how quickly you were able to make decisions on the spot. You both ruled over the field, to say the least. Diasomnia won by a large margin.
The second that you tell him that you want to teach people to play volleyball, he is all in for it. Training for his dorm starts the next day, and he will use his power to make sure that Crowley supports your dream. He is a very quick learner, but he will make sure that he gets something wrong in his stance so that you could touch him in order to fix it.

K.K.T.K on my wrist ♡
Tumblr media
Pairing: Kōtarō Bokuto x Keiji Akaashi x fem!reader x Tetsurō Kuroo x Kenma Kozume
WC: 1.9k
Genre: soulmate au, fluff, slice of life
CW: fem!reader, four soulmates, poly relationship, fluff, very soft and sweet
˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖ ˖⁺‧₊˚♡˚₊‧⁺˖
When I was a little girl, I thought about how a prince would show up outside my bedroom window. He'd take me away to his castle and marry me, treating me with kindness.
Then we'd live happily ever after, just like in the movies.
However, the hardships that came with being a princess made me think that I could handle them. As it turns out, that's not how life is at all.
Not at all.
Plenty of hardships are thrown at you left and right. and it's all about how well you deal with it.
As I got older, my fantasies became more realistic. I wanted to live a small, easy life with the person I so dearly loved.
A small child or kitten running around, giving us entertainment.
Living out our lives to the fullest and being content with simplicity. We didn't need anything more or anything less.
That's how I've always imagined it.
As it turns out, life does throw things at you, but this one was one of the best hardships I'll ever came to love.
And it all begins at the young age of sixteen. A fresh high school student, worried about what people thought about them.
Their hair, clothes, grades, and sometimes even a boyfriend or girlfriend.
However, most of those thoughts got quickly brushed away. On a person's sixteenth birthday, initials will appear on their dominant wrist.
The absolute heart racing feeling full of wonder of who your special significance other could be.
Maybe it was someone who lives halfway across the world. Maybe someone who goes to the same school as you. Maybe someone you grew up with.
Or maybe someone you just happen to know from the internet.
Whatever it may be, they will be bound to meet. Some people say it's fate. Some say even destiny.
However, I just thought it was a clear misconception for me.
I had my dreams significantly crushed by four initials on my wrist. Oh, how I used to despise them—the hate that fueled through me when I looked at my wrist.
Looking back, it was harsh and childish. Life is unexpected; things happen. However, this one was one that's stuck in my favorites, even if it was the opposite of everything I always wanted.
I wouldn't trade it for the world.
The bedroom window was open a bit as the rain fell from the sky. Small devices lit up here and there around the room.
It was an easy night for all of us. Even Kōtarō was quiet, which sparked an interest in me. I was keeping myself busy by reading a book I had been wanting to catch up on.
While also laying on Keiji, who had been next to me reading some other kind of book.
Our beloved Kenma was in the next room over, streaming. The door was slightly ajar, leaving space for the blue rays of light to show on the wall.
I could hear small splashes of water coming from the bathroom. A small, unnoticeable smile gracing my strawberry-colored lips.
No matter how many times I knew water calmed that beautiful boy down, I couldn't get over it.
I had run the bath myself, even adding a few bathroom toys and bubbles, despite it being the late hours of the night. And despite that he was a grown man, we don't in this house.
If I had listened hard enough, I could hear Tetsu downstairs. The soft noise of most likely midnight snacks being made.
It seemed as if we were all content in the house we called home. A shiver ran down my back as I felt the soft breeze come from the window.
The skies were pitch black; if it were a normal night, I'd be on the roof with Tetsu and Keiji. We'd point out the constellations and watch the stars.
It was one of my favorite things to do with them.
If it were later in the afternoon and the sun was slightly straying from the clouds and the rain was soft, Kōtarō would be dancing in the rain with me.
We'd sing our hearts out, then get scolded by our lovely boyfriend, Keiji, who quite possibly seemed like the only sane one in the house.
Besides Kenma half of the time.
The days that it was sunny, and I wished silently that it would rain. Kenma would softly take my hand and lead me to the kitchen.
Even though we both shared the hatred of sunny days, we'd bake something.
Whether it be healthy or not, burnt or just right, muffins or cupcakes. So, our house constantly smells like a bakery. When we wouldn't feel up to baking, a movie was our next best thing.
On hard days when I felt like I really needed something to just get my mind off for a little while, Kuroo was my go-to person.
We'd run to the park and back, putting the stress into exercising. Sometimes, just sitting down with him on a park bench and watching everyone pass by was enough.
However, Keiji was by far the one who comforted me in a strange but loving way. He's the only one I'd talk to. I'd spill all my thoughts to, read a book with, cry to, and observe with.
Being very compatible with each and every one of them made life exciting and, oddly, calming.
"Are you cold? We can shut the window if you'd like." Keiji turned his head toward me, pausing his reading.
"I'll put on a hoodie," I said, shaking my head and loving the smell of rain. However, he knew that that would be my answer.
I'd always wrap up in multiple clothing layers instead of shutting the window.
It was a habit.
I crawled away from him as I watched Keiji place my bookmark in the place I was reading.
Slipping on my pink slippers, I walked out of the room, heading towards the clothing room.
Who knew that living with four other people would bless you with an enormously large house? However, the income we all made could quite possibly also be a reason.
As I walked past Kenma's gaming room, I peered in. My eyes were watching him a bit, I could tell even from when he was turned around that his eyes were glued to the screen.
Knowing Kenma, I knew he wasn't wearing his glasses that protected his eyes. He needed them now more than ever, since it's the late hours of the night.
Backing out, I quickly but quietly moved downstairs. His glasses were on the living room coffee table, if I remembered correctly.
When I was on the first floor, I moved to the living room, where his glasses were. Picking them up, I felt the coldness from how long they've been left alone.
The kitchen light on, curiosity peering through me. I peeked in at the sight of Tetsu sitting on the counter, scrolling on his phone.
He was most likely trying to figure out what we'd be feeling up for to eat after rummaging through our cabinets. God, he could be doing nothing and still look so handsome.
I smiled a little and headed back upstairs. Opening Kenma's door more, I could hear soft grunting from him.
Probably because of a level he was having trouble with.
Setting the glasses close to his keyboard, I leaned down and gave him a soft kiss on the temple. He nodded, his cheekbones glowing with a rouge pink shade.
That small peck meant, 'Please don't forget to wear them.' I could always express myself with small things without actually saying them to Kenma and Keiji.
Usually, I'd have to express my thoughts in a verbal way when it came down to Kō and Tetsu. However, I knew not everyone would be an introvert or just a mind reader.
When I left the room, leaving it cracked like before, I saw his game pause and him slip on the clear glasses.
I made my way back to the room, forgetting about the hoodie I needed to get. When I entered, I saw Kōtarō curled up against Keiji.
His hair was slightly dripping wet, making me cringe a bit.
I spotted his towel, which he had brought back with him instead of hanging up in the bathroom. I softly grabbed it and made my way to him.
He perked up; his yellow eyes seemed to shine a bit brighter in the dark.
"The water will make the bed wet, hon" I softly said, lightly ruffling his hair with the towel.
His arms wrapped around my waist as I continued to get the water out. Wetness and comfortable covers do not mix in my book or even on my book.
I could hear him sigh happily as I played with his hair, trying to get out all the water.
Glancing over to Keiji, his glasses were off, and our books had been set elsewhere. It's movie time.
Kenma would come from his gaming in around fifteen to twenty minutes from now. We'd all cuddle on the bed and watch a cartoon movie.
I walked to the bathroom, setting Kōtarō's towel on his hook. In a house of five people, organization was the best key.
After I cut the lights off, I walked back to see a movie picked up and Kuroo coming upstairs with our midnight snacks.
When I made sure everyone was comfortable in bed, I went to get Kenma. I could basically feel the exhaustion radiating off him. Knowing that he wouldn't get off the game unless someone actually got him.
As I got closer, I gently put my arms around his back. I did it every single time I wanted him to get off the game. I could tell he was fighting himself, wanting to go another round but agreeing.
Soon his system was off and his left hand locked in my right one, walking into our bedroom. We climbed into bed; the rotation was different this weekend.
Each day or week, we'd switch the rotation of who gets to spoon who. It wasn't my idea since I couldn't care less if I was spooning or getting spooned.
However, being the only girl it was kinda nice with everyone being bigger than me, it was kind of hot some nights too.
This time around, Tetsu was spooning me, and I happened to be spooning Kōtarō. After we finished the snacks, I couldn't resist the sleep, which called my name.
Since there were five of us, we couldn't possibly fit in a bed. So we decided to just get one of the biggest; even if we did spoon, I'm sure at least one of us would end up kicking another off the bed.
This has always been how our stay-up nights have been and I wouldn't change it for the world.
When I was a little girl, I thought about how a prince would show up outside my bedroom window. He'd take me away to his castle and marry me.
Well, now that I'm older, it's safe to say that I've got four princes who I was fated with. They agreed to live together with me, and the need to marry wasn't in our minds.
We all knew the reassurance of each other never leaving the other. But if one of us did happen to want to marry? I guess we could.
But this is the end of our weekend night and there was nothing out there that would make me give it up.

YANDERE KENMA KOZUME HEADCANONS
Tumblr media
Kenma is an obsessive yandere and he's also self aware
You are in Kenma's math class and you were the only one who managed to catch his eye because of your shining personality. He really admired you, like alot
Even though this boi is OBSESSED with you, poor bby's really nervous about approaching you and blowing his first impression with you. So, he'll watch and admire you from far. And THAT means, he's basically like your secret admirer
Though he might not seem like it, Kenma is a VERY perceptive person. He knows and understands what exactly a person is going through and their feelings. He cares for his friends a lot and YES, that ALSO includes a certain raven haired rooster ;) But these feelings are a bit.... different when it comes to you. He's never experienced love before and he has trouble understand these new feelings. He just can't understand HOW in the HECK you can make his heart flutter with your smile and his tummy become a zoo when you laugh. Sure, he's played games on love and all that before but he didn't bother going in depth about it but after he saw you, he made it like his mission to learn and know EACH and EVERY single thing about it
His confusion towards his feelings will most likely be manifested in dark, sinister and twisted feelings of love and obsession towards you. He's content with just watching you from far and if you speak to him, he'll be a stuttering mess. Poor bby
Doesn't like it when you hang around other people, ESPECIALLY Oikawa. He really hates how close you are with him. And he really wishes he could do something to get rid of those annoying little gnats you call 'friends'. Can't you see? They'll desert you one day and they'll NEVER love you like how Kenma does
Luckily, Kuroo is Kenma's wingman and helps him get to you when he learns about his crush. I have a feeling Kuroo's also gonna help Kenma when it comes to kidnapping you and keeping you 'safe'
Sure, Kenma will collect little trinkets from you and have a collection of your items but he won't go as far as to collecting your clothes since he KNOWS that's just creepy as hell and he ain't that much of a creep
He will find out EVERYTHING about you and YES, that also includes that Wattpad and Tumblr account you haven't told anyone about. If you're an author on any of these sites, he'll find a way to login with your username and password after he reads them off from your secret diary, and he'll LOVE every word you've written. He'll also have access to your mails and everything since he wants to keep you safe from danger and he wants to know more about you
As much as he creepily stalks the HELL out of you, he will respect your privacy and your personal space. He isn't a pervert to watch you take your showers and he drinks and DROWNS in his respect women juice like Kuroo
He only stalks you since he just wants to make sure you get to places safely, like an escort mission in a game where you're the princess and he's your knight in shining armor or your prince charming
Kenma won't go TOO far with his obsession. It'll take A LOT to make HIM snap and when he does snap, oh boy.... you better have your running shoes in handy since he is literally going to make Satan and Lucifer look like the Bubble Guppies, no joke
If he kidnaps you, it's going to be because he's scared and insecure that you'll like someone else and he doesn't blame you for that. But, he wants to make sure that you fall in love with him and if you don't, well... he'll make you fall in love with him
Don't EVER try escaping from him. Many bones WILL be broken and NONE of them are going to be HIS
When it comes to rivals and enemies, he'll let them off with a dire warning but if they are stupid enough to go near you again, he will literally kill them in the most painful way imaginable till that person is going to be BEGGING for death
If you drive him stir crazy and over the edge, he'll just lock you in a dark room till you're ready to say sorry. He NEEDS you behave no matter WHAT he should do. He is rather strict when it comes to discipline and YES, he'll even take away the cat
After you're done with your punishment, he'll make you sit on his lap and wipe your tears while he cuddles with you and lets you play his video games or he'll let you watch your favorite movie on Netflix
Apart from this, he likes giving you little gifts from time to time like bracelets or if you like books, he'll get you books. If you're a gamer like him, he'll get you your own playstation and a nintendo switch or if you like drawing, expect a whole bunch of art supplies and sketch books sitting on the dining table wrapped neatly for you
Would LOVE to have a family with you though he'll be nervous as hell. What if he won't be a good father? And he'll not force you till you're ready to have a family with him by having a bunch of crazy little toddlers running around here and there
Manipulation will NEVER work on this dude so don't even try. He can easily tell when you're trying to manipulate him. He can calculate your every move and your thought since he studied you really well and you're easy to read like an open book. If you think you're 2 steps ahead of him, he's always 10 steps ahead of you
Will never make you do things you're uncomfortable with. He gets shy sometimes when he shows you affection and if you reciprocate his feelings back, Tsundere mode activated. But, he'll cuddle you and hug and kiss you whenever you want
Nicknames include: Pudding (Why am I getting reminded of Harley Quinn calling Joker that?!), Kitty cat, Sweetheart, Darling, Kitten
Once you get Stockholm Syndrome, things will get easier for you and expect a neatly wrapped from Kenma's best man Kuroo who's happy for you both and is even MORE happy that he doesn't have to go chasing you around here and there anymore when you're trying to escape
