Remember when sex wasn't a big deal for the old writers, and they were able to talk about it without oversexualizing their characters and made the girls have normal discussions surrounding it? Also them showing consent and being respectful portraying the scenes that actually involved it, like in season two? I mean, what the fuck is up with these new writers/team adding unnecessary scenes between three characters then recommending videos about polynamorous relationships when there was never poly representation in the show? Making a character randomly assault the main and keep them all friends like this was normal behaviour ? And all of the sudden making their female characters just post provocative pics and give suggestive texts when that was never a thing in the show? Not to mention adding a bad light to characters more inclined to physical intimacy/different forms of relatioships( like zoe and lou), while making characters who aren't, seem like the good/right love interests (like sascha and mailin) compared to them? Like seriously... it's weird, and if this is them trying to do ace representation... you don't have to oversexualize your other characters or put the ones who are more sexual as "bad guys"???? You can simply talk about assexuality?

You rub your eyes from your spot on the couch. You were staying the night with your friends Yunho and Mingi, you didn’t want to intrude on them so you told them you would sleep on the couch. Now you were regretting that decision.

You wrap yourself in your blanket as you walk down to their shared room. You didn’t even know if they were awake or not, since they did say they were going to bed after you guys had your little movie night. You waddle down to the hallway, going up to knock on their door. Raising your hand to the door you lightly knocked on the door, fully expecting them not to answer at all. 

To your surprise, a tired but awake Yunho answered the door looking down at you wrapped in your blanket. He lets out a chuckle, “Did the little princess get lonely out there?” He teased, you rolled your eyes and walked past him. Mingi was lying in the bed scrolling through his phone before turning to you, “Yay~ (Y/n) came to bed with us, come on we have plenty of room, we didn’t want you to stay out there by yourself.” Mingi says as he pats the side next to him. You drop the blanket and climb into bed with Mingi only to let out a squeak of embarrassment. 

Mingi was only in his pajama pants, his chest on full display for you to see. You could feel your face turn red as you were suddenly pulled into said chest, Mingi making you lay on his chest as he put his phone in front of you. “We can scroll together, and this way is comfortable” he says, rubbing your arm. “But Mingles, I don’t want to disturb you and Yunho..” You say softly. 

You hear Yunho get settled in the bed behind you, his arms wrapping around your waist. “Nonsense, We wanted you to come here, We like you too much to let you stay out there” 

Yunho says softly. Mingi nods, flashing that adorable gummy smile that he had.

 “Tbh, we wanted to ask you a question anyways..” Mingi trailed off, his own cheeks turning a soft pink color. You raised a confused eyebrow about to ask a question only to be silenced with a quick kiss on the lips from Mingi. “Hey! I wanted to do it!” “Too bad, so sad Yuyu~” You were stunned as the two playfully went back and forth. Yunho sighs as he places a kiss on your cheek,, “If it wasn’t obvious, we like you (Y/n). Mingi was supposed to say that then kiss you.” “Sorry! Her lips just looked so kissable,” Mingi says, placing a finger on your lips. 

You blushed as you let what they said just process in your mind. “So you guys want me to join your relationship?” You asked only to have both of them nod and pull you down against the bed into a cuddle pile. You giggled softly as Yunho and Mingi continued their playful banter. “Well.. i like you guys too..so I will be your girlfriend..” You say softly, earning you kisses on the cheeks from both sides.

“See I told you my way was easier! Straight to the point!” “But what if she would’ve said no?”

“Easy! I would’ve cried.”

You let out a small laugh and let the two men go at it. Hell you just went from being on the couch alone, to ending up cuddling with two new boyfriends. You weren’t complaining at all.

Habitat- Jungle cliffs

Appearance: Humanoid birds standing 5ft 4 inches tall on average. They have large, parrot like beaks and sharp claws on their four didget hands. A 5th didget has been heavily modified, extended and moved back to the wrist to form the tips of their wings. Their tail feathers reach down to the midpoint of their calves, and their grasping feet have three clawed toes in the front and one in the back. Okirin feathers can be any shade of blue, with near black and near white being uncommon. Darker colors are more common for females, who often have dark patterns such as spots. Okirin can be almost any color, though blue makes up the super majority. Most non blue Okirin are green, red, or yellow. Common eye colors include green, blue, and silver, with red and brown being uncommon.

Homeworld: Telsaro is the second most geologically active planet in the Meson star cluster that was able to spawn A space fairing civilization, possessing 95% earth gravity and roughly twice the atmospheric mass. The planets ring of fire constantly scorches the surrounding lands and is almost impassable, thus isolating primitive civilizations from each other. A strong magnetic feild holds the atmosphere in place, and jagged mountians dominate the planets scenery. The lower gravity allows for creatures A fair bit larger than you would see on Earth, and flying, gliding, climbing and burrowing are common traits. Fresh water on this planet comes mostly from rivers, springs, and lakes, most of which flow into the Telsaro's one large ocean and scattered seas.

Behavior- Both mentally and physically their is almost no difference between male and female. They are A very romantic and whimsical species, and near constant flirts. An Okirin does not simply flirt to attract A partner, admiring anothers beauty is seen as A show of friendliness and respect, and failing to start A conversation with A compliment and is somewhat hurtful and A fast way to sour the mood. Okirin love all forms of attention, and their mental health depends on getting it. One may glance at A group of Okirin having A conversation and assume they were A polynamorous species, in truth this is rarely ever true. Family is by far the most important thing to Okirin, and their nature as both A reclusive and fecund species results in large homes remaining previlant, with the average household consisting of 25 members. Blood ties are not regarded as more important than emotional connections, thus it is not uncommon for over half the members of A clan to be friends of the family. Species is not considered A major barrier to being acepted into A clan. They are A very stationary species, A trait they got from having to hide from their planets extremely dangerous preditors. Their planet being so dangerous resulted in high mortality rates, and early civilizations had to deal with lots of their children becoming orphins. Okirin were quick to adopt any in need of A home. Additionally, around 50% of their Okirin are bisexual, as A gay couple can take care of children just as well as A straight one.

people often get the impression that polynamorous shipping or OT3 as some call it is not very genuine since you just come across as a multishipper that doesn't want to pick a side but even worse because you're shoving more that two persons into a ship. and i get it because it's strange, almost never works in real life, and the definition of it is not exactly detailed in what it means anyway. but like, that's what fictional characters and fiction in general is for. to explore the unexplored.

Karl is surprised by the way his heart flutters.

It’s not his first time ever kissing Sapnap, but it is the first in this timeline, and there’s something special about it. It’s a bit nostalgic, in a way. A hundred different kisses just like this playing on repeat in Karl’s head.

His silence must be mistaken for rejection, because Sapnap winces.

Sapnap: No good? Karl: Oh. No, I-- Karl: Sap, I loved it.

He almost flinches after saying it--”love” might be a little too strong so soon. But Sapnap relaxes, a smile inching its way onto his face, and Karl doesn’t backtrack to correct himself.

Sapnap: Does that mean that’s a ‘yes’ to officially dating me?

Karl smiles back at him, but... there’s still something he has to be upfront about, if he’s going to do this timeline right.

Karl: Yes. Absolutely yes, but... Sapnap: ...? Karl: I know we haven’t really talked about it before... Karl: But I just wanted to be clear that I’m-- Sapnap: Polynamorous? Karl: --polyamorous--wait, huh? Karl: Did we talk about this before?

For a second, Karl panics at the thought that his memory might be failing him so soon. He knows the risks he took coming back to before everything went so wrong, but surely it shouldn’t affect his memories of this timeline. Then Sapnap flushes, ducking his head and rubbing at the back of his neck and Karl waits for him to speak before worrying himself sick.
