I love thinking about different gestation periods, humans mixing with aliens or monsters and getting knocked up without knowing how long they're going to be pregnant or how many they're going to end up having. With the strength of a toddler, his tummy is thrashing with kicks and punches, becoming more painful and violent the closer it gets to his due date. And he has to suffer through three long years of it until his babies can be born.
